웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 기본간호 실습교육 효과에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effect of Web-based Nursing Education contents on Fundamental Nursing Practice Education)

  • 본 연구는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 기본간호 실습교육의 효과를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상자는 M시에 소재하는 대학의 간호학과 2학년 64명이었다. 자료수집은 2013년 9월부터 10월까지 시행되었다. 연구결과는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 적용한 실험군의 학습동기(t=5.44, p<.001), 실습만족도(t=6.98, p<.001), 핵심기본간호술 수행능력(p<.001)이 대조군 보다 높아 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 그러나 자기주도학습은 두군 간의 차이가 없어 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용하여 기본간호 실습교육의 효과가 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 간호대학생들의 역량강화를 위해 기본간호 실습교육과정에 웹기반 콘텐츠 간호교육 프로그램이 필요함을 제언한다.

4년제 간호대학(과) 기본간호학 실습교육의 현황과 발전방향 (The Present Status and Future Direction of Practicum of Fundamentals of Nursing in Baccalaureate Nursing Programs)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the present status of practicum of fundamentals of nursing in baccalaureate nursing programs. Method: This study used a descriptive design surveying status of practicum of fundamentals of nursing from 47 schools. The instruments developed by investigator based on Shin's(2003) findings. The data collected were analyzed by SAS and the content analyses. Result: 1) The aims of fundamental nursing practicum were 'the acquirement of knowledge on fundamental nursing skill and attitude, and their implementations'. 2) 45 schools had their own practicum labs and the number of a group was 5 or 6. The mean number of student was 37.8 and the mean size of the labs was 169m2(${\pm}\;93.6$). 3) The credit of lecture and practicum ranged from 3 to 4 and in 32% schools, one professor and one teaching assistant were responsible for the practicum of fundamental nursing. 4) The teaching methods of practicum were shown as demonstration, role play, case study presentation, special lecture, video, computer simulation, and so forth. 5) The practice evaluation was used practice examination and students' self evaluation. Conclusion: The studies require of the contents and the evaluation method corresponding to the course objectives.

기본간호실습교육의 발전을 위한 일 연구 -일 지역의 3년제 간호대학을 중심으로- (A Study for the Development of the Fundamental Nursing Practice Education -Focused on A Nursing College -)

  • Many studies have reported that a lot of nursing colleges do not have good facilities for the nursing practice in hospitals, so many students do not have the good ability which is needed to be a competent nurse. The purpose of this study was to develop a program in which students could improve their ability in fundamental nursing skills before the graduation. This study was primarily designed to identify items of the fundamental nursing practice in which nursing college students have perceived deficiencies. According to previous studies, a total 75 items were presented. In Identifying them, a modified Porter format was used. The questionnaire contained three sections. A. How well do you think you can/could perform the item when you graduate/graduated the college? B. How well do you think you should perform/should be able to perform the item when you graduate/graduated the college? C. How important do you think the item is? For each of the 75 items, the respondents were instructed to answer the above three questions, by circling a number on a rating scale extending from 1 to 5, where low numbers represented a low degree of performance or minimum amount, and high numbers represented a high degree of performance or maximum amount. The perceived degree of deficiency in performance on each questionnaire item was obtained by subtracting the answer to Part A of an item from that to of Part B. The larger difference means a larger perceived degree of deficiency in performance. This method of measuring the perceived degree of deficiency in performance is an indirect measure derived from two direct answers by the respondent for each item. From this result Part C of each item was used to rank the items, and the items were prioritized. The items which had the highest priority were IV injection, simple catheterization, indwelling catheterization, CPR, and nurse recording. By this method, through these results from a nursing college, and the items which will be used first in developing the supplementation program for nursing college students can be identified.

상호동료 교수학습 기반의 기본간호학실습 교육이 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 숙련도 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Fundamental Nursing Practice Education Applying Reciprocal Peer Tutoring on Confidence in Performance, Core Nursing Skills, and Practice Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 상호동료 교수학습법을 기본간호학실습 교육에 적용하여 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 숙련도 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전·후 유사실험연구이다. 자료수집은 P 대학교 간호학과 2학년 학생 83명으로, 연구기간은 2019년 3월 11일부터 5월 17일까지이다. 연구결과 상호동료 교수학습법을 적용한 실험군은 수술전간호, 개인위생, 수술후간호의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 수술전간호, 수술후간호의 숙련도가 대조군에 비해 유의하게 향상되었고, 실험군의 실습만족도가 대조군보다 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로 상호동료 교수학습법을 적용한 기본간호학실습 교육은 난이도 '중' 정도의 핵심간호술의 수행자신감과 숙련도에 효과가 있으며 실습만족도에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 이에 상호동료 교수학습법을 다양한 실습교과에 확대 적용하고 핵심기본간호술의 난이도에 따른 효과를 검정하는 연구를 제언한다.

핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Mentoring Senior Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Education on Clinical Competence and Critical Thinking Disposition in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후 설계로, 간호대학생 57명을 대상으로 하였다. 교육내용은 총 6시간으로 활력징후 측정, 단순도뇨, 피하주사 3개의 핵심술기로 구성되어 있으며, 교수의 지도하에 선배 멘토가 라포 형성 및 교육, 자율실습, 평가를 실시하도록 하였다. 자료수집은 자가기입식 설문지를 사용하여 사전, 사후조사로 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 paired t-tests를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력, 비판적 사고성향을 통계적으로 유의하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키는데 효과적이므로 간호실습교육에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 대조군을 포함하여 처치군과 대조군의 차이를 비교하고 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.

핵심기본간호술 VR 교육 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 융복합 연구 (A Convergence Research for Development of VR Education Contents for Core Fundamental Nursing Skills)

  • 본 연구에서는 가상현실을 이용한 VR 기본간호술 교육 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 하였다. 핵심기본간호술 20가지 중 간이혈당검사와 인슐린피하주사 항목은 간호술 항목에서 빈번히 수행하는 기본간호술 중 하나이며, 당뇨환자들에게 자가관리 교육을 할 때도 사용할 수 있는 항목이다. 본 연구는 이 항목을 가지고 학습자의 체험을 중심으로 가이드, 미션, 피드백의 3단계로 나누어 몰입형 VR기반 핵심기본간호술 콘텐츠를 설계하였다. 이 콘텐츠에서는 실제 간호술처럼 콘트롤러를 사용하지 않고 손가락 관절인식을 통해 손의 움직임을 트랙킹하여 몰입하며 훈련할 수 있다. 이 연구는 임상 수행 능력 향상을 도울 수 있는 VR 간호술 교육 콘텐츠 개발에 도움이 될 것이다.

블렌디드 러닝(blended learning)을 적용한 기본간호학 실습교육에서 성찰일지의 작성이 간호학생의 메타인지와 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Writing Reflective Journal on Meta-cognition and Problem Solving Ability in Nursing Students taking a Fundamental Nursing Skills Course Applying Blended Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of an efficient teaching-learning method by analyzing effects of writing reflective journals on meta-cognition and problem solving ability in nursing students in education applying blended learning for fundamental nursing skills. Methods: The research design was a one-group pretest-posttest design, done to assess changes in meta-cognition and problem solving ability. Participants were 63 nursing students taking the fundamental nursing skills course at one college in Gyeonggi Province. The course was offered from March 21 to June 3, 2016. Data were collected using pre and post tests given before and after writing of reflective journals in blended learning. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test and paired t-test with SPSS Statistics version 20.0. Results: The results of this study show that scores for meta-cognition and problem solving ability of these students were all above average. There was a statistically significant difference in meta-cognition between pre and post writing of reflective journals but not for problem-solving ability. Conclusion: The findings indicate that writing a reflective journal in blended learning is an efficient teaching-learning method to improve meta-cognition in nursing students.

자율실습에서의 상호동료 교수법 적용경험에 대한 융합적 연구: 핵심기본간호술 투약간호를 중심으로 (A convergence study on the experience of applying the self-directed practice reciprocal peer tutoring: Focusing on medication nursing of fundamental core nursing skills)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습(투약단원을 중심으로)이 간호대학생의 학습에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 연구참여자는 간호학과 4학년 학생 15명이었으며, 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, '학습동기 유발', '자기주도 학습', '성취도 향상', '학습요구 불충족'의 4개의 주제가 도출되었다. 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습은 참여자들에게 편안한 환경과 자신감 향상으로 학습동기를 유발하고, 주도적인 사전학습 및 학습자의 언어로 학습할 기회를 얻는 긍정적인 경험이 있었다. 하지만, 추가적인 지식확장이 어렵고 충분하지 않은 학습요구로 불안감을 느끼는 경험도 있었다. 이에 상호동료 교수법을 자율실습에 적용할 때, 교수자는 학습자의 학습요구를 충분히 만족시키는 방안을 적용하면 효과적일 것으로 생각된다.

COVID-19 상황으로 인한 대면과 온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 수행자신감, 학습몰입도가 실습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Confidence in Performance and Learning Flow on Satisfaction with Practicum Programs in Face-to-Face and Online Classes amid COVID-19)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between satisfaction with fundamental nursing skills practicum, confidence in fundamental nursing skills performance and learning flow, and examined factors influencing satisfaction with practicum programs of fundamental nursing skills in face-to-face and online classes for nursing students amid COVID-19. Methods: The subjects of the study were 229 junior nursing students from two colleges of nursing located in D and C city, respectively. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regression, using SPSS/WINdows 23.0. Results: The subjects' satisfaction with practicum showed a high positive correlation with confidence in performance (r=.55, p<.001) and learning flow (r=.70, p<.001) in face-to-face classes, and their satisfaction with practicum showed a high positive correlation with confidence in performance (r=.56, p<.001) and learning flow (r=.73, p<.001) in online classes. The factors affecting the subjects' satisfaction with practicum were learning flow (β=.51, p<.001) and confidence in performance (β=.30, p<.001) for face-to-face classes, and motivation for application (β=.14, p=.034), learning flow (β=.58 p<.001) and confidence in performance (β=.19, p=.015) for online classes. These factors explained 53% and 60% of the satisfaction with practicum in face-to-face classes (F=23.07, p<.001) and online classes (F=20.66, p<.001), respectively. Conclusion: Learning flow and confidence in performance should be considered when developing learning strategy programs to improve nursing students' satisfaction with fundamental nursing skills practicum in both face-to-face and online classes.

수업디자인 모형을 적용한 기본간호학실습 수업 개선의 실행연구 (An Action Research to Improve Fundamental Nursing Practice Course: Designing College Courses Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of fundamental nursing practice course. Methods: Participants were 132 students who took the fundamental nursing practice course at D university in N city. The study included processes of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program and qualitative data were evaluated through content analysis. Results: The 12-step designing college courses model by Fink was applied in the planning. In the acting stage, the course was conducted according to the instruction in designing the course, students wrote reflective journals and the professor gave feedback to the reflective journal and the class observation journal was used for lessons. In the observation stage, the course evaluation was surveyed and analyzed, evaluations were positive with 47.1% of students positively evaluating the teaching strategy. In the reflecting stage, outcomes in course improvement were reflected on and, the number of students at the lower level-of-achievement decreased. Conclusion: Action research was a useful research method that could capture the quality improvement process in college courses. Expression of effort and passion to improve quality of education through action research in various ways and to share quality improvement strategies for nursing education are important.
