The volatile components of Eucommiae foliums were extracted by simultaneous steam distillation-extraction apparatus, and analyzed by combined gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(CC-MS). Thirty five components, including 7 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 4 ketones, 2 esters. 18 hydrocarbons and 1 phenol were confirmed in Eucommiae foliums. Among total volatiles the main component it appeared to be 2-ethyl furyl acrolein, comprising about 31.4%.

Two new sulfated saponins designated as certonardosides P$_{2}$ and I$_{3}$ (1 and 2) were isolated from the brine shrimp active fraction of the MeOH extract of the starfish Certonardoa semiregularis. The structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF498, and HCT15), and compound 1 displayed significant cytotoxicity against the SK-MEL-2 skin cancer cell.

From the methanol extract of Rhododendron brachycarpum four triterpenes, three phenylpropanes and a diterpene alkaloid were isolated. Their structures were identified as glutinol (1), 3$\beta$-hydroxyurs-12-ene (2), $\beta$-sitosterol (3), (E)-P-hydrox-ycinnamic acid hexadecylester (4), (-)-rhododendrol (5), (+)-rhododendrol (6), 3$\beta$-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (7) and gray-anotoxin I (8) by spectroscopic methods. Compound 8 showed moderate cytotoxicity against five cultured human tumor cell lines with $ED_{50}$ values of $3.21\~4.05 {\mu}g/ml$. The other compounds were of marginal activity against the tested cell lines.

Plant, civil engineering and construction equipment data of overseas construction are obtained and then analyzed, classified and integrated by experts. With those refined data set, we built classification system and defined property information with reference to international standard (ISO 15926, IRDL). If class in ISO 15926 is predefined for equipment of interest, we used the class as is. If not, we created and defined new classes on the basis of ISO 15926 classes. If there is similar class for equipment of interest, extension or inheritance methods were used. As a result, classification system of five levels and 637 classes were built and construction equipment information were expressed in open structure of XML such as tree structure of classification system and detailed information with number equipments for each specific equipment. We also developed the electronic catalog system which is basically equipment information management system providing various product search functions.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the perceived risks and the purchase behaviors for luxury goods in internet shopping malls according to the shopping orientation. 254 questionnaires were distributed from April 10 to May 9 in 2006. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, chi-square tests were conducted. The results could be summarized as follows. (1) According to cluster analysis of shopping orientation, respondents were classified into five groups: pursuit of pleasure, pursuit of fashion, price consciousness, planned shopping, brand and store loyalty, time-saving and convenience. (2) There were not significant differences in the perceived risks according to shopping orientation. (3) There were not significant differences in purchase reasons and were significant differences in no-purchase reasons.

A Vitis hybrid-Vitis coignetiae red wine was vinified by fermentation of a mixture of a Vitis hybrid.Vitis coignetiae must with Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCTC 7904 at $25^{\circ}C$ for 10 days. The Vitis hybrid-Vitis coignetiae red wine showed high antihypertensive angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity (67.8%) and antioxidant activity (76.7%). The antihypertensive ACE inhibitor in the Vitis hybrid-Vitis coignetiae red wine was partially purified by solid phase extraction chromatography, and its ACE inhibitory activity yielded an $IC_{50}$ of 1.8 mg/mL. Six kinds of oligopeptides, including five new kinds, were contained in the partially purified ACE inhibitor fraction from the red wine after 10 days of fermentation. Antioxidant activity decreased significantly from 76.7% to 40.5% when the post-fermentation period was prolonged to 30 days.

Objectives This study aimed to provide a basis for treatment of soyang person by investigate published case series of soyangin Methods We have reviewed case series of soyangin in the Journal of Sasang Medicine from 2007 to 2016. Results A total of 16 case series related to soyangin were reported. Among them, herbal medicine was used in 16 papers (100.0%), of which 'Hyeongbangjihwang-tang' was the most frequently used, reported in five papers (31.3%). For acupuncture of 12 papers (75.0%), acupoint 'ST36' was the most frequently used, reported in four papers (33.3%). Conclusions Most of the included case series were effective in treating patients of soyangin. However, the number of papers was insufficient to suggest standardized treatment for "diseases-Sasang medicine pattern-treatment" systems.

In semiconductor industry, it is expected that plasma process which use 450 mm source will be used at next generation. However, main obstacle of the large area plasma source is plasma uniformity from it. When electrode is enlarged, field difference between center area and side area reduces the plasma uniformity [1-3]. Therefore we investigate multi-electrode which diminish this field difference.We designed two multi-electrode models. One has two segments and the other has five segments. Each multi-electrode model is connected with two power generator and two matchers. One generator and one matcher is connected with center electrode part. The other one generator and the other one matcher is connected with side electrode part. The ion density is measured at 29 points by using floating harmonic method [4-6]. After measuring the data of each multi-electrode model, we discuss the difference of profile between two models' data.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate of The University of Science and Technology (UST) as field-oriented graduate school model. The UST is unique in world-wide because of its operating system through the synergy effect of research and education and its interdisciplinary major system differentiated from the traditional graduate school, It first deals with measuring the users satisfaction by using a five-point Likert scale to analyze the general and special factors of UST, through which some findings are pointed out as follows; the education aims and visions are highly satisfied while essential factors in field-oriented education such as curriculum composition, apprentice and tailored education system, field training are not so high level. Finally it points out some suggestions for the UST development.

This study examined the effect of parenting style on children's prosocial behavior. Children's prosocial behaviors were examined by 3 factors : adaptation to school life, relationships with others, and ability to control emotions. Subjects were 195 three-, four-, and five-year-old children and their parents. Children's prosocial behavior differed as a function of children's age but not gender. Children's relationships with others among the prosocial behaviors showed a statistically significant difference by mother's autonomous parenting style. Unexpectedly, children's prosocial behaviors did not vary according to fathers' parenting style.
