Korean traditional mask play was done at outdoor to let spectators join the play and take mask at performance and to have disadvantage of poor transfer of dialog to the spectators. Performers transferred dialog directly and/or indirectly by using visual costume, and Tongyeong Ogwangdae with many dialogue expressions concerning the costume made use of proper intention to help spectators understand. In this study, the author watched performance of Tongyeong Ogwangdae to collect and investigate not only image material but also photograph material and to classify intention of the costume into three: First, contents of the dialog were intended to make shape. The costumes of Hongbaek Yangban, Meoktal Yangban and Jorijung of the 2nd section gave spectators contents of the play, and the costume of Halmi Yangban of Nochangtal of the 4th section described dialog of Halmi. Second, dialog had connotative metaphor. The costume of Yeongno of Yeongnotal of the 3rd section symbolized an unfinished dragon, while that of Halmi of Nongchangtal of the 4th section did sacred of Halmi. And, Nongchagtal Ai's costume of the 4th section prayed for value of Ai, richness of the life and fecundity. Third, conflict between characters was intended by indirect media. The costume of Maltukee of metaphor mask of the 2nd section became base of the assertion supporting that Maltukee had better birth history than Yangban had, and the costume of Yeongnoyangban of Yeongnotal of the 3rd section produced conflict at disclosure of identity.

최근 금융 및 통신 산업 중심의 텔레마케팅 시스템이 증가하고 있는 가운데 전문 콜 센터 솔루션에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 특히, 국내에서 발신자 번호 표시 서비스가 일반 휴대폰으로도 지원 가능하면서 콜 센터 시장이 활성화 되고 있다. 현재에는 대형 업체에서 값 비싼 기기와 솔루션으로 대형 기업만을 위한 솔루션 개발 및 서비스를 하고 있으나, 중소규모의 기업을 위한 전문 콜 센터 솔루션이 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 PBX와 컴퓨터간의 통합을 통해 PBX의 교환, 중계기능을 컴퓨터 제어의 의하여 고객 데이터베이스와 연동하여 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고, 발신자 번호를 활용하여 인/아웃바운드가 가능한 CTI 콜 센터를 설계 및 구현해 보았다. 이를 위해 우선, PBX를 거쳐 들어온 콜을 통신 규약에 따라 패킷 분석 및 콜 흐름도를 설계하였고, 그 후, 직원과 고객 간의 콜을 연결시켜 주고 관리해 주는 CTI 미들웨어를 설계 및 구현하였으며, 마지막으로 CRM 기술을 적용하여 고객의 컨텐트를 효율적으로 관리하는 데이터베이스 모듈을 설계하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라에서 운영되고 있는 본인확인수단의 다양성을 확보하기 위해 비대면 본인인증수단 중에서 블록 체인과 FIDO를 선택하여 본인확인수단으로서의 적합성 정도를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 7가지 적합성 기준(보편성, 지속성, 유일성, 편의성, 보안성, 적용성, 경제성)을 선정하여 분석하였는데, 모두 적합한 수준을 갖추고 있음을 검증하였다. 이에 따라 블록체인과 FIDO를 본인확인수단으로 적용하기 위해서는 관련 규정 및 고시의 개정으로 본인확인절차를 개선하여야 한다. 더욱이, 기존의 본인확인수단뿐만 아니라 다양한 본인인증수단을 적용할 수 있도록 서비스분야별로 차별화된 인증기준이 마련되어야 하고, 지속적으로 인증수단을 개발하여 서비스와 연계하여야 한다. 앞으로 본인확인수단은 사물인터넷시대에서 정보유통환경의 안전성을 가져올 것이므로, 본인확인수단의 적용 확대 및 자율적 도입을 지원하여 다양한 서비스에서 구현될 수 있어야 한다.

Government policy supporting the fashion industry in Korea has focused on the future development of rising fashion designer's brands, and as a part of this support, several Fashion Creative Studios are presently operated. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of these facilities and suggest development strategies for their effective utilization. This paper presents a conceptual understanding based on a literature review, and deduces the direction of Fashion Creative Studios through an exploratory analysis of various case studies and in-depth interviews with five designers, who have graduated from the Seoul Fashion Creative Studio. The results are as follows. Firstly, fashion educational institutions have to provide sufficient information about the Fashion Creative Studios to students. They can also consider adding short-term residencies to the curriculum in which students prepare collections or portfolios for the studios. Secondly, Fashion Creative Studios are required to intensify business and marketing programs to increase real-world support. It would be helpful to provide 1:1 management programs with several segmented stages for the design brands, or connect them to investors who could provide financial support and business expansion. Thirdly, Fashion Creative Studios need to find a way to strengthen textile differentiation and craft characteristics to increase designer brand competitiveness. Broadening participation with textile designers, connecting with experts and ateliers, and promoting collaboration with artists and artisans in the Arts Creative Studios can be further examined to this end.

한진해운 도산이후, 한국해운의 재건을 위한 방안의 하나로 제시된 해운조선 상생 발전에 대한 실천적 대안의 하나인 해사클러스터 구축에 대한 정책대안 마련이 본 논문의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 가장 성공적인 해사클러스터를 구축하고 해운 조선 조선기자재 금융 등 핵심구성요소들간에 상생을 위한 협력이 이루어지고 있는 일본의 이마바리해사클러스터에 대하여 포터의 다이어몬드모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이마바리 해사클러스터는 해운과 조선간의 협력을 바탕으로 하는 국내완결형 수요조건과 관련지원산업조건을 갖추었다. 생산요소조건은 가족경영을 기반으로 하는 뛰어난 해운경영자와 이들을 하나로 묶어주는 행정과 금융을 기반으로 하고 있지만 지방중소도시에 위치한 근본적인 약점으로 우수한 인재확보나 대형항만부재로 인한 항만서비스업의 부진은 약점으로 들 수 있다. 기업전략조건은 단기적인 시점보다는 장기적인 시점에서 안정경영을 중시하고 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

Provisioning service, which is one of the ecosystem service functions, means goods and services such as food and fuel that people get from ecosystem. Provisioning functions are closely related to the primary industry, a sector of economy. Excessive demand and use of human society can cause trade-offs among regulation, cultural, and supporting services. Therefore, it is important to perform evaluation ecosystem services periodically and to monitor the time series fluctuations to identify the impact of provisioning services on other ecosystem services (trade-off) and to maintain sustainable provisioning service. When it comes to the precise assessment of provisioning service, it is necessary to get the statistical data and standardize indicators and methods. In this study, indicators and methods, which are applicable to the spatial level of national-local-protected areas, were derived through literature analysis and expert survey. The result of this study implies that provisioning services measurement by spatial level improve the efficiency of the establishment of environmental conservation plans by whose purpose.

세계 경제 침체가 불러온 부동산 가격 상승은 현시대의 가장 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 기성세대에 비해 자본이 부족한 MZ 세대를 위해 STO를 활용한 분산투자를 제시하였다. 현존하는 부동산 투자 방식을 온라인, 오프라인, 하이브리드 형식으로 분류하였고 본 연구에서는 제안한 STO의 실효성을 국내외 사례 분석을 통해 제시하였다. STO 프레임워크 분석을 통해 STO의 금융권 도입이 긍정적임을 입증하고, 블록체인 기술의 효율성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 기존의 경직된 부동산 투자시장에 블록체인을 적용시키고 MZ 세대의 투자 성향을 반영함으로써 부동산 투자 시장 내 MZ 세대의 진입을 적극 장려해 새로운 부동산 산업의 활기를 가져오기를 기대한다.

이 논문은 IT서비스의 품질평가 모델을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 접근방법은 이동통신 서비스(휴대폰)의 품질평가 요소들을 중심으로 조사연구를 하였다. 오늘날 이동통신 서비스 산업은 날로 발전하고 있고 소비자 역시 새로운 제품품질에 대한 욕구가 다양화되고 있어 다기능, 다매체서비스, 고속데이터 전달서비스 등 다양한 부가서비스의 새로운 경쟁시대에 직면하고 있다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 이동통신 서비스의 전반적인 품질 결정요인으로 (1) 통화품질, (2) 휴대폰단말기, (3) 지원서비스, (4) 부가서비스, (5) 지원시설 및 설비, (6) 비용이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있고, 이동통신 서비스의 본원적 기능인 통화품질에 추가하여 휴대폰 단말기와 부가서비스들이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 휴대폰 단말기와 부가서비스 요소는 이동통신 서비스의 전반적 품질결정에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 고객만족에도 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요소로 확인되었다. 이는 소비자들이 직접 휴대하고 이용하는 단말기와 부가서비스가 매우 중요하다는 사실을 다시 한 번 확인해주는 것으로 보인다.

지난 수십 년간의 경제성장은 환경보다는 생산성과 효율성을 중시하며 진행되었다. 그 결과, 현재 전 세계는 인류의 생존을 위협하는 지구온난화라는 심각한 환경위기에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 따라 온실가스 감축과 지속가능한 발전을 위한 국제적 노력으로 '기후변화에 관한 UN협약(UNFCCC)'과 '교토의정서(Kyoto Protocol)'가 공식 발효되었다. 그러나 건설 산업의 노력은 에너지 저감 기술의 개발과 적용에 치중되어있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설 산업의 온실 가스배출량을 모니터링 하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모니터링 시스템은 온실가스 배출전망치와 실제배출치의 산정을 통해 단계별로 모니터링하고 이를 비교 평가한다. 이를 위해, 건설 프로젝트의 일반적인 생애주기에 따르는 온실가스 배출요인을 분석하였으며, 이를 설계도서 등 기초 데이터자료의 수집용이성, 배출계수의 구축여부를 기준으로 본 연구의 온실가스 모니터링 분석범위를 결정하였다. 또한, 사업단계별 배출량 산정방법의 구축을 통해 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 모니터링 시스템은 설계시점에서 배출전망치 산정을 통한 친환경적인 의사결정과 실제 시공 및 운영시점에서 실제 배출치 산정을 통한 녹색건설현장 구현, 그리고 배출전망치와 실제 배출치 간의 비교 평가를 통한 녹색건설 성과평가 지원도구로 활용이 기대된다.

세계 해상풍력 시장의 밝은 성장 전망과 우리 정부의 의욕적인 계획에 힘입어 국내 해상풍력 시장의 성장 가능성에 대한 기대감이 한층 높아지고 있는 상황에서 국내 해상풍력의 성공적인 발전을 위한 방안과 실무 전문가들의 실질적인 애로사항에 대해 조사 분석한 내용을 토대로 개선방안을 제시한다. 또한 관련 중소기업을 육성하기 위해 실무적 지원 방안을 제시한다. 연구결과와 개선방안은 설문조사결과를 토대로 하였으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대기업 위주로 기술개발이 이루어지면서 중소제조업에 대한 발전여력이 매우 저조한 실정으로, 정부기관이 주도하는 클러스터 핵심센터를 설립·운영하여 국가 연구기관들과 대기업의 주도로 기술지원을 하고, 대학교와 국가 연구기관들이 함께 전문인력 양성 및 연구개발을 통한 중소·중견 기업들의 자립력을 강화시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기업의 실무적 지원방안에 대한 설문조사 결과 기술개발과 생산된 부품에 대한 사업화를 위한 다양한 지원이 이루어져야 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
