미션 시나리오기반 장갑형 로봇시스템 유압매니퓰레이터 설계 (Mission Scenario-based Design of Hydraulic Manipulators for Armored Robot Systems)

  • In this study to develop disaster response robot in complex disaster site, we present the design of hydraulic manipulators for armored robot systems. To this end, we performed voice of customer researches with firefighters and rescue personnel. We created and analyzed the mission scenario of firefighters and rescue personnel in complex disaster situations, and derived the required functions of the robot to successfully perform missions. A heavy-duty, heat resistant, dexterous hydraulic robot manipulators is designed to realize the required functions. The designed robot has been verified through simulations and analysis in terms of the working area of the robot, actuating torques, and temperature analysis.

  • The transformer is major equipment in power receiving and substation facilities. Necessary conditions required for the transformer are compactness, lightness, high reliability, economic advantages, and easy maintenance. The pole-mount transformer installed in distribution system is acting direct role in supply of electric power and it is electric power device should drive for long term. Most of modem transformer are oil-filled transformer and accident is happening considerable. The mold transformers have been widely used in underground substations in large building and have some advantages in comparison to oil-transformer, that is low fire risk, excellent environmental compatibility, compact size and high reliability. In addition, the application of mold transformer for outdoor is possible due to development of epoxy resin. The mold transformer generally has cooling duct between low voltage coil and high voltage coil. A mold transformer made by one body molding method has been developed for small size and low loss. One body molding transformer needs some cooling method because heat radiation between each winding is difficult. In this paper, The thermal analysis of pole mount mold transformer with one body molding by duct condition is investigated and the test result of temperature rise is compared with simulation data.

『소문(素問)·위론(痿論)』의 독취양명(獨取陽明)에 대한 고찰 (A Study on 'Specially Selecting Yangming' in 『Suwen·Weilun』)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this paper is to study how medical experts understood 'Specially Selecting Yangming' for clinical application. Methods : After collecting medical texts related to 'Specially Selecting Yangming', its meaning and clinical application were examined thoroughly. Results : 1. The meaning of 'Specially Selecting Yangming' was identified in different ways according to the meaning of 'Yangming.' It was perceived as Stomach, Yangming meridian, Stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, Spleen and Stomach, Intestine and Stomach by medical experts. 2. Chen Wu-ze and Liu Wan-su understood Wei disease as a form of consumption, and regarded 'Specially Selecting Yangming' as tonifying Yangming while Zhang Zi-he put emphasis on Communicating Stomach Qi(胃氣) through vomiting or purgation. Sun Yi-kui insisted on applying it as a precaution. 3. Li Dong-yuan emphasized the cause of Wei disease to be Damp-Heat in the Summer and suggested Qingshuyiqitang and Qingzaotang as remedy. 4. Zhu Zhen-heng's Purging the South and Reinforcing the North is a more fundamental way of treating Wei disease by stimulating the Water-Fire Axis. Conclusions : Through a diachronic study of 'Specially Selecting Yangming' and its remedy, most medical experts regarded 'Specially Selecting Yangming' as tonifying Yangming, but tonifying Liver and Kidney was thought to be a more fundamental treatment.

그래핀과 탄소나노튜브의 형상에 따른 나노유체의 열전도도 특성 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Characteristics of Nanofluids to the Shape of Graphene and Carbon Nanotube)

  • Recently, high-thermal-conductivity graphene and carbon nanotube nanoparticles have attracted particularly close attention from researchers. In the present study, the thermal conductivity and viscosity properties of two kinds of graphene and carbon nanotube nanofluids added to distilled water - two graphenes and carbon nanotubes of differing size - were compared and analyzed. The thermal conductivities of the nanofluids, formulated in the usual manner by adding graphene and carbon nanotube to distilled water and subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic dispersion, were measured by the transient hot-wire method, and the viscosities were determined using a rotational digital viscometer. As a result, we concluded that the nanofluid of small particle diameter of graphene have outstanding properties as heat transfer media, due to their excellent thermal conductivity and viscosity, compared with the other nanofluid.

구음장애, 필기장애를 중심으로 한 중풍후유증에 소함흉탕(少陷胸湯)을 투여하여 호전된 1례 보고 (A Case Report of a Patient Who Has Dysgraphia and Articulation After a Stroke Treated by Sohamhyung-Tang)

  • Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the improvements of a patient who has suffered from aftereffects following stroke such as dysgraphia and articulation disorder, which is treated by herbal medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods : According to 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions', the patient was diagnosed as Taeyang-byung Gyeolhyung and number 138 provision, and was administered Sohamhyung-tang for 90 days. We recorded the progress of improvements based on the patient's statement and documented the patient's writing Results : The patient can write the letters such as U, 2, ㄹ,ㅇ more clearly and become confident on both writing and speaking. Conclusions : This case shows the effects of Sohamhyung-tang on aftereffects following stroke such as dysgraphia and articulation disorder. It was induced according to the 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions' so that it suggest a potential interpretation, which is different with it of the text books Herbal Formula Science and Sanghallonjeonghae, on the provision no. 138. Also the usage of Sohamhyung-tang in this case may support the way far from the diagnosis of oriental neurological medicine, which explain the pathology of stroke as fire-heat(火熱), dampness-phlegm(濕痰), static blood(瘀血) and dual deficiency of qi and blood(氣血兩虛).

전선피복용 컴파운드의 제조에서 가소제의 종류와 첨가량에 따른 물성 변화 연구 (Study on Property Modification with Kind and Additive Amount of Plasticizer in the Manufacture of Compounds for Cable Sheath)

  • The four different polymer compounds were manufactured with the two kinds of plasticizers [(di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate(DOS), and di-2-butyl sebacate(DBS)] and two different additive amounts(18, 26 phr) of the same plasticizer for making cable sheath for ship. Ethylene-vinylacetate, ethylene-propylene-diene-copolymer as matrix polymers and ethylene-vinylacetate grafted maleic anhydride as coupling agent were selected for compounding with fire retardant, closslinking agent, filler, and other additives besides plasticizer. The compound including DOS showed the higher ${\Delta}T$ than that including DBS at the same additive amount in the rheology test. And with increasing plasticizer, the compounds resulted in lower tensile strength and higher elongation by lubricating effect of plasticizer. DOS yielded better aging resistance and cold resistance than DBS due to the good heat resistance and low solidifying point of DOS compared to DBS.

장부변증에 따른 이명 양상과 변증유형별 치료효율 분석 (Analysis of Tinnitus Pattern by Visceral Pattern Identification and Treatment Efficiency by Pattern Identification Type)

  • Objectives : By analyzing symptoms of tinnitus, we tried to find out the relationship between deficiency and excess(虛實) and visceral pattern identification(臟腑辨證). By testing Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI), we evaluated the quality of life of people suffering from various aspects of tinnitus, as well as comparing treatment efficiency. Methods : 52 patients were recruited in this study who was ill with tinnitus. They wrote out the questionnaire about tinnitus and the THI. Results : The vast majority of high-grade tiny noise patients are deficiency type(虛症). The vast majority of low-grade roar patients are excess type(實症). Tinnitus persistence and feeling of ear occlusion were prominent in low-grade roar patients. low-grade roar patients suggest that overall quality of life is lower than high-grade tiny noise patients. In terms of treatment efficiency, spleen-stomach weakness(脾胃虛弱)-type, stomach heat(胃熱)-type and phlegm-fire(痰火)-type was higher than kidney essence depletion(腎精虧損)-type and liver qi depression(肝氣鬱結)-type regardless of the aspect of tinnitus. Conclusions : The present study suggests that tinnitus pattern may be helpful in differentiating patients with tinnitus, and the effectiveness of treatment can be predicted through differentiation.

『교주부인양방(校注婦人良方)』에 수재된 설기(薛己)의 부인과 의안(醫案) 연구 (Xueji's Gynecological Medical Records In Xiaozhufurenliangfang)

  • Objectives : Medical records of Xueji in the "Xiaozhufurenliangfang" were examined in this study which aimed to look at the medical situation in gynecology of China's Ming Dynasty period, in hopes for it to yield implications and treatment directions to gynecology in $21^{st}$ century Korea. Methods : The medical records were systematically organized with a medical anthropological approach along with overall analysis of the entire records, which lent meaningful statistical information in numeric form. A bibliographical review of the text as historical artifact was undertaken as well. Results : In managing gynecological conditions, Xueji frequently attributed them to depletion of Qi and Blood of the Spleen and Liver. In terms of pathogenic factors, he frequently mentioned Fire and Heat, and as etiological factors, emotional distress. For treatment, he frequently used 'Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang(補中益氣湯)', 'Xiao Yao San(逍遙散)' and 'Gui Pi Tang(歸脾湯)'. Conclusions : Through studying the medical records of Xueji in "Xiaozhufurenliangfang" a close look into a master's insight on gynecological disorders in terms of diagnosis and treatment was achieved. The formulas he used are widely applied even today, and this study shows that the formulas's clinical application could be expanded even wider.

  • Climate change not only has various impacts such as human shoes, economics, the environment, industry, etc. but the damage caused by this is also increasing, it is expected that severe damage will not occur without efforts to respond to climate change ing. Therefore, as the impact of climate change like the extreme weather phenomenon is dailyized and its strength tends to become stronger, as much as the mitigation measures of climate change, as a comparative effort to reduce the negative impact of climate change, adaptation to climate change is necessary. Especially when the damage caused by climate change (intense heat, torrential rain, cold wave and heavy snow etc.) as an institution responsible for the provision of public services such as public institutions, the socio-economic spread to the nation and the people The effect is very large. We confirmed the level of response to climate change for the entire public institution, and selected climate change risk which is relatively important for specific facilities and business establishments of public institutions, climate change adaptation measures We will try to utilize it as basic material of establishment.

내구성이 개선된 발전용 가스터빈 온도센서 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Step-Up Converter with the New Topology Method)

  • 본 논문은 전력발전용 가스터빈에 사용하는 내구성이 개선된 Exhaust Gas Temperature(EGT)센서에 관한 연구이다. 가스 터빈에 적용된 EGT 센서는 고온으로 인하여 EGT 센서의 커넥터가 손상되는 문제가 있고 회전 날개의 회전으로 인해 발생하는 심각한 진동 조건에서 센서의 물리적으로 약한 부분이 진동으로 인하여 손상이 야기되기도 한다. 이러한 문제들은 잦은 센서 교체를 유발하고, 발전 효율을 감소시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 분석하고 개선방법을 제시하였고, 제안된 EGT 센서의 성능을 평가하기 위해서, 고온과 진동조건을 동시에 시험할 수 있는 복합 환경 테스트 장비를 개발하였다. EGT센서의 정확도와 응답시간을 평가하고 열과 진동의 복합환경 시험 장비로 비교시험한 결과 기존 센서는 탄화문제가 발생하였지만, 제안된 센서는 이러한 문제가 해결된 것을 확인하였다.
