  • In Hwaseong, South Korea, it is necessary to vitalize local festival by attracting local residents and tourists since 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival' should be in the direction to help the influx of tourists and cultural development for the local residents. It has been known that the quality and readiness of festival affects visitor satisfaction and actual visit. However, there have been only a few studies to examine the effect of local festival on post-behavior. Hence, this study, focusing on 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'which is a representative cultural tourism festival in the region of Hwaseong, South Korea, aims to understand the visitor's post-behavior intention in terms of revisit intention and recommendation intention. The results suggest that the impact of experiential, purchase visit motivation on post-behavior were smaller than deviant, social, interest, and cultural visit motivation. It also showed that visitor satisfaction leads to revisit intention and at the same time recommendation intention. Based on the result, we suggest practical implication for the success of local festival including 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'.

  • A Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) system operated below $500^{\circ}C$ has been designed and constructed. It uses an optical pyrometer for measuring wafer temperature, the sensing range of pyrometer is from $2.0{\mu}m$ to $2.4{\mu}m$. To remove the interference effect by IR emitted from lamps an IR filter is adapted which uses water. The best condition for Al alloy using the RTP system is $425^{\circ}C$ for ten seconds. The RTP system uses many lamps for supplying enough power in processing wafer because the absorption wavelength range of IF filter is from $1.3{\mu}m$ to $4.0{\mu}m$. However, reproducibility and uniformity is reduced due to the difference of lamp characteristics. Therefore, for improving the reproducibility and uniformity new RTP system using one lamp is designed. The new RTP system uses a focusing mirror and it focuses the light of lamp. The curverture of the focusing mirror is controlled to supply uniform power in processing wafer. The result of computer simulation shows the possibility of new RTP system using one lamp.

  • This study examined the potential effects of urban growth on streamflow in the Gyungan River watershed, Korea, using urban containment scenarios. First, two scenarios (conservation and development) were established, and SLEUTH model was adapted to predict urban growth into the year 2060 with 20 years interval under two scenarios in the study area. Urban growth was larger under scenario 2, focusing on development, than under scenario 1, focusing on conservation. Most urban growth was predicted to involve the conversion of farmland, forest, and grasslands to urban areas. Streamflow in future periods under these scenarios was simulated by the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model. Each scenario showed distinct seasonal variations in streamflow. Although urban growth had a small effect on streamflow, urban growth may heighten the problems of increased seasonal variability in streamflow caused by other factor, such as climate change. This results obtained in this study provide further insight into the availability of future water resource and can aid in urban containment planning to mitigate the negative effects of urban growth in the study area.

  • The Korean government has been focusing on supporting technology startups to solve social and economic problems such as low growth, declining economic growth rate, rising youth unemployment rate and lack of new growth engine. Although the failure rate of young technology startups is very high, relevant researches are still scant. On the basis of previous researches, this study has identified four growth factors of technology startups: characteristics of entrepreneurs, technical superiority and originality of business items, focused marketing strategy, and follow-up government support projects. Five young technology startup cases were selected and analyzed in the cosmetics industry which were supported by the Six-month Challenge Platform project of Chungbuk Creation Economic Innovation Center. The main findings of the case study were as follows: First, product development through inhouse R&D rather than external contracted R&D was beneficial to acquiring follow-up government support projects and external investment. Second, choosing a small niche market and concentrating marketing efforts on the target market had a positive effect on firm performance. And, third, relevance of entrepreneurs' college major and technological originality of business items were confirmed to influence firm performance positively in the early stage. The results are expected to help young technology startups survive successfully and establish a foothold for growth in their early stage.

  • Artificial lighting is an essential part, but it causes light pollution due to unnecessary or excessive use of light. Light pollution has negative effects such as power waste, adverse health effects, destruction of the ecosystem. But currently, light pollution is managed only post-management. The purpose of this study is to standardize methods of environmental impact assessment focusing on light pollution to effectively manage and reduce the negative effect of areas that may cause light pollution in advance.

  • Purpose: This study aims to clarify the concept of entrepreneurial leadership by reviewing the relevant existing studies, and to examine changes in entrepreneurial leadership research through review and statistical analysis on the articles published in Korean and international journals. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Among the papers published between 2010 and 2020, 8 Korean studies and 42 international studies (UK and US) that clearly identify entrepreneurial leadership as research topic were analyzed. Results: Examinations on the yearly trends, keywords, and research methods reveal that research on entrepreneurial leadership is increasing recently with the emphasis on the statistical analysis. Keyword analysis shows high frequency of team and innovation for domestic research, while overseas research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and gender associated keywords. Conclusions: This study has confirmed that overseas studies employ various methodologies, focusing on statistical analysis and that the effect of entrepreneurial leadership are in progress. For domestic cases, studies on entrepreneurial leadership are limited in number. Research topics and methods are areas that need further improvements. Research on entrepreneurial leadership has recently begun, requiring diversity in the subjects and methods for future development

  • This purpose of study is to investigate the influence of e-sports(electronic sports) broadcasting contents and communication factors on game broadcasting viewing intention, focusing on the immersion parameter. As a result of the analysis, it was found that 'creativity' among content elements such as 'entertainment', 'creativity' and 'informationality' has a great influence on immersion. Among the communicator factors, 'communication', 'professionality', and 'uniqueness' were found to have a positive effect on immersion. In addition, the sense of immersion had a great influence on the intention to watch the broadcast.

To this end, we reviewed the literatures and analysed 410 surveys from the 8 provinces. The results show that brand awareness and brand image of tourism resources have significant effects on brand preference, and brand awareness, image and preference have effects on brand loyalty measured by revisit and recommendation intention. However the one of most important results is the brand equity(awareness, image, preference) has partially significant effects on brand loyalty under the effects of visitor's satisfaction. Additionally, the positive effect of brand awareness on brand image is examined. More specific results and implications are provided.
