In this paper, we develop a new conceptual framework for finding new business opportunities in the cloud computing environment. We propose a service model framework for cloud computing business. In the service concept of the proposed business model, we categorize customer needs and service offering value, while we analyze customer behavior for developing revenue model. In addition, we analyze cloud computing market drivers for finding an evolution path of the proposed business model. Finally, we develop cloud computing business strategies for Korean IT service industry.

Many companies are investing in the development of the PDM(Prodct Data Management) system to improve the productivities of manufacturing since people believe that PDM technology can give a new solution from planning to development. As the requirements of PDM grows, so many industries sped their own budget on developing common requirements and functionalities. In this paper, we describe the framework for a PDM application to promote reuse in a PDM system development area. However, developing the framework is not easy. In this paper, the current state and results of our development are described: 1) the phases of developing our framework, 2) abstruction strategies, 3) programing model based on repository. Although frameworks improve software reuse, frameworks are so large and complex that application developers require to understand framework in order to customize the framework. To support the customization of framework, development environment is developed, also.

스마트교육은 기존에 분리되어 있던 교육 요소들을 스마트인프라 기반으로 상호연결하여 교육적 가치를 만들어내는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트교육의 정의와 성격, 스마트 학교들의 환경을 고려하여 스마트 학습활동 개발 프레임워크를 제안하고 관련하여 개발된 수업모형에 대해 살펴본다. 이 프레임워크는 스마트 학습활동을 중심으로 한 수업을 설계할 때 학습활동의 최소단위를 하나의 블록으로 표현하며, 스마트 학습활동 아이디어를 학습활동, 동기, 정보활동, 도구 및 환경 요소의 선택 과정을 통해 구성한다. 이 프레임워크를 적용하여 고안된 수업모형으로, 스마트교실 환경에서 공유와 검토 및 보완과정을 활성화시킨 생각나눔 수업모형을 소개하며, 교실에서 적용과 관련해서 논의한다.

Business organizations are asked to create new business models utilizing current technological innovations such as ubiquitous computing technology for developing new domains of business to obtain a competitive advantage and achieve a sustainable development. This study was focused on the processes for developing new and practical business models. The purpose of this study was to propose ubiquitous sport business modeling processes from the modeling framework. In particular, this study focused on developing new, pragmatic, and effective sport business models, and this new type of business is defined as 'u-sport.' For design the business model, extensive literature reviews and case studies were conducted for benchmarking the cases and expert group review was conducted for developing u-sport business model framework. The suggested business modeling processes in this study were consisted of four phases; 1) organization strategy level setting phase, 2) business strategy level setting phase, 3) business structure level setting phase, and 4) service level setting phase. The modeling processes were verified to adapt ubiquitous sport business. This designing and modeling process is expected to play a significant role on enhancing the technology-based business environments as the process mainly focuses on the service and consumer oriented approach rather than technology and suppliers oriented approach. In conclusion, establishing sport business models by adapting the service modeling process will deliver an exponential growth and development of future ubiquitous based industry.

This study aims at giving the framework to estimate the environmental load at planning and schematic phase. With increasing awareness of environmental issues, the effort to reduce the environmental impacts caused by human activity has been increasingly enlarged. So far most of researches estimating CO₂ emissions have analyzed energy consumption based on BOQ (Bills of Quantity) acquired after detailed design. There is also lack of reliability in the estimated environmental impact using the basic unit of a facility at the planning stage, because it uses a limited specific section of historical data. Thus, this study is targeted at developing framework to assess reliable environmental loads based on information available at project early phases by making case-bases from historical design information on PSC Beam Bridge. Historical database is built on the basis of the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and in order to set input information for estimating model, the literature about information in an early project phase are reviewed. Using the information available in the planning and schematic design stage, the Framework is presented to estimate the environmental load in an early stage in the project. Developing an environmental load estimation model in accordance with the Framework presented in this study, it is expected that the environmental load in the initial project phase can be estimated more quickly and accurately.

This is a study on the success factors of Korean CDMA industry through a new analytical framework. Korean CDMA industry is a sample for successfully developing technologies and securing competitive advantages in the world market. The new analytical framework is based urn technological innovation model and competitive advantage model. The success factors of CDMA are analyzed from policy. technology, corporation and market paint of view and the causality between them is studied.

본 논문은 분산 보안 정책을 지정하기 위해 객체그룹을 사용하는 u-헬스케어 컴퓨팅 환경에서 응용 서비스를 위해 동적 보안 서비스를 지원하는데 설계된 보안 객체에 대해 기술한다. 특히 u-헬스케어를 위한 분산 프레임워크의 보안 정책과 규칙 그리고 접근 제어에 사용되는 오퍼레이션을 포함한 보안 객체에 중점을 두었다. 그리고 DPD-Tool을 이용하여 서버 프로그램으로 구현된 객체들의 접근권한 부여 절차 및 클라이언트 프로그램 개발 과정을 보였다. 또한 DPD-Tool을 이용하여 모바일 모니터링 응용 개발 절차를 통해 u-헬스케어 지원 분산 프레임워크에서 지원하는 동적 보안 서비스의 수행성을 검증하였다.

The development of web-aware knowledge discovery system has received a great deal of attention in recent years. It plays a key-enabling role for competitive businesses in the E-commerce era. One of the challenges in developing web-aware knowledge discovery systems is to integrate and coordinate and coordinate existing standalone or legacy knowledge discovery applications in a seamless manner, so that cost-effective systems can be developed without the need of costly proprietary products. In this paper, we present an approach for developing a framework of web-aware interoperable knowledge discovery system to achieve this purpose. This approach applies RMI and high-level code wrapper of Java distributed object computing to address the issues of interoperability in heterogeneous environments, which includes programming language, platform, and visual object model. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is demonstrated through the integration and extension of the two well-known standalone knowledge discovery tools, SOM_PAK and Nenet. It confirms that a variety of interoperable knowledge discovery systems can be constructed efficiently on the basis of the framework to meet various requirements of knowledge discovery tasks.

The purpose of this study is to classify and state of evaluating objectives using three-dimensional assessment framework of science inquiry. The first, as an attempt to provide a theoretical base for developing an assessment framework taxonomies and classificatory schemes of educational objectives were analyzed Bloom's taxonomy, Klopfer's specification, NAEP(National Assessment of Educational Progress), and APU(Assessment of Performance Unit) framework. The second, three-dimensional assessment framework use in this study has formed a clear definition of three-dimensional matrix. These three dimensions consists of content, context and process. The third, the model of three-dimensional taxonomy of science inquiry developed in this study is presented. In addition, an example of classification and statement of evaluating objectives based on the model is presented.

Currently, there are little evaluated model for each industry and systematic analysis for each item about current business web sites. And the approach way to improve it all depends on individual. This research is about two different points of view on I-Evaluation development as an approach method to provide analysis, evaluation, and guideline on business web sites. The one is about developing a working step and a site evaluation model that are necessary to improve the quality of site. The other is about a framework development to apply a feedback on site most rapidly and site optimization. The former is from the methodological point of view for I-Evaluation, and the latter is from the point of view for I-Evaluation Framework. In terms of methodology, developing site evaluation model and defining a working step belong to it. Site evaluation model means customizing each customers web site, using each evaluated scoring model which can be a standard for each industry to analyze a similar business web site. Defining a working step means defining input and output parameters for composed elements, working processes, and results analysis on an evaluated model. And also it includes building a working environments to automatic steps mentioned the above by clarifying them.
