본 연구는 IPTV 광고효과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 알아보기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 양방향성 메시지를 담고 있는 IPTV 특성반영 광고가 일반 TV 광고보다 광고주목율과 광고 태도가 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양방향성 메시지를 담고 있는 IPTV형 광고의 경우 제품 상세 정보를 제시하는 조건이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양방향성 메시지 표현 중 플로팅 표현전략 효과가 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 매체 수용자의 혁신성 특성은 IPTV에 관한 지식수준과 추가 정보 탐색의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 IPTV 사업자들에게 양방향성 메시지를 탑재하는 것이 효과적이라는 이론적 근거를 제시해 줄 뿐 아니라 플로팅 표현전략이 광고의 클릭의도를 높일 수 있는 방안이라는 것을 시사한다.

Previous observations suggest that Bis, a Bcl-2-binding protein, may playa role the neuronal and glial differentiation in vivo. To examine this further, we investigated Bis expression during the in vitro differentiation of P19 embryonic carcinoma cells induced by retinoic acid (RA). Western blotting and RT-PCR assays showed that Bis expression was temporarily decreased during the free floating stage and then began to increase on day 6 after the induction of differentiation. Double immunostaining indicated that Bis-expressing cells do not express several markers of differentiation, including NeuN, MAP-2 and Tuj-1. However, some of the Bis-expressing cells also were stained with GFAP-antibodies, indicating that Bis is involved glial differentiation. Using an shRNA strategy, we developed bis-knock down P19 cells and compared them with control P19 cells for the expression of NeuroD, Mash-1 and GFAP during RA-induced differentiation. Among these, only GFAP induction was significantly attenuated in Pl9-dnbis cells and the population showing GFAP immunoreactivity was also decreased. It is noteworthy that distribution of mature neurons and migrating neurons was disorganized, and the close association of migrating neuroblasts with astrocytes was not observed in P19-dnbis cells. These results suggest that Bis is involved in the migration-inducing activity of glial cells.

Contemporary design environment is formed with image-centered trend based on pluralism. In this point of view, enterprises' building lobbies are public places containing the equivocal meaning, actively utilizing light as a design element to express the image of enterprises' identifications. Light is an immaterial entity having unlimited possibilities and potentials on space. It also acts as media to activate spaces and create new images in connection with formative elements of space. This study is to figure out how lightings are expressed and affected the formative characteristics of office lobby spaces and activate the specific characteristics of spaces. As a result, we drew conclusions as follows. First, as state-of-the-art technology and media are introduced, light is expressed on spaces as floating, direction, rhythm, silhouette, metaphor and allusion, sense of depth and volume. Second, expressive aspects of light in lobby space are embodiment of light, substantiation of immateriality, standing of materiality from the perspective of spatial aesthetics, and distortion/transformation of shape, pluralism phenomena of space from the perspective of spatial structure. In this way, light on building lobbies which are greatly required design differentiation strategy, specializes space and also integrates all the designs as not only a functional element but also a mental, psychological, formative element. Consequently, light on lobby spaces induces communication between spaces and users, makes formative value of existence in itself, and presents the characteristics of differentiated enterprises' identities.
