본 연구는 창의·인성 연구소 심벌마크 제작을 목적으로 3가지의 시안을 제시하고자 하였으며, 공통적으로 4C's를 표현하기 위하여 4가지 색상을 사용하였다. 시안1은 재미와 역동성을 자아내어 자유분방함을 표현하였고, 시안2는 사각형 도형의 형태로 정적이고 안정감이 있어 차분함을 유지하고 있다. 마지막으로 시안3은 창의인성 글씨의 자음만을 활용하여 제작하였다.

리영희 선생은 한국 현대사에서 가장 영향력이 있었던 지식인 중의 한사람이다. 리 선생은 지난 반세기 동안 한국사회에서 '사상의 은사' 혹은 '의식화의 원흉'이라는 극단적 평가를 받았다. 리영희 철학과 언론사상의 핵심은 휴머니즘과 자유, 지식인의 사회적 책임이라고 정리할 수 있다. 리영희 선생은 평생 언론사 기자, 언론학 교수로 살았지만 리 선생의 언론활동, 언론실천, 언론사상 등에 대한 논의는 아직 초보 수준에 머물러 있다. 이 논문에서는 언론인, 언론학자로서 리영희 선생의 언론 사상과 실천 활동을 정리하고자 했다. 리 선생의 '언론인 50년'을 관통하는 핵심 의제는 사상의 자유를 위한 투쟁, 이론과 실천의 통일로서의 글쓰기, 언론과 언론인 비판이었다.

호텔조직은 환경변화에 적응하는 다양한 전략을 꾸준히 수립해야하며 호텔 인적자원은 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 호텔 근무자의 조직변화에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 개인차원의 요인들을 문헌을 통해 도출하고, 경영에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 하여 개인 차원의 선행요인이 변화에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고자 시행하였다. 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 하여 (1) 정보에 대한 만족 (2) 의사표현의 자유(3) 직원의 의견 반영 이라는 세 가지 개인적 차원의 선행 변수가 도출되었다. 연구 목적의 실증분석을 위해, 서울, 대구, 부산, 제주도의 특1급 호텔 7개를 설문 대상으로 하였으며 300개의 설문 중 156개의 성실한 응답을 실제 분석에 활용하였다. 그리고 SPSS와 AMOS 7을 이용하여 구조모형방정식을 통해 연구가설을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 정보에 대한 만족, 의사표현의 자유, 직원의 의견반영은 경영에 대한 신뢰에 직접적인 영향을 주었고 신뢰는 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 나아가, 개인차원의 선행변수는 경영에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 하여 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 결론적으로 이 연구의 결론은 조직발전에 기여할 것이다.

게임심의제도는 거의 모든 국가에서 운영되는데, 각 국가의 커뮤니케이션 정책에 따라 그 운영형태는 각각 상이하다. 본고에서는 주요 국가의 게임심의제도를 표현의 자유, 콘텐츠 완전공개, 청소년보호/산업 진흥의 균형이라는 세 측면에서 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 제도가 커뮤니케이션 정책의 기본원칙들을 충실히 지키는 편이었으며, 우리나라와 남아공, 호주 등은 아직 개선되어야 할 점이 많이 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to illuminate eroticism represented din modern fashion. Art based on sex is very important like all of the other cultural values. But we feel that erotic art, neglected, suppressed , and persecuted for centuries, has an important contribution to make to the understanding of art, the social history of mankind, and human happiness and progress. It is our deep personal conviction that erotic art serves important social and therapeutic functions. Erotic art expresses the demand for sexual freedom-a freedom vital to individual happiness and mental well-being, And sexual freedom, in turn, cannot exist without a high degree of political and economic freedom as well. In that sense , erotic art came a truly revolutionaly message ; it demands no less than extension of freedom , not only in the sexual are, but in every sphere of social life. What is eroticism \ulcorner Eroticism must be distinguished from a mere animal reproduction . Eroticism is deeply rooted in the cultural tradition of myth, religion , customes and art. It also has a close relationship with psychological activities of our life. Eroticism is a kind of psychological revolution in the development of human civilization. Eroticism is related to different kinds of art, which express internal spirit of human especially Surrealism. Surrealism is above all a movement of the conquest and deepening of the unconscious. The exploitation of Freud's discoveries opended a new, practically unlimited path for artistic studies to Surrealism . Especially all theory of mental psychoanalysis a affected artists greatly in western art, Freud was appraised highly on his achievements by art critics in art history on his achievements by art critics in art history. As far as erotic subject matter was concerned, Surrealism provided a means of presentig it. Pop Art is not actually a movement , born at a specific time and place, nor is it an easy concept to define. The term first appeared in Great Britain during the fifties, when it referred, particularly in the decorative arts, to an inclination to go back and imitate the stereotyped images of the mass media : film, advertising , cartoons, and other popular consumer products. The eroticism expressed in Pop Art calls the modern's attentions to their devastated minds, taking advantage of the commercialized sex. Fashion has developed constantly reflecting the spiritual aspiration and social and cultural phenomona of man , and artistic steam. Eroticism in fashion is the style which expresses the internal meanings of sexuality through the texture, color, pattern , silhouette etc.

People can differently act online than in real-life. Their virtual identities may allow them to express themselves more freely. In this perspective, there is a self-discrepancy between virtual- and real-life. Due to the anonymity, people can feel free to express who actually they are online without considering social pressure. Especially, for those people who live in a repressed society, virtual-selves can play a significant role to achieve their well-being. For this reason, a self-discrepancy between actual- and virtual-self related to well-being was studied. With 183 survey responses, political freedom, extraversion and neuroticism are identified as significant influencers of subjective well-being (SWB). In addition, an increase in self-discrepancy between virtual- and real-life for 'unhappy' people leads to an increased online well-being, which is contradictory to Higgins' self-discrepancy theory.

The main purpose of this paper is to identify the important parameters and to examine their relations to one another while gantry crane structure was modeled. The important elements of the structural analysis are included, such as the stiffness matrix and its relations to the degrees of freedom, the displacement, and frequency responses. To investigate these relations, the parametric modeling of a dynamic system is solved by using the finite element method (ANSYS-Program). Furthermore, EXPRESS schema and C-FAR (change favorable representation) are described how to change the frame length of gantry crane which influences other elements. 스피노자는 인간의 생각과 태도, 행위를 규정하고 이끌어내는 힘을 언어가 가지고 있다고 생각했다. 인간의 의식과 행동을 결정하는 힘이 언어에 있는 한, 인간 공동체에서 언어는 매우 중요한 것이다. 그런데 스피노자에게 이 언어의 의미는 고정적인 것이 아니라 역동적으로 변화하는 것으로서 드러난다. 스피노자에게 언어를 이루는 기호와 그 의미는 서로 다른 것이다. 한 사회에서 널리 통용되는 기호로서의 언어는 숙고되지 못한 신체적 이미지들에 기반하여 성립하기 쉬운 까닭에 자주 부적합한 관념으로서의 상상지를 수반한다. 그러나 그렇다고 해서 언어가 참된 관념을 표현하지 못하는 도구인 것은 아니다. 의미의 질서는 이미지들의 연쇄, 관념의 연쇄를 통해서만 결정된다. 의미는 항존적인 것이 아니라, 이미지와 관념의 질서를 바꿈으로써 바뀐다. 단어가 함축하는 이미지들과 관념들의 질서를 재배치하는 과정을 통해 언어는 참되고 적합한 관념을 표현할 수 있게 된다. 물론 참된 관념을 언어로 표현하는 것만으로는 부족하다. 인간의 관념과 행위를 결정하는 언어의 힘은 그것이 참된 것을 표현하느냐 아니냐에 따라 결정되는 것이 아니라, 어떤 의미의 질서가 보다 큰 헤게모니를 가지는가에 따라 결정되기 때문이다. 이런 의미에서 이 세계는 서로 다른 의미의 질서들이 충돌하고 힘겨루기를 하는 장으로 보아도 무방할 것이다. 이성의 질서를 표현하는 언어의 의미를 수용하는 이들이 많아지면 많아질수록, 언어를 통해 매개되어 연대한 이들의 힘이 이 세계를 보다 더 이성적이며 합리적인 방향으로 바꾸게 될 것임을 의미한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 모든 변화는 바로 언어의 질서를 바꾸는 일, 다시 말해 기존의 관념이 옳지 않다는 것을 밝히고 널리 알리는 일에서 시작되는 것임에 틀림없다. 이것이 바로 스피노자가 "신학 정치론"에서 "성서"의 허구적 측면을 언어 분석을 통해 폭로하고, 사상의 자유를 역설한 까닭이다.

We propose an improved interpolating equation to express temperature-resistance characteristics for modern industrial platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs). Callendar-van Dusen equation which has been widely used for platinum resistance thermometer fails to fully describe temperature characteristics of high quality PRTs and leaves systematic residual when the calibration point include temperatures above $300^{\circ}C$. Expanding Callendar-van Dusen to higher-order polynomial drastically improves the uncertainty of the fitting even with reduced degrees of freedom of the fitting. We found that in the fourth-order polynomial fitting, the third-order and fourth-order coefficients have a strong correlation. Using the correlation, we suggest an improved interpolating equation in the form of fourth-order polynomial, but with three fitting parameters. Applying this interpolating equation reduced the uncertainty of the fitting to 32 % of that resulted from the traditional Callendar-van Dusen. This improvement was better than that from a simple third-order polynomial despite that the degrees of the freedom of the fitting was the same.

As the citizens' life and body are the object of medical practice, it should ultimately protect the citizens' right of health. For this reason, medical practice possesses characteristics of non-profit and public and such special characteristics caused heavy regulations in the medical industry as exemplified by medical advertisements. For advancement of market economy, the government has been moving toward relaxing regulations in the medical industry and this trend can be shown in medical advertisements. Moreover, as a type of commercial advertisements, medical practitioners should be able to express their freedom of expression and freedom to occupation. From the perspective of patients who are medical consumers, they need access to information to locate appropriate medical practitioners and institutions for their symptoms. Therefore, medical advertisements can help realize the patients' right to know. This study will first analyze the general theories behind the necessity of medical advertisements and details of regulations, then analyze the issues from the cases of the supreme court and the constitutional court that are related to dental medical advertisements.
