The spiral form, which comes from the organic form of natural phenomenon such as growth of creatures, has been used as a factor of formative shape in various fields of art until now. In conjunction herewith, this study intends to discover and express the life force and the formative beauty of natural substances with the organic spiral forms into clothing design, using various creating methods and materials such as Korean traditional paper. The natural substances with the spiral structure, such as seashells, land snails, passion flower, curled flower, growing chart of plants, Impatiens textori was used as subjects of the designs. The seven pieces of work were completed with attempts to develop aesthetic forms through the presentation techniques and methods via restructuring process of simplification, partial transformation and consolidation. Through such process the conclusion of this study is as follows: First, the nature, with unlimited possibilities, could be subject of human formative activities, leading to the creative world of formative art for designers. Second, adaptation of the spiral organic forms of nature into the contemporary clothing designs proved the motif as a source of inspiration of diverse subject, in recognition with its innate formative beauty as well as external shape. Third, design expressions via restructuring process of simplification, partial transformation and consolidation with designer's subjective point of view were adequate for the creations of contemporary fashion designs. Fourth, the Korean traditional paper, as a fine material for various shape according to the handling method, could be used appropriately in the contemporary clothing designs, expressing our aesthetic senses. Fifth and finally, expansion of the realm of formative expression of clothing through the development of possibilities of expression in contemporary clothing would enhance the creative possibilities of clothing design as formative art. In conclusion, the expression of clothing design as formative art was developed on the emphasis of re-creation of natural objects of the organic spiral form. For the future study, the applications of spiral form into everyday clothing designs, consolidating artistic senses and practical senses, are expected as opportunity of proposing developmental possibilities of the contemporary clothing designs.

These days, photoshop and illustrator program can make a fashion illustration express easily and speedily, And they can also express a feeling and sensitivity of fashion illustrator by a tool and effect more than a manual work's media. The purpose of this study was to analyze a visual expression and characteristics in fashion illustration using 2D graphics. The method of this study was to analyze the fashion illustration books using 2D graphics. The visual expressions in fashion illustration using 2D graphics were as follows: Fashion illustration was based on a sketch or photography, and used a composition, drawing, mapping, painting, and manual work's re-touching. Characteristics of visual expression were as follows: First, a image composition was showed discontinuity and heterogeneity of image, new context and composition, and allowance of reality. Second, image transform was showed image overlap, body transformation by image recomposition, and deformed transformation by vector drawing. Third, hyper-real was showed precise touching, mechanical and neutral image, omission of background and focus of an object's characteristic and information. Fourth, following a realistic expression was showed simplified color, shading, dominant view point of fashion illustrator by omission, and daily lift style. Fifth, following a pictorial expression was showed non-fixed and irregular line, natural painting, and drawing and painting by conventional pictorial media. In conclusion, a photoshop and illustrator in 2D graphics will serve as a new media far fashion illustration with a manual work. And they will not only intensify a capacity as a commercial role of fashion illustration but also present a positive motive for students learning a fashion illustration.

Digital Transformation과 4차 산업혁명 등 변화의 시대에 급변하는 기술 변화에 맞게 전자금융서비스는 안전하게 제공하여야 한다. 그러나 전기통신금융사기(보이스피싱) 사고는 현재진행형 이어서 사고의 지속적 증가, 지능화 및 고도화 현상을 대응하려 법률 제 개정 및 정책 제도 개선등 사고 근절을 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 더불어 금융회사는 이상금융거래탐지 시스템 개선 및 고도화를 통한 전기통신금융사기 사고 방지에 노력하고 있으나, 그 대응 결과는 그리 밝지 않다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 전기통신금융사기 사고는 관련 대책에 맞서 변화하며 진화를 거듭하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보이스피싱에 의한 금융거래 사고발생 방지를 위해 시나리오 기반의 Rule 모델과 인공지능 알고리즘을 통해 모델링 된 지능형 이상금융거래 시스템을 설계하고 금융기관의 전자금융거래 시스템 에 실제 설치 운용해 본 결과를 바탕으로 인공지능형 이상금융거래 탐지시스템의 구현 모델과 분석 탐지 결과를 차단 대응 할 수 있는 고도화 된 대응 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

이 연구는 진화하는 스마트 테크놀로지와는 달리 목표, 정책, 행정조직 요소들은 스마트시티의 변하지 않는 실행도구임에 주목하고 정책의 실행수단 개념을 적용하여 싱가포르 스마트 네이션 이니셔티브의 특징을 분석하고 결과 도출 및 함의를 제시하는데 목표를 둔다. 이를 위해 "스마트 네이션"을 분석단위로 하고 "프로젝트, 행정조직, 시민참여"를 분석요소로 하는 사례분석틀을 토대로 문헌분석을 실시한다. 분석을 통한 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 사회로의 대전환을 위한 국가 주도의 이니셔티브 수립이 요구된다. 둘째, 이니셔티브의 효과적인 실행을 위하여 대통령 또는 총리 직속의 집행기관들을 설치할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 실행수단으로서 세부 전략, 행정조직, 시민참여 차원의 상호보완적인 프로그램들을 고려하고 디지털 생태계의 최신 흐름을 반영해야 한다. 넷째, 전 국민이 참여하는 디지털 사회로의 대전환 국민운동을 전개할 필요가 있다.

4차 산업혁명으로 많은 산업 분야에 커다란 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 그중에서도 인공지능을 활용한 융합기술에 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그중에서도 인공지능을 활용한 객체 인식과 인식 결과를 활용한 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation) 분야에서 그 요구가 나날이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미지내에 글자, 심볼, 선을 정확하게 인식하고 인식 결과를 시뮬레이션에 활용할 수 있도록 표준화 포맷의 파일로 저장하기 위해 최적의 학습모델 구축 방법을 제안하였다. 이미지내 글자, 심볼, 선을 인식하기 위하여 인식 대상별 특성을 분석한 후 최적의 인식 기법을 선택하였다. 그다음으로 인식 대상별 인식률을 향상시키기 위하여 최적의 학습 모델 구축 방안을 제안하였다. 글자, 심볼, 선 인식의 순서와 가중치를 다르게 설정하여 인식 결과를 확인하였으며, 인식 후처리에 대한 방안도 마련하였다. 최종적인 인식 결과는 시뮬레이션 등 다양한 처리에 활용될 수 있는 표준화 포맷으로 저장하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 최적의 학습 모델 구축에 대한 우수한 성능은 실험을 통해 확인할 수 있었다.

2021년 경찰청은 자치경찰제 도입, 수사구조개혁, 국가수사본부 출범 등 명실상부한 책임수사 주체기관으로의 대전환 등 변혁기를 맞아 중요한 시기에 직면해 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 경찰청 도서관의 역할과 기능을 제시하기 위해 거시적 환경분석 기법인 PEST 분석과 경찰청을 포함한 각 시·도 경찰청 및 부속기관의 도서관 운영현황을 조사하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 도서관 필수요소인 시설, 장서, 사서 즉 공간구성, 장서구성, 인적자원 그리고 추가로 도서관 운영 거버넌스 구축과 미래지향적인 도서관 서비스 등으로 구분하여 4차 산업혁명 시대 경찰청 도서관의 미래지향적인 역할을 제시하였다.

우리나라 식생활교육은 2009년 식생활교육지원법이 제정되면서 건강, 환경, 배려를 핵심 가치로 삼아 변화되기 시작하였으며, 제3차 식생활교육 기본 계획(2020년-2024년)에서는 지속가능한 식생활로 함께 하는 농업, 건강한 국민, 포용하는 사회 실현을 비전으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명의 디지털 문명은 학교 식생활교육에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우리나라 학교 식생활교육에서 지속가능한 식생활교육 내용을 살펴보고, 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 교육의 디지털 전환에 직면한 식생활교육 현상을 진단하고, 지속가능한 식생활 역량 함양을 위하여 포용적 식생활교육 구조와 내용 체계의 구체성을 통해 포용적 식생활교육의 방향을 탐색하였다. 포용적 식생활교육을 위해서는 인지적 학습, 정의적 학습, 실천적 학습이 포용적 방식으로 융합될 수 있는 구조와 체계가 필요하며, 지속가능한 식생활교육을 실천하기 위해서는 학습자 핵심 역량 함양에 중점을 두는 포용적 식생활교육의 방향에서 그 대안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

As technology advanced dramatically in the late 20th century, a new era of science arrived. The emerging era of scientific discovery, variously described as e-Science, cyberscience, and the fourth paradigm, uses technologies required for computation, data curation, analysis, and visualization. The emergence of the fourth research paradigm will have such a huge impact that it will shake the foundations of science, and will also have a huge impact on the role of data-information infrastructure. In the digital age, the roles of data-information professionals are becoming more diverse. As eScience emerges as a sustainable and growing part of research, data-information professionals and centeres are exploring new roles to address the issues that arise from new forms of research. The functions that data-information professionals and centeres can fundamentally provide in the e-Science area are data curation, preservation, access, and metadata. Basically, it involves discovering and using available technical infrastructure and tools, finding relevant data, establishing a data management plan, and developing tools to support research. A further advanced service is archiving and curating relevant data for long-term preservation and integration of datasets and providing curating and data management services as part of a data management plan. Adaptation and change to the new information environment of the 21st century require strong and future-responsive leadership. There is a strong need to effectively respond to future challenges by exploring the role and function of data-information professionals in the future environment. Understanding what types of data-information professionals and skills will be needed in the future is essential to developing the talent that will lead the transformation. The new values and roles of data-information professionals and centers for 21st century researchers in STEAM are discussed.

본 연구는 융의 분석심리학을 연구하여 거기에서 도출된 상담이론을 토대로 상담과정과 상담기법을 연구하고자 한다. 융은 분석심리학을 기반으로 상담과정을 4단계로 나누고 있다. 1단계는 고백(confession)인데, 분석치료의 원형은 고백이다. 치료과정의 첫 단계는 비밀을 공유하고 억제된 정서를 드러내는 것이다. 2단계는 해명(elucidation)단계인데, 해명은 전이에 의해 유도된 내용을 조명하면서 명료화하는 과정이다. 3단계는 교육(education)단계이다. 해명은 내담자들을 지적으로 만들지만 여전히 무능력한 아이의 상태로 남겨둔다. 이 단계에서 치료는 통찰을 넘어 책임성 있는 의뢰인으로 훈련시키는 것이다. 4단계는 변혁(transformation)이다. 내담자들과의 변혁단계에서는 내담자들뿐만 아니라, 치료사도 '분석 속'에 있다. 융의 상담기법은 꿈의 분석, 상징의 사용, 단어연상검사, 증상분석, 사례사, MBTI 등 여섯 가지를 사용한다. 결론적으로 분석심리상담은 첫째, 인간의 정신, 특히 무의식 세계에 대한 보다 심층적인 접근과 이해를 가능하게 했다. 둘째, 분석심리상담은 무의식과 원형이라는 개념을 통해서 모든 인간이 공통적 심상 구조를 지닌 인류 공동체임을 인식하게 해주었다. 셋째, 분석심리상담은 인생의 의미와 목적을 새로운 관점에서 바라볼 수 있도록 해주었다. 따라서 융은 환자에 대해 병적인 문제를 지닌 존재가 아니라, 스스로 전체성을 실현하고자 하는 전인적인 인간으로 볼 것을 강조하였다.

본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 시대에 사물인터넷(IoT) 기기와 서비스에 대한 정보 격차를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 사물인터넷 기기와 서비스에 대한 미래 이슈를 전망하는 인식의 차이를 분석하고, 사물인터넷 기기와 서비스에 대한 인지도와 사용경험에 따른 디지털 기술의 필요성과 삶의 도움에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 교육수준과 교육수요를 분석하였다. 광주광역시와 전라남도에 거주자를 대상으로 2021년 2월 15일부터 3월 7일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 232명이 응답하였다. SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였고, 모든 통계값은 평균값으로 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지능정보사회 인지도에 따른 지능정보사회 미래이슈, 인공지능기기 및 서비스로 제공 받는 삶의 도움, 지능정보기술 필요성 차이를 제시하였다. 둘째, 인공지능기기의 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 인공지능으로 부터 제공 받는 삶의 도움 차이를 제시하였다. 셋째, 인공지능서비스의 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 인공지능으로 부터 제공 받는 삶의 도움 차이를 제시하였다. 넷째, 인공지능기술 인지도 및 사용 경험에 따른 필요성 차이를 제시하였다. 다섯째, 지능정보사회의 교육수준과 교육수요를 조사하여 제시하였다. 이러한 연구를 결과를 통하여 디지털 트랜스포메이션 시대에 정보 격차 해소를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
