Recently, software distribution method, along with advent of era of Web 2.0, is rapidly evolving from ASP(Application Service Provider) method into SaaS(Soft as a Service) method due to development in concepts and technologies including SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) Web Service, On Demand and Component. Determining factor in market competitiveness of newly emerging SaaS business model will be analyzed by focusing on Group-Wares, POS(Point of Sale) System, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), which are the most representative SaaS business models in Korea. It is anticipated that the outcome of analysis of determining factors for market competitiveness for each of the main SaaS Business Models acquired through questionnaire survey can be utilized as important benchmarking material in setting the direction of cultivating SaaS market by the government as well as new entries into SaaS market.

This research indicates to controversial point that store equipments were not applying correct development factor in the each apartment house by that change rate by scale and uniformity of form and inefficiency, effect of discount store is increasing in apartment house and progressed research. The result are as follows; First, interior main point of store of that influence greatly to change rate number of store be. Second, being lot area in jar in outside factor of store. Third, discount store separation appeared by leading person who influence greatly to change rate in middle who is contiguity market singleness residential quarter and contiguity existence of commercial district and nonexistence and discount store separation of only outside right near at hand. Construction of commerce equipment may have to consist in practical apartment house after examine various kinds factor such as store indoor, store outside and only outside while plan practical use of systematic and efficient commerce equipment focusing more in efficient utilization of commerce institution that consist after plan that is not planed commerce equipment focusing in development in plan of commerce equipment in apartment house hereafter accordingly.

The Five Days Work System started to be lately introduced among Korean companies is causing much interests in diverse aspects. This theme of '5 days work' seems like a hot issue both for academian and for practitioner in the respect that it incurred a great change and impact in worker's life. The purpose of this article is to depict the pattern and the effect incurred by '5 days work system', focusing on the female workers in railroad-related organizations. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current '5 days work system' and its effects both on work life and on family life are surveyed through questionaire and analyzed by SPSS. And some implications will be supposed. in based on the cognitive response of employees.

After the vibration source is searched in optical disk drive as an information storage device broadly used the influence of it against FES(Focusing Error Signal) which is a kind of positioning error of pick up from the circuit is carefully examined. For that Purpose, partial coherence function method is applied on a simple multi-degree of freedom model made for the theoretical verification and it is practically introduced in optical disk drive for analyzing the effect of vibration source. Finally, partial coherence output spectrum is attentively observed in order to know which vibration source is a great influence on FES.

Kelly$^{[1]}$ 이후 자체집광(self-focusing) 효과에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 이러한 자체집광 현상에 대한 연구들의 목적중 하나는 과연 자체집광 현상에 의하여 집광된 빛의 크기가 궁극적으로 어디까지 줄어들 수 있는가에 대한 답을 찾는 것이다. Feit와 Fleck의 수치해석 결과에 따르면 비근축근사(nonparaxiality)를 고려했을 때 비선형 흡수, 고차 비선형효과, 물질 손상 (material breakdown) 등 특별한 자체집광에 대한 포화 현상이 없이도 자체집광된 빛의 크기가 회절한계를 넘어서지 않고, 자체집광과 자체퍼짐(self- defocusing)이 반복하면서 전파되는 것을 알 수 있다$^{[2]}$ . In this paper, we studied on the e-learning impact on the employees in the convention business, focusing on the employees' learning attitudes and emotion. Since the convention business is getting more attention especially in the culture and tourism industry, the employees in this convention setting are needed to reeducated periodically. We collect and test 126 employees who have studied some conventional education in e-learning. The findings of this research are that an employees' attitude and emotion have a significant positive effect on the achievement or success of the e-learning program. Based on this study, we discuss and suggests managerial implications for building e-learning context, with the consideration of the attitudes and emotion of the participants.

A novel method to find interaction dynamics between focusing direction and tracking direction in an optical pick-up is proposed. and the decoupling control to reduce the interaction effect is discussed. First, the basic principle to detect dynamic interaction analysis using back electromotive force is introduced. Second, the interaction analysis between focusing and tracking direction of is analyzed for a commercial slim type optical pick-up. Finally. decoupling control process and its simulation results are shown.

Recently, optical disk drives are increasingly demanded to have higher speed as well as high information density, especially for applications like CD-ROM drives. To this end, improvement of their optical pick-up structure and control is recognized the very challenging issue. In this paper, the 2-D motion of the pick-up is first analytically modelled to identify the cause and effect of the troublesome cross coupling between auto-focusing and tracking directions. Subsequently, the overall system equations are derived to include the dynamics of the related components in the auto-focusing servo system. While its unmeasurable parameters being estimated by the least square error method, a simple but decent linear model can be obtained within its operating frequency range. To design the high speed and robust positional servo controller, the design specifications are detailed and H$\sub$.inf./ control method is employed based on the simple model. Using the pickup in a commercial 8 fold speed CD-ROM drive as an example, performance of the designed controller is verified by realtime experiments.

A time-domain numerical model is developed to examine the performance of a wave energy focusing structure in combined waves and a current. With the current assumed to be slow and the structure fully submerged, the wave-current interaction problem is reduced to a wave scattering problem in a uniform current. The diffraction of incident waves around a narrow berm is considered. The shape of the berm is defined by a parabola, imitating that of an optical reflector. The energy focus is achieved by reflecting the incident waves through a predetermined focal point. Through the numerical simulations, the numerical model is shown to be effective in modeling the wave-current interaction problem, and the current speed and direction are shown to affect significantly the location, amplitude and sharpness of the focus.

This study explores the effects of technology innovation activity on a profitability and the default risk of firms. Sample for this study consists of manufacturing firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange from 1st January 2000 to 31st December 2007. We use of R&D ratio as a proxy of technology innovation activity. The default probability proxied for the default risk of firms is measured by the Merton's (1974) model where accounts for a market value of firms and a volatility of it. This study provides evidence that technology innovation activity has a positive effect on a profitability, but a negative effect on the default risk of firms. Our study also finds the significant mediation effect of profitability that the enhancement in profitability resulting from technology innovation activity lowers the default risk of firms.
