This study examines the effects of perceived risks on purchase decision behavior among Internet fashion consumers. The study survey used a self-administered questionnaire and a total data of 244 responses were used for analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the perceived risks consist of 6 factors, quality risk, counterfeit product risk, credit dealing risk, social/psychological risk, size and appearance risk, and delivery risk. The purchase decision behavior consist of 3 factors, delay of purchase decision, website switching, and offline conversion behavior. Second, purchase time positively affected the quality risk and credit dealing risk. Purchase frequency negatively affected the quality risk and credit dealing risk. Third, the quality risk, size and appearance risk, counterfeit product risk, and credit dealing risk positively affected the delay of purchase decisions. Quality risk and counterfeit product risk positively affected website switching. In addition, quality risk, social/psychological risk, and credit dealing risk positively affected the offline conversion behavior. Fourth, credit dealing risk negatively affected a short term purchase intention and the delivery risk negatively affected a long term purchase intention. The social/psychological risk and credit dealing risk negatively affected the repurchase intention.
This study investigates the clothing purchase behavior of active seniors in their 50s and 60s. Differences of clothing purchase behaviors were examined according to gender and the group classified by shopping orientation. Data were collected from September 2 to September 9, 2019 using a professional internet research panel; subsequently, 246 sets of useful data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, chi-squared test, ANOVA and Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in clothing purchase behavior of purchase frequency, purchase item, purchase price, and purchase channel according to gender; therefore marketers need plan different merchandising and retailing strategies between man's wear and woman's wear. Second. the result of cluster analysis by shopping orientation showed that active seniors were categorized into four groups including 'active shopping pursuit', 'economic/pleasure pursuit', 'convenience/brand pursuit', and 'passive shopping pursuit'. Third, there were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender and occupation according to four categorized groups. In addition, the significant differences of clothing purchase behaviors were verified according to four groups. 'Active shopping pursuit' group was shown to make the best use of offline channels and online channels in information research and product purchase.

Under the situation which customer orders are cancelled unless all products in the order are delivered all at once, this paper concentrates on the purchase dependent demands and explores the systematic approach to implant the purchase dependence into the multi-product inventory model. First, by acknowledging that it is a challenging task to formulate a suitable inventory model for the purchase dependence, we derive the optimal solution condition using an EOQ model and extend the optimal solution condition to periodic review models. Then, through the comparison simulation of four inventory policies regarding several degrees of purchase dependence, we demonstrate that the inventory models which consider the purchase dependence generate less total cost than the inventory models which ignore the purchase dependence. In general, the inventory models which consider the purchase dependence reduce the loss of sales by maintaining more inventories, which results in reducing the total cost. Consequently, the simulation result supports the effectiveness of this paper's approach. In addition, this paper uses the individual order period and joint order period obtained from the EOQ model for the multi-product inventory model. Through the in-depth analysis of comparing the two models, we observe that the model of using the joint order period produces less total cost when the degree of purchase dependence is high, but the model of using the individual order period produces less total cost when the degree of purchase dependence is low.
Internet shopping mall has dual nature of information technology features defined by the web-based application system and marketing features explained by the shopping marketplaces. The purpose of this study aims at analyzing the consumer's attempt to purchase and re-purchase intention to the internet shopping mall to combine the IT perspective and the marketing perspective. This paper develop the integrated research model with the acceptance behaviors of customers through consumer's purchase decision process(pre-purchase stage and post-purchase stage). The results from an empirical survey as follows: First, the integrated model is valid in predicting the acceptance of the internet shopping malls by using structured equation modeling. Second, there are the differences between pre-purchase stage and post-purchase stage by each conceptual constructs. Finally, the results of MSEM(Multi-group Structured Equation Modeling) indicate the perceived ease of use and perceived trust to the attitude to the internet shopping mall is more effectively predicted at the pre-purchase stage. Vice versa, the perceived usefulness to the intention to the purchase intention of internet shopping mall is more effectively predicted at the post-purchase stage. This study provides an integrative approach to develop the effective and successful internet shopping mall strategy.

Many aspects of the way we work and live in the twenty-first century will be determined by the vast web of Internet. Virtual environments open the door to new identity experiences. Having the possibility to enter in a new community, where any personal information is directly shown to others, is a possibility to experiencing different self and thus to show and build new identities. This paper aims to identify how to relate the perception of cyber identity, loyalty and purchase intention. First, we classified cyber identity into two types, personal and social, and analyzed perception of each identity type. Then we conducted a survey using pre-designed questionnaire and found out factors consisting personal and social identity. Finally we analyzed the effects of these factors on loyalty and purchase intention using Structural Equation Model.

This study examines the influence of innovativeness and price sensitivity on the purchase intention of smart wear. A total of 211 copies of data were analyzed to investigate a structural model and test research hypotheses using AMOS 7.0 package. The results were summarized as follows. First, fashion innovativeness and technology innovativeness negatively affected price sensitivity; however, information innovativeness positively affected price sensitivity. Second, technology innovativeness positively affected the purchase intention of smart wear; however, fashion innovativeness and information innovativeness did not affect the purchase intention of smart wear. Third, price sensitivity negatively influenced the purchase intention of smart wear. This study is useful for marketers and managers who establish marketing and a price strategy for smart wear in an exploration of the relation of consumer innovativeness, price sensitivity, and the purchase intention of smart wear.
The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the importance of identifying and considering 'purchase dependence' when purchase of an item is dependent on availability of other items demanded in the same order. This paper is the first study to develop an inventory model for purchase-dependent inventory systems. Through simulation experiments, we demonstrate that the developed inventory model incurs less inventory operations cost than other inventory models that ignore purchase dependence. For empirical validation of the developed inventory model, the actual inventory data at the Hyundai Engine Europe Service Center is used. We explain the process of identifying purchase dependencies among items through a data mining technique. The empirical study results in similar results to the simulation experiment, demonstrating that the developed inventory model is applicable to real situations.
This study examined the practice of the impulsive purchase and the factors influencing it among college consumers. The data were collected from 481 college students in Busan and Gyeongnam areas through a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows. The results from this study were as follows: First, the level of the impulsive purchase of college consumers was not that high. Second, as a result of regression analysis for the group of the high level of impulsive purchase, the allowance amount, price-discount factor, credit card use, psychological factor, and attitudes towards money (ostentatious way, and symbol of success), affected the impulsive purchase. These results suggest that consumer education regarding values about money and strategies to resist impulsive purchase should be conducted at home and in school.

Since most clothing research has still centered around buying behavior, the importance of consumer behavior which exists outside the purchase context has been neglected. This orientation focusing solely on purchase-related processes is deficient as it cannot account for consumer behavior that is recreational or that occurs without a recognized consumption need. In this vein, clothing browsing behavior can be a significant variable that has effects on clothing purchase-related variables. So to speak, browsers do make purchases at times; delayed-action purchases, impulse purchases and browsers may provide other less informed people with product information. In this study, we used definition proposed by Bloch and Richins(1983), which defines non purchase shopping(browsing) as 1,he examination of merchandises of a store for recreational or informational purposes without a current intention to buy. The specific objectives of the study were to identify the dimensions of clothing non -purchase shopping and to determine the causal relationship among clothing involvement, non-purchase shopping, impulse buying, purchase quantity, opinion leadership. The questionnaire method was used and 366 questionnaires were analyzed. Results can be summarized as follows. First, the non-purchase shopping was divided into two dimensions such as recreational non-purchase shopping and informational non-purchase shopping Of the two dimensions, recreational dimension explained the greater part than informational one. Second, it was revealed that clothing involvement was strongly positively related to non-purchase shopping, which influenced considerably on impulse buying, purchase quantity, and opinion leadership. In other words, clothing non-purchase shopping behaivor is very significant concept of clothing product category and has considerable effects on clothing buying though it occurs independently of purchase, so it seems that much more concern will be needed on this concept.
