Global firms are seeking to implement their global logistics strategies in two ways: the use of centralized inventories and/or postponement of final assembly. These strategies stress the importance of regional logistics centers. In most cases, regional logistics centers are located in or near ports so that changing demands can be met with economy, reliability and flexibility, The port can profit not only from the activities of logistics center itself, but also the increasing flow of cargo through the logistics center. A number of ports respond to this trend by shifting their emphasis from traditional cargo-handling services to value-added services. This paper presents guidelines drawn from the best practices of ports to be successful logistics centers to provide many aspects of value-added logistics services. These include: Effective Planning and Development of Logistics Centers; Institutional Incentive Scheme; Development of Free Trade Zones; Financing Infrastructure related to Logistics Centers; Developing Logistics Service Providers and Logistics Professionals; Development of Information Technology; and Regulatory and Administrative Issues. These guidelines will help managers of ports and policy makers of governments in the East Asian region learn to recognize, analyze and adopt the best practices for use.

While innovative information technologies have been adopted quickly into our daily life, we often experience the discontinuance after being temporarily adopted. This paper aims to study the factors influencing discontinuance on Microblog to Chinese users who already temporarily adopted it. According to empirical analysis, complexity and security show up their influences into all perceived risks, and inconvenience innovation and subjective norm just effect social risks. And perceived risk shows influences in every reasons for discontinuance, especially lots influences come from complexity. So according to these results, it is needed that the complexity of Microblog should be reduced.

The purpose of this study was to propose optimal mixing proportion by adding stevia in powder form, which are low caloric and high intensity sweetener to cookies, and to determine the characteristic of product. It reduced the average sugar content of cookies to 50%, processed stevia powder, add them in 2, 4, 6, and 8% to make cookies and measured various product characteristics, including anti-oxidant activity. The antioxidant activity was highly correlated with the total phenolic composition of stevia cookies (r=0.967). Total phenolic contents and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of cookies significantly increased with increasing stevia powder. The bulk density of the dough, spread factor and the hardness, total polyphenol contents and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of cookies significantly increased with increasing stevia powder, while the pH of the dough, and L values of the cookies decreased with increasing stevia powder content (p<0.001). Additionally, the consumer acceptability scores for the 4% stevia cookie groups ranked significantly (p<0.001) higher than those of the other groups in color, taste, flavor, sweetness and overall preference. All the take together, the results of this study suggest that stevia powder is a good ingredient for increasing the consumer acceptability and the functionality of cookies.

SBovine tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial disease of animals and humans caused by Mycobacterium bovis. Besides the classical intradermal tuberculin test, a number of blood and serum tests have been used. The purpose of this study was to establish seroprevalence of M. bovis. The sera were screened using the ELISA technique. A total seroprevalence of 65.8% in positive cattle, suspect 36.0%, negative 5.9% in TB-infected herds by PPD and dairy cattle is 3.0%, Hanwoo is 1.6% in TB-free herds. The deer of seroprevalence is 55.0% in TB-infected herd and 7.7% in TB-free herds.

The effcets of adenosine 5'-triphosphate(ATP) were investigated on the uterine smooth muscle motility in the pig. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The effects of the porcine uterine smooth muscle and the contractile responses increased between the concentration of ATP $10^{-5}$ and $10^{-3}$ M with a dose-dependent manner. 2. The contractile response induced by ATP($10^{-4}$ M) was not blocked by pretreatment with cholinergic receptor blocker, atropine ($10^{-6}$ M) 3. The contractile response induced by ATP ($10^{-4}$ M) was not blocked by pretreatment with $\alpha$ -adrenergic receptor blocker, phentolamine(10$^{-6}$ M) and ${\beta}$-adrenergic blocker, propranolol ($10^{-6}$ M). 4. The contractile response induced by ATP($10^{-4}$ M) was not appeared in 4Ca^{++}$ -free medium. As the concentration of $Ca^{++}$ in $Ca^{++}$ -free medium was increased, the contractile response induced by ATP ($10^{-4}$ M) was enhenced but was completely inhibited by pretreatment with $Ca^{++}$ -channel blocker, papaverine($10^{-6}$ M) or verapamil($10^{-6}$ M). From these results, it was conclued that the effects of ATP were the contraction mediated by purinergic receptor in uterine smooth muscle of pig.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of welfare system of medical institutions on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of female workers. Methods : A survey was performed with 556 female workers of 11 general hospital and 7 acute period hospital in Busan. Data were collected from October to November 2017 with a self-report questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. Results : Among those aged over 40 years, high awareness of obligatory welfare, job education, free use of the annual leave, and flexible working system was a positive factor in job satisfaction. Among managers, free use of the annual leave, job education, flexible working system and child-care facilities was a positive factor in organizational commitment. Conclusions : In medical institutions with a relatively high proportion of married women, although interest in welfare for childbirth and child rearing is high, execution is sluggish, hence, policy support of government and medical institutions in this field is necessary.

The purpose of this study is to identify selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and values according to crossover shopping patterns (showrooming and webrooming). To achieve objectives of this study, a survey was designed based on the means-end chain theory, using the in-depth laddering technique and APT laddering technique which understanding the linkage of A(attributes)-FB(functional benefits)-PB(psychological benefit)-V(value). These two laddering techniques were used to construct a hierarchical value map (HVM) by linking selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and value levels. The selection attribute items that showrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', and 'delivery service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic benefit', 'communication', 'safety', and 'accurate Information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'pleasure', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'achievement', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'. Next, the selection attribute items that webrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', 'AS', 'shopping atmosphere', and 'seller service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic profit', 'expression opinion', 'safety', and 'accurate information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'.

논문이나 문서를 작성하다 보면 주로 자신이 사용하는 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)에서 작업한다. 다른 PC에서 문서 작업을 하게 되면, 자신이 사용하던 PC의 자료나 작업 환경이 틀리기 때문에 불편함을 겪게 된다. 다른 PC에서 작업해야 하는 경우에 워드프로세서 등의 기존에 작성된 문서 프로그램을 일일이 설치해야 한다. 그리고 모아둔 문서 자료 또한 번번이 이동 저장 매체 등으로 자료 이동 작업을 해야만 한다. 이 외에도 아주 사소한 문제들이 자신의 PC 이외의 환경에서 문서 작업을 힘들게 한다. 요즘은 인터넷이 발달해 있기 때문에, 인터넷의 특정한 공간에 자신의 자료를 저장하는 방식으로 해결하려 한다. 하지만 인터넷이 대중화된 아직까지도 인터넷 장애는 빈번히 일어나거나, 뜻하지 않는 일로 인터넷 연결을 보장 할 수가 없으므로 이러한 방법에도 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 모든 작업 환경을 맞춰주지는 못하지만, 자신이 수집한 자료와 문서 작업이 동시에 한 시스템에서 이루어지도록 하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 본 시스템은 이동형 저장 매체에 자리 잡고 있어서 이를 휴대하기만 하면 웹브라우저가 있는 다른 PC에서 자신의 작업을 그대로 이어갈 수 있는 그러한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to research the current home delivered meal (HDM) service programs for seniors living in the community. Fifty seven centers which operated a HDM service program were surveyed with respect to their administrative structure, menu management, food purchasing and production management, hygiene and equipment and facility. -Statistical data analyses were completed using the SAS 8.1 program for descriptive analysis and t-test. The results showed that 55 percent of the study group were from 70 to 79 years old. All of the participants received free HDM. As a result of the meal cost analysis, the meal cost at 56.1% of the HDM service centers was from ￦2,000 to ￦2,499 per meal. A total of 68.4% of the HDM service centers were operated without the services of a dietitian. According to the menu analysis, all nutrients except Vitamin B2 were at levels of more than 33% of the Recommended Dietary Allowances for Koreans. Although 96.6% of the HDM service centers required a therapeutic diet menu for the health of the elderly recipients, 68% of the directors responded that they could not afford to serve therapeutic meal. Food purchasing, menu planning and other foodservice management processes were handled by non-professionals, such as volunteers, cooks or social workers. Forty two percent of the HDM service centers never used standard recipes. For determining portion sizes, 75.4% of the HDM service centers depended on personal experience. Finally, the current HDM service programs for the homebound elderly were not operated systematically. It is suggested that professionally trained personnel should be included among the staff members to provide a more effective HDM service. The HDM service programs should be supported financially and systematically by the government.
