This study aims to examine the Analysis of Factors Affecting Village Financial Management in Bali Province. Research with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 87 village heads who manage village finances and are responsible for village government financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results showed that the duality of village government (customary village and village apparatus), the capacity of village government officials and the competence of village assistants had a significant effect on the success of village fund management. Meanwhile, accountability does not affect the success of village fund management due to the lack of responsibility of village government officials for village financial management, which causes a negative impact on the sustainability of village governance. Empirically, the better the level of accountability, the better the success of village financial management. Other research results place the synergy of government, the capacity of government officials and the competence of village assistants as social capital, which have a positive effect on the success of village financial management, so that it becomes the focus of the village government in implementing public services and controlling government performance, both financial and non-financial.

This study aims to examine the effect of variables of financial management information systems, organizational culture, and human resource competence on the accountability of village government financial reporting. The sample was 65 villages in the two districts using a simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data of this research, multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results showed that organizational culture as a differentiator in the two districts, namely financial management information systems, organizational culture, and human resource competence has a significant positive effect on accountability in preparing village government financial reports in Tabanan Regency. Meanwhile, organizational culture does not have a significant influence in Badung Regency, this is because each village government has a different work culture. In the Tabanan regency, we use local culture as the basis for organizational culture, while in the Badung regency it can be examined between organizational culture and it is carried out differently, which indicates that no one organizational culture type is superior to other types. This means that all types can move in line with and hand-in-hand based on how and when organizational goals are to be realized.

By identifying the role of technological innovation and marketing competence within the relationship between the entrepreneurship and corporate's business performance, this study aims to improve SMBs' competence. Special attention was given to the fact that while there are some technology-based SMBs which have achieved positive outcomes through innovation, there are some other firms which have not been able to deliver expected outcomes despite of their technological competence. The data used in this study came from CEO or chief research executives of SMBs. Results of the data analysis show that the innovative sprit which is an important factor of entrepreneurship has an positive effect on technological performance, financial performance and non-financial performance. However, risk- taking tendency has an positive effect on technological performance but negative effects on financial and non- financial performance of the firms. This study also has examined the mediating effect of technological innovation on the relationship between entrepreneurship and corporate's performance and the result reveals that technological innovation plays a mediating role within the relationship. Specially, innovative spirit plays a full mediating role within the relationship between technological commercialization capacity and financial and non-financial performances of SMEs'. Also, risk taking tendency has a full mediating effect on the positive relationship between strategic planning capability and both financial and non-financial performance. Regarding the moderating role of marketing capability within the relationship between the entrepreneurship and the performance of the firms, results of data analysis shows as follows. Marketing professional capability plays a moderating role between risk taking tendency and performance of the firm and marketing structural capability plays a moderating role between innovative spirit and the performance of the firms. Based on these results, this study confirms that SMEs' business performance is effected by entrepreneurship. Innovative spirit plays a mediating role within the relationship entrepreneurship and business performance. However, Marketing capability has a partial moderating effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurship and the business performance.

Many countries around the world are pursuing various support policies to foster start-ups national widely in order to secure new economic growth engines in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The South Korean government announced the diffusion strategy for the 2'nd round Start-up Boom in March 2019 and is promoting the support policies for start-up incubating by various programs. Many incubators and startup accelerators operate various kinds of programs to foster start-ups using government financial supports. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurship and technical capability of entrepreneurs as the internal factors of the technology-based start-ups and the effects of programs supported by the government as an external factor on the corporate performance of a start-up company, and the mediating effects of core competence of start-ups were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that the entrepreneurship, technical capability and the programs supported by incubators or accelerators had no direct effects on the corporate performance of a start-up, but the core competence of the company had complete mediating effects. In addition, the type of program supported by the comprehensive accelerator programs or the marketing supports had effects on the core competence rather than simple financial supports. Lastly, the policy proposals for incubating program support and future research directions along with the limitation are suggested.

Technology-based start-ups have great economic ripple effect such as economic growth and job creation. Therefore, a strategic approach is required in order for such start-ups to continuously grow. However, many technology-based start-ups do not survive the Death-Valley and are being eliminated from the market. This is an empirical study on influencing variables that have impact on their performance. This study presents growth intention and influencing variables that have impact on performance (financial performance, technological performance) based on previous research on technology-based start-up. Also, this study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial competence, team commitment and growth intention, and finds the effect of controlling business-network. Structural equation modeling was performed in order to test the research hypothesis. Survey was conducted on the firms that have been certified by Youth Startup Academy of Small and Medium Business Corporation. A total of 306 samples were collected from the survey. An empirical test was conducted on the research hypothesis using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0. The result of hypothesis test shows that growth intention has positive influence on both financial and technological performance, and entrepreneurial competence (technological competence, strategic management competence, creative competence and team commitment) has positive influence on growth intention. Also, the research proved that business-network has regulation effect between human resource trait and growth intention. The result of our study will provide practical insight to future start-ups for continuous growth and successful running of their firm.
As business environment becomes dynamic, complicated, and networked, viability is important not only for the firm itself but also for its partners. It is needed a broader view to understand and to improve competitiveness of an organization, which is defined as the business ecosystem view. In this research Korean financial market is to be defined as a business ecosystem. The Korean financial market consists of Bank of Korea as the keystone, a number of major financial institutions as flagship entities, and other members in the ecosystem. Since dynamic interactions among members of the ecosystem are done through IT, the financial ecosystem's competitiveness is based on IT competence. In this paper, it is suggested a new view of business ecosystem on the Korean financial market structure and the role of IT to enhance the healthiness of financial ecosystem.
Expectations and demands for the paradigm of healthcare systems are changing in response to changes in the characteristics of population properties and industrial structures; therefore, it is time to prepare for the career diversification of nursing students who have mainly entered the clinical field. The study tested the pathway of financial literacy on the relationship between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude among nursing students. We obtained data from 177 South Korean nursing students through email and mobile phone. The analysis of the mediating effect was performed by hierarchical multiple regression. The SPSS WIN program was adopted. Entrepreneurship and financial literacy of subjects had a significantly positive effect on nursing start-up attitudes. Financial literacy indirectly affected the relationship between nursing students' entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude, and significance was verified by Process Macro. Financial literacy can mediate between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitudes. These factors will provide an important basis for nursing students to grow into talented people with business capabilities. Nursing education should strengthen the foundation that promotes business competence in nursing students.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of CEO's self-determination on entrepreneurship, business performance (operational and financial performance). Also, this research provide some strategic insights for improving business performance. In the proposed model, self-determination consists of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, and entrepreneurship consists of innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity, and proactiveness. More specifically, this study proposes a framework that entrepreneurship and operational performance will play mediating roles between self-determination and financial performance. Research design, data, methodology: In this study, an online survey was conducted on SME CEOs for analysis, and a total of 122 samples were used. In the analysis process for hypothesis verification and evaluation, frequency analysis was first performed to identify the demographic characteristics of the respondents, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to assess the reliability and validity of the measurement model. In addition, a structural model analysis was conducted to examine the structural relationships between CEO's self-determination, entrepreneurship, and business performance (operational and financial performance) using SmartPLS 3.0. Results: The findings and summary are as follows. First, the autonomy of self-determination has a positive effect on entrepreneurship. Second, the competence of self-determination affects entrepreneurship and operational performance. Third, it affects the innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity of the CEO's entrepreneurship, and ultimately, its operational performance. The results show that the business performance of Start-up also increases when self-determination can be a factor in increasing entrepreneurship in three sub-dimensionalities. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is that in order for SMEs to develop into a sustainable company by securing competitiveness after start-up, external motivation such as external help and support from the state (local government) is important, but competence and relationship, which are components of self-determination. The intrinsic motivation of the CEO may be more important. To this end, CEO's should prioritize learning for competency development, and the government should pay attention to providing various educational programs through establishment of education policies and education systems to enhance the competency of start-up CEO's.

This study examines the impact of female representation on board of directors and audit committees on financial reporting quality, which also discusses the moderating role of family ownership in female representation on boards of directors and audit committees and financial reporting quality. The unbalanced panel is made up of 271 non-financial companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) from 2008 to 2019.The findings reveal that female representation on the board of directors has a large and negative impact on financial reporting, but female representation on the audit committee has a significant positive impact on financial reporting quality. Furthermore, the results reveal that family ownership has a negative impact on the relationship between female presence on boards of directors and financial reporting quality. Furthermore, the findings show that family ownership reduces the impact of female involvement in audit committees on the quality of financial reporting. However, family ownership has no direct impact on financial reporting quality. Our findings suggest that selecting females to serve on boards of directors and audit committees should be based on specific criteria (e.g., monitoring abilities, business competence, knowledge, and experience) rather than on family relationships.
