본 연구는 A 대학교 문과대학(인문, 교육계열) 재학생 457명을 대상으로 직업기초역량과 진로독서 실태를 분석하여 문제를 파악, 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 직업기초역량의 경우 의사소통능력(평균 3.61), 대인관계능력(3.59), 문해력(3.40), 문제해결능력(3.39)은 상대적으로 높았으나, 수리력(2.72), 사업가정신(2.89)은 낮았다. 둘째, 진로독서의 경우 65.2%가 하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이유로는 '진로에 대한 책을 읽을 시간이 없어서' 46.3%, '진로와 관련해서 읽을 만한 책이 없어서' 25.8%, '진로에 대해서 궁금한 것이 없어서' 22.5% 순으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직업기초역량이 미흡한 학생이 상당수에 달하고 있는 점, 진로 자료 독서를 하고 있지 않는 학생이 65.2%에 달하는 점을 감안하여 직업기초역량을 체계화하여 강화할 것과 진로에 대한 이해력을 높이기 위한 체계화된 교육프로그램을 실행할 것을 제언하였다.

본 논문은 능력중심사회를 구현하고 산업현장과 교육, 훈련, 자격제도의 불일치 문제를 해결하기 위한 국가직무능력표준과 부합되어 취업현장에서 발생하는 재교육과 사회적비용등의 근본적 문제점을 해결하기 위한 인프라로 한국형 NCS직업기초능력평가시스템을 설계하고 부가적으로 시스템의 기술성능 표준지표를 개발하여 한국형 NCS직업기초능력시스템의 해외진출 성과를 창출하기 위한 연구이다. NCS직업기초능력시스템은 컴퓨터, 태블릿PC, 스마트폰등의 멀티디바이스에 적절한 반응형으로 개발되어지며 글로벌 보급을 위하여 연계대상 운영체제, 인터페이스 프로토콜, 패킷포맷, 암호화, Class Component, 동시접속 수, 감독관-수검자 응답속도, 서버-관리자 응답속도, 응시답안 자동복구 속도, 실시간 답안전송 속도의 국제적 표준에 부합되는 10개 성능평가 지표를 설계하고 개발한다.

본 연구는 직업기초능력강화 융복합 기본간호 프로그램을 개발하고 본 프로그램이 간호대학생들의 의사소통능력, 대인관계 이해, 공감역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 전후실험설계이다. 연구는 2018년 9월부터 12월 사이 15주 동안 시행되었으며 자료수집은 G시 G대학 간호학과에서 기본간호학이론과 기본간호학실습 교과목을 수강하는 2학년 학생 40명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 그 결과 직업기초능력강화 융복합 기본간호 프로그램은 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력(t=-3.452, p=.001), 대인관계 이해(t=-5.405, p<.001) 및 공감역량(t=-7.226, p<.001)에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 전공 맞춤형 직업기초능력을 연계한 직업기초능력강화 기본간호 프로그램을 통해 간호대학생의 간호 직무역량 향상에 기여할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 다양한 전공교과목에 확대하여 적용할 필요성을 제언한다.

Background: The objective of this study is to investigate the needs and importance of basic core competencies required for future society by dental hygienists' viewpoints who are working in the clinical practices and to provide the fundamental data to develop the educational programs based on the competencies in the 21st century so as to enhance their working capability. Methods: A total of 38 questionnaires were used in this study, 3 questionnaires on the general characteristics (age, service years, main job functions) and those in 11 sub-factors of basic core competencies including 4 questionnaires on creativity, 3 on collaboration, 3 on communication, 3 on interpersonal relationship, 3 on problem-solving, 4 on resource control, 4 on self-control and development, 2 on vocational ethics, 3 on knowledge information utilization, 3 on global mind, and 3 on emotional intelligence. Self-reported survey was conducted in the dental hygienists who were working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and a total of 195 data were analyzed. Results: Vocational ethics, communication, and collaboration showed the highest on both importance and needs with 4.49 points and 4.34; 4.41 and 4.28; and 4.39 and 4.22, respectively, while global mind showed the lowest with 3.51 and 3.59. Upon Importance-Performance Analysis, 7 items were defined to require maintain the status including vocational ethics, communication, collaboration, interpersonal relationship, self-control, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving while 4 items with lower priority were resource control and development, knowledge information utilization, creativity, and global mind. Conclusion: Based on this study results that suggested the basic core competencies of dental hygienists in alignment with their jobs in the future society, competitive dental hygienists should be developed with the educational programs applied with these competencies.

NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.
