MyData industry became possible with the revision of the three data-related bills on August 2020, and from February 2021, each individual can make MyData financial service through the app provided by MyData providers. In this study, in order to understand the user experience trend of MyData-based financial asset management apps in the user-centered financial service era, the usability evaluation of 11 apps from 8 MyData providers was conducted for 300 adults, then average value comparison, radial graph analysis, and heatmap analysis were conducted. In app design preference, asset list type was the most preferred type, followed by asset comparison·list type. As for the expected perception of the future benefits that can be enjoyed through My Data, 'diversification of convenient services' was the highest at 45.3%, and as a negative factor felt by users, personal information-related factors were the highest at 71.4%. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development and improvement of user interfaces for MyData platforms.

Since finance companies started e-banking services, those services have been diversified and use of them has continued to increase. Finance companies are implementing financial security policy for safe e-banking services, but e-Banking incidents are continuing to increase and becoming more intelligent. Along with the rise of internet banks and boosting Fintech industry, financial supervisory institutes are not only promoting user convenience through improving e-banking regulations such as enforcing Non-face-to-face real name verification policy and abrogating mandatory use of public key certificate or OTP(One time Password) for e-banking transactions, but also recommending the prevention of illegal money transfer incidents through upgrading FDS(Fraud Detection System). In this study, we assessed a blacklist based auto detection method suitable for overall situations for finance company, a real-time based suspicious transaction detection method linking with blacklist statistics model by each security level, and an alternative FDS model responding to typical transaction patterns of which information were collected from previous e-Banking incidents.
Today the paradigm of the financial services industry is shifting to mobile banking, and each financial company provides a variety of mobile banking services. Because of the innovation of mobile banking service, the Internet Only Bank has been launched recently. However, the actual number of users is far less than the number of subscribers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the intention to use of Internet only banking service by applying Task-Technology Fit (TTF) theory. In order to carry out this research, we conducted a survey on the user of the Internet only banking services, tested the measurement validity/reliability analysis and derived structural equation model. The results indicate that there are significant correlations between technology characteristics and task-technology fit and between task-technology fit and continuance intention. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for securing and maintaining the users of Internet banking providers.

In spite of the importance of a fishing industry, neither any terminology defined in details nor academic systems to educate the workers in the fishery were established in the fisheries social education. The fisheries social education was considered to be the practical area around the actual fields. Therefore, on-site education was very important. Accordingly, this study collected and analyzed theoretical basis of a social education and data on the rural adult education and examined the actual status of the fishing industry in Korea and fisheries extension services enterprise and fisheries developmental enterprise corresponding to the actual fisheries social education conducted in Korea. On the basis of these frames, this study summarized the direction for the progress of fisheries social education that has not been studied until now for the purpose of suggesting the future directions of the fisheries social education as follows; The recognition on the importance of fisheries social education and fundamental researches in the fisheries social education should be extended. The practical development of fisheries social education should be realized. Fisheries extension services enterprise should be evolved by fishermen. The abilities of instructors in the fisheries social education should be improved. The academic factors in the fisheries social education should be emphasized. Inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary approaches should be adopted. Various programs should be developed for the progress of the fisheries social education. The exclusive department in charge of the fisheries social education should be established. The information system for the fisheries social education should be secured. The industry, academic organizations and the organs should make cooperation. The fisheries social education should be provided by general social education institutions for the progress. The fisheries development should be deployed on the basis of environmental preservation. It is necessary to deploy the new fishing village movement like the Saemaul movement to the fisheries. The administrative and financial supports for the fisheries social education should be expanded. It is essential to cultivate the future fishermen for the international competitiveness.
The purpose of this study was to verify the dietitian’s job description(2000) for dietitians working at business and industry foodservice. The survey was carried out for the frequency, criticality and difficulty of each job description with 4 point. The number of subject was 39 dietitians, who have been working over 3 years at their position. The results are following ; 1. Duties with high frequency and criticality were menu managements, purchasing, storage and inventory controls, food productions, meal services, waste managements and sanitation managements. 2. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality were managing equipments and facility, human resources managements, financial managements, self promotions. 3. Duties with low frequency and high criticality were nutrition assessment (life cycles, certain diseases, specific conditions), medical nutritional theraphy, nutrition education and public health nutrition. 4. For difficulty, duties related food service had lower points than that of nutrition service.

The purpose of this study is to elicit influential factors on accepting IPTV services and define the casual relationship between the factors, and "user satisfaction", "re-use intention", "stranger recommendation intention", in an attempt to provide useful guidelines to IPTV carriers, contents providers and equipment makers for their forming IPTV service models and marketing strategies. For this end, the theoretical background of this study has been brought from relevant literature, and theoretical study models have been established by logical reasoning of the interrelation among diverse components. Then, the established models have been analyzed by using statistical packages "SPSS(12.0), LISREL(8.72)". Finally theoretical and practical significance and future study direction have been suggested. To make sure of effective validity of IPTV service adoption models above, empirical studies should be made continuously. And then vertical and horizontal studies at a specific point would show ever-changing causal relationship, helping to promote financial outcome of relevant companies and organizations.

We investigate competition and its impact on borrowers' indebtedness (BI) in South Asian microfinance. Our empirical investigations are based on a comprehensive panel dataset of 355 MFIs located in seven countries in South Asia. The empirical results revealed that microfinance in South Asia is imperfectly competitive and the existing industry shows a monopolistic competition during the period under consideration. Also, the competition increased after the global financial crisis (GFC) in 2007-08 which implies that microfinance uses hostile lending behavior through the adverse selection that is highly risky and it can induce repayment crisis. The empirical findings also show that increased competition has significant negative effects on borrowers' indebtedness, particularly in large-scale and regulated microfinance organizations (MFIs). Instead of using equity financing, debt financing could be a better option. Finally, we find that while competition seems to have some positive effects in economic discourse by channeling technological improvements in products and services, its negative effects in microfinance outweigh the benefits over costs, particularly in poverty-stricken nations. The findings are helpful for the policymakers, microfinance industry, investors, borrowers, and Central Bank of South Asian markets.

In the service industry the types are diversifying and the scale of service companies is greatly improving. Such a phenomenon is caused by economic growth and technological development diversifying consumer needs creating demand for new services maturing the service industry and intensifying competition among companies in the form of global competition. It can be said that this is because it is necessary to improve competitiveness by utilizing the economy of scale. Research is needed on the impact of entrepreneurship on various outcome variables in order for service organization managers to respond quickly to diverse and rapidly changing environments and achieve organizational outcomes and corporate goals of management outcomes. The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the relationship in which the entrepreneurial spirit of a manager influences the relationship between customer orientation, which is an organizational result, customer satisfaction, and financial result, which is a management result. In order to verify such research, the questionnaire was composed of one business owner questionnaire, two employee questionnaires, and two customer questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to a total of 400 companies, and the questionnaires of 340 companies were collected. Of these, 303 companies, excluding the questionnaires of 37 companies with many dishonest or missing values, were used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, entrepreneurship had a positive (+) effect on customer orientation, supporting the hypothesis. Second, customer orientation showed a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction, supporting the hypothesis. Third, customer satisfaction showed a positive (+) effect on financial outcomes, supporting the hypothesis. Fourth, it was found that entrepreneurship influences customer satisfaction through customer orientation, and customer satisfaction affects financial outcomes. It turns out that customer orientation between entrepreneurship and customer satisfaction is completely mediated, and customer satisfaction is completely mediated by customer orientation and financial outcomes. The relationship between entrepreneurship and management improved employee behavior and attitudes, which is an individual outcome, and this change was found to improve customer satisfaction, which is an organizational outcome. It makes frequent contact with customers in the process of servicing them. Employee roles are important at service contacts and influence service purchases. Employees facing customers through service contacts act as a decisive factor in maintaining a continuous relationship with customers. Within a beauty service company, it is necessary to create a customer-oriented environment among workers. It suggests that customer-oriented companies and employees can anticipate their desires and provide products or services of superior value to achieve greater customer satisfaction and a competitive advantage. In addition, it was clarified that customer satisfaction has an aspect relationship with financial management, which is a management result. Therefore, it is suggested that the entrepreneurial spirit is an important factor for the management of a beauty service company to secure competitiveness and improve results.
Today, banks offer banking services to a large number of customers by a branch network spread all over the nation. The quantity and quality of services are advanced by fierce competition in their field. So they are attracting customers based on high confidence in the financial industry. In spite of these developments, the retail bank market currently does not satisfy customers demands and various desires. In this research, the problems with banking services were observed. It was proposed that the banking services apply a franchise business model. First, this proposal will reduce the business expenses by collaborating profits with head office of banks and affiliates. Second, it will offer greater satisfaction to the customers. Through the mutual collaboration with head office of banks and affiliates in this proposal, it is anticipated that banks will reduce their business expenses and improve services for customers by offering convenient and fast banking services. It is also expected that the banks will expand and make up their weakness through increased profit and customers will be provided additional services.
The goal of this paper is to estimate firm performance of hospital coordinators through a survey on employees of medical institutions placed in Busan and Ulsan. The survey for this paper is constituted by 34 questions of 4 groups related to firm performance, qualification requirement, general fact and a certificate of qualification. The survey was carried out from September 12th, 2008 to September 24th 2008 and 388 question sheets collected finally and used for result analysis. In the result analyses related to hospital coordinator and firm performance, we found some principal outcomes such that 88.6% of respondents approved that hospital image by patients and customers is raised, 87.7% of respondents approved that degree of patient's satisfaction on hospital services is raised, and 81.5% of respondents approved that employees recognized importance of services on customers, by hospital coordinators. In the result analysis on differences in firm performance by presence of a certificate of qualification for hospital coordinator, there were meaningful differences in degree of patient's satisfaction, financial performance and degree of employee's recognition on importance of services. From the all of the above results, we verified that establishment and improvement of educational process for hospital coordinator should be performed through researches on degree of patient's and costumer's satisfaction for hospital coordinator, degree of hospital coordinator's satisfaction for the job and surveys of requirements from related industry.
