The present experiment was investigated to compare tretment effect of drug therapy, acupuncture therapy, the combination of acupuncture and drug therapy, and electro-acupuncture therapy using 152 calves with respiratory deseases. Among 20 cases of drug therapy group, 16 cases (80%) were recovered and 4 cases (20%) were ineffective. Among 28 cases using Su Qi in acupuncture therapy group, 21 cases using San Tai, An Bi and Fei Shu, 17 cases (72%) were available and 7 cases (28%) were unavailable. Among 28 cases of the combination group of acupuncture and drug therapy, 24 cases(86%) were recovered with the highest tretment effect in Su Qi and drug therapy. In addition, among 24 cases of the combination group of acupuncture and drug therapy, 20 cases(84%) were effective and 4 cases (16%) were ineffective with lower effective rate compared by Su Qi and drug therapy in San tai, An bi and Fei shu and drug therapy. And among electro-acupuncture group using Fei Shu $[left({\ominus}), right({\oplus})],$ 22 cases (82%) were effective and 6 cases (18%) were ineffective.

Experimental study on the fluidelastic instability (FEI) of a curved tube bundle in single phase downward cross flow is investigated for the design qualification and analysis input preparation of helical coiled steam generator tubing. A 6×9 normal square curved tube array with equal and different vertical/horizontal pitch-to-diameter ratio was under-tested up to 6 m/s in term of gap flow velocity to measure the critical velocity for FEI. The critical velocity for FEI was measured at the turning point from the vibration amplitude plot along the gap flow velocity. Our test results were compared with straight tube results and published data in the design guideline. The applicability of the current design guidelines to a curved tube bundle is also assessed. We found that introducing frequency difference in a curved tube array increases the critical velocity for fluidelastic instability.

The push pull forward converter is suitable in a low output voltage, a high output current applications with wide input voltage ranges. All magnetic components including output inductor, transformer and input filter can be integrated into single EI/EE core. The integrated push pull forward converter is considered through the comparison of efficiency according to the circuit parameters. The Nicera company's 5M FEE18/8/10C and NC-2H FEI32/8/20 cores are used for the transformer. The integrated push pull forward converter ratings are of $36\~72V$ input and 3.3V/30A output. In case that NC-2H FEI32/8/20 core used in the converter, the efficiency is measured up to $83.5\%$ at the switching frequency 200 kHz and the 11A load. The efficiencies of $76.4\%$ at a full load and $82.95\%$ at a half load are measured.

To investigate detoxification effects of aqua-acupuncture; Bovis Calculus and Susi Fei extract against the toxicity of aconitine were studied. We examined the GOT activities, GPT activities, $\gamma-GPT$ activites, ALP activities and ultrastructural changes of hepatocytes in rats. The GOT activities were decreased in the aqua-acupuncture group compared with control at the 48-hours and 96-hours. The $\gamma-GTP$ and ALP activities were decreased in the aqua-acpuncture group compared with control at 96-hours. We observed the ultrastructural changes of hepatocytes compared the detoxification effects of acua-acupuncture with toxicity of aconitine by transmission electron microscope. In the 24-hours group, the cisternae of rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum hepatocytes are dilated more or less. In the 48-hours group, the nuclear envelope are irregured, and chromatins of nucleus are condensed. The cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum are dilated/branched. In the 96-hours group, the rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum are well developed in aqua-acpuncture group compared with control. These results suggest that acua-acpuncture groups of the Bovis calculus and Susi fei extract showed detoxification effects against cytotoxicity of aconitine in the hepatocyte of rats.
