Recently, the fire safety of road tunnels has been important issues in South Korea. However, proper fire safety regulations has not made for road tunnels. Due to geographical challenges in South Korea, road tunnels should be constructed to secure stable traffic flows. In the Guidelines for Installing and Managing Disaster Prevention Facilities of Road Tunnels (NFSC 603), main target vehicles are passenger cars. This guidelines cannot support big fires from larger vehicles such as cargo, oil trucks. In this study, fire safety for a road tunnel in port area was analyzed with fire dynamics theory under cargo truck fire scenario. Sujunsan road tunnel in Busan city was chosen as a target tunnel, which links between Busan port and highways to increase cargo shipping. The results show the limitations of present guidelines (NFSC 603) for road tunnel from large fire situations.

본 연구는 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 유아부모들을 대상으로 소방안전에 관한 인식을 조사하여 유아 소방안전교육의 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 유아부모들은 우리사회의 소방안전의식을 다소 낮게 인식하고 있으며, 자신의 소방안전 의식정도는 사회평균보다는 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 유아부모들은 유아교육기관에서 이루어지는 소방안전교육과 소방시설에 대하여 약간 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아부모들은 소방안전교육을 실시하기에 적합한 곳으로 유아교육기관을 선택하였으며, 소방안전교육을 실시하기 위해 가장 우선적으로 보완되어야 할 사항은 유아용 소방안전 교육자료의 개발 보급으로 답하였다. 또한 소방안전교육을 실시하기 위해 적합한 교수학습방법으로는 관찰 견학 수업이라고 응답하였다.

At the present time in Russia proper programs of increasing museums fire safety are taking into account their specific character and means are not developed. But the problem of control for fire safety of museums should be solved. In connection with it approximate models for estimation el Level ol Fire Safety are developed on the basis of expert's assessment. Proposed approach permits to choose rational variants of fire safety system for specific museum.

본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 소방안전에 관한 의식을 조사하여 초등학교에서 소방안전교육이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위하여 수행되었다. 설문조사는 영주시 초등학교에 재직 중인 교사 203명에 대하여 2003년 9월 5일부터 9일까지 실시되었으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 교사들은 소방안전교육의 필요성은 매우 인식하나 수업비중은 조금 낮게 생각하며, 실제적인 교육은 더욱 낮게 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 교사들은 안전교육 분야 중 교통안전을 가장 중요하게 여기며, 다음으로 놀이안전, 시설물안전 및 소방안전 순으로 중요하게 생각하였다. 교사들은 소방안전교육에 따른 어려움으로 관심부족(36.0%), 자료 또는 시간 부족(31.5%) 등을 들었으며, 효과적인 소방안전교육을 위한 요구사항으로는 소방안전전문가의 초청교육(62.1%), 교육자료의 개발 보급(10.3%) 등이었다.

With the development of the Korean economy, the number of arson fire has been radically increased and become a huge problem and issue in Korea Society for last several decades. This study is to establish the fire life safety strategy regarding the arson fire through performing the computer simulation based on fire scenarios with researching domestic fire statistics and cutting edge techniques and methods for fire characteristics and fire dynamic. In addition, to design the fire life safety strategy depending on the arson fire pattern, the flow and characteristics of fire flames and smoke is analyzed by the computer modeling.

This study aims to verify the impact of a metaverse-based safety education program on the fire safety awareness of elementary school students. Utilizing the National Fire Agency's 119 metaverse program, an educational program was implemented for two months, and the experimental group was examined using paired-sample t-tests, while comparisons with the control group were made using independent-sample t-tests. The results revealed statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the area of fire prevention. Although no statistically significant differences were observed over time within each group, the overall average scores for the entire class improved across all areas. Based on these findings, the effectiveness of metaverse-based safety education is suggested; however, a significant difference compared to traditional education was not detected. The study concludes by exploring implications for considerations in the implementation of metaverse safety education in the future.

고령화 사회의 도래와 함께 폭발적으로 증가하는 사회복지시설에서의 화재안전은 매우 중요한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 근래에 발생했던 노인요양원의 화재를 계기로 사회복지시설에 대한 소방관련법과 기준을 분석하고, 사회복지시설 현장을 방문하여 현장실태조사 및 소방기술인, 교수, 시설운영자, 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 분석하여 화재안전관리방안으로 법 개정을 통한 맞춤형 소방시설설치, 소방시설유지관리강화, 소방안전관리 및 관련시설 평가를 통한 소방안전관리방안을 제시하였다.

Although the urban rail vehicle is exposed to the fire disaster, most country, except only a few advanced country, is insufficient to take a measure against the fire accident. Safety regulation modification, fire safety standard of the materials. and each material's fire resistance of the rail vehicle have been upgraded until the Daegu fire disaster in Korea. For that reason, In this study, current techniques of fire safety evaluation are analyzed and fire safety degrees of rail vehicles are compared with the change of interiors which is met to the fire safety standard of urban rail vehicle.

이 연구는 공동주택 관리방식과 소방시설의 점검에 따른 화재안전특별조사, 예방활동, 소방안전관리의 다변량분석에 대하여 집단 간의 차이를 규명하였다. 특히, 공동주택 소방안전관리의 중요성 측면에서 집단 간의 비교분석은 필요한 것으로 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소방시설점검에 따라서 예방활동이 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소방안전관리자의 소방시설점검능력이 우수하고, 국가 화재안전기준 및 점검표에 따라 적합한 점검을 할수록 화재예방도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 관리방식에 따라 화재안전특별조사가 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 아파트 관리방식이 건축물 규모, 층수에 관계없이 관리주체의 운영메뉴얼, 관리집행이 조직구성별로 신속한 업무수행이 가능할수록 화재안전특별조사에도 만족하는 것을 보여준다. 셋째, 예방활동이 소방시설점검과 관리방식 간에 유의미한 상호작용 효과를 보였다. 이는 소방안전관리자의 소방시설점검능력이 우수하고 국가 화재안전기준에 적합한 점검을 할수록 화재예방도 높고 아파트 관리방식이 건축물 규모, 층수에 관계없이 관리주체의 운영메뉴얼, 관리집행이 조직구성별로 신속한 업무수행이 가능할수록 화재예방에도 만족하는 것으로 보여준다.

Purpose: Swimming industry is improving faster than the other types of sport industries and populations of participating swimming are promptly increasing. Lack of recognition of fire safety in swimming facilities is issues related-studies has only recently begun to pay attention. This study is to review and extract fire safety factors for managing swimming pool. Research design, data, and methodology: The study reviewed related-ordinances, governmental documents, and studies discussing safety management of sport facility. Given the literature review, the study produced an initial construct presenting items and factors including fire safety elements and experts' review were conducted to ensure conceptual validity. Finally, the study generated the final factors and subitems representing fire safety elements for swimming pool management. Results: The study confirms factors and elements as follows: the study identifies fire safety equipments as first factors presenting fire extinguisher' place, its proper run, check list and so forth, Second factor is warning system including fire warning equipment, its proper operation, sprinkler and its proper operation, switch and lamp of emergency panel and their proper run and so on. Third factor is evacuation system including a fire exit, exit sign, broadcasting equipment, and their proper operation, and so on. The other factors are an electronic equipment and its subelements, gas management including safety management of LPG, gas valve, pipe, and fire prevention facility including a fire door and its proper operating. Conclusions: Regarding safety management of swimming pool, further discussions and implications were made, and future directions for related-studies were discussed.
