피부미용 매뉴얼 테크닉이 피부관리사의 직무심리(職務心理)에 미치는 영향 (Skin Beauty Manual Technique Effects on Skin Manager's Job Psychology)

  • 미용(美容)산업의 폭발적 발전 속에서 피부관리사는 과중한 업무 강도나 무리한 근무시간으로 인해 건강과 직무(職務) 태도에 부정적 영향을 받게 됨에 따라 근무 환경이나 직무 심리에 대한 시급한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 가설을 설정하여 매뉴얼 테크닉과 연계한 피부관리사의 직무 효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 주요 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 피부미용 매뉴얼 테크닉이 피부관리사의 직무 효능감에 미치는 영향에서는 강찰법이 많은 영향을 미쳤으며 직무만족도를 유발하는 영향에서는 유연법, 고타법, 진동법이 유의적 영향을 미쳤다. 피부관리실에서 고객의 시술 목적과 적용 범위에 따른 심화된 매뉴얼 테크닉의 연구와 개발은 피부관리사의 직무 효능감과 직무만족도뿐만 아니라 고객 만족을 위하여 필요하기 때문에 본 연구는 피부관리사의 직무심리의 후속 연구에 기초자료로 활용되리라 사료한다.

육아휴직 후 복직 간호사의 양육스트레스, 일-가정 갈등, 자아탄력성이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Do parenting stress, work-family conflict, and resilience affect retention intention in Korean nurses returning to work after parental leave?: a cross-sectional study)

  • Purpose: This study investigated whether parenting stress, work-family conflict, resilience affect retention intent in Korean nurses returning to work after parental leave. Methods: The participants in this study were 111 nurses recruited from 10 hospitals in Korea, who were working after formal parental leave from their hospitals. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, the Mann-Whitney U-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression. Results: Retention intention (33.80±7.78), parenting stress (101.70±17.57), and resilience (85.02±12.75) were at greater than moderate levels and a midpoint level of work-family conflict (29.63±7.00) was noted in this sample of mostly women nurses in their 30s. The factors affecting retention intent were parental leave duration, the number of times that participants had taken parental leave, health condition, work-family conflict, and resilience. The total explanatory power of these variables was 36.7%. Retention intent had a negative correlation with parenting stress and work-family conflict. Conversely, retention intent was positively correlated with resilience. Conclusion: This study supports the need for flexible adjustment of returning nurses' working hours and family-friendly policies to promote balance between work and family. It is also necessary to develop and apply measures that boost resilience and support health improvement for nurses returning to work.As nurses are often assigned to new areas of work upon return, training programs to aid their adjustment may also be helpful.

굴곡성 기관지경을 통한 겸자 생검술과 냉동 생검술의 비교 (Comparison of Forcep-biopsy and Cryo-biopsy by a Flexible Bronchoscopy)

  • 연구배경: 냉동 생검은 극저온으로 암 조직을 얼려 조직의 괴사를 만들어 검체를 채취할 수 있는데 출혈이 적어서 많은 양의 조직을 한번에 채취할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기관지 내 병소가 있는 폐암 환자에서 굴곡형 기관지 내시경을 이용하여 겸자 생검과 냉동 생검을 시행하여 얻은 각각의 조직의 특징을 비교하였고 냉동 생검을 시행하여 얻은 조직을 통해 항암제 감수성 검사를 위한 배양 결과 및 혈관 내피 세포 성장인자(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)의 발현 여부를 연구하였다. 방 법: 고신대학교 복음병원에서 폐암으로 진단되어 시행한 기관지경에서 용종성 병병이거나 결절형 돌출성 병변이 관찰된 환자 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 냉동 생검은 기관지경을 병소에 삽입한 후 먼저 겸자 생검을 시행하였고, 이후 겸자 채널을 통해 냉동 탐침을 삽입하여 병소에 접촉시켰다. $-80^{\circ}C$로 8초간 급속 냉동한 후 조직을 떼내어 내시경과 함께 빼낸 뒤 채취하였다. 결 과: 겸자 생검 조직과 냉동 생검 조직의 평균 크기는 각각 2.0${\pm}$1.2 mm, 6.0${\pm}$3.0 mm였다. 조직의 정확한 진단이 된 경우는 겸자 생검 조직에서 23예(76%), 냉동 생검 조직에서 27예(90%)였다. 겸자 생검에서 확진이 되지 않았던 7예 중 5예에서 진단이 가능하였다. 조직의 분화도 결정은 겸자 생검 조직과 냉동 생검 조직에서 각각 15예, 25예에서 가능하였다. 냉동 생검을 통해 얻은 조직은 총 5예에서 항암제 감수성 검사를 의뢰하였고 전 예에서 배양이 이루어져 적절한 감수성 검사를 시행할 수 있었다. 또한 냉동 생검을 통해 얻은 조직 중 2예에서 VEGF의 발현 정도를 관찰하고 판정할 수 있었다. 결 론: 굴곡형 기관지 내시경을 이용한 냉동 조직 생검은 기존의 겸자 생검에 비해 비교적 큰 조직을 얻을 수 있는 안전하고 유용한 방법이 될 수 있을 것이며 또한 항암제 감수성 검사를 위한 검체 확보 및 VEGF의 발현 정도를 관찰하고 판정하는 데에도 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

저온 공정 온도에서 $Al_2O_3$ 게이트 절연물질을 사용한 InGaZnO thin film transistors

  • Thin-film-transistors (TFTs) that can be deposited at low temperature have recently attracted lots of applications such as sensors, solar cell and displays, because of the great flexible electronics and transparent. Transparent and flexible transistors are being required that high mobility and large-area uniformity at low temperature [1]. But, unfortunately most of TFT structures are used to be $SiO_2$ as gate dielectric layer. The $SiO_2$ has disadvantaged that it is required to high driving voltage to achieve the same operating efficiency compared with other high-k materials and its thickness is thicker than high-k materials [2]. To solve this problem, we find lots of high-k materials as $HfO_2$, $ZrO_2$, $SiN_x$, $TiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$. Among the High-k materials, $Al_2O_3$ is one of the outstanding materials due to its properties are high dielectric constant ( ~9 ), relatively low leakage current, wide bandgap ( 8.7 eV ) and good device stability. For the realization of flexible displays, all processes should be performed at very low temperatures, but low temperature $Al_2O_3$ grown by sputtering showed deteriorated electrical performance. Further decrease in growth temperature induces a high density of charge traps in the gate oxide/channel. This study investigated the effect of growth temperatures of ALD grown $Al_2O_3$ layers on the TFT device performance. The ALD deposition showed high conformal and defect-free dielectric layers at low temperature compared with other deposition equipments [2]. After ITO was wet-chemically etched with HCl : $HNO_3$ = 3:1, $Al_2O_3$ layer was deposited by ALD at various growth temperatures or lift-off process. Amorphous InGaZnO channel layers were deposited by rf magnetron sputtering at a working pressure of 3 mTorr and $O_2$/Ar (1/29 sccm). The electrodes were formed with electron-beam evaporated Ti (30 nm) and Au (70 nm) bilayer. The TFT devices were heat-treated in a furnace at $300^{\circ}C$ and nitrogen atmosphere for 1 hour by rapid thermal treatment. The electrical properties of the oxide TFTs were measured using semiconductor parameter analyzer (4145B), and LCR meter.

Application of Multiple Fuzzy-Neuro Controllers of an Exoskeletal Robot for Human Elbow Motion Support

  • A decrease in the birthrate and aging are progressing in Japan and several countries. In that society, it is important that physically weak persons such as elderly persons are able to take care of themselves. We have been developing exoskeletal robots for human (especially for physically weak persons) motion support. In this study, the controller controls the angular position and impedance of the exoskeltal robot system using multiple fuzzy-neuro controllers based on biological signals that reflect the human subject's intention. Skin surface electromyogram (EMG) signals and the generated wrist force by the human subject during the elbow motion have been used as input information of the controller. Since the activation level of working muscles tends to vary in accordance with the flexion angle of elbow, multiple fuzzy-neuro controllers are applied in the proposed method. The multiple fuzzy-neuro controllers are moderately switched in accordance with the elbow flexion angle. Because of the adaptation ability of the fuzzy-neuro controllers, the exoskeletal robot is flexible enough to deal with biological signal such as EMG. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

해양온도차 발전을 위한 심층수 파이프 직경에 따른 에너지 손실량 검토 (Feasibility Study on Cold Water Pipe Diameter by Friction Loss and Energy Conversion on OTEC)

  • The energy conversion from the temperature difference between hot and cold source like ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC), requires a long and large-diameter pipe (about 1000 to 10,000 meters long) to reach the deep water. The pipe diameter ranges from 2.8 meter for proposed early test systems, to 5 meter for large, commercial power generation systems. The pipe must be designed to resist collapsing pressures produced by water temperature and density differences, and the reduced pressure required to induce flow up the pipe. Other design considerations include the external-drag effect on the pipe due to ocean currents, and the wave-induced motions of the platform to which the pipe is attached. Various approaches to the pipe construction have been proposed, including aluminum, steel, concrete, and fiberglass. More recently, a flexible pipe construction involving the use of fiberglass reinforced plastic has been proposed. This report presents the results of a scaled fixed cold water pipe (CWP) model test program performed by EES(Engineering Equation Solver) to demonstrate the feasibility of this pipe approach.

Orthogonal Reception Characteristics for the DS/SS Signals with Time-shifted m-Sequences

  • This paper proposes an orthogonal reception structure for OS/SS communication with time-shifted m-sequences, and compares the performances of the proposed and conventional receiver. This structure provides two important characteristics to reference user signal with not only increment of auto-correlation value but also cancel of the cross-correlation value out to zero between the reference user and other user signals. In addition, the structure can be easily implemented with the conventional receiver adding an additional integrator path in parallel and an adder that sums the conventional path output and the new path output signal. Hence, the proposed structure can be applied for channel impulse response measurement, and efficiently used for multi-user interference signal cancellation and channel capacity increment by flexible structural inter-working operation, connection or disconnection, of the new path to conventional receiver structure.

가족친화제도 이용경험에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Employees' Use of Family-friendly Programs)

  • This study explores the factors influencing employees' use of family-friendly programs. Although recent years have witnessed an increasing number of family-friendly programs offered in the workplace, many studies have reported a lack of their actual use. This study considers various socio-demographic and workplace characteristics such as attitudes toward gender roles, and the perceptions of the work environment to better understand the reason behind this insufficient use. For this, data from the 2nd National Korean Family Survey in 2010 were employed. The results based on a total of 408 employees with diverse occupations indicate that among the four family-friendly programs evaluated(flexible working hours, child care, dependant care, and employee wellbeing), child care programs were most frequently provided by employers. In addition, the factors influencing employee participation in family-friendly programs were associated mainly with workplace characteristics or attitudes toward gender roles. The work environment including the employee's perceptions of how comfortable it is to accept assistance from family-friendly programs was also a key factor. Personal characteristics such as age and attitudes toward gender roles except for family needs had significant effects on employee participation in family-friendly programs. Future research should examine the effects of various environmental factors on employees' responses to family-friendly programs and investigate additional factors that can further enhance the effectiveness of such programs.

차단막 코팅을 이용한 광전기화학셀 효율 개선 (Improvement of Efficiency of Photoelectrochemical Cells by Blocking Layer Coatings)

  • A layer of $TiO_2$ thin film less than ~500nm in thickness, as a blocking layer, was coated by sol-gel method directly onto the anode electrode to be isolated from the electrolyte in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). This is to prevent the electrons from back-transferring from the electrode to the electrolyte (I-/I3-). The effects of heat treatment conditions of the gel and as-coated film on the thickness and consolidation to substrate were studied. The flexible DSCs were fabricated with working electrode of Ti thin foil coated with blocking $TiO_2$ layer, dye-attached mesoporous $TiO_2$ film, gel electrolyte and counter electrode of Pt-deposited indium doped tin oxide/polyethylene naphthalate (ITO/PEN). The photo-current conversion efficiency of the cell was 5.3% ($V_{oc}=0.678V$, $J_{sc}=12.181mA/cm^2$, ff=0.634) under AM1.5, 100 mW/$cm^2$ illumination.

3D 비접촉 인식을 이용한 냉연코일 테이프부착 로봇 개발 (Development of Smart Tape Attachment Robot in the Cold Rolled Coil with 3D Non-Contact Recognition)

  • Recently taping robot with smart recognition function have been studied in the coil manufacturing field. Due to the difficulty of 3D surface processing from the complicated working environment, it is not easy to accomplish smart tape attachment motion with non-contact sensor. To solve these problems the applicable surface recognition algorithm and a flexible sensing device has been recommended. In this research, the fusion method between 1D displacement and 3D laser scanner is applied for robust tape attachment about cold rolled coil. With these sensors we develop a two-step exploration and the smart algorithm for the awareness of non-aligned coil's information. In the proposed robot system for tape attachment, the problem is reduced to coil's radius searching with laser displacement sensor at first, and then position and orientation detection with 3D laser scanner. To get the movement at the robot's base frame, the hand-eye compensation between robot's end effector and sensing device should be also carried out respectively. In this paper, we examine the auto-coordinate transformation method in the calibration step for the real environment usage. From the experimental results, it was shown that the taping motion of robot had a robust under the non-aligned cold rolled coil.
