This study was conducted to investigate dynamic characteristics of agricultural tractor with a particular interest in ride vibrations when it is subjected to various excitation forces. As the first part of it this paper describes development of dynamic model of a tractor-trailer system and its equations of motions. An 3 dimensional 16-degree-of-freedom dynamic model for a tractor-trailer system was developed and its equations of motions were derived, which will be used to investigate the effects of irregular ground surface and excitation forces due to the engine mounted on the tractor. And the excitation forces were also formulated analytically. The transition matrix method and QR algorithm were proposed for numerical solution of the equation of motions fur the developed model. The later parts of the study will include a proof of the model and optimization from which tractors can be designed to minimize the ride vibrations. This will be presented in the second and third papers to be followed shortly.

Purpose: Quality management has significantly contributed to the productivity revolution in the past century. However, the argument that quality can be an impediment to innovation in the age of industry 4.0 has intensified recently. Possible solutions to this controversial issue are discussed. Methods: The research papers and magazine articles which described quality as an impediment to innovation are reviewed, and the industries in which this particular problem arises are examined. Results: Conventional quality management is as effective as ever when technology changes quite slowly. However, strong 'quality first' culture serves as an impediment to innovation when technology changes quickly as in the ICT(information and communication technology) industry and platform business. Conclusion: When the technology changes rapidly, faster time-to-market is much more important than variation control and continuous improvement. Moving from a productivity focus to a creativity focus is also required in quality management.

This paper is the first of 3 companion papers which investigate axial stratification process. In-cylinder fuel behavior has been investigated in the port injected SI engine by visualization for the purpose of understanding stratification. Planar laser light sheet from an Nd:YAG laser has been illuminated through the transparent quartz cylinder of the single cylinder optical engine and the Mie scattered light has been replaced with an air-ethanol mixture to utilize atomized fuel spray for the visualization purposes. This results have been compared with steady flow concentration measurement. For no swirl port, the axial penetration depends on the fuel injection timing. The fuel tends to remain in the upper region of the cylinder far from the spark plug and the distribution is not affected by the injection timing except 90 ATDC.

Author presented some study with a title of "automatic control for ship collision avoidance system" in previous papers. The paper reported the tread of the study, un-sloved issues and outcome of the study. In this paper, some additional results will be reported. The first is the algorithm of avoidance of group ship that is one of the un-sloved issues. The algorithm is useful when a ship takes an avoiding action toward group fish boats and approaching group merchant vessel. The second is unified model for calculating ship collision risk. The collision risk changes with various meet type of ships. Therefor newly-developed model is suggested to take into account of these situations. Finally simulation is carried out to verify suggested algorithm and model in various ship encounter situations..

In 1984, Johnson[A bounded convergence theorem for the Feynman in-tegral, J, Math. Phys, 25(1984), 1323-1326] proved a bounded convergence theorem for hte Feynman integral. This is the first stability theorem of the Feynman integral as an $L(L_2 (\mathbb{R}^N), L_2(\mathbb{R}^{N}))$ theory. Johnson and Lapidus [Generalized Dyson series, generalized Feynman digrams, the Feynman integral and Feynmans operational calculus. Mem, Amer, Math, Soc. 62(1986), no 351] studied stability theorems for the Feynman integral as an $L(L_2 (\mathbb{R}^N), L_2(\mathbb{R}^{N}))$ theory for the functional with arbitrary Borel measure. These papers treat functionals which involve only a single integral. In this paper, we obtain the stability theorems for the Feynman integral as an $L(L_1 (\mathbb{R}^N), L_{\infty}(\mathbb{R}^{N}))$theory for the functionals which involve double integral with some Borel measures.

The modelling of some different types of switchgears has been reported in the previous papers. This paper consists of two parts. The first part concerns the modelling and simulation of switching arcs with an auto-expansion circuit breaker as an example. The second part focuses on the simulation of the PTFE nozzle ablation effect with three different nozzle shapes. For circuit breakers, the modelling of moving contact and the choice of time steps are discussed before typical results are given and compared with available test result.

Until now, Many papers were written by graduate school students and consultents about railway station as main consideration. But there is no paper about specific private-invested station development. So in this paper, Just consider limiting Dong-Incheon private-invested station on a noncompetitive point of view that also constructed as a part of railway station development. This paper will be referenced of private-invested station management and direction of development in Korail railway station development. Private-invested station development is actively drived to now after Seoul private-invested station in 1989 as Korail's first induced private capital. Dong-Incheon private-invested station also built in 1989 and operated to now, but it can't keep up with current market and can't meet changeable commercial business. So in this paper, comparing Dong-Incheon private-invested station with one of the successful private-invested stations which is youngdengpo private-invested station and seeking the improvement direction of Dong-Incheon private-invested station as considering Dong-Incheon private-invested station's floating, traffic system, walking line, the range of station, the development type, facilities, and other nation's developing cases.

There are some researches for international comparing of textbook and curriculum, so far. But These researches focused on comparing special region of textbook or curriculum. On the contrary, there are hardly papers how teacher's guide is consists and different with other country. In this paper, we have analyzed teacher's guide of Korea and Everyday Mathematics which is one of the teacher's guide in the many counties in the united states of America. Especially, teaching method, differentiated contents of curriculum, characteristics of consists of curriculum and so on. On the basis of this analysis, we search the improvement points of teaching of primary mathematics and also we make all the primary school teachers realize the diversity of teaching method through foreign cases and consequently they will make use of these results as a reference material such as reconstruction of textbook.

With the growing importance of evidence-based medicine, clinical or biomedical research relies critically on the validity and reliability of data, and the subsequent statistical inferences for medical decision-making may lead to valid conclusion. Despite widespread use of analytical techniques in papers published in the Journal of Veterinary Clinics statistical errors particularly in design of experiments, research methodology or data analysis methods are commonly encountered. These flaws often leading to misinterpretation of the data, thereby, subjected to inappropriate conclusions. This article is the first in a series of nontechnical introduction designed not to systemic review of medical statistics but intended to provide the journal readers with an understanding of common statistical concepts, including data scale, selection of appropriate statistical methods, descriptive statistics, data transformation, confidence interval, the principles of hypothesis testing, sampling distribution, and interpretation of results.

Purpose: We present a scientometric review of the literature on platform government to serve three primary purposes: First, to cluster researches on platform government based on the research issues; second, to identify the major papers, authors, and keywords in the domain; and third, to explore the promising research areas of platform government. Design/methodology/approach: We collected the platform government research from Web of Science, and analyzed 1,536 articles that was published during time span of 1998-2019. Next, co-citation networks are constructed and analyzed by using CiteSpace to visualize the domain clusters and dynamic research trends in the platform government domain. Findings: We identified 13 sub areas of the platform government research: global investigation, consumer product quality, digital agora, civic crowd funding, and open data use etc. We also visualize the top 20 references with the strongest citation bursts, co-authors network, co-occurring keyword network, and timeline of co-citation clusters.
