Dynamics of contact ion-pair between 1, 2, 4, 5-tetracyanobenzene anion and cation of biphenyl derivatives was investigated on the picosecond time scale. Solvent effect on the electron transfer was observed and electron transfer rates were examined using Marcus equation which contains distance dependence of the electron transfer rate in the frequency factor, along with the consideration of molecular shape. From the discussion based on disk model for molecular shape, contribution of interring torsional motion of biphenyl to the inner-sphere reorganization energy is strongly suggested, which leads to the physical explanation for the observed solvent effect on the rate of electron transfer.

This study analyzed the CEO New Year's addresses of major Korean companies, extracting key topics for employees via text mining techniques. An intended contribution of this study is to assist reporters, analysts, and researchers in gaining a better understanding of the New Year's addresses by elucidating the implicit and implicative features of messages within. To this end, this study collected and analyzed 545 New Year's addresses published between 2012 and 2021 by the top 66 Korean companies in terms of market capitalization. Research methodologies applied include text clustering, word embedding of keywords, frequency analysis, and topic modeling. Our main findings suggest that the messages in the New Year's addresses were categorized into nine topics-organizational culture, global advancement, substantial management, business reorganization, capacity building, market leadership, management innovation, sustainable management, and technology development. Next, this study further analyzed the managerial significance of each topic and discussed their characteristics from the perspectives of time, industry, and corporate groups. Companies were typically found to emphasize sound management, market leadership, and business reorganization during economic downturns while stressing capacity building and organizational culture during market transition periods. Also, companies belonging to corporate groups tended to emphasize founding philosophy and corporate culture.

최근 일본 총무성에서는 미래 전파의 이용을 통하여 일본이 직면하고 있는 사회적 문제를 해결함과 동시에, 전파를 이용한 기술 발전을 기반으로 2010년대의 효과적인 전파 사용을 위한 정책을 발표하였다. 또한, 2010년 8월에는 white space의 제도화를 촉진하기 위한 "White Space 특구" 설립을 제안하였으며, 제안된 내용의 실현을 위한 선행 모델이 발표되었다. 2010년 12월에는 무선 광대역 실현을 목표로 하는 주파수 재편에 대한 Action Plan이 발표되었다. 본 논문에서는 일본에서 발표된 전파 정책의 추진 배경, 주요 전략과 정책 방향을 검토하고, 2010년대에 제공되는 서비스와 시스템의 실현 이미지에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 현재 우리나라에서는 방송통신위원회가 중심이 되어 "함께 누리는 스마트 코리아"를 비전으로 미래의 전파 정책인 "모바일 광개토 플랜"을 발표하였으며, 현재 모바일 이외의 분야에 대한 전파 정책을 수립하고 있는 중이다. 여기에서 제시한 내용은 국내 전파 정책 수립과 전파의 효율적인 사용과 확대에 기여할 것이다.

In this paper, ground penetrating radar (GPR), which has the capability to detect non metal and plastic mines, is proposed to detect and discriminate antipersonnel (AP) landmines. The time domain GPR - Impulse radar and frequency domain GPR - SFCW (Stepped Frequency Continuous Wave) radar is utilized for metal and non-metal landmine detection and its performance is investigated. Since signal processing is vital for target reorganization and clutter rejection, we implemented the MUSIC (Multiple Signal Classification) algorithm for the signal processing of SFCW radar data and SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) processing method for the signal processing of Impulse radar data.

Objective: The focus of this study is brain plasticity associated with semantic aspects of language function in patients with medial temporal lobe epilepsy (mTLE) Methods: Using longitudinal functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), patterns of brain activation were observed in twelve left and seven right unilateral mTLE patients during a word-generation task relative to a pseudo-word reading task before and after anterior temporal section surgery. Results: No differences were observed in precentral activations in patients relative to normal controls (n = 12), and surgery did not alter the phonological-associated activations. The two mTLE patient groups showed left inferior prefrontal activations associated with semantic processing (word-generation>pseudo-word reading), as did control subjects. The amount of semantic-associated activation in the left inferior prefrontal region was negatively correlated with epilepsy duration in both patient groups. Following temporal resection, semantic-specific activations in inferior prefrontal region became more bilateral in left mTLE patients, but more left-lateralized in right mTLE patients. The longer the duration of epilepsy in the patients, the larger the increase in the left inferior prefrontal semantic-associated activation after surgery in both patient groups. Semantic activation of the intact hippocampus, which had been negatively correlated with seizure frequency, normalized after the epileptic side was removed. Conclusion: These results indicate alternation of semantic language network related to recruitment of left inferior prefrontal cortex and functional recovery of the hippocampus contralateral to the epileptogenic side, suggesting an intra- and inter-hemispheric reorganization following surgery.

웹 사이트를 방문하는 인터넷 사용자들의 빈도에 따라 웹사이트의 성능 과 그 품질이 평가되곤한다. 본 논문에서는 각 웹페이지의 관계 대중성을 측정하여 그 값을 계산함으로서, 취약한 웹페이지를 자동으로 재구성 할수 있는 방법과 개선방법을 제시한다. 여기서 관계 대중성에 관한 계수는 웹사이트를 방문하는 사용자가 얼마나 빠르고 쉽게 요청한 자료를 얻을 수 있는 지와 링크 구성의 트리의 깊이에 대한 접근성에 따라서 좌우된다.

본 본 연구는 보육교사가 민주시민교육에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 알아보기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구대상으로는 J지역의 재교육에 참여한 보육교사 200명을 선정하였으며, 자료처리는 빈도분석과 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 민주시민교육의 요구도에 대한 보육교사의 인식은 교사 변인에 따라 차이를 보였다. 즉, 보육교사는 민주시민교육이 필요함을 인식하고 있었고, 민주시민교육이 어려운 주요 원인을 부모양육태도로 보았다. 둘째, 민주시민교육의 내용과 방법에 대한 보육교사의 인식은 교사 변인에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이를 토대로 가정, 지역사회와의 연계성을 강조하였고, 영유아의 발달에 근거한 민주시민교육 프로그램의 재구성을 제시하였다.

Recently, it has been shown that quantum coherence appears in energy transfers of various photosynthetic lightharvesting complexes at from cryogenic to even room temperatures. Because the photosynthetic systems are inherently complex, these findings have subsequently interested many researchers in the field of both experiment and theory. From the theoretical part, simplified dynamics or semiclassical approaches have been widely used. In these approaches, the quantum-classical Liouville equation (QCLE) is the fundamental starting point. Toward the semiclassical scheme, approximations are needed to simplify the equations of motion of various degrees of freedom. Here, we have adopted the Poisson bracket mapping equation (PBME) as an approximate form of QCLE and applied it to find the time evolution of the excitation in a photosynthetic complex from marine algae. The benefit of using PBME is its similarity to conventional Hamiltonian dynamics. Through this, we confirmed the coherent population transfer behaviors in short time domain as previously reported with a more accurate but more time-consuming iterative linearized density matrix approach. However, we find that the site populations do not behave according to the Boltzmann law in the long time limit. We also test the effect of adding spurious high frequency vibrations to the spectral density of the bath, and find that their existence does not alter the dynamics to any significant extent as long as the associated reorganization energy is changed not too drastically. This suggests that adopting classical trajectory based ensembles in semiclassical simulations should not influence the coherence dynamics in any practical manner, even though the classical trajectories often yield spurious high frequency vibrational features in the spectral density.

SDR(Software Defined Radio) 기술은 RF 및 IF를 신호처리를 위한 고성능 디지털 신호처리 소자를 기반으로 하드웨어 수정 없이 모듈화 되어 있는 통신 플랫폼을 이용하여 소프트웨어 변경만으로 단일의 송수신 시스템을 통해 다수의 무선 통신 규격을 통합 수용하기 위한 무선 접속 기반 기술이다. 다양한 복합 네트워크 환경 하에서 구성될 다양한 통신 시스템은 각각의 무선 네트워크들 간의 쉽고 빠른 인터페이스를 보장하기 위해 재구성 가능한 SDR개념 기반의 통신 플랫폼이 요구된다. 본 논문은 이러한 SDR 기반의 플랫폼 구현을 위해 TMS320C6713 CPU를 이용한 DSP 보드, IF 신호처리를 위한 FPGA 보드와 무선랜 대역의 RF 송수신기가 결합된 형태의 통신 플랫폼을 설계 및 제작하였다. 또한, 제작된 플랫폼을 이용하여 다양한 통신방식(BPSK, QPSK, 16QAM)을 적용함으로서, 재구성 가능한 통신 단말 플랫폼의 구현을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 북한의 영어 교과서에 나타난 어휘의 시대적인 변화를 파악하기 위해 통시적인 관점에서 코퍼스 기반 어휘 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 통일부의 북한자료센터에 소장되어 있는 북한의 중등학교 영어 교과서 중 1996년 교육과정이 적용된 시기를 기준으로 김정일 시대 이전과 이후의 교과서를 구분지어 코퍼스를 구축한 후, 워드스미스 툴스 7.0을 통해 해당 코퍼스를 분석하여 각 교과서들의 어휘 변화 양상을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 해당 교과서들의 어휘 규모는 개편 후의 교과서가 개편 전에 비해 증가했지만, 어휘 유형과 어휘 다양성은 감소하였다. 교육과정 개편 이전에 비해 개편 이후의 교과서에서 더 자주 등장하는 핵심어(keyword)를 분석한 결과 김정일 체제를 확고히 하기 위한 관련 이념 어휘와 북한의 경제 및 생활상을 반영하는 어휘들이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 다빈도 어휘 100개 목록과 핵심어를 비교한 결과 북한의 영어 교과서의 어휘가 문법과 문어체 위주의 텍스트에서 조금씩 실질적인 의사소통과 관련된 구어체 내용이 증가하고 있었다.
