간호대학 여학생의 체형인식과 취업불안 관계에서 외모자아존중감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Self-appearance Esteem on the Relationship between Figure Cognition and Vocational Anxiety in Female Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: This research intends to comprehend the relation of figure cognition, self-esteem and vocational anxiety perceived by nursing students then, test the mediator effect of self appearance esteem in the relation of vocational anxiety and figure cognition. Methods: This research conducted a survey targeting 240 female university students in their senior years in 3 nursing universities with 4-year curriculum. The collected data is from the average and the SPSS / WIN 21.0 calculated standard deviation. The analyzed correlation was used to route using model AMOS 20.0. Results: As a result of conducting the Sobel Test, that figure cognition affects vocational anxiety, mediating and self appearance esteem, vocational anxiety was shown to have decreasing mediation effect (-3.827, p<0.001). Conclusions: The Anxiety of Nursing Students at Work requires developing an intervention program for improving the appearance, self-esteem and positive body awareness.

뇌졸중 환자의 인지 기능과 시공간 지각의 관계 (Relations of Cognitive Function and Visuospatial Function in Patient with Stroke)

  • Purpose : The aim of this study was to identify the relation of cognition and visuospatial perception in stoke patients. Methods : A total of 16 stroke patients recruited from two hospital located in Donghae, Kang-won participated in this study(Right hemiplegia : twelve, Left hemiplegia : four). All participants scored higher than 20 point on the MMSE-K. To assess the cognitive function, we performed the Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment(LOTCA), Figure Color Copy(FCC), Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test in stoke patients. Results: The Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination and spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment were the highest points in sixty ages, Figure Color Copy is difference between Right hemiplegia and Left hemiplegia. Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test had much relation, visuospatial perception had not relationship. Conclusion: Aging was cognition function and visuospatial perception had an interrelationship. visuospatial perception according to affected side in brain had an interrelationship but cognition function and visuospatial perception had not any interrelationship.

프로야구 스포츠스타에 대한 관람자의 가치인식과 추구혜택 (Spectator's Value Cognition and Expected-benefit Factors on Professional Baseball Sportstar)

  • 본 연구는 프로야구경기관람자가 프로야구스포츠스타를 어떠한 가치로 인식하고 있으며, 추구하는 혜택이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구참여자는 2011 롯데카드 프로야구경기를 일주일 6회 경기를 기준 4회 이상 경기를 관람한 사람들 중 8명을 선정하였다. 자료수집을 위해 표적집단면접과 심층면담을 실시하였고, 관람자의 가치인식은 A-R-C욕구충족이론을, 관람자의 추구혜택은 Holt의 소비의 메타포를 통해 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 관람자들은 프로야구스포츠스타를 재미추구의 대상으로서의 가치, 관계형성의 중심인물로서의 가치 및 동일시 대상으로서의 가치로 인식한다는 것과 관람자들이 프로야구스포츠스타에게 가치관의 확인지향, 영웅적 행동 지향을 추구한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 프로야구스포츠스타에 대한 관람자의 가치인식과 추구혜택의 관계에서는 재미추구의 가치를 인식하는 관람자는 영웅적 행동지향을 추구하였고, 관계형성의 중심인물로서의 가치를 인식하는 관람자와 동일시의 대상으로서의 가치를 인식하는 관람자는 프로야구스포츠스타를 통해 가치관의 확인 지향을 추구한다는 관계를 알 수 있었다.

여대생의 실제체형과 인지체형에 관한 연구 (A Study of Body Size and Body Cognition of Korean Female College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify real somatotype of femalecollegy students by their obesity degree and to investigate cognitive somatotype by their level of body consciousness in female college students. The subjects were 172 female college students aged from 19 to 23 living in Daegu city. Average height of the subjects was 161.3cm. weight was 52.5kg. Rohrer Index was 125.3. BMI was 20.2. Vervaeck Index was 84.0. and percentage of body fat was 26.1. In classification of the subjects by 3 body indexes. lean figure took 37.8-50.0%. normal figure took 45.3-54.6%. and obese figure took 4.7-8.1% and in classification of the subjects by percentage of body fat. lean figure took 39.0%, normal figure took 46.5%. and obese figure took 14.5%. In consciousness and satisfaction about body parts. the subjects recognized that their girth items were . thick'. length items were' short'. and weight was 'heavy'. Also they generally preferred slender and long body.

비만 판정지수에 의한 여대생의 체형분류 및 체형인지도 (Classification of the Somatotype by Obesity Indexes and Body Cognition of Female College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify real somatotype by their obesity degree and to investigate cognitive somatotype by their body consciousness in female college students. The subjects were 172 female college students aged from 19 to 23 living in Taegu. Average height of the subjects was 161.33 em, weight was 52.49 kg, Rohrer Index was 125.33, BMI was 20.18, Vervaeck Index was 84.03, and percentage of body fat was 26.07. In classification of the subjects by 3 body indexes, lean figure took 37.79~50.00%, normal figure took 45.35~54.65%, and obese figure took 4.65~8.14% and in classification of the subjects by percentage of body fat was, lean figure took 38.95%, normal figure took 46.51%, and obese figure took 14.54%. In consciousness and satisfaction about body parts, the subjects recognized that their girth items were 'thick', length items were 'short', and weight was 'heavy'. Also they generally preferred slender and long body.

우세눈과 비우세눈의 높낮이 식별 인지능력 차이에 관한 연구 (The Study on Difference in Height Cognition Ability in Dominant and Non-dominant Eye)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of height cognition ability according to dominant or non-dominant eye. Methods: Forty one healthy adults (male: 19, female: 22, 22-43 years) participated in this study. Hole in the card test was performed to identify dominant eye. To figure out height cognition ability between dominant and non-dominant eye, we had subjects answer which point is higher or even on the monitor. Results: The Right answer on dominant eye was $8.15{\pm}1.44$ point and the right answer on non-dominant eye was $7.56{\pm}1.55$ point. There was a statistically significant difference between dominant eye group and non-dominant eye group (p<.05). Conclusion: We think that the dominant eye may be used for reliable diagnosis. In future study, investigate on relation between dominant hand and dominant eye and the difference of dominant eye and non-dominant eye when to palpation are required.

Research on Purchase Decision Factors to TV Home Shopping Product: Digital·Home Appliance

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research was to suggest purchasing decision factors through understanding the context of purchasing behavior and to figure out variables related to purchasing decision, purchasing cognition, and attitude. Research design / data / methodology - By random sampling, 200 consumers who are over 20, have purchased Digital·home appliance on TV home shopping, and have lived in the Seoul area were chosen as sample subjects. Questionnaires data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method. Results - Result of analysis could be summarized as following. Analysis of the cognition of digital/home appliance product features, and influence of digital/home appliance product feature to purchasing intention are presented in the following order; price (3.50), diversity (3.10), brand (3.00). Also, analysis of the cognition of TV home shopping feature and influence of TV home shopping feature to purchasing of digital/home appliance are presented in the following order; awareness (3.63), safety of delivery (3.38), safety of transaction (3.28), product test (3.27). Conclusions - Purchasing attention of TV home shopping features presented difference in awareness, safety of delivery, safety of transaction, and product testing factors. In order to vitalize home shopping, impossibility of quality confirmation should be overcome and reinforcement of brand power should be considered.

치과 감염관리에 대한 의료소비자의 인지도에 관한 사례 조사 (A survey of cognition on infection control of the clients in dental hospital)

  • Objectives : To figure out the status of infection control (IC) in dental healthcare field and to propose the way for improvements through assessment about cognition of the clients. Methods : Study subjects were 151 patients who visited H dental health organization (DHO) of the four DHO in Busan city. The questionnaire survey performed from November 10 to December 7, 2010. Results : 1. 43.0% of consumers were interested in perception and experience in the infection control, and 38.4% were related behavioral changes in the infection control. 2. In the clients survey, the major considerations about the performance for IC were hand washing(73.5%). 3. There was significantly higher in middle-aged to think for ages infection prevention behaviors recognized as important to wear safety glasses. 4. In the confidence for dental care organization according to gender and age, appearance and outfits of staffs was the highest major consideration items. Conclusions : Infection control closely related to the clients' satisfaction and credits, therefor changing of interest, cognition and attitude for the client's IC have to be emphasized.

대구광역시 일부 초등학교 교사들의 주관적인 구강보건실태 (A study of subjective oral health actual condition in elementary school teachers, Daegu area)

  • Objective : This study was performed in order to figure out Oral Health Actual Condition in Elementary School Teachers in Deagu area. This study was conducted from March through May 2008. Method : A total of three hundred and ten Elementary School Teachers were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed by Oral Health Actual Condition and cognition, Diet habit or living and one's own intellect health state, Oral disease sign symptoms of percent and 2-test and One-way ANOVA test by using SPSS12.0 Program. Results : 1. The most of result Frequencies of tooth brushing per one day were 3 over 91.0% and Oral Examination, Oral Health Education need. 2. The result of oral disease sign and symptom were hypersensitivity due to cold food(39.0%), halitosis(21.6%), gingival bleeding tendency(21.3), clicking sound on TMJ(18.7%), hypersensitivity due to tooth burshing(17.1%), easy crown fracture and to be fine(10.0%), pain on TMJ or limitation of mouth opening(7.1%). 3. The most of result age a group oral hygiene assistance article age 20 for interdental tooth brushing(46.4%), age 50 over not used interdental tooth brushing 38.5%. 4. The result of sign and symptom and snack following was statistically significant(P<0.05), health of own cognition and Oral health of own cognition was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion : The study of understanded the Subjective Elementary School Teachers Oral Health Actual Condition and Promotion of Oral Health follow up Oral examination and Oral Health Education have to system groping.

청열방제간(淸熱方劑間)의 연관성(聯關性) 확립(確立)에 대(對)한 문헌적(文獻的) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Interrelation Establishment of Herbal Formulas that Clear Heat)

  • Objectives : In traditional herbal medicine, as clinical experience increased, the number of herbal formulas also increased. For example, there are 61,739 herbal formulas in Pujifang, and 96,592 in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions. In chapter of Clear Heat (CH; 淸熱劑) of textbook, the 38 formulas were presented. For enhancing understanding of herbal formula, a large majority of books explained each individual formula with description or figure about interactions between constituent herbs. But there is no study on the interrelationship of each CH herbal formulas. This study investigated the interrelationship of CH herbal formulas. Methods : The CH herbal formula were analyzed with the ingredients, actions and clinical applications by literature study. Results : To improve cognition the interrelationship of CH herbal formulas, we analyzed the formulas and established the 16 interrelations of herbal formulas. Conclusions : Finally, this study established the interrelation of herbal formula as one figure. This result could contribute to improve cognition on the interrelationship of CH herbal formulas.
