국립세종도서관에 대한 이해집단의 인식조사 분석 (Analysis of Stakeholders' perception about the National Library of Korea, Sejong)

  • 2013년 12월에 개관한 국립세종도서관의 기본적 정체성은 정책정보 중심의 특화도서관이다. 그럼에도 여전히 정체성이 자리매김하지 못하는 현실에 주목하여 이해집단(정부부처 공무원과 정부출연연구기관의 연구원, 세종시민, 국립세종도서관 직원)을 대상으로 기본적 정체성과 역할 각종 서비스의 이용률 및 만족도 정책정보 및 정책정보서비스의 필요성과 이용, 전략적 및 중점적 추진과제에 대한 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이해집단의 국립세종도서관 서비스 만족도 및 정책정보서비스 의존도 제고를 위한 인력확충과 조직확대, 국내외 정책정보 수집전략 국가정책정보서비스 강화방안을 제안하였다.

  • 중소기업 간 지식 기술 융합의 필요성이 크게 인식되고 있는 요즘, 이를 실천하고 활성화 시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안이 부재하고 고품질의 융합 실천 교육 콘텐츠 보강이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소기업 임직원의 융합과제 발굴역량 강화를 위한 사례중심 교육과정 및 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 3단계로 연구목표를 세분화하여 제시한다. 1차로 중소기업의 국내 외 융합 동향 및 현황파악 및 융합성공사례 분석을 위한 표준분석 방안을 마련하고, 2차로 중소기업 융합 성공사례 발굴 및 자료수집과 융합 성공 사례 분석을 통한 융합 모형을 개발하며, 3차로 중소기업 임직원 융합 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 분석 및 교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 통해 융합 교육을 통한 새로운 성장 동력을 발굴하고, 신제품 새로운 서비스 개발 및 신시장 창출, 중소기업 기술과 성장의 한계를 극복하고 재도약할 수 있는 계기를 마련하여 지식 기술 융합을 통한 글로벌 트랜드 부합 및 기업 경쟁력 강화를 이루고자 한다.

중학교 가정과 교육에 대한 인식 및 교과영역별 필요도에 관한 조사연구 -서울시내 중학교 학생과 학부모를 중심으로- (A Study on the Recognition to Secondary School Home Economics Education and Its Necessity Degree in Each Field of Curriculum)

  • This study aims at finding a new home economics education with will include male students as its teaching objects, and then providing home economics teachers with useful materials. For this purpose I examined the curriculum of foreign home economics education and analized male and female secondary school students’and their recognition and demand to the home economics education. Investigated persons are male and female students of the first year of 3 sendary schools and their parents in Seoul, who are choosen by menas of random sampling. The items analysis of questionnaires was performed by means of random sampling. The items analysis of questionnaires was performed by means of SPSS. The results are marked with percentage and the significance level is verified by t and X(sup)2 analysis methods. The results obtained from the items analysis are as follows:1 According to the increasing number of female employees, the mechanization of household affaires, and so on, male students and male parents got to realize the necessity of home economics education and the importance of men and women’s cooperation to lead a family life. 2. It is shown that the goal of home economics deucation must be to form a right value point of the family life and family. This fact implies that many examinees regards the home economics education in the moral point of view. 3. In the necessity degree according to each field of the home economics education curriculum, moral and social aspects such as family relationship, home management & economics, human development and bringing up are regarded more important than household affairs and the related technical aspects. 4. In the difference between groups to the necessity degree according to each field of the home economics education curriculum, there are few differences between male and female parents, but there are many differences between male and female students. Male students regards the contents of the home economics education curriculum less necessary than female students. Especially in the field of clothing, residence, human development and bringing up, the difference between male and female students is obvious. 5. The necessity degree of the contents related to environmental pollution, saving of energy and resources, utilizing of computer, etc. is very high.

필리핀 결혼이주여성의 결혼배경과 출국 전 한국가정생활 교육내용에 대한 탐색적 연구 (The Study of the Backgrounds of Filipino Female Immigrants' Marriage with Koreans and Pre-education Programs about the Korean Family Culture in the Philippines for Filipino Immigrants to Korea)

  • In order to promote and comprehend marriage immigrants' culture, it is essential to understand the life of their families in their counties. For this study, data by a Philippine CFO(Commission on Filipino Overseas) has been analyzed, and the study researcher has attended an educational program run by the PDOS(Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar). Also, in order to understand the immigrants' families in their country, interviews have been done with some of the CFO employees, people arranged to immigrate to Korea through marriage, and female immigrants who are married. First, Filipino females have a positive attitude toward marriage with a foreign male. Most immigrants are from the rural parts of their country, and their families tend to rely on their daughters more than their sons. Therefore, they decide to marry Korean males and immigrate in order to support their families. However many of them do not have enough information about Korea. Second, Philippine's family system is of bilateral kinship, and traditionally, men and women are treated equally. Therefore, Filipino females tend to be well-educated, outgoing, and vibrant. Thus, they can create an active role in married life for themselves and support their family members. Lastly, based on videos and class materials on the topic of domestic violence that are used in the pre-educational programs for females planning to immigrate to Korea, the content of the program is to be revised.

노인여가복지시설의 서비스스케이프 분석지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis Indicators on the Servicescapes of Senior Welfare Facility)

  • To make provision for the super-aged society, the senior welfare facility which is a kind of typical physical environment of the nursing service would be expected to perform a very important role in local community. This study was conducted to identify the constructs of the servicescapes of senior welfare facility and to draw analysis indicators of it. For this, we performed literature review based on domestic & foreign government guide, service marketing theory and interior architectural results concerning the physical environment of the senior welfare facility. The result of this study showed as follows: servicescapes of the senior welfare facility could be explained as "a whole set of physical environment to support a variety of services provided by the senior welfare facility for the elderly or services of the kind of tangible clues". Analysis indicators of the senior welfare facility's servicescape could be explained as five factors: safety factor, functional factor, aesthetic factor, ambient factor and social factor. In addition we developed 37 pieces of detailed factors referred to five factors. The evaluation and verification of analysis indicators was carried out through 8 experts in-depth interviews. We inspected importance factor using a 5-point Likert scale, therefore safety factor was 4.41, functional factor was 4.27, aesthetic factor was 3.66, ambient factor was 4.20 and social factor was 4.25. More than anything else, in this study, there is a sense that it has established the concept of servicescape adapted to the senior welfare facility and contained a social element between the employees and the physical environment. Theoretical and practical implications of findings are discussed, and future research directions are proposed. we expect to be a little or benefits to the senior welfare facility corresponding to the future of the super-aged society.

한국(韓國)패션산업(産業)의 인재육성(人材育成)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Cultivation of the Talent in Korean Fashion Industry)

  • The Korean fashion industry is composed of originality, technique and business management. It is going to be the main role in the living and cultural industry in 21th century as a strategic advanced industry. On the other hand, more than 15,000 persons who majored in correlated fashion are graduated from universities, colleges, and fashion schools every year. But professional and competent persons specialized in clothings are very insufficient. So cultivation of the talented for fashion industry must be suitablely and differentially carried out, according to regional distinction or characteristics of each university, college level, institute and so on. At same time, it is for the subdivided professional educations in fashion field, also. Education institutions related fashion have to practice not only theory but also field-oriented education of fashion industry. The fashion enterprise must invest resolutely in reeducations for incoming and reading employees, too. Briefing the program of cultivating the competent as follows : (1) The execution of certification programes based on professional job series. (2) Cultivation of the talent by cooperation of industry and educational field. (3) Upbringing the specialists who have both abilities of foreign language and living cultural profession. (4) Establishment of a base oriented north-east Asia as the central fashion business. (5) Efficient using of multi-media. (6) Innovation of technology. (7) Preferential treatment of skilled labors apparel industry field. (8) Establishment of the Korean Society of Fashion Business for a bridge of industrial-educational complex and government, for cultivation of the talent. The programs of 'cultivation of the talent' must be differed from to whom', 'what', 'how long'. But the commonness in all is to need the stimulative education and creativity. Through it, 'what and how think' and 'how application' to all directions is acquired.

방송 영상자료의 온라인 기록정보서비스에 관한 연구: 공영방송을 중심으로 (A Study on the Online Information Services of Broadcasting Video Data: Focusing on Public Broadcasting)

  • 영상기록물은 최근 많은 이용자들이 선호하는 매체이며, 방송영상이 중요해짐에 따라 이용 요구도 많아지고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내 대다수의 방송사 아카이브 기관들은 내부 직원을 위한 아카이브 서비스를 제공하고 있을 뿐, 일반 대중들을 위한 적극적인 기록정보 서비스를 제공하고 있지 않다. 이 연구에서는 특히 해외 공영방송사 아카이브 사이트에서 일반 대중을 대상으로 제공하는 온라인 기록정보서비스를 살펴보고 국내 방송사 서비스의 개선방안을 제시해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 접근성, 검색 및 온라인 열람 그리고 아웃리치(확장) 서비스라는 3가지 서비스영역의 기준을 설정하고, 이에 의거하여, 각 영역별로 해외 공영 방송사의 서비스를 살펴보고 분석하였으며, 국내 공영 방송사 현황을 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 공영방송사에 대한 일반 대중들을 대상으로 한 온라인 검색 및 자료의 제공, 다양한 아웃리치 서비스의 개발, 이용층의 확장 등, 기록정보서비스 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크에 대하여 살펴보고 스마트워크 활성화를 위한 경영관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 인터넷 사용의 환경이 최고라 할 수 있는 우리나라의 스마트워크는 다른 나라에 비하여 뒤쳐져 있는 상황이다. 스마트워크가 활성화되기 위한 본 연구의 제안으로 먼저 스마트워크에 대한 인식의 변화이다. 둘째, 스마트워크에 대한 법적 정의 및 유형을 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 스마트 기기의 보안 강화이다. 무엇보다도 지금까지의 면대면 업무처리에 익숙해져 있는 한 스마트워크의 효과가 나타나기는 어렵다. 근로자 및 관리자 모두 스마트워크에 대한 정확한 인식을 바탕으로 이를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 인식의 전환이 무엇보다도 중요할 것이다.

병원경영 관련 분야의 연구경향 분석 (A Study on Recent Trends of Hospital Management Research in Korea)

  • This study examines academic research trends and the change of patterns by analyzing researches related to hospital management registered in Korea Citation Index(KCI) from 2010 to 2014 and offers basic information for interests and future research demands in the field of hospital management As research subjects, a total of 694 published articles were selected. It's to analyze them by dividing into research topics, methods and author's characteristics, and to present them by classifying the period into 2010-2011, 2012-2013, 3rd quarter of 2014 since there was no significant difference in the result between adjacent years. As a result, Korean Journal of Hospital Management has accounted for the highest published rate year after year. In the research topic analysis, it showed a decreasing trend in these research topics as medical marketing and patient satisfaction which became the biggest issue in 2010-2011 significantly were lower in 2014, but an increasing trend in job satisfaction, job stress, labor administration and workforce productivity. The most frequently cited keywords were hospital employees, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, turnover intention. According to the research method analysis, the survey was the most popular method for data collection. However, Interview and medical records as data sources showed a decline trend. As analysis methods, multivariate analysis of quantitative methods was most used. Finally, as a result of analyzing main author's characteristics, the ratio of the authors belonging to health administration and nursing departments of the academic world increased gradually. In the regional distribution, organizations in Seoul are most common, those in Daegu Gyeongbuk areas, foreign organizations showed a tendency to decrease. This is the first study to examine the annual trend on hospital management-related research issues among articles published in domestic journal and we found qualitative and quantitative advances in hospital management research filed.

전문대학에 대한 산업체 만족도 (Satisfaction of Industry Research for the College)

  • 본 연구는 산업체를 대상으로 전문대학의 교육과정 및 전문대학 졸업생에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 향후 전문대학의 교육에 수요자의 의견을 반영한 교육을 실시하기 위한 기초 조사로 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 설문을 조사하여 그 결과를 분석 하였다. 설문의 중요 문항은 산업체에 대한 기초 조사, 신입사원의 채용, 직무능력에 관한 조사, 교육과정에 관한 기초조사 그리고 직무능력 만족도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과에 의하면 평균 재직기간은 제조. 연구개발 분야와 공무원, 관리분야에 있어서는 3년 이상, 유통 판매 및 서비스관광 분야에서는 상대적으로 2년이하의 재직자가 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 업무수행시 가장 크게 느끼는 애로사항으로는 전공실무이론 부족 및 외국어 능력부족, 그리고 대인관계의 순으로 나타났다. 다양한 교과과정으로 실무와 관련된 교육을 강화하고, 실무중심의 전공코스를 개발하여 교육하면 전문대학에 대한 만족도는 우수한 평가를 받을 수 있을 것이다.
