DMAB에 의한 P형 실리콘 기판 무전해 니켈-붕소 도금 (Electroless Nickel-Boron Plating on p-type Si Wafer by DMAB)

  • In the basic study of selective electroless Ni plating of Si wafers, plating rate and physical properties are investigated to obtain optimum conditions of contact hole filling. Si wafers are excellently activated in the concentration of 0.5M IF, 1mM PdCl2, 2mM EDTA at $70^{\circ}C$, 90sec. The optimum condition of Ni-B deposition on p-type Si wafers is 0.1M NiSO4, 0.11M Citrate, $70^{\circ}C$, pH6.8, 8mM DMAB. The main factor in the sheet resistences variation of films is amorphous and on heat treating matrix was transformed into a stable phase (Ni+Ni3B) at $300-400^{\circ}C$. But pH or DMAB concentration in the plating solution doesn't play role of heat-affected phase change.

  • Injection molding operation consists of filling, packing, and cooling phase. The highest pressure is involved during the packing phase among the operation phases. Cavity pressure depends upon velocity to pressure switchover time and magnitude of packing pressure. The cavity pressure is directly related to stress concentration in the cavity of mold. Thus the observation and control of cavity pressure is very important to prevent mold cracking. In this study, cavity pressures were observed for operational conditions using the commercial CAE software, Moldflow. Operational conditions were velocity to pressure switchover time and packing pressure. Cavity pressures were also measured directly during injection molding. Simulation and experimental results showed good agreement.

대두의 발아 및 성숙과정중 토코페롤과 지방산의 변화 (Changes in concentration of tocopherols and fatty acids during germination and maturation of soybean(Glycine max))

  • 대두의 발아 및 종실의 성숙과정중 토코페롤 및 지방산 함량의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 발아과정은 실험실에서 명조건과 암조건으로 구분하여 수행하였고, 종실의 성숙과정 시험은 포장에서 실시하였으며, 토코페롤과 지방산의 함량은 HPLC와 GC를 사용하여 분석하였다. 발아과정중 각 토코페롤 및 지방질 함량은 배축부의 길이가 약 10 cm로 생육시 가장 높았으며, 발아과정 후기에서는 명조건하의 ${\alpha}-$토코페롤을 제외하고 모두 감소하였다. 종실의 초기 생성과정중 ${\delta}-$토코페롤은 가장 높은 함량을 보였으나 성숙과정의 진행과 동시에 점차 감소되었고, 역으로 ${\gamma}-$${\alpha}-$토코페롤은 종실의 성숙과정중 꾸준히 증가하였다. 성숙과정중 종실의 유지함량은 초기단계에서 현저하게 증가하였고, 지방산조성의 변화에서는 점진적인 oleic acid의 감소와 더불어 linoleic acid의 증가가 관찰되었다. 토코페롤 동족체들과 지방산들 사이의 상관성을 검토한 결과, 일부 처리구간에서 정의 상관관계가 인정되었다.

Atomic layer deposition of In-Sb-Te Thin Films for PRAM Application

  • For the programming volume of PRAM, Ge2Sb2Te5(GST) thin films have been dominantly used and prepared by physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), atomic layer deposition (ALD). Among these methods, ALD is particularly considered as the most promising technique for the integration of PRAM because the ALD offers a superior conformality to PVD and CVD methods and a digital thickness control precisely to the atomic level since the film is deposited one atomic layer at a time. Meanwhile, although the IST has been already known as an optical data storage material, recently, it is known that the IST benefits multistate switching behavior, meaning that the IST-PRAM can be used for mutli-level coding, which is quite different and unique performance compared with the GST-PRAM. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate a possibility of the IST materials for the application of PRAM. So far there are many attempts to deposit the IST with MOCVD and PVD. However, it has not been reported that the IST can be deposited with the ALD method since the ALD reaction mechanism of metal organic precursors and the deposition parameters related with the ALD window are rarely known. Therefore, the main aim of this work is to demonstrate the ALD process for IST films with various precursors and the conformal filling of a nano size programming volume structure with the ALD?IST film for the integration. InSbTe (IST) thin films were deposited by ALD method with different precursors and deposition parameters and demonstrated conformal filling of the nano size programmable volume of cell structure for the integration of phase change random access memory (PRAM). The deposition rate and incubation time are 1.98 A/cycle and 25 cycle, respectively. The complete filling of nano size volume will be useful to fabricate the bottom contact type PRAM.

암모니아 용기 파열사고 분석을 통한 가용전식 안전밸브 유효성 확인 실증 연구 (A Study on the Validity of TPRD by Analysis of Ammonia Container Rupture Accidents)

  • 과충전, 이상 온도 상승 등 이상 상황이 발생하는 조건에서 암모니아 용기의 파열 사고의 예방을 위해서는 용기에 부착된 가용전식 안전밸브의 작동 메카니즘 분석을 통한 사고 예방대책 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가압 조건에서 암모니아 용기에 작용하는 응력 분석, 온도 변화에 따른 밀도 변화 분석, 그리고 용기 충전량과 온도 및 압력 변화에 대한 상관관계를 제시하였다. 또한, 암모니아 용기의 최대 충전량을 계산하고, 상평형 선도를 통해 해당 충전량에서의 온도·압력을 산출했다. 이를 바탕으로 가용전식 안전밸브의 적정 용융점을 도출하고 용융 온도 실험을 통해 이를 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 암모니아 용기 파열 사고의 예방을 위한 조건을 제시하였다.

광양금광상(光陽金鑛床), 고흥동광상(高興銅鑛床)의 광상생성(鑛床生成)과 암석학적(岩石學的) 연구(硏究) (Metallogenesis and Petrology of the Gwangyang Gold Deposits and Goheung Copper Deposits)

  • The Gwangyang gold deposits geologically consist of granitic gneiss, metatectic gneiss and porphyroblastic gneiss which correspond to Jirisan gneiss complex. The formations of Gyeongsang system lies unconformably on these gneisses and are intruded by diorite, porphyritic andesite and Bulgugsa granites. Goheung districts are composed of quartz schist, andesitic rock, tuff and granite. The Gwangyang gold deposits are gold bearing fissure filling veins. The vein thickness varies from 15cm to 40cm and they consist of 7-10 layers in parallel. The Goheung copper deposits are sulphide bearing quartz veln which filled the fracture in andesitic rock and biotite granite. The contact zone of these rocks is partially altered. The mineral paragenesis of the Gwangyang and Goheung districts is pyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena, sericite, quartz and calcite. The variation trends of FMA and A'KF triangular diagrams and the differentiation index (norm, Q + Or + Ab) versus oxides diagrams is similar to the Gyeonsang basin igneous rocks. From the trace element analysis of 10 samples of country rocks, wall rocks and veins, the distribution of copper and lead contents display a correlative distribution pattern in relation to gold and silver. Homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions range from $200^{\circ}C$ to $270^{\circ}C$ in quartz from the Gwangyang gold vein and the size of fluid inclusion range from 0.01mm to 0.04mm. The fluid inclusions are mainly one or two phase and the filling degree of the inclusions varies from 85 to 95.

Hepatic Angiomyolipoma: Contrast Patterns with SonoVue-enhanced Real-time Gray-scale Ultrasonography

  • This study was conducted to retrospectively evaluate the pattern of contrast enhancement with SonoVue on gray-scale ultrasonography of hepatic angiomyolipoma (HAML). Imaging features of 33 pathologically proven HAML lesions in 33 patients who underwent baseline ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) were assessed retrospectively. All lesions were enhanced in the arterial phase and showed whole-tumor filling in. Thirty-two of 33 (97%) lesions showed early positive enhancement in the arterial phase. Twenty-three of these exhibited isoechoic or hyperechoic features in the portal phase. HAML demonstrate characteristic manifestations with SonoVue-enhanced real-time gray-scale ultrasonography.

열전지 음극재용 Li-Si 원료의 성형성에 미치는 입자크기와 바인더첨가 효과 (Effects of Particle Size and Binder Phase Addition on Formability of Li-Si Alloy Powder for Thermal Battery Anode)

  • The effects of particle size of Li-Si alloy and LiCl-KCl addition as a binder phase for raw material of anode were investigated on the formability of the thermal battery anode. The formability was evaluated with respect to filling density, tap density, compaction density, spring-back and compressive strength. With increasing particle size of Li-Si alloy powder, densities increased while spring-back and compressive strength decreased. Since the small spring-back is beneficial to avoiding breakage of pressed compacts, larger particles might be more suitable for anode forming. The increasing amount of LiCl-KCl binder phase contributed to reducing spring-back, improving the formability of anode powder too. The control of particle size also seems to be helpful to get double pressed pellets, which consisted of two layer of anode and electrolyte.

3상 10kVA 더블 팬케익 코일형 고온초전도 변압기 특성시험 결과 (Test Results of a Three Phase 10㎸A HTS Transformer With Double Pan Cake Coils)

  • The high temperature superconductor transformers gain interests from the industries. This paper described construction and test results of 10㎸A HTS transformer Three phase transformer with double pancake windings were constructed. To reduce the leakage magnetic field, secondary coil were placed between the two primary coils. BSCCO-2223 wire. silicon sheet steel core and FRP cryostats were used to construct the transformer. Three coils were stacked in one cryostat. Two double pancake coils were connected in series for the primary coil and one double pancake coil was used for the secondary coil. Total number of turns of the primary winding and the secondary winding were 112turns and 98urns, respectively, The rated voltages of each winding were 440/220V. The rated currents of each winding were 13.1/26.2A. After the tests of basic properties of the three phase HTS transformer using no-load test, short-circuit test and full-load test, continuous operation of 100 hours with pure resistive load has been carried out. Test results proved over-load capability and reliability of the HTS transformer.

압축성과 상변화를 고려한 사출성형의 충전과정 해석 (Analysis for Filling Stage of Injection Molding Considering Compressibility and Phase Change)

  • To simulate the real molding conditions, the effects of phase change and compressibility of the resin were considered in the present investigation. A modified Cross model with either an Arrhenius-type or WLF-type functional form was used for modeling viscosity of the resin. A double-domain Tait equation of state was employed to describe the compressibility of the resin during molding. The energy balance equation including latent-heat dissipation fur semi-crystalline materials was solved in order to predict the solidified layer and temperature profile. Injection molding experiments were carried out using polypropylene(PP) in the present study. Based on the comparison between experiments and simulations, it was found out the predicted pressure distributions and melt front propagations were accurate. Thus it was concluded that the program developed in this study was proved to be useful in simulations of injection molding process.
