The variations of the soil texture, $SiO_2$ /$Al_2$$O_3$ ratio, buffer action, exchangeable base, ex-changeable hydrogen, and mineral nutrients were investigated to estimate the grade of the soil fertility of the soil derived from the different parent rocks such as the granite in Kwangnung and the basalt in Chejudo. The results investigated were showed as follows : Basalt soils in Chejudo belong to sandy clay, light clay and sandy clay loam, while gramite soils in Kwangnung sandy loam. The $SiO_2$ /$AI_2$$O_3$ ratio of the grassland in Chejudo was 1.11 and that of the oak forest soils was 1.24, while granite soils in Kwangnung 1.54 and 1.46, respectively. The buffer actions of ba-salt soils against the N /10 HCI and $Ca(OH)_2$ were stronger than those of granite soils. The $SiO_2$/$Al_2$$O_3$ + $Fe_2$$O_3$ ratios of grassland and oak forest soils of basalt in Chejudo showed 1.10 and 1.24 respectively, while those of the grassland and oak forest of Kwangnung 1.44 and 1.33. The base exchange capacity of basalt soils which has higher value of exchangeable hydrogen was stronger than that of granite soils. But the base saturation of granite soils showed higher value than that of basalt soils. Water contents of basalt soils in Chejudo was lower than that of granite soils fo Kwangnung Basalt soils in Chejudo contain still more humus and total nitrogen than gran-ite soils in kwangnung, The amount of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and exchangeable calcium of granite soils were more than that of basalt soils, Therefore, estimating the soil fertility, granite soils in Kwangnung is higher than that of basalt soils in Chejudo.
Oleoresin, 6-gingerol and 6,10-gingerol: 6-paradol= 1 : 1 mixture were extracted from ginger (Zingi-her of ficinale Roscoe) and changes of its antioxidant activity by heat-treatment were studed. Oleoresin was extracted with Ethanol-Ether and 6,10-gingerol : 6-paradol(1 : 1) and 6-gingerol were extracted with Hexane and Hexan : Ether= 1 : 1, respectively, and identified on the Thin-layer Chromatograpy (TLC) plate with the solvent system of Hexane Ether(1 : 4, v/v). And oleoresin was heat-treated during 0, 10, 30, 60, 120 minutes, and 6-gingercl and 6,10-gingerol . 6-paradol=1 : 1 were heat-treated during 0, 5, 10, 20, 40 minutes, respectively, at 140$^{\circ}C$ dry oven. To compare with antioxidant activity, oleoresins were added into soybean oil at 3fo level, 6-gingerol and 6,10-gingerol : 6-paradol= 1 : 1 at 0.1% level, BHT and TBHQ at 0.02% level, respectively. All the substrates treated were stored in a incubator at 45 2$^{\circ}C$ condition. The oxidative stability was estimated by the analysises of peroxide value and conjugated diene value during storage. The results were as follows: Antioxidant activity of oleoresins were considerably high and by heat-treatment were not decreased. 6-paradol was not show the antioxidant activity. 6,10-gingerol : 6-paradol=1 : 1 provided poor protection for soybean oil. Antioxidant activity of 6-gingerol was higher than 6,10-gingerol : 6-paradol=1 : 1 and by heat-treat-ment antioxidant activity was directly decreased. Relative antioxidant effectiveness(RAE) of each antio-xidant was compared. RhR was found to decrease as follow : TBHQ>oleoresin》BHT TBHQ》BHT>6-gingerol》6,10-gingerol : 6-paradol=1 : 1.
The market share of online platform services in the used car market continues to expand. And The used car online platform service provides service users with specifications of vehicles, accident history, inspection details, detailed options, and prices of used cars. SUV vehicle type's share in the domestic automobile market will be more than 50% in 2023, Sales of Hybrid vehicle type are doubled compared to last year. And these vehicle types are also gaining popularity in the used car market. Prior research has proposed a used car price prediction model by executing a Machine Learning model for all vehicles or vehicles by brand. On the other hand, the popularity of SUV and Hybrid vehicles in the domestic market continues to rise, but It was difficult to find a study that proposed a used car price prediction model for these vehicle type. This study selects a used car price prediction model by vehicle type using vehicle specifications and options for Sedans, SUV, and Hybrid vehicles produced by domestic brands. Accordingly, after selecting feature through the Lasso regression model, which is a feature selection, the ensemble model was sequentially executed with the same sampling, and the best model by vehicle type was selected. As a result, the best model for all models was selected as the CBR model, and the contribution and direction of the features were confirmed by visualizing Tree SHAP Value for the best model for each model. The implications of this study are expected to propose a used car price prediction model by vehicle type to sales officials using online platform services, confirm the attribution and direction of features, and help solve problems caused by asymmetry fo information between them.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of soil depth and planting density on the growth of lettuce, crown daisy, and strawberry on a rooftop condition using artificial soil as a growth media. The vegetable crops showed better growth for plant height (cm), plant width (cm), plant fresh weight (g), and Fo, Fm and Fv/m on 20cm depth soil than 10cm depth soil except strawberry. Planting density of $16/m^2$ and $64/m^2$ did not show significant differences on the growth of the crops. Soil moisture content and EC were low for 10cm depth soil in lettuce plots, whereas there was no significant differences on soil moisture and EC between two soil depth in strawberry plots. Hunter's L, a, and b values showed the leaf color of lettuce dark green on 20cm depth soil and reddish on 10cm depth soil. Results showed that soil depth suitable for crop growth on rooftop conditions was 20cm rather than 10cm. Growth response of the crops showed no significant difference between $16/m^2$ and $64/m^2$, indicating that planting density of 64 $plants/m^2$ could be practiced on rooftop conditions. Lettuce growth rapidly changed in control treatment in which leaves were not pinched out, while slowly changed in plants which leaves were periodically pinched out. In the case of control plot, it was impossible to harvest because withering of lower leaves after blossom on June 22. The plant of crown daisy in which pinching was not conducted, blossomed on June 7, and the plants were removed since its aesthetical value was lost. Strawberry seemed to be a suitable vegetable crop for rooftop conditions based on its high covering rate and extended growth period until late October. The soil depth 20cm and planting density 64 $plants/m^2$ were suitable for vegetable crops on green roof system using artificial soil.
The purpose of this survey was to investigate the status of dietitians' nutrition management in the elementary school lunch program. 84 elementary schools in Pusan that operated the conventional school lunch program system participated in this survey. They were grouped into schools that had started the school lunch program gofore('Previously") and after 1996("Newly"). 84.5% of dietitians were 20-29 years old and 44% of them had a career less 1 year old. 74.6% of "Previously" and 72.4% of "Newly" served their meals in the classrooms. The student's nutrition and preferences were mainly considered in menu planning in both groups. The standardized recipe was used in 90% of total schools but not effectively in both groups. The nutrient value of meals was evaluated by the dietitians in most schools. Nutrition surveys of the meals students ate at home were carried out in 27.3% of "Previously" and 13.8% of "Newly". Students preferences were studied regularly in 60% of "Previously" and 48.3% of "Newly" and students evaluations of meals served by the school lunch program in 52.7% of "Previously" and 34.5% of "Newly". In 92.7% of "Previously" and 72.4% of "Newly", nutrition education was executed but was done mostly by letterssent to students' parents(in about 95% of schools), with only 11.8% of schools educating within in their classrooms. There were few instructional media for nutrition education. The most of them used notice boards(48.0% of "Previously" and 41.6% of "Newly") . Evaluation studies on nutrition management, and nutrition education were hardly correlated to the dietitian's career and educational level. They were also not correlated to the number of meals served by the school lunch program. In conclusion, the status of the nutrition management in the elementary school lunch program was not good and schools that had started the school lunch program before ("Previously") and after 1996(Mewly") were not that different. It appears that most of the dietitians from elementary schools started the school lunch program before 1996 have followed the nutrition management method established in these schools. In order to have better management in the elementary school lunch program, we need to improve the dietitian's position and more studies in the fields fo better nutrition management and nutrition education should be done.ram, we need to improve the dietitian's position and more studies in the fields fo better nutrition management and nutrition education should be done.

This study was carried out to investigate the whitening effect of mycelial culture broth of P. japonica in the mulberry leaf extract. The culture broth inhibited melanin synthesis in vitro in the concentration dependent manner of 10 to 50%. The mulberry leaf extract itself has a cytotoxicity to the mouse melanoma cell, B16BL6 with the value of IC$_{50}$ of 7% concentration. But the culture broth of P. japonica in the mulberry leaf extract did not show any cytotoxicity up to 50%. Therefore, we concluded the mycelial culture broth of P. japonica in the extract of mulberry leaf can be used as a whitening cosmetic resource.

This study investigated the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence reactions of three Ardisia genus grown under various indoor light intensity conditions with the aim of evaluating their suitability as indoor plants. Young seedlings of A. crispa (Thunb.) A.DC., A. pusilla DC., and A. japonica (Thunb.) Blume were used in the experiment. The plants were cultivated indoors for 10 weeks under different light intensities: 10, 50, 100, and 200 PPFD (μmol·m-2·s-1), and their growth was compared with that of plants cultivated in a greenhouse during the same period (mean value 236.8±20.4 PPFD at noon). Also, chlorophyll fluorescence analysis was investigated with a portable PAM fluorometer. The indoor plants were maintained at 12/12 h photoperiod, temperature at 25±1℃, and humidity at 55±3%. Irrigation frequency (once every three days) was the same for the indoors and the greenhouse. The results of growth in three Ardisia plants showed that almost all parameters except leaf number and chlorophyll content had similar levels regardless of light intensity. A. crispa and A. pusilla plants grown in 200 PPFD were investigated to have low chlorophyll contents. Meanwhile, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters differed based on light levels. In A. crispa, the Fv/Fm (0.77), DIo/RC (0.47) and Fm/Fo (4.77) parameters tended to be poor at 200 PPFD compared to those at other light intensities. Similarly, the DIo/RC, Fm/Fo, and Pi_Abs parameters of A. pusilla plant (200 PPFD) are 0.45, 4.48 and 2.42, respectively, which can be considered stress. The analysis of fluorescence in A. japonica showed that all parameters except ETo/RC had similar levels regardless of light intensity. The ETo/RC parameter was 0.49 and 0.72 in the control plants and plants 200 PPFD, respectively, which was lower than those in plants at other light intensities. Therefore, it seems that the relatively high light intensity acted as a stressor for Ardisia plants.
Clinical perfusion data on 16 cases of cardiopulmonary bypass using Sigmamotor pump and RyggKyvsgaard Oxygenator which performed at Seoul National University Hospital during the period of Aug. 1968 to Aug. 1970 was analized. AIl cases were hemodiluted and the perfusion was carried out under the normothermic condition. The age of the patients ranged between 6 and 43 years. The b:dy weight varied between 18.3 and 54.0 kg and the body surface area between 0.78 and 1. 59$M^2$. The priming solution was consiste:I with fresh ACD blood. Hartmann solution and Mannitol. The average amount of priming was approximately 2242 ml. The average hemodilution rate was 17%. The flow rate ranged from 1.7L to 3.5L/Min/$M^2$ and averaged 2.4L/Min/$M^2$ or 78mI/Min/kg. The duration of perfusion varied from 22 to 110 min with average of 56.9 minutes. Some hemodynamic responses were observed. The arterial pressure dropped immediately after the initiation of partial perfusion and was more marked after the total perfusion foIlowed by gradual increase to the safety level. The central venous pressure reflected the reduced blood volume especially in the cases of prolonged perfusion which lasted over 60 min. In most of the cases, red blood cell count decreased and white blood ceIl count increased after the perfusion. Hemoglobin level was decreased, averaging of 12.5mg%, Hct 3.3% and platelets count of 18% postoperatively. Plasma hemoglobin increased mildly, from pre-perfusion average value of 4. 06mg% to postperfusion value of 22.5mg%. Serum potassium was 4.4mEq/L pre-operatively and was decreased to 3.7mEq/L postoperatively. Five cases showed definite hypopotassemia immediately after the operation. Sodium and chloride decreased mildly. These electrolyte changes are thought to be related with hemodilution. diuretics and reduced blood volume during and after the perfusion. Arterial blood pH value revealed minimal to moderate elevation from preperfusion average value of 7.376 to 7.461 during perfusion and then 7.365 after perfusion. The pC02 and hicarbonate showed minimal to moderately lowered values. The total CO2 was decreased. Buffer base decreased during perfusion (Av. 42.6mEq/L) and further decreased after the perfusion (Av. 40.8mEq/L). These arterial blood acid base changes suggested that the metabolic acidosis was accompanied by respiratory alkalosis during and immediately after the perfusion. Authors belived that the acidosis could more effectively be corrected with the more additional dose of bicarbonate than we used by this study. The chest tune drainage during the first 24 hours following operation was 1158 ml in average. One case (Case No. 15) showd definite bleeding tendency and it was believed that the cause might be due to the defect of heparin and protamine titration. The average urinary out put during 24 hours post-perfusion was 1291ml. One case (Case No. ]) showed definite post perfusion oliguria. As conclusion hemodilution using fresh ACD blood. Hartmann and Mannitol solution added with Bivon and high flow rate unler normothermia. was thought to amelioratc the severity of mctabolic acidosis during and after perfusion with relatively satisfactory effect on the diuresis and bleeding tendency.

Though there is an on-going need for the diversity of ornamental plants for in-door environment, their growth and stress adaptability in comparatively low light intensity condition require further studies for implementation. Here investigates the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Farfugium japonicum (L.) Kitam, Liriope muscari (Decne.) L.H.Bailey and Acorus gramineus Aiton under several light intensities which were based on common in-door environment. The growth measurement of the plants included the quantity, length, width and SPAD value of the leaves. Calculated values of Fm/Fo, Fv/Fm, Pi_Abs, ETo/RC and DIo/RC were used as the parameters of the chlorophyll fluorescence under 10, 50, 100 and 200 PPFD (μmol·m-2·s-1) light intensities. In-door plants group was put in a closed room allowing no other light sources for 10 weeks and the control group was put in glass-greenhouse for the same period. The overall in-door growth of L. muscari was not significantly different in all light intensities compared to the control group and even showed the higher SPAD values. Also, an increasing tendency of Pi_Abs value under 10 to 100 PPFD was observed implying that L.muscari could adapt well to in-door environment. Measurement of A. gramineus growth mostly showed the highest values in the control group especially in the number of the leaves. Nevertheless, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed no significant value difference between in-door and the control groups and thus, A. gramineus might have possibility of successful adaptation to in-door environment. F. japonicum showed deficient growth in plant height and leaf length compared to the control but, it seemed to be able to sustain ornamental value under in-door light intensities. Furthermore, Pi_Abs and DIo/RC values were increased under in-door light conditions suggesting potential adaptability of F. japonicum.
