아버지와 자녀의 가족식사 빈도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of Family Mealtime Frequency for Fathers with their Children)

  • This study recognizes the changes of the father's role and the importance of family mealtimes as well as examines the individual, family and social contexts surrounding the father's family mealtime. This study analyzed the trend of the father's family mealtime frequency and factors affecting them in order to explore the current conditions of their father's work and family balance through family mealtimes. Data from 492 fathers who have school aged children were collected through an online survey. The overall trend of the frequency of father's family meals showed an average of 2.4 breakfasts and an average of 3.2 dinners per week. The frequency of the father's family meals showed statistically significant differences according to the father's age, children's school age, dual income, weekly working hours, working flexibility, leaving on-time and the priority of work and family. The analysis of hierarchical linear regressions was conducted to determine factors affecting the frequency of father's family mealtime to show that the frequency of father's family mealtime was best explained by father's working conditions and perception variables. Working conditions such as working hours, leaving work on time, working flexibility were significant variables in regards to the father's family mealtime frequency. The father's perception towards parental efficacy, wife's support, and work-family priority were significant factors in regards to the father's family mealtime frequency. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data on policy making for the compatibility of the father's work and family.

Reuse Information based Thrashing Resistant Cache Management Scheme

  • In recent computing systems, LRU replacement policy has been widely used because it can be simply implemented and applicable to most programs. However, if the working set size of the program is bigger than the actual cache size, LRU replacement policy may occur thrashing problem. Thrashing problem means that cache blocks are consistently replaced without re-referencing in the cache. This paper proposes a new cache management scheme to solve the thrashing problem in the second-level cache. The proposed scheme measures per set reuse frequency using EAF structure to find thrashing sets. When the cache miss occurs, it tests whether the address of the missed block is stored or not. If the address of the missed block is stored, it means that the recently evicted block is re-requested, so the reuse frequency is predicted high. In this case, the corresponding counter of the set is increased. When the counter value is bigger than the threshold value, we assume that the corresponding set shows high reuse frequency. The proposed scheme assigns the set with high reuse frequency to the additional small size cache to keep the blocks in the cache for a long time. Our experimental results show that the proposed scheme improves the IPC by 3.81% on average.

매일신보광고를 통해 본 일제시대 한국복식의 변천 (The Changes of Korean Fashion in the Period of Japanese Rule Via the Advertisement of the Mall Shin Bo)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify frequency of advertisement and types of advertisement by items and to analyze a primary factors were factors were reflected in the costumes by a policy of rule under the Japanese rule. Data was MaIl Shin Bo\`s advertisement connected with costumes from 1910 to 1945 years. The results are as follows : 1. The order of the advertisement\`s frequency was footwear, cosmetics, soap[, headgear, western style clothes, precious metals and so on. 2. The type of the advertisement was a format that transmits informs in all items. Cosmetics, hairdye and shampoo applied positive appeals. 3. In the military government, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 37.5% and a shoe store was the first order. A shoes and headgear were high level, because of these were essential imports and were allowded as a proper articles for a western style clothes by a civilized policy. In the political periods of civilization, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 54%. This result indicates industrial development of this period. Soap was the first order during 1924∼1933 and cosmetics was the first order during 1934∼1940. High level of the advertisement\`s frequency in these imports were reflected by a cultural policy as a link of an appeasement measure In the political periods of a racial liquidation, the advertisement\`s frequency connected with costumes was 8.5% and the advertisement\`s order by items was cosmetics, a shoe store. The reason was that reflected the phases of the times that was serious by a shortage of goods and an reinforcement of wartime\`s attitudes throughout war.

언어네트워크분석을 통한 국내 문화정책 연구동향 분석(2008-2017) (An Analysis of Cultural Policy-related Studies' Trend in Korea using Semantic Network Analysis(2008-2017))

  • 본 연구는 콘텐츠산업정책을 포괄하는 문화정책에 대한 학술적 연구의 동향을 알고자 언어네트워크분석을 통해 국내의 가장 대표적인 문화정책 분야 전문학술지인 '문화정책논총'에 수록된 186편의 논문 주제어 832개를 대상으로 분석을 시도하였다. 시간적 범위는 한국연구재단 한국학술지인용색인 홈페이지(www.kci.go.kr)에 수록되어 있는 2008년 10월부터 2017년 1월까지로 하였다. 언어네트워크 분석은 주제어 빈도수, 밀도분석과 중심성을 지표로 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 Netdraw 프로그램에 의한 시각화를 시도하였다. 언어네트워크분석 결과 가장 많은 빈도수를 기록한 주제어는 '문화'였고, '문화정책/행정', '문화산업/문화콘텐츠', '정책'이 최다의 빈도수를 기록한 그룹에 포함되었다. 빈도수가 높은 '문화정책/행정'과 '문화산업/문화콘텐츠'는 대부분의 중심성에서 우위를 차지했으나, 매개중심성은 낮아 다른 주제어들과의 중매 역할에는 한계를 드러냈다.

주파수 공동사용을 위한 최적의 후보 대역 선정방안 연구 (Study on the Selection of Optimal Candidate Bands for the Spectrum Sharing)

  • 본 논문은 미국 및 유럽을 중심으로 활발하게 진행되고 있는 주파수 공동사용에 대한 정책추진 현황 및 경제성 분석 결과, 이를 통한 주파수 공동사용의 후보 대역 선정 방안에 대해 제안하였다. 이를 위해 현재의 주파수 수요 급증에 대응하기 위해 시행되고 있는 주파수 할당 및 재배치 방법에 대한 추진현황과 문제점을 고찰하였으며, 이에 대한 해결방안으로 선진국을 중심으로 추진되고 있는 주파수 공동사용의 개념 및 국외 정책추진 현황, 사업자 관점에서의 주파수 공동사용에 대한 경제성 분석 결과를 소개하였다. 또한, 조사 및 분석결과를 통하여 주파수 공동사용의 후보 대역 선정을 위한 평가항목 및 선정기준에 대해 제안하였다.

Autocorrelation Coefficient for Detecting the Frequency of Bio-Telemetry

  • A MATLAB program was developed to calculate the half-wavelength of a sine-curve baseband signal with white noise by using an autocorrelation function, a SG filter, and zero-crossing detection. The frequency of the input signal can be estimated from 1) the first zero-crossing (corresponding to ¼λ) and 2) the R value (the Y axis of the correlogram) at the center of the segment. Thereby, the frequency information of the preceding segment can be obtained. If the segment size were optimized, and a portion with a large zero-crossing dynamic range were obtained, the frequency discrimination ability would improve. Furthermore, if the values of the correlogram for each frequency prepared on the CPU side were prepared in a table, the volume of calculations can be reduced by 98%. As background, period detection by autocorrelation coefficients requires an integer multiple of 1/2λ (when using a sine wave as the object of the autocorrelation function), otherwise the correlogram drawn by R value will not exhibit orthogonality. Therefore, it has not been used in bio-telemetry where the frequencies move around.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 경제정책기록서비스 연구: 경제정책방향을 중심으로 (A Study on the Archival Information Services of Economic Policy Using Text Mining Methods: Focusing on Economic Policy Directions)

  • 자의적으로 구성한 기록 콘텐츠만으로는 이용자가 필요한 기간과 맥락에 대한 이해 없이 이용하게 됨으로써 주요한 경제정책기록에 효율적으로 접근하기에 어려움을 겪는다. 이러한 현재의 기록 서비스를 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 1991년부터 2021년까지 30년간의 경제정책방향을 대상으로 경제정책기록에 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 정부별 주요하게 다뤄진 경제 키워드와 변화과정을 도출하였다. 대책 배경, 주요 내용, 본문 텍스트를 수집하여 전처리를 진행한 후 텍스트 빈도분석, TF-IDF, 네트워크분석, 시계열 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 '일자리', '경쟁력', '구조조정' 순으로 가장 높은 빈도수를 기록하였다. 정부별로 주요 키워드를 한눈에 볼 수 있었으며 '일자리', '부동산', '기업'의 연도별 상대비율을 시계열 순으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 경제정책기록서비스의 발전과 저변확대를 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

연결망 분석을 활용한 우리나라 금연연구 동향분석 (A Social Network Analysis of Research Key Words Related Smoke Cessation in South Korea)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is supposed to figure out the keyword network from 2009 to 2018 with social network analysis and provide the research data that can help the Korea government's policy making on smoking cessation. Methods: First, frequency analysis on the keyword was performed. After, in this study, I applied three classic centrality measures (degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality) with R 3.5.1. Moreover, I visualized the results as the word cloud and keyword network. Results: As a result of network analysis, 'smoking' and 'smoking cessation' were key words with high frequency, high degree centrality, and betweenness centrality. As a result of looking at trends in keyword, many study had been done on the keyword 'secondhand smoke' and 'adolescent' from 2009 to 2013, and 'cigarette graphic warning' and 'electronic cigarette' from 2014 to 2018. Conclusion: This study contributes to understand trends on smoking cessation study and seek further study with the keyword network analysis.

주파수 공동사용 정책 및 표준화 동향 (Spectrum Policy and Standardization Trends on Frequency Sharing)

  • This article presents spectrum sharing policy trends both overseas and domestically. The Federal Communications Commission recently adopted rules for the commercial use of a 150 MHz bandwidth at 3.55 to 3.7 GHz, which has been utilized for defense and satellite services. This frequency band for spectrum sharing is called the citizens broadband radio service (CBRS) band. In Europe, the related regimes for licensed shared access application at 2.3 to 2.4 GHz has been organized, and interface standardization for sharing frequency information has been completed. In Korea, efforts are being made to establish spectrum-sharing policies to improve the efficiency of the frequency utilization. This article also introduces both the IEEE 802 local area network/metropolitan area network and 3GPP standardization activities with regard to frequency sharing technologies. To effectively solve the spectrum-sharing problem in IEEE 802, standardization activities on the CBRS and the mid-band (3.7-24 GHz) are underway. 3GPP is currently developing the standardization of a licensed assisted access technology, which extends mobile communication services provided in the licensed band to unlicensed bands.

비면허 기기 간 주파수 공동사용을 위한 MAC 계층 기반의 간섭 분석 및 간섭 완화 정책 (Interference Analysis and Its Mitigation Policy Based on MAC Layer for Peaceful Co-Existence between Unlicensed Devices)

  • 이기종 비면허 기기들이 동일한 주파수 대역을 공동으로 사용하기 위해서는 상호 간 주파수 간섭을 최소화할 수 있는 정책적 배려가 필요하다. 이 때 비면허 기기 간 주파수 간섭의 영향은 분석 계층에 따라 그 결과가 달라질 수 있으므로 정확한 주파수 간섭 분석이 관련 정책을 만들기 전에 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 주파수 간섭 이슈가 활발히 논의되고 있는 2.4 GHz ISM 대역을 공동 사용하고 있는 WLAN과 WPAN 시스템 간의 주파수 간섭 영향을 물리 계층과 MAC 계층에서 각각 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 물리 계층보다는 MAC 계층을 고려한 주파수 간섭 분석이 간섭실험 결과에 더 근접함을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 비면허 기기 간 주파수 공동 사용을 위해 MAC 계층에서의 새로운 공동 사용 조건 등 간섭 완화 정책을 제안하였다.
