항공산업은 제품의 특성상 신뢰성, 정밀성, 경량화, 에너지 효율성 등과 관련한 고부가가치의 첨단 기술들이 복합적으로 활용되는 시스템종합산업의 특성을 갖고 있다. 이에 세계 각국에서는 항공산업의 발전을 위해 정부 지원이 보편화 되는 추세이며, 기업들 간의 지식과 정보 공유를 통한 시너지 효과를 높이기 위해 항공산업 클러스터의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 항공산업 클러스터 활성화를 위한 연구와 실증적 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 첫째, 항공산업 클러스터 활성화를 위한 정부 및 지자체의 지원 사업 들을 분석하여 이를 다섯 가지 유형으로 분류하여 체계화하였다. 둘째, 분류된 다섯 가지 유형에 대한 개선 방향을 모색하기 위해 항공기 업체를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 대상은 경남의 항공산업 클러스터에 위치한 30개 항공 기업체이고, 분석 방법은 정량적 통계 분석을 사용하였다. 마지막으로, 설문 조사를 통해 국내 항공 관련업체에서 요구하는 국가 및 지자체의 지원 기능에 대한 분석 및 향후 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 항공산업 클러스터를 활성화하기 위한 정책 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

In recent years, manufacturing industry takes a lot of significant change - such as Industry4.0, SMART factory, and IoT(Internet of things). To satisfy their requirements, many cutting-edge machineries are provided to enhance manufacturing industry's productivity. Also, IT technologies are applied to many machinery part and improve their functions. In Korea, Chung-buk plays an important role in machinery part industry. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current machinery part industry focused on Chunk-buk Area.

중소기업청에서는 중소기업의 연구개발을 촉진하고 혁신형 중소기업을 육성하기 위해, 정책적 부합성을 우선적으로 고려하여 선정된 중점지원분야를 중심으로 연구개발 자금을 지원하고 있다. 이러한 하향식 중점지원분야 선정의 실효성을 파악하기 위해 각 분야별 종사 중소기업의 분포, 과제 지원 중소기업의 분포, 선정 과제 분포 사이의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 종사 중소기업 수와 과제 지원 중소기업 수가 각 분야별로 큰 편차를 보였으며, 선정된 중점지원분야가 중소기업의 기술개발 수요를 정확히 반영하지 못하고 있었다. 또한 지원 중소기업의 분포가 종사 중소기업의 분포에 강한 의존성을 보여, 중소기업들은 주로 정책적 방향에 따르기 보다는 현재 종사하고 있는 사업 분야에서 연구개발을 기획하려는 경향이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 선정과제 분포가 지원 중소기업 분포에 강한 상관관계를 보여, 중점지원분야들이 전략적으로 고르게 육성되기 보다는 단순히 지원업체의 분포에 따라 지원자금이 배분되고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 하향식 중점지원분야 선정의 한계를 보완하기 위해, 중소기업의 기술개발 니즈를 우선 반영하는 상향식 중점지원분야 선정 방안을 제안하였다. 상향식 선정 방식에서는 기술개발 수요, 기술개발 역량, 기술성 및 시장성, 정책적 중요도의 순서로 고려되는 것이 바람직하며, 이는 다양한 사업 기획에 더욱 유연하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 중국 와인 산업의 지식창출에서 공동 특허 출연자들 간의 네트워크의 성장과 특성을 고찰하였다. 특히 산동지역을 중심으로 형성된 와인산업에 관한 정부의 지원이 시작된 2006년 전후의 네트워크 형성과정을 살펴보았다. 첫째, 중국 와인 산업의 네트워크는 정부지원을 통한 산학연연계가 활발히 성장하고 있다는 점이다. 특히, 산동지역은 연구소 중심으로 발전하고 있다. 둘째, 네트워크 형성과정에서 공간적인 특성을 살펴보면, 지리적으로 먼 내몽골 등과의 연계를 통해 네트워크 확장이 일어나고 있다. 이는 산동지역이 중국내에서도 와인과 관련된 연구중심의 형성하고 있음을 보여준다. 셋째, 산동지역을 중심으로 한 주체별 네트워크 형성과정을 살펴 본 결과 허브형에 가까운 모습을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로 산동지역은 대기업의 자금과 정부의 지원정책을 기반으로 하고 있으며, 특히 연구중심으로 발전하고 있어 더욱 그 역할이 강화될 것으로 예측된다.

The proportions of both the fishery industry and the gross regional domestic product in the national economy are gradually decreasing. If high value-added processed fishery products suitable for regional characteristics are developed, these proportions can be improved. In pursuit of this, it is first necessary to discover processed fishery products specialized in each region and then establish a development framework for them. In this study, location coefficient was used to find processed fishery products specialized in each region. Then, dynamic shift-share analysis was used to establish a development framework which consisted of four development types of processed fishery products. Based on the magnitudes of the industrial mix effect and the regional shift effect, the supporting strategy directions were proposed for four development types of processed fishery products. The supporting strategy directions were all focused on revitalizing the local economy.

Opera costumes are a tangible medium to directly affect how opera singers performed. Therefore, stage costumes have been designed in various ways to reflect intentions of directors. This study examines modernization of opera costumes. For this study, the author worked as one of costume design staff for "Faust" which was played in Sung-Nam Art Center from November 24, 2005 to November 27, 2005 in commemoration of the opening of the center. The following outcomes of the supporting actors are drawn from this study. Martha wore a grey jacket and a long skirt with slash. Grey suit symbolized chastity but tight long skirt with slash means sexy. Valentin wore military and combat uniforms to express that he was a soldier. The military uniform represented the situation before the war and the combat uniform symbolized the situation after the war. Rather short trousers, a white tweed jacket, purple flower ornament, a light green vest, and a beret were used to express Wagner, who looked ridiculous and always tried to flirt. Overalls, a blue jumper, and a scarlet baseball cap were used to make Siebel look naive and homely. Modern opera costumes now help reduce the time and space between stage and audience, improve economic efficiency and meet the audience's needs for various style.

This study investigates the present status and development of e-marketplace which is the most actively used in the e-trade stages from market research, searching for business partners, negotiations to contract. It also shows the present status and development of e-marketplace as an "e-trading company" designated by government, which gives prospect of profitable model of e-marketplace. Especially focused on EC21 - the best e-marketplace of Korea, this study views present status and development of EC21 and trading companies applied for EC21, government designated e-trading company, to receive electronic trading support services. In addition, we hope that the findings of this study will be a helpful material to government for making policy and framing supporting project toward leading organizations of e-trade such as Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, e-trade promotion committee of Korea International Trade Association and small-ta-medium companies interested in e-trade, to activate e-trade.

The furniture industry in Korea is characterized by its 42.6% of concentration in Gyeonggi Metropolitan area. When taking a look at the representative furniture complexes including Maseok, Ilsan, and Eojeong, the furniture complexes and stores were spontaneously generated at the outskirts of a city whose land cost is relatively cheap. As a consequence, they tend to be jumbled up and face to be moved or contracted forcefully owing to the new town development plan of Metropolitan areas. In contrast, Italia that is one of the advanced country in furniture industry, cultivates and develops furniture complexes in Brianza district by supporting them oriented in the metropolis Milano while hosting large-scale furniture exhibitions. Such attempts have advanced the position of the italian furniture industry into the most leading figure. In this extent, the furniture industry in Korea that is a traditional industry of Gyeonggi Province has to device a political measure and systematic measure for its cultivation as a way to secure the foundation to develop a high value-added product and foster its competitiveness. Such movements are suggested for the development of the furniture industry in Gyeonggi Province.

Human errors are now considered as the most significant source of accidents or incidents in large-scale systems such as aircraft, vessels, railway, and nuclear power plants. As 61% of the train accidents in Korea railway involving collisions, derailments and fires were caused by human errors, there is a strong need for a systematic research that can help to prevent human errors. Although domestic railway operating companies use a variety of methods for analyzing human errors, there is much room for improvement. Especially, because most of them are based on written papers, there is a definite need for a well-developed computerized system supporting human error analyzing tasks. The purpose of this study is to propose a framework for a computerized human error analysis system focused on the railway industry on the basis of human error analysis mechanism. The proposed framework consists of human error analysis (HEA) module, similar accident tracking (SAT) module, cause factor recommendation (CFR) module, cause factor management (CFM) module, and statistics (ST) module.

The purpose of this study is to identify the interorganizational factors that influence both the supplier-buyer's EDI utilization and the business performance in domestic retail industry. In terms of successful supply chain implementation and operation, we deduced the structural factors in the context of the interorganizational characteristics between mass merchandisers and vendors. This study therefore focused on suggesting the ways of managing the partnership in supply chain and conceptualizing the big picture of EDI development model in the scope of a retailer's IT strategy. This paper implicates that it is important to leverage the level of organizational capabilities for the success of supply chain adoption and operation. In the stream of SCM initiatives from the manufacturing industry, retailers should concentrate on improving the interorganizational environment and implementing the effective information technology for supporting business strategy.
