This study aimed to analyze the effects of handbills from the food-service industry on the marketing performance. In this study, an independent variable was one of the evaluation factors of handbills while performance variables were general satisfaction of handbills and repurchase intention. For the analysis methods, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 12.0. As a result of analyses, it was revealed that general satisfaction of handbills by advertisement evaluation factors was partly significant. Second, it was found that a product purchase intention by advertisement evaluation factors was not mostly influential. Even though the findings of this study, it is expected that this study, which attempted an exploratory study on handbills of the food-service industry, will be used for future advertisement analyses of the food-service industry and as basic information on the advertisement effect.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of DINESCAPE on patient satisfaction and the intention of maintaining long-term relationship for Chinese Patients who received medical services at plastic surgery clinics in South Korea. For an empirical analysis, a total of 250 respondents were surveyed from may 1 to october 20, 2014. Of these, 200 respondents were considered to be reliable for statistical analysis. According to the analysis results, among the components of DINESCAPE, atmosphere, cleanliness, convenience and accessibility, employees service, and the convenience of using the websites had positive effects on patient satisfaction, which exerted a positive effect on the intention of maintaining long-term relationship with patients.

The optimum design of auto-catalyst needs a good compromise between the pressure drop and flow distribution in the monolith. One of the effective methods to achieve this goal is to use the concept of radially variable cell density. However, there has been no study of evaluating the usefulness of this method on light-off catalyst. We have computationally investigated the effectiveness of variable cell density technique applied to the light-off catalyst using a three-dimensional integrated CFD model. in which transient chemical reacting calculations are involved. Computed results show that variable cell density technique can reduce the accumulated emissions of CO and HC during the early 100sec of FTP cycle by 86.78 and 80.87%, respectively, The effect of air-gap between the monoliths has been also examined. It is found that air-gap has a beneficial effect on reducing pressure drop and cold-start emissions.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not belt's jobs represent a source of job enrichment that translates into positive job characteristics and satisfaction. Hackman and Oldham's 5 job characteristics, 3 critical psychological states and MPS are utilized for analyzing results of the study. The results indicate that Black and Master Black Belt's jobs have positive effects on all five job characteristics, 3 psychological states, and MPS score. However, the findings indicate that Black and Master Black Belt's jobs are no direct effect on job satisfaction suggesting that growth need strength controls on job satisfaction. The result shows that there is a support for the prediction that growth needs strength controls the effect of belt's jobs on job satisfaction.

This study investigates the relationships of total quality management (TQM), organizational learning (OL) activities and business performance and examines the partial mediation effect of OL activities on business performance in Korean industrial manufacturing setting. Main target sample firms were all manufacturing companies listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and 206 firms participated. This study theoretically develops a conceptual model with 3 hypotheses regarding how TQM practices influence OL activities and how the OL activities partially mediate between the TQM practices and business performance. To examine these hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed and an alternative model which includes a path between errors of leadership factor and OL construct was developed. The findings are TQM practices cannot directly influence business performance but indirectly impact business performance through OL activities. This study found that OL activities playa role as firms' critical competency to improve business performance.

A price discount is one of the effective marketing means to get business profitability in a short period of time. Recently most of the foodservice enterprises in our country utilize a variety of discount methods such as affiliated cards, point cards, discount coupons, social commerce and/or event discount as their marketing strategy. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate customer satisfaction about discount methods provided by the foodservice industry and explore the moderate effect of the discount methods between customer satisfaction and loyalty. For data collection, both of online and offline questionnaire surveys were carried out, and a total of 871 responses were analyzed. As results, the respondents showed high satisfaction with the discount methods, and the discount methods had a positive moderate effect between customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This study was carried out particutarly focusing on the antitumor effects of extracts obtained from mushroom, Daedalea dickinsii against Hela cell, Hep $G_{2}$, cell, L 929 cell and Sarcoma-180. Antitumor effect of hot water extracts obtained from Daedalea dickinsii against Hela cell showed at the highest level of 70% when adiministrated at the concentration of 1.5 mg/100 ml, however Hep $G_{2}$, cell inhibited 40% at the same concentration of hot water extracts. Antitumor effects of methanol extract of Daedalea dickinsii against Hela cell indicated at the highest level of 60% when 4 mg/ml was administerated. Antitumor effect of hot water extract of Daedalea dickinsii inhibited 51.03% against L929 cell. The solid tumor sarcoma-180 growth inhibition of methanol extract of Deadalea dickinsii inhibited 45.67% when administrated at the concentration of 60mg/kg, and the life prolongation was higher 30.88% than that control group.

본 연구는 기업가정신이 창업효능감 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고 양자 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하여 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 한 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신은 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 기업가정신은 창업효능감에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신은 창업의도에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업가정신과 창업효능감 및 창업의도 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석결과 모두 정(+)의 유의미한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 분석되어 가설 모두 채택되었다.

This study was carried out effect of red ginseng extract(1.0g/kg) on organotin compounds (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg) which poisons against some organs like thyroid gland, liver, kindey, testis, ovary, serum immuinty and sex hormone activity of rats were examinned by gastric tubing for 3 weeks. The weight of each organ in TBTO treated group were significantly increased other organs which excepted kinedy in males and only liver in females.(p<0.05, p<0.01). In case of Immunity activity of each sex, IgM level was small change comparsion with that of control group in all sex. but IgG level was significantly decreased females rather than males comparsion with that of control group.(p<0.05, p<0.01) In case of sex hormone activity, the testosterone activity of males and the estradiol activity of females were significantly decreased rather than the control group. on the other hand, red singsong treated group was only significantly increased estradiol activity.( p<0.05, p<0.01)

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.
