The nature of work which is changing has increased the importance of HRD within organization. Also, these changes are making HRD shift its paradigm : from the segregated, closed, operational & administrative, dependent, utilitarian view to the integrative, open, strategic & facilitative, interdependent, generative view. The shifts of the perspective on HRD cause HRD professionals rethink the purpose and definition of HRD, and the role & competency needed to HRD in 21st century. The findings which are drawn through literature review and researcher’s intuition based on a long field experience are as follows. First, The function of HRD has recently been much more important then that of the past. Second, There is no consensus over the conceptual identity of HRD. Nonetheless, it is apparent that the preferred activities of the HRD function is performance improvement. Third, It is too difficult that we should define clearly the role & competency of HRD because of diverse perspectives on them. But we find much evidence converging to support the fact that the role & competency of HRD should be extended from the sole focus on training & development to adding the additional role & competency of change agent, who includes planning, implementing, and managing change.

In 1968, Cameron and Storvick introduce the definition and the theories of the operator-valued function space integral. Since then, the stability theorems of the integral was developed by Johnson, Skoug, Chang etc [1, 2, 4, 5]. Recently, the authors establish the existence theorem of the operator-valued function space [8]. In this paper, we will prove the stability theorems of the operator-valued function space integral over paths in abstract Wiener space $C_0(B)$.

In the present paper, by generalizing the definition of the zero-difference balanced (ZDB) function to be the G-ZDB function, several classes of G-ZDB functions are constructed based on properties of cyclotomic numbers. Furthermore, some special constant composition codes are obtained directly from G-ZDB functions.

In this article, we define a generating function of the generalized (p, q)-poly-Bernoulli polynomials with variable a by using the polylogarithm function. From the definition, we derive some properties that is concerned with other numbers and polynomials. Furthermore, we construct a special functions and give some symmetric identities involving the generalized (p, q)-poly-Bernoulli polynomials and power sums of the first integers.

This paper establishes some integral equalities formulated by zeros located in the convergence region of Laplace transformable function. Using the definition of Laplace transform, it is shown that time-domain integral equalities have to be satisfied by the function, and those can be applied to understanding of the fundamental limitations of the control system represented by the transfer function, which has been Laplace transform. In the unity-feedback control scheme, another integral equality is also derived on the output response of the system with open-loop poles and zeros located in the convergence region.

The main aim of this paper is to introduce the definition of 𝜑-proximate order of a meromorphic function on the complex plane. By considering the concept of 𝜑-proximate order, we will extend some previous results of Lahiri [11]. Furthermore, as an application of 𝜑-proximate order, a result concerning the growth of composite entire and meromorphic function will be given.

이 연구에서는 각기둥의 정의 만들기 활동을 위한 학생용 활동지를 개발하여 초등학교 5학년 학생들에게 실행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 정의 만들기 수업에서 핵심은, 학습지에 차례로 제시되는 비(非) 예들이 포함되지 않도록 기존의 정의를 수정하여 새로운 정의를 만드는 것이었다. 연구 결과로, 학생들이 각기둥의 성질을 어떻게 인식하며, 비(非) 예를 제거하는 과정에서 각기둥의 정의에 사용되는 성질들로 무엇이 부각되는지를 알 수 있었다. 더불어 정의 만들기 활동을 통한 학생들의 수학적 정의에 대한 인식의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 라디안에 대한 이해를 분석하여 라디안 지도에 대한 교수학적 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 라디안의 개념과 속성, 교육과정 및 교과서를 분석한 후 이를 바탕으로 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 예비교사 35명에게 적용하여 그 반응을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 라디안을 정의보다는 ${\frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi}}$로 기억하는 학생들이 많았으며, 라디안의 정의를 어떻게 이해하고 있는지가 각의 측정문제의 해결전략에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 예비교사들은 라디안의 이중적 의미, 특히 실수 속성에 대한 이해가 부족하였고, 삼각함수가 왜 실수에서 실수로의 함수로 정의되는지에 대해 적절하게 설명하지 못하였으며, 호도법의 필요성과 유용성을 매우 제한적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이상의 결과로부터 ${\frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi}}$를 1라디안으로 정의하는 교과서의 기술 방식이 개선되어야 한다는 것과 일반각이 실수와 일대일 대응임을 언급함으로써 삼각함수의 정의역이 실수임을 자연스럽게 이해하도록 할 것을 제안하였다.
