We will present various MR findings of hyperacute ischemic stroke with our own experiences in the management of the patients according to the findings. 대상 및 방법： A total of 441 patients were underwent 'acute stroke MR' imaging protocol between Mar. 2001 and Jun. 2003. The protocol included initial T2-weighted image (WI), diffusion WI (DWI, b=2000), time-of-flight (TOF) MR angiography (MRA), and pefusion WI(PWI), and follow-up T2WI, DWI, TOF MRA, and neck vessel contrast-enhanced MRA obtained three to five days after the insult. Among them, we retrospectively reviewed the MR findings and clinical courses of 193 patients with anterior circulation territorial infarction. Those ICA and MCA lesions were divided into six and five groups respectively according to the level and mechanism of the occlusion. PWI findings can be another factor in the management planning.

The experimental work has been carried out for the study of pyrolysis of oil samples used in industrial and utility boilers in Korea. For five oil samples, the characteristics of pyrolysis have been investigated with a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), and their kinetic parameters were obtained and compared each other. The rate order of pyrolysis rate for five oils were as follows: by-product fuel oil, pyrolysis oil, diesel, a heavy oil and refined oil. The pyrolysis of refined oil has been successfully described by the three step, first order reaction model while the single step reaction model has been used for other oils. For the reaction temperature over 550 K, the reactivity of refined oil was very poor compared with other oils.

Both interests in nature-friendly education and demands for nature experience program are steadily increasing in children education field in korea. This study aims to find out that five-sense experience-activity with healing factors of forest can have an effect on both self-efficacy and respectful recognition of life of children. 5-year-old young children were chosen as the subjects for this study. Test group participated two times a week in the special forest class in a children education institute in Chungju oo-dong while control group did not. Both test group and control group were composed of 20 young children respectively and each group were 11 boys and 9 girls respectively. The five senses experience activity program was conducted two sessions a week from 8 August to 20 September in 2016 and each session was one hour (60 minutes) long. Five senses experience activity is an activity that young children awaken their five senses in the forest, recognize seasonal change with their five senses, build up their selves and become intimate with nature. Before and after the program self- efficacy test and respectful recognition of life test were conducted and the data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The results indicated that after participating five senses experience activity program both children's self-efficacy which means having positive-thinking and self-confidence and respectful recognition of life which means valuing nature coexisting with nature were improved significantly(p<0.05). Through five senses experience activity young children felt nature freely and to their heart's content with their bodies and five senses experience activity had better positive impacts on children's self- efficacy and respectful recognition of life than classroom activities.

Obejective : Based on ${\ll}$sixty-ninth Nan${\gg}$ (${\ll}$難經${\cdot}$六十九難${\gg}$) the interpromoting of the five element's balance method to discuss following 'when deficiency than should strengthen mother and when excessive than eliminate son' theories. Method : This strengthening and eliminating method is based on Jang-bu organ's balance method when 'east is excessive (liver excessive (肝實 )) and west is deficiency (lung deficiency (肺虛))' then 'eliminate the south and strengthen the north's method. Results : The seventy-fifth Nan (${\ll}$難經${\cdot}$七十五難${\gg}$) explains' son effects mother's excessive and mother effects son's deficiency' theory where it balance method of the inter-overacting five elements controlling Jang-bu organ's differentiations. The eighty-first Nan (${\ll}$難經${\cdot}$八十一難${\gg}$) explains strengthening-eliminating method of 'lung excessive and liver deficiency.' Since there are two different perspective of seventy-fifth and eighty-first Nan, we must compare and discuss to make right point of view. Conclusion : the treatment method in ${\ll}$Nan kyoung sixty ninth nan${\gg}$ could be understood as a view of five element constitutional theory (五行體質理論), the treatment method in ${\ll}$Nan kyoung seventyty-fifth nan${\gg}$ of eleminating fire and strengthning water in case of liver excess and lung defficiency and the treatment method in ${\ll}$Nan kyoung eighty-first nan${\gg}$ of strengthning liver and eleminating lung in case of lung excess and liver defficiency could be understood as a view of the yin-yan constitutional theory (陰陽體質理論).

The following conclusions are induced from a study on the acupuncture therapy depending on hyungsang of the persons. The study is made on the basis of 'Internal classic (內經)& and &Clinical Lectures by Dr. Jeesan&. The acupuncture originated from the treatment of spasm with numbness in the southern area. The acupuncture is basically a remedy for the exterior disease of meridian but also it can be a cure for the interior disease of Jang and obstinate disease with accurate method. Three mechanisms of acupuncture are described in 'Internal classic'. The first is to make meridian circulate smoothly. The second is to regulate Ki and Hyul. The third is to regulate points through which the meridian-Ki goes in and out smoothly or adversely. There are two ways of acupuncture in 'Internal classic'. One is based on pulse and symptom and the other on the Hyungsang. The former is more generally used therapy, to which depletion method, Asi point method(阿是穴 療法), Inyoung-kigu pulse comparison method (人迎氣口脈法) and method depending on jang-bu disease belong. Acupuncture is done on Su points(輸穴) and back-su point(背兪穴) in case of jang-disease. In case of bu-disease, the treatment is done on Hap points(合穴) and Mo-points(募穴). The latter includes two methods; one according to invariable Hyungsang. And the other to variable Hyungsang. The method of acupuncture according to invariable Hyungsang usually selects Won-points(原穴). Different Hyungsang requires different method of acupuncture; In case of Dam type, the acupuncture is mainly practiced on four-Kwan points with reinforcing and reducing methods achieved by the direction of the needle tip pointing to. In case of Bangkwang type, the acupuncture is usually done on Jungwan(中脘) and Poongyung(豊隆) with reinforcing and reducing methods by means of respiration. In case of female, more effective are the acupoints on the right and lateral parts of the body selected on the basis of five su-points of the twelve meridians matching the heavenly stems and earthly branches. In case of male, more effective are the acupoints on the left, front and rear parts of the eight extra meridians. In case of acupuncture to the person with Hyungsang of five jang and six bu, each person's intrinsic Hyung, color, pulse, must be observed. Because symptoms of jang-bu disease also must be checked up. Acupuncture is done on the Won-points of the meridians related to the jang and bu where the disease starts. The disease of five jang is so obstinate that it requires both of medication and acupuncture for a long time. In case of acupuncture to the person with Hyungsang of animal types, diagnosis is made on the basis of shape, temper, function and color. And the treatment is given on the Won-points of corresponding exterior and interior meridians. For the fish type, the acupuncture is done on the kidney meridian of foot-soyin and the urinary bladder of foot-taiyang. For the bird type, on the heart meridian of hand-soyin, the pericardium meridian of hand-gualyin, and the small intestine meridian of hand-taiyang For the deer type, on the liver meridian of foot-gualyin and the gallbladder meridian of foot-soyang. For the turtle type, on the lung meridian of hand-taiyin and the large intestine meridian of hand-yangmyung.

We report the multiple quantum well (MQW) structure for highly efficient red phosphorescent OLEDs. Various triplet quantum well devices from a single well to five quantum wells are realized using a wide band-gap hole and electron transporting layers, narrow band-gap host and dopant material, and charge control layers (CCL). The maximum external quantum efficiency of 14.8 % with a two quantum well device structure is obtained, which is the highest value among the red phosphorescent OLEDs using same dopant.

The battery pack in this research consists of dozens of a small battery for energy storage. And this battery pack charges and discharges repeatedly at high capacity (25 ~ 50 V, 25 ~ 100 A). The high temperature which can be generated in this process has a bad effect to the lifetime and efficiency of batteries. Moreover these factors are related with maintenance cost. Therefore, we need to assess the thermal performance of the battery pack in advance using the experimental or numerical analysis. In this research, we analyzed voltage and surface temperature of one cell battery to calculate heat transfer using the numerical analysis. And the temperature of the battery surfaces and inside of the pack was also analyzed. As a result, we found out the appropriate pack structure which stacked five modules.

In this paper, we identify the factors of supplier service quality, and explore the relationships between these factors and customer satisfaction, and between these factors and customer loyalty. Through empirical analysis, the five factors, such as technical ability, information service, service flexibility, delivery reliability, and after service, are identified. The analysis also shows that information service and service flexibility influence customer satisfaction, and service flexibility and after service influence customer loyalty.

This study was performed to analyze effect of cyclic load during CFS curing on the behavior of RC beam strengthened with CFS. In the experiment, five different beginning times of cyclic load and two different strengthening amounts of CFS were chosen for experiment parameters. From the experimental results, it could be known that the cyclic load during CFS curing might give detrimental effects to the CFS strengthening effects compared to without cyclic load cases.

In cases where strong a priori knowledge about the object being analyzed is available, it can be embedded into the formulation of the snake model. When prior knowledge of shape is available for a specific application, information concerning the shape of the desired objects can be incorporated into the formulation of the snake model as an active contour model. In this paper we show Five points algorithm can be applied to design invariant energy.
