The objective of this study was to examine antique furniture in the cultural tradition. Through a survey of use and interest in antique furniture for modern living. the methodology included a review of literature in order to determine characteristics of wood furnitures of the Yi-dynasty. A survey of use and interest in antique furniture for modern living was also conducted. The study of interest in antique furniture was limited to five factors of sociopsychological variables : traditional, aesthetic , status symbolic ,economic, and fashionable. Questionnaires were given to the randomly selected men and women in Seoul. Data from 289 respondents were analyzed by $X^{2}$, analysis of variances and correlation. The results were 1) Wood furniture of the Yi-dynasty continued to be of practical usefulness, Antique furniture, therefore, had multiful functional , practical , and aesthetic usefulness in modern living. 2) Interest in antique furniture today was not related to possession or nonpossession, age, and occupation but was related to educational level and socioeconomic status. Suggestions for further research include the study of the organized history of Korean furniture in form, color, materials , and texture. And also included the use additional factors in further research on the study of interest in antique furniture.

The behavioral finance view on the existence of asset pricing anomalies is based on two factors: investors' sentiment and limits to arbitrage. This paper tries to examine the effect of investors' sentiment on the stock price in the Korean stock market. In order to measure investors' sentiment, we constructed the sentiment index using principal component of five sentiment variables. By using sentiment index as an additional independent variable to three risk factors, impacts of the sentiment index on individual stocks and 25 portfolios sorted by BM-size are examined. Main results found are as follows: 1) not only all three risk factors show positive impacts on the return of individual stock, but also the sentiment index has a positive impact. SI alone explains 15% of individual return variation. 2) among four independent variables, the most important factor turned out to be the market risk factor and investors' sentiment has better explanatory power on stock price than the size effect. 3) after controlling the market risk factor, the coefficient of the sentiment index for the smallest size and highest book/market value portfolios is significantly positive. 4) all the coefficients of the sentiment index for 25 portfolios sorted by BM-size have significant positive value after controlling size or (and) value.

In this paper, an index of women's safety facilities was created and visualized using public data related to Seoul. CPTED, the women's safety facilities index was created by collecting and analyzing eight data related to the local women's safety index and five major crime victims of women. As a result of the correlation analysis between the factors of the female safety facility index and the number of female crime victims, three data were selected as the main factors, "CCTV," "street lamps," and "female security guardians", which were found to be meaningful at the 95% level of reliability. The distinction women's safety facility index was calculated by weighting the correlation coefficient between the main factors for calculating the women's safety facility index, and visualized using Python's Follium library.

Between February 2020 and September 2021, 378 calves with diarrhea were investigated across 96 cattle breeding farms in Korea, using a rapid diagnostic kit. The study examined the infection rates of major pathogens causing diarrhea in calves, which were categorized by season, age, birth month, and region. Additionally, logistic regression analysis was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the infection rate. The study found that the five representative pathogens causing calf diarrhea exhibited differences in infection rates based on season, region, age, and birth month. Bovine rotavirus, bovine coronavirus, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia commonly exhibited varying risks of infection based on season and age. Furthermore, in addition to these risk factors, bovine rotavirus and Cryptosporidium were found to impact the infection risk of each pathogen by region, while Giardia was found to be affected by birth month.

Carbon emission calculation guidelines provided by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation (MOLIT) and existing environmental load assessment studies have suggested a method for estimating based on the volume determined after the design development. Therefore they are not being helpful in the decision making of the environmental economics of road facilities in the planning stage in which specific information on construction output volume is lacking. Based on literature analysis of existing studies and consultation from a group of construction environmental professionals, 12 types of property information considered to be related to environmental load were selected from an inventory of information that will be available in the road planning stage. In addition, multiple regression analysis was performed based on the environmental load computed through the life cycle assessment (LCA) of 40 national highway project cases of Korea to deduce five impact factors of environmental load in the road facilities planning stage.

The operator's performance of nuclear power plants is affected by many performance shaping factors(PSF). The objective of this study is to find out the PSFs and their effect on the nuclear power plant operations. We extracted PSFs in five category, and identified the relationships between PSFs and performance using the four survey methods; literture survey, case study, video task analysis and questionnaire survey. Finally the knowledge on PSFs and their effect was represented as rule form for cognitive simulation.

This paper describes a transfer matrix approach to analyze the dynamics of a high sped flexible rotor system supported at 2 positions by five ceramic bearings. The rotor system is modelled as lumped parameters in which many factors are considered not only lumped inertia or mass, bending moment, shear force but also gyroscopic effect and unbalance. The equation of motion is derived in the transfer matrix form, from which the eigenvalues equation is also derived. The transfer natural frequencies and modes. The eigenvalues, eigenmodes, campbell diagram, whirling critical speed, whirling modes, and the response of unbalance are calculated and discussed.

We propose a method where interaction energies and force components are calculated separately for each residue of biomolecules. It is found that the correlation factors obtained from the analysis of five types of force terms and one interaction energy term (main chain self-energy) can be used to predict a mutants free energy difference relative to wild type.(omitted)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions of clothing involvement of female undergraduates in Busan and some influential factors of TV on the clothing involvement. This research also shows the correlations among variables and the differences in clothing involvement and TV media-related influential factors by the customer types. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The clothing involvement is categorized into five factors: pleasure, fashionableness, symbolism, danger awareness, and disinterest in clothing. Four TV media-related influential factors are identified: conformity to entertainers' clothing, interest in entertainers, interest in TV-watching, and imitation of entertainers. 2. An analysis of correlation between clothing involvement and TV media-related variables shows that there is a correlation between conformity to entertainers' clothing and various clothing involvement factors as fashionableness, symbolism and pleasure. A factor of interest in TV-watching is related to symbolism and interest in clothing. A factor of imitation of entertainers is related to fashionableness and disinterest in clothing. 3. An analysis of the differences by the customer types leads to four types of categorization. Type 1 shows low interests in clothing and TV media-related variables. Type 2 demonstrates high clothing involvement and interest in TV-watching. Type 3 is classified as a high involvement/ conformity group, which not only shows high involvement in pleasure and symbolism of clothing but also high conformity to entertainers' clothing. And lastly, type 4 is an disinterest group but it shows high interest in TV-watching, entertainers and imitation of entertainers.
