본 논문에서는 RC 기둥-기초 접합부분을 중공형 및 확장형 강재 Base Plate로 보강한 실험체에 대한 하중 재하 실험을 실시하여, 강재 Base Plate가 부착된 RC 기둥-기초에서의 뚫림전단에 대한 보강효과를 정량화 하기 위한 구조해석 및 기초적 실험 연구를 수행하였다. 실험은 각 실험체별 부착된 Base Plate의 두께, 내민길이, 치수, 형식 등의 변수에 따라 수행하였으며 실험을 통하여 응력분산에 적합한 적정 Base Plate의 모양 및 치수를 확인하였고, 보강효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 실험을 통해 Base Plate가 기초에 전해지는 수직하중의 응력분산에 효과적이었으며 폐쇄형보다 중공형 보강이 효율적인 것을 확인하였다. 보강을 통해 변위연성 능력의 향상으로 기존의 기초두께보다 두께가 감소한 실험체에서도 기존보다 높은 성능을 나타냈다. 보강 후의 실험체로부터 구조물의 거동특성을 취성으로부터 연성으로 유도 할 수 있었으며, 실험체를 파괴시까지 가력함으로써 파괴시 보강 전, 후에 대한 균열 및 파괴양상을 확인 하였다.

The vision system is easy to use the exclusive use as a independent computer system but it is not much popularization by reason of expensive and difficult to adapt to the various fields, because it is easy to the existed computer system, the price is cheap and also it can use to the various measurement purpose which user wanted and programed. The measurement method of the vehicle axle casing nut welding part is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual length of the standard specimen and the length of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. A defect is found by the assembled visual inspection system. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the software program which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system. We make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.

The inspection unit which is developed and used in this study, is processed the shape data from the CCD camera to seek welding bite section shape, and then calculated as a real dimension from measuring the value of each inspection item. The reason of measuring with the real in this study is came out from the image method which used for a long time, which is extricated the characteristic as the dimension of pixel by recognize pixel. The measurement method of the section shape is that we decide the thresholding value after we drew the histogram to binarizate the object. After that, we make flat the object to get rid of the noise and measure the shape of welded part through the boundarization of the object. The shape measurement is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual dimension of the standard specimen and the dimension of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the software GUI(Graphic User Interface) which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system is developed. We make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.

1980년대에서 1990년대 중반까지 건설된 노후 공동주택 단지의 주차장 부족 현상은 심각하다. 노후 공동주택의 주차장 확대 사례를 살펴보면 수직으로 지하 주차장을 확장하는 방식이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 기존 건축물을 증축할 경우 기초의 구조적 안전성 확보는 매우 중요하며, 지하 수직방향 공사의 경우 작업 공간이 협소하기 때문에 안전성, 환경성 및 시공성이 우수한 공법을 적용해야 한다. 도심지 공사는 소음과 진동이 작은 공법과 장비의 사용도 필수적이다. 이 연구는 지하주차장 확대 공사에 필요한 기초보강 공법 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 영향요인의 가중치를 산정하여 기초보강공법의 적용성을 분석 할 목적으로 수행되었다. 기초보강 공법의 적용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문가 면담조사를 통하여 도출하였고, AHP기법을 통하여 영향요인의 가중치를 산정하였다. 전문가를 대상으로 기초보강 공법의 적용성을 평가 하였다. 2건의 지하주차장 확대 유형에 대한 사례연구를 실시하여 기초보강공법의 적용성을 비교 분석하였다.

국내에서는 많은 기초설계가 표준관입시험(SPT)의 N값을 적용하고 있으며, 콘관입시험(CPT)의 효용성 증가로 인해 SPT와 CPT의 상관관계를 설계에 이용하고 있는 실정이다. SPT와 CPT의 상관관계에 대한 연구는 지난 30년 동안 해외에서 많이 진행되어 왔으나 잔류토층에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이는 지역마다 잔류토층의 특성이 달라 그 상관관계의 분산이 크기 때문이다. 따라서 국내 잔류토층의 특성에 맞는 SPT와 CPT의 상관관계 정립을 위하여 SM으로 분류된 잔류토층에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 $q_t/N_{60}=0.3$으로 분석되었다.

We monitored the hitchhiker insect pests from the international vessels entering into Korea in 2021. As a result, total of 581 individuals were detected by the survey based on visual inspection with naked eye. Among them, 500 individuals were identified as 244 species of 65 families under 11 orders through the integrative taxonomic method with DNA barcoding and morphological reexamination, but the remaining 81 individuals were classified as only to the family level. Of the 244 species identified, 26 species were determined to be not-distributed species in Korea (two Orthoptera, two Hemiptera, one Megaloptera, five Coleoptera, three Hymenoptera, and 13 Lepidoptera). Among them, two species, Sagra femorata (Chrysomelidae, Coleoptera) and Dendrolimus punctatus (Lasiocampidae, Lepidoptera), were discovered as 'Regulated species' listed by Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency, South Korea. Therefore, we reported on the 26 not-distributed species in Korea and provided inanimate pathway information such as navigation routes on the vessels hitchhiking the species, state of the samples at the time of detection, identification results and original distribution for the detailed monitoring and the risk analysis on the species.

본 연구의 목적은 강원도 산악지역에서 교량 설계 지침 개발에 있다. 2002년 태풍 루사, 2003년 매미, 2006년 에위니아에 이은 7월 집중호우로 강원도 산악지역에서는 큰 피해를 당한 바 있다. 이런 피해의 원인은 강원도 산악지역에 위치하는 하천의 지역적, 지형학적 조건을 고려하지 못한 부분적인 이유도 있는 것으로 판단된다. 교량피해의 대부분은 교각과 교대의 기초부분 세굴(침식) 때문에 발생되었다. 다른 이유로는 고사목, 나뭇가지 및 부유잡물 등이 교각과 상판에 걸려서 물의 흐름을 어렵게 만들거나 차단 시켜서 발생되었다. 수해현장의 피해 형태와 원인 등을 분석하여 이로부터 설계 지침을 제시하였다.

지방자치단체에서 공통으로 관리하고 있는 도시기반시설물의 목록을 정의하고 표준항목을 정립하며 표준사양을 작성하여 "도시기반시설물전자라이브러리(Urban Foundation Facility Electronic Library)" 구축 방안을 연구하였다. "도시기반시설물전자라이브러리"는 지리정보시스템에서 도시기반시설물 고유의 제원, 특성 및 형태 등 속성항목의 사양 값을 체계적으로 모아둔 컴포넌트 DB의 집합체로 정의하였다. 또한 도시기반시설물전자라이브러리가 구축된 후, 현장조사에서의 활용 방안, 급속히 현실화되고 있는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 도시기반시설물전자라이브러리를 RFID와 Sensor Network에 접목하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 RFID를 활용한 시설물 관리 실험에서 RFID와 도시기반시설물전자라이브러리의 연계 사용이 가능하다는 결론을 얻었다.

This study is to identify culturally the psychological effect of men and women's make-up, to examine men and women's tendency toward make-up and to figure out relationships between their psychological properies and its functions in modern society for the psychological analysis of Inspection(望診). This study has verified that makeup has a positive effect on their interpersonal relationships, psychological reation and self-confidence as well as it meets their fundamental aesthetic needs. The makeup of the psychological action on men and women is different as eroticism, feminism and etc. The social and cultural backgrounds of make-up are the needs of a variety of fashion, trend of public opinion, a cultural difference and etc. And further studies about psychological reason why they wear makeup need to be made. Makeup has an effect on their looks and it has a psychological effect of being able to decorate and move their mind. Finally, it is anticipated that the study for psychological approach to makeup could contribute on the study for positive makeup treatment and basic foundation of Inspection(望診) and physiognomy(觀相) in Oriental medicine.

우리나라에서는 홍수로 매년 90여개 이상의 교량이 붕괴되고 있으며, 이러한 교량의 붕괴는 대부분 기초의 세굴에 기인하고 있다. 그동안 교량의 설계 및 유지관리 분야에서 세굴에 대한 교량의 건전성을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 평가기법 개발에 관한 연구는 체계적으로 수행되지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 홍수 발생 후 교각의 세굴 건전성을 평가하기 위한 긴급점검기법으로써 세굴로 인한 교각의 고유진동수 변화를 이용하기 위한 동적특성 평가실험을 수행하였다. 세굴을 모의한 확대기초 교각 모형의 동적특성 평가 실험결과 교각의 1차 모드 고유진동수를 이용하여 기초의 세굴을 평가할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.
