The e-business strategies ultimately pursue creating the maximal value for customers through the competitive advantages and business opportunities newly created on the basis of information technologies. For the realization of e-business strategies, the successful implementation and operation of e-business system must be the crucial activities in and out of an organization. Therefore, in physical world, there were lots of interests that what kind of key factors can lead the success of e-business system. Moreover, in the field of academia also, there have been many research results for investigating and finding out the key success factors for e-business system. However, the perceptual level of the significance of key success factors that organization members perceive can be changed over each phase of system life cycle such phases as introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. This study investigated that there might be significant differences in the perceptual level regarding importance of success factors among phases of system life cycle.

The recent developments in the field of reliability and safety is the realisation that these aspects are not only a function of the product but also of the organisation realising this product. Comparing with old DIN 0801 and new method IEC61508, quantitative analysis is required at not only product's quality but also organization's level. Product's life cycle also should be evaluated by analyzing relevant or maturity of business processes. This paper shows the necessity for an analysis on all aspects in a safety certification process, and presents an overview of the available tools and techniques for the various quadrants. Especially, tools and techniques for IEC61508 quadrant C are unavailable currently. Therefore, this paper propose the method which improves the maturity of an organization on reliability management.

We present the new jaw tracking system that utilizes five degrees of freedom of head and lower jaw. The proposed method does not disturb the physiology because the system does not need to fix magnetic field sensors or clutch on the patient's body or mouth. The impact of this result goes beyond the conventional optical and magnetic tracking system of jaw movement [1][2]. Position accuracy within 1mm and reasonable cost is necessary for practical use of the jaw tracking system. (omitted)

Purpose: This study shows a changing tendency of Japanese psychiatric hospitals, presenting "Visions in Reform of Mental Health and Medical Welfare", changed to "Hospitalized Medical Treatment to Living in the Community" and reducing the number of beds since 2004. Methods: This study uses a documentary survey, especially Jananese "Visions in Reform of Mental Health and Medical Welfare System" and a field survey on hospital built for early treatment and return to society after 2004. Results: Change tendencies of psychiatric hospitals are 1) diversification of isolation room and ward, 2) cluster of patient's room, 3) phased organization of space, 4)individualization. Implication: This study will be an important data for researching plan of Korea psychiatric hospital which needs to change by global tendency.

The modeling of business processes is key component of any improvement or re-engineering endeavor. Present trends of business modeling methodologies are to include the social context of an organization. Although various methodologies have been developed specially for the business process field and have a social context, it is not in terms of goals and customers, but processes, activities, and tasks. We describe our stance on business process modeling, based on the viewpoint of goal and customer. First, we formalize a goal-oriented business process model and its evaluation mechanism. Second, we propose a methodology of business process modeling, which starts from perceiving and describing interactions between organization and customer from the customer's viewpoint.

In a contemporary organization, the role of social capital has been increasingly important in sharpening knowledge management practices. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a research model to measure the effects of social capital on individual performance. The model also investigates the mediating mechanism of knowledge acquisition and knowledge transformation, both of which are critical in fostering an enterprise's absorptive capacity. The field data was collected from a knowledge-centric organization. The analysis result reveals that shared goal is crucial in enabling knowledge processes. Furthermore, it is found that knowledge transformation rather than knowledge acquisition is more likely to lead to individual task performance.

This paper presents the results of a statistical analysis and its research findings focusing on the learning aspect in the process of international joint ventures (IJVs). The contents of this paper is derived from a sample of 96 field cases based on a proposed conceptual model of effective learning for international construction joint ventures (ICJVs). The paper presents a brief review on the conceptual model with hypotheses and summarized the key results of statistical analysis including factor and multiple regression analysis for the testing of the validity of the proposed conceptual model and its associated research hypotheses. Among other research findings, the research confirms that ICJVs provides an excellent platform of in-action learning for construction organization and suggests that good outcomes in learning could be reaped by a company who has a clear learning intent from the beginning and subsequently take corresponding learning actions during the full process of the joint venture.

Cyber security plays an important role in the field of IT industry and other industry too. Whenever we talk about cyber security, the word cybercrime pops out. Cybercrime is the biggest issues we are facing right now. Every 39 seconds an attacker is hacking something. Since 2008 to 2019 there are more than 8800 data breach cases is being found or filed. Even as we are aware of cybercrime and its stats, only 5% organization are fully secured and other 95% are not fully secured. According to survey 56% organization have weak controls. Basically they are not secured. Apart from taking measures cyber security are facing huge challenges or disturbs to many. This paper mainly focuses on dare to cyber security and also center of attraction is cyber security expertise, morals with changing in technology with time. [1]

In this search, by evaluating the field applicability of soil mixed pavement of Red mud is mixed into the soil mixed pavement field applicability, and tries to present the basic data about the site application of recycling of red mud and low carbon construction material to. As a result, the conventional soil concrete organization standards (SPS-KSCICO-001: 2003) meets the criteria for parking lot, making use of red mud, natural color as well as the natural loess is expressed.
