소성 변형률 포텐셜에 기초한 성형 한계도의 정식화 (Formulation of forming limit diagram based on strain-rate potential)

  • Most formulations for a forming limit diagram (FLD) have been based on yield stress potentials defined in the stress field. Nevertheless, there are formulations where potentials defined in the stain-rate field are especially convenient to formulate the rigid plastic material. Based on a strain-rate potential proposed for materials exhibiting planar anisotropic, the formulations for the forming limit diagram has been developed applying M-K theory. As verification example, the formulation is applied for anisotropic AA5182-O sheet. The good verification results show that the formulation for the forming limit diagram has been successfully developed.

  • For the analysis of transient two-phase flows in nuclear reactor components, a three-dimensional thermal hydraulics code, named CUPID, has been developed. The CUPID code adopts a two-fluid, three-field model for two-phase flows, and the governing equations were solved over unstructured grids, which are very useful for the analysis of flows in complicated geometries. To obtain numerical solutions, the semi-implicit numerical method for the REALP5 code was modified for an application to unstructured grids, and it has been further improved for enhanced accuracy and fast running. For the verification of the CUPID code, a set of conceptual problems and experiments were simulated. This paper presents the flow model, the numerical solution method, and the results of the preliminary assessment.

Dosimetric Characteristic of Digital CCD Video Camera for Radiation Therapy

  • Patient dose verification is one of the most important parts in quality assurance of the treatment delivery for radiation therapy. The dose distributions may be meaningfully improved by modulating two dimensional intensity profile of the individual high energy radiation beams In this study, a new method is presented for the pre-treatment dosimetric verification of these two dimensional distributions of beam intensity by means of a charge coupled device video camera-based fluoroscopic device (henceforth called as CCD-VCFD) as a radiation detecter with a custom-made software for dose calculation from fluorescence signals. This system of dosimeter (CCD-VCFD) could reproduce three dimensional (3D) relative dose distribution from the digitized fluoroscopic signals for small (1.0$\times$1.0 cm$^2$ square, ø 1.0 cm circular ) and large (30$\times$30cm$^2$) field sizes used in intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). For the small beam sizes of photon and electron, the calculations are performed In absolute beam fluence profiles which are usually used for calculation of the patient dose distribution. The good linearity with respect to the absorbed dose, independence of dose rate, and three dimensional profiles of small beams using the CCD-VCFD were demonstrated by relative measurements in high energy Photon (15 MV) and electron (9 MeV) beams. These measurements of beam profiles with CCD-VCFD show good agreement with those with other dosimeters such as utramicro-cylindrical (UC) ionization chamber and radiographic film. The study of the radiation dosimetric technique using CCD-VCFD may provide a fast and accurate pre-treatment verification tool for the small beam used in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and can be used for verification of dose distribution from dynamic multi-leaf collimation system (DMLC).

Attention-long short term memory 기반의 화자 임베딩과 I-vector를 결합한 원거리 및 잡음 환경에서의 화자 검증 알고리즘 (Speaker verification system combining attention-long short term memory based speaker embedding and I-vector in far-field and noisy environments)

  • 문장 종속 짧은 발화에서 문장 독립 긴 발화까지 다양한 환경에서 I-vector 특징에 기반을 둔 많은 연구가 수행되었다. 본 논문에서는 원거리 잡음 환경에서 녹음한 데이터에서 Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis(PLDA)를 적용한 I-vector와 주의 집중 기법을 접목한 Long Short Term Memory(LSTM) 기반의 화자 임베딩을 추출하여 결합한 화자 검증 알고리즘을 소개한다. LSTM 모델의 Equal Error Rate(EER)이 15.52 %, Attention-LSTM 모델이 8.46 %로 7.06 % 성능이 향상되었다. 이로써 본 논문에서 제안한 기법이 임베딩을 휴리스틱 하게 정의하여 사용하는 기존 추출방법의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다. PLDA를 적용한 I-vector의 EER이 6.18 %로 결합 전 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다. Attention-LSTM 기반 임베딩과 결합하였을 때 EER이 2.57 %로 기존보다 3.61 % 감소하여 상대적으로 58.41 % 성능이 향상되었다.

전자포탈영상 (EPI)을 이용한 의료용 선형가속기의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A study of Quality evaluation for medical linear accelerator using Electronic Portal Imaging)

  • 고에너지 광자선을 발생시키는 의료용선형가속기의 선질은 경우에 따라 변이를 가져오게 된다. 이러한 변이를 정확하게 판정하여 줄 수 있는 방사선측정법의 활용은 매우 중요하다. 보편적으로 광자선의 측정에 있어서 전리함의 사용이 아주 빈번하였으나 전자포탈영상장치(EPID)의 등장은 새로운 방사선측정법에 대한 가능성의 시작을 예견해준다. 실험은 6MV 광자선의 대칭성, Light/Radiation congruence, 그리고 Wedge filter를 통한 간편한 에너지의 변화에측과 위치의 정확도에 대하여 측정을 시행하였다. 사실 방사선측정의 대표적인 방법은 물팬톰-전리함응 이용한 모델인데 본 실험에서는 영상의 화소가 지니는 디지탈 값을 적절한 소프트웨어로 읽어내어서 데이터를 환산하여 결과를 얻었다. 선행실험에서 얻은 상대선량률을 적용하여 대칭성에서는 조사야영역이 l0$\times$10$cm^2$ 일 때 횡축과 종축에서 1.2%, 1.2%로 비교적 오차가 적었다. 그리고 Light/Radiation field congruence 여부는 횡축이 0.3%, 그리고 종축이 0.2%로서 예상한 기대값에 접근하였다. 다음으로 wedge filter를 활용한 에너지의 변이와 위치의 정확도에 대한 움직임을 알 수 있었다.

고속철도 궤도의 곡선부 주행안전성 평가 (Study for Safety on the Curve in the High-speed Railway Track)

  • The railway track and the substructures constructed in the field test section of Kyongbu High Speed Line are the structures for HSL, for the first time designed and constructed by domestic technical group. It is very important to verify the local design criteria and specifications for these structures and also to assure the recordings for vibration or deflection produced on the essential parts of the structures. The study to verify the high-speed railway track performance and to ensure the run in safety on the track in curved section during the KTX run. Finally, the conclusion are drawn as follows. The measuring values of the deflection effort of the rail and displacement for verifying the track performance in the field test section of Kyoungbu HSL satisfy the criteria of the foreign countries (Japan and Germany). The measured value for the wheel load and the presumed value show the consistent tendency. The wheel loads of the exterior and interior of the rails at the speed superior to 300km/h are measured same. Finally, the comparison between the theoretical value presented during the verification of the derailment to evaluate the safety of the train run at the time of the detailed design of the track and the measured value in the field shows that the correct design of track structure was applied.

현장 적용 유아과학교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 과학 교수방법 신념 및 과학 교수태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Early Childhood Science Education through Field Practice on the Belief of Science Teaching and Science Teaching Attitudes of Preschool Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of early childhood science education instruction through the implementation of science teaching methods and science teaching attitudes of preschool teachers. Methods: This study was conducted on 52 female students in the early childhood education department of Early Childhood Science Education at G university in Gyeongbuk province. The data collected in this study were analyzed through reliability analysis, carbon scanners verification, and homogeneity verification; ANCOVA was used to verify the effectiveness of the program. Results: First, the results showed that the post-test belief of science teaching methods of the experimental group were significantly different than that of the control group. Second, the results showed that the post-test scores of science teaching attitudes of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggests that there were positive influences of early childhood science education instruction through the field practice on the belief of science teaching methods and science teaching attitudes of preschool teachers.

안전한 캠핑 문화의 정착을 위한 야외용 프로판 연소기 안전기준 실증 연구 (A Verification Test on Safety Standards of Portable Propane Gas Stove for Safe Camping Culture)

  • In Korea, only butane gas could be used as fuel gas of the outdoor gas stove. However, butane is not vaporized well at low temperatures. For this reason, in the field, nozzle of the portable butane gas stove is converted illegally to use propane gas. Because vapor pressure of propane gas is higher than that of butane gas at same temperature, gas accidents such as gas leakage could be occurred. To prevent gas accidents and use portable propane gas stoves safely, international standards need to be analyzed and verification tests need to be performed with prototype stove. This study could suggest to revise standard for safety improvement with portable propane gas stoves.
