방사성의약품 제조 후 품질관리의 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 품질관리 항목에는 물리적 성상, PH, 핵종의 순도 측정, 화학적 순도 측정, 방사화학적 순도 측정, 내독소 검사, 크립토픽스 잔류량 측정 등이 있다. 내독소 검사는 발열 및 쇼크등을 일으킬 수 있는 그람음성간균의 리포다당질이 포함된 검체가 인체에 주입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 검사법이다. FASTlab module을 이용하여 합성된 $^{18}F$-FDG의 내독소 검사 시행 시 간섭요인이 발생하여 제대로 된 검사가 시행되지 못하여 희석하는 방법을 이용하였다. LAL free water를 이용하여 비색법은 25 ${\mu}l$, 겔화법은 200 ${\mu}l$를 최소단위로 하여 희석배수가 10배수를 초과하지 않는 범위내에서 희석배수를 10배수, 20배수, 30배수, 40배수로 하여 희석하였다. 희석된 시약을 겔화법은 STT와 PCT에 각각 200 ${\mu}l$를 주입하고 Incubator에 $37^{\circ}C$로 1시간동안 배양하여 겔형성 정도를 확인하고, 비색법은 25 ${\mu}l$를 최소단위로 하여 위와 같이 희석한다. 희석된 시약은 ENDOSAFE-PTS의 Dilution factor를 입력하고 배수 당 하나의 카트리지를 4곳의 주입구에 25 ${\mu}l$씩 주입하고 결과 데이터를 확인한다. 결과는 겔화법은 FASTlab의 경우 40배수에서만 겔이 형성되었고, TRACERlab Mx의 경우 거의 모든 배수에서 겔이 형성되었지만 간헐적으로 형성되지 않는 경우도 있었다. 비색법은 FASTlab의 경우 40배수에서만 Spike Rxn time CV, Sample Rxn time CV, Spike recovery 모두 정상범위 안에 포함되었다. TRACERlab Mx의 경우 10배수에서 Spike Rxn time CV, Sample Rxn time CV, Spike recovery 모두 정상범위 안에 포함되었다. FASTlab에서 생산된 방사성의약품은 중화제인 $H_3PO_4$가 PCT내에 겔 형성에 관여하는 $Mg^{2+}$이온과 결합하여 겔 형성을 하지 못하는 것으로 추측된다. 이에 희석을 할 경우 $H_3PO_4$ 양이 줄어 간섭효과를 제거할 수 있었다. 엔도톡신 검사에서 간섭인자들은 무수히 존재한다. 이 간섭인자들은 합성장치나 시약에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 이와 같은 간섭인자들을 극복하기 위한 노력으로 품질검사의 정확성과 신뢰를 제공하도록 해야 할 것이다.

Fizeau interferometer is used for inspecting the lens surface profile accurately. This study is focused on the design and optical measuring techniques for large optical components, such as a reflection mirror for large area lithography or astronomical purpose. A tower type Fizeau interferometer is designed and set up in horizontally with a 45$^{\circ}$ fold mirror which makes easy to align the optical path of heavy interferometer system. To align the optical path, a five-axes stage for the interferometer is required. This study shows a method of the 45$^{\circ}$ fold mirror alignment by using a three-axis stage instead of adjusting the interferometer itself or measuring object. This system will be installed on the large optics polishing machine during the manufacturing process as an on-machine inspection system.

The etiology of vocal fold granuloma was identified : post-endotracheal intubation, vocal abuse, acid reflux and idiopathic. The identification of the cause or causal factor is important, since the treatment must be fundamental directed at them. Treatment have included voice therapy and antireflux measures. Surgical excision is considered in patients who do not respond to medical management. In this study, a case of vocal fold granuloma resolved who underwent injection of the affected vocal fold. Botulinum toxin type A is probably successful by decreasing the strength during adduction in the arytenoid region which, when very intense, would perpetuate the granuloma. Localized injection of this neurotoxin is promising both as an initial treatment and as an alternative treatment in patients who do not respond to standard therapy.

A robust center estimation tecnique of n-fold engineering parts is presented, which use self-organizing neural networks with generating and merging learning for training neural units. To estimate the center of the n-fold engineering parts using neural networks, the segmented boundaries of the interested part are approximated to strainght lines, and the temporal estimated centers by thecosine theorem which formed between the approximaged straight line and the reference point, , are indexed as (.sigma.-.theta.) parameteric vecstors. Then the entries of parametric vectors are fed into self-organizing nerual network. Finally, the center of the n-fold part is extracted by mean of generating and merging learning of the neurons. To accelerate the learning process, neural network uses an adaptive learning rate function to the merging process and a self-adjusting activation to generating process. Simulation results show that the centers of n-fold engineering parts are effectively estimated by proposed technique, though not knowing the error distribution of estimated centers and having less information of boundaries.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of an implicative vague filter in BE-algebras, and investigate some properties of them. Also we give conditions for a vague set to be an implicative vague filter, and we characterize implicative vague filters in BE-algebras. We define the notion of $n$-fold implicative vague filters in BE-algebras and we give characterizations of $n$-fold implicative vague filters and $n$-fold implicative BE-algebras.

Vagus nerve palsy caused by herpes virus infection is rare. Here, the author presents a 65-year-old woman with acute onset of right side otalgia and sore throat, followed by delayed vocal fold paralysis on the same side. Vesicles were also found on the posterior wall of ear canal but the tympanic membrane was not involved. Laryngoscopy revealed multiple ulcerative lesions on the pharyngeal and laryngeal mucosa exclusively on the right side. One month later, she noticed dyshonia which turned out right vocal fold paralysis. Skull base to upper chest CT did not reveal local lesion. Three months after finishing the acyclovir, her symptoms were almost gone and vocal fold movement has almost completely improved. Vagus nerve involvement of herpes infection should be considered as a differential diagnosis for patients with herpes zoster oticus with sore throat.

편측 성대발적을 보였던 6례중 후두결핵이 4례, 성문부 편평세포암이 1례. 만성 후두염이 1례였으며 각 후두질환에 대한 진단과 적절한 치료를 위해서는 후두생검을 통한 보다 적극적인 조직병리학적 확진이 필요함을 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Two-level fractional factorial designs are widely used when many factors are considered. When two-level fractional factorial designs are used, some effects are confounded with each other. To break the confounding between effects, we can use fractional factorial designs, called fold-over designs, in which certain signs in the design generators are switched. In this paper, optimal fold-over designs with four-level quantitative and two-level factors are presented for (1) the initial designs without curvature effect and (2) those with curvature effect. Optimal fold-over design tables are provided for 8-run, 16-run, and 32-run experiments.

Modem society has been complicated and diverse, and then various paradigms coexist. We can see Postmodernism moving in the flows of modern architecture. Therefore looming large is the Fold architecture that can surmount the limit of design in Postmodernism and Deconstruction and suits to the modern culture as an architectural alternative. So I believe this research can make us perceive the streams of modern interior space by considering the features and meanings of Fold conception which has been noticeable in the overall architecture and culture since the middle of 1990's with analyzing and defining atypical organic Fold characteristics appearing in modern interior since 2000, and also predict the next changing direction.

An 18-month-old, Scottish Fold with severe lameness and pain in the fore- and hind-limbs was diagnosed as Scottish Fold osteochondrodysplasia based on radiography showing mis-shapened phalanges, bone formation around the tarsal and metatarsal joints, joint space narrowing, and ankylosis. Although computed tomography (CT) is not considered a primary method for examining Scottish Fold osteochondrodysplasia, CT was undertaken in this case to investigate the cause of pain and reluctant ambulation in the forelimbs. CT showed immaturely ossified bone proliferation in the carpal bones. CT-based multiplanar reconstruction can reveal the anatomic relationship between the bone lesion and the joint in various directions.
