여성 근로자 분포와 직무에 따른 직종별 남녀 임금격차 분석 (The Relationship between Gender Wage Gap and Occupational Segregation)

  • 본 연구는 1999-2011년의 한국 노동시장을 대상으로 Mincer(1974)의 임금함수와 Oaxaca(1973)의 임금격차분해 모형을 이용하여 남성집중직(블루칼라직, 화이트칼라직)과 여성집중직의 성별 임금 보상체계와 임금격차를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 임금 결정요인에 대한 보상은 대체로 남성이 여성보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 성별 임금격차액은 모든 직종에서 증가추세를 보였는데 화이트칼라직은 계수 격차, 여성집중직은 생산성 격차가 그 원인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성별 임금격차의 접근방법이 직종별로 달라야 함을 시사한다.

  • Due to increased number of women workers in Indonesia in the last decade, numbers of women living as a worker and a housewife have increased. This also increases the potential risk of breastfeeding discontinuation. Three months of maternal leave policy and inadequate lactation promotion support in workplace have been identified as factors that hinder lactating practices. The World Health Organization recommendation of 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding and joined regulation of three Indonesia ministers (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labour, and Ministry of Women Empower) have failed to improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate among female workers in Indonesia due to the lack of a standardized guideline on lactation promotion at workplace. In addition, very limited or no studies have been conducted to evaluate the impact of workplace-based lactation intervention programs on exclusive breastfeeding rate among female workers. This is because the relationship of lactation with working performance and productivity could not motivate employer to invest in workplace-based lactation promotion facility or program.

여성119구급대원에 대한 응급구조(학)과 학생의 인식유형 연구 (A Study of Paramedic Students' Perception Type on Female 119 Paramedics)

  • 본 연구는 여성119구급대원이 증가하고 있는 추세에 따라 소방 조직 내에서 여성119구급대원의 이미지를 향상시키고 그들을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행된 연구이다. 연구는 2013년 5월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 Q표본을 선정하여 구급차동승 현장실습을 경험한 응급구조(학)과 학생 총 31명을 대상으로 QUANL program을 이용한 Q방법론을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 '슈퍼우먼형', '체력한계 히어로형', '섬세한 수호천사형', '능숙한 데스크잡형'의 총 4가지 유형으로 분류되었으며 각각의 설명력은 제I유형 42.2%, 제II유형 4.8%, 제III유형 4%, 제IV유형은 3.6%로 전체변량의 54.7%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 여성119구급대원을 전문가로 인식하고 있지만 체력적인면과 출산 및 육아에 대하여 부담을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타나 조직 구성원의 인식 변화와 제도적인 장치가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

우리나라 지상파 방송사 조직에 있어서 여성인력의 지위에 관한 연구 (Female Employees' Status in the Three Major Over-the-air Broadcasting Companies in South Korea)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 지상파 방송사 조직에 있어서 여성인력의 지위를 지상파 방송사의 공식적, 비공식적 조직 구조의 측면에서 평가해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대외적으로 이용가능한 공식적 통계자료에 근거한 양적 분석 및 1대1 면접, 전화인터뷰, 서면 질의 등을 통한 질적 분석이 병행되었다. 그 결과, 지난 10년간 우리나라 지상파 방송사의 여성 인력의 비중은 전체 인력 중 10% 내외의 미미한 수준에 불과하며, 수직적 직급 사다리의 최하위 직급에 위치하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 수평적 직무분담 및 직위의 안정성면에서도 여성인력은 남성인력에 비해 상대적으로 불리한 위치에 처해 있고, 조직문화, 비공식적 네트워크, 멘토링 등 비공식적 조직 구조 측면에 있어서도 소외현상이 심각하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 반면 최근 들어 기자, PD, 아나운서 등 방송사 핵심 인력 신규 채용에 있어서 여성 인력의 뚜렷한 신장세가 관측되고 있음은 고무적인 일로 평가된다.

  • <동두천>(Bloodless, 2017)은 1992년 미군에 의해 살해당한 한국 여성 성노동자 윤금이씨에 관한 실제 사건을 바탕으로 만든 VR단편다큐멘터리 영화이다. 본 연구는 <동두천>에서 나타난 1인칭 시점의 혼용과 암묵적 프레임 안에 덧붙여진 이차 프레임의 활용을 구체적으로 살펴본다. VR 기술의 발달과 더불어 VR 영상문법에 관한 이해가 깊어질 때 VR영화의 스토리텔링 역시 다양하고 흥미로워질 수 있을 것이다.

산업장 여성근로자의 월경전증후군에 관한 연구 (A Survey on Premenstrual Syndrom of Female Workers)

  • The purpose of this study is to review in light at women's subjective. Perceptions of manifestations Premenstrual Syndrome which are known to affect their labor productivity. To this end, 364 women workers were sampled from an industrial factory located in Chonan, Chungchongnam-do and supervised by health manager, through questionnaires, and collected data were processed using SPSS package program. The result of survey can be summarized as follows: The fact that some academic circles are recently raising the issue of premenstrual syndrome. Suggests that the syndrome is being accepted in academic terms, which is contary to the position that the syndrome is just the result of women's mental imagination. However, some factors which are concived to affect woman worker' productivity and efficiency seem to be related to their subjective psychological variables involving their working environment rather than their physiological variabls. Therefore, if a health-promotion program handling their subjective psychological variables be introduced, some factors caused by the pre-menstrual syndroml may be reduced thus increasing their working productivity and. efficiency around their menstrual days.

스크리닝 도구를 이용한 건물관리업 종사자의 균형감각능력 평가 (Evaluation of Balance Capability in Facilities Maintenance Workers using Screening Tools)

  • A number of screening tools have been developed to evaluate the human balance capability. Many of them were designed to identify the elderly with falling risk. Three different screening tools, which have been well used many clinical fields, were used in this study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate balance capability in facilities maintenance workers in korea. There were no statistical significance between male and female when evaluated with three different screening tools. However, significant differences were found among the age groups irrespective of gender when evaluated with three different screening tools. The results of three different screening tools in korea showed poor values compared with previous results. These results revealed that facilities maintenance workers faced more critical falling risk in korea.

환경적인 요인이 뇌졸중의 유형에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Environment factors on a Type of Stroke)

  • The main objective of treatment in stroke is the prevention of stroke. Therefore the purpose of this study were to investigate the effects of environment factors on a type of stroke. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Hemorrhagic stroke was more prevalent than ischemic stroke to male and person with personality of inactivity, against ischemic stroke was more prevalent than hemorrhagic stroke to female and person with personality of activity(p<0.05). 2. Hemorrhagic stroke was more prevalent than ischemic stroke to a laborer, against ischemic stroke was more prevalent than hemorrhagic stroke to an office worker (p<0.05). 3. Hemorrhagic stroke was more prevalent to person living in a house, against ischemic stroke was more prevalent to person living in a apartment. 4. The majority of the onset of stroke was occurred in the morning and winter. 5. Stroke was more prevalent to person living under much stress and do not play any sports.

임금근로자의 산업재해에 대한 성인지적 분석 (The Gender Sensitive Analysis of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses of Employees)

  • The statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses is one of the most important indicators of worker's safety and health in the field of occupational safety and health. The conventional statistics was produced without consideration of gender difference. This study was planned to investigate the difference of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender because that recently female workers was increased through the change of industrial structure such as from manufacturing dominated to service dominated structure. Statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses collected by workmen's compensation insurance system that have no information about gender composition of population. Economically active population survey was used to calculated the rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender. The distribution of estimated rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by industry, occupation and the type of accident were different between male and female employees, but those by the size of enterprise, age of the injured, the duration of the first recuperation, and job tenure were similar between male and female employees. This study has shown that gender sensitive approach may be applied to policy of occupational safety and health because that gender neutral perspective may not discover the fact of gender specific problems.

기혼여성 재택근무자의 식생활영역에서 가사노농 상품대체와 그 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Market goods substitution of housework and the determinants on it in the domain of food: Focused on the married female home-based workers)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the levels of market goods substitution of housework and find out the determinants on it in the domain of food among married female home-based workers. The data were collected from 169 married female home-based workers in Pusan and Kyungnam province, by self-administered questionnaires. Frequencies, percentiles, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. In the convenience foods, frozen foods had the highest substitution level, whereas prepared stew had the lowest. The substitution level of Korean traditional storage foods was the middle. And in dining-out service, the substitution level was mostly high: the level of delivery service was higher than that of dining-out. Compared to the previous research, these results showed that market goods substitution tended to increase, and its level in the domain of food will promote continually over time. The variables affecting the substitution level of convenience food were the number of family members, occupation, the existence of elderly/disabled person in the family, sex-role attitude, and weekly hours at home-based work. The substitution level of Korean traditional storage foods was influenced by sex-role attitude, occupation, education, monthly household income, and the existence of elderly/disabled person in the family. The significant variables affecting the substitution level of dining-out service were weekly hours at home-based work, the number of family members, occupation, monthly household income, education, and sex-role attitude.
