서울시 아파트 가격 행태 예측 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on Forecasting Model of the Apartment Price Behavior in Seoul)

  • 본 연구에서는 주택 수요와 공급의 상호영향관계 메커니즘을 이용하여 가격 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하였다. 가격 시뮬레이션 모형의 핵심 알고리즘은 피드백 제어 이론을 이용한 시스템 다이나믹스 기반의 스톡 플로우 변수이며, 이러한 원리를 이용하여 서울지역 아파트 가격변화 행태를 모델링하였다. 가격 행태를 결정하는 피드백 메커니즘은 중장기 경기변동 시나리오 하에 대출 이자율을 정책변수로 아파트 매매 수요자와 공급자 규모를 스톡 변수로 설정하고, 이들 간의 상호 영향관계를 검증하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 향후 아파트 가격 추이는 아파트 매매 수요자와 공급자 규모의 행태 변화와 수요자와 공급자가 갖는 가격에 대한 반응 매개변수간의 영향관계로 구성된다. 또한 향후 경기 전망 및 대출이자율 등 거시경제의 상황에 따라 아파트 매매가격은 변화함을 알 수 있었다. 제시된 아파트 매매 가격 시뮬레이션 계량모델은 양도세 및 취득세 감면 등 비 금융 관련 부동산정책변수와 대출이자 조정 등 금융 관련 정책변수의 보다 정확하고 충분한 데이터를 적용하면 실무 적용과 정부 주택정책입안에 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

과포화교통상태에서의 SPLIT COORDINATION신호제어전략 (Green-Split Coordination Strategy in Oversaturated Signal System)

  • The subject this paper is the signal control strategy under oversaturated conditions. The nature of traffic control for oversaturation is essentially different from the standard control modes. While under non-saturated situation traffic control is needed for the sake of safety and efficiency, the throughput is essential under oversaturated conditions. Therefore berth objective and strategies differ. For an oversaturated stream the cycle time and the signal offset are thought to be of rather secondary importance. For this case the green split may well be the most important control variable to serve the excessive demand. Up to now, however, most efforts have concentrated on the strategy with the concept which lies just on the extension of Webster's. "Green-split Coordination Strategy for Over-Saturated Networks", presents newly contrived three types of strategies named Forward-coordination, Backward-coordination and Network-coordination respectively and describes the algorithms with the evaluations. The forward coordination strategy treats the forward wave of flow between two signals. The aim is to prevent the outbreak of queue due to the accumulation of temporary excess of demand in near-saturation or saturation flow. The backward coordination strategy treats the backward rave of flow between two signals. The goal is to prevent the waste of green time caused by the exit block at the upstream signal. for this purpose a feedback regulation is provided of the upstream green-split so that the inflow-outflow balance is kept zero. The resultant surplus of green time is alloted to other signal stages. Also here the examination is made of the appropriate value of the feedback control parameter. The network coordination strategy is operated to maximize the network throughput in a specific direction applying a bang-bang control at the bottleneck intersection. This is a type of intervenient control for policy reasons. For this strategy the green-split coordinations, particuarly the backward coordination, are essential as the tactical elements. In order to evaluate the preposed strategies those are compared with the latest existing strategy called saturation-degree-ratio control by the simulation experiments in an assumed 4$\times$4 grid network. The results are satisfactory showing a 10-15% reduction in delays and a 15% increase in network capacity.

유가식 생물반응기에서의 용존산소농도 및 비성장속도의 제어 (Control of dissolved Oxygen Concentration and Specific Growth Rate in Fed-batch Fermentation)

  • A novel control method with automatic tuning of PID controller parameters has been developed for efficient regulation of dissolved oxygen concentration in fed-batch fermentations of Escherichia coli. Agitation speed and oxygen partial pressure in the inlet gas stream were chosen to be the manipulated variables. A heuristic reasoning allowed improved tuning decisions from the supervision of control performance indices and it coule obviate the needs for process assumptions or disturbance patterns. The control input consisted of feedback and feedforword parts. The feedback part was determined by PID control and the feedforward part is determined from the feed rate. The proportional gain was updated on-line by a set of heuristics rules based on the supervision of three performance indices. These indices were output error covariance, the average value of output error, and input covariance, which were calculated on-line using a moving window. The integral and derivative time constants were determined from the period of output response. The specific growth rate was maintained at a low level to avoid acetic acid accumulation and thus to achieve a high cell density. The specific growthe rate was estimated from the carbon dioxide evolution rate. In fed-batch fermentation, the simutaneous control of dissolved oxygen concentration (at 0.2; fraction of saturated value) and specific growth rate (at 0.25$hr^{-1}$) was satisfactory for the entire culture period in spite of the changes in the feed rate and the switching of control input.

UWB Chaotic-OOK 통신을 위한 송신기 설계 (Design of Transmitter for UWB Chaotic-OOK Communications)

  • 본 논문에서는 TSMC 0.18 um CMOS 공정을 사용하여 UWB Chaotic-OOK(On-Off Keying) 통신을 위한 송신기를 설계하였다. 송신기는 Quasi-chaotic 신호 발생기, OOK 변조기, 구동 증폭기로 구성되어 있다. 일반적으로 아날로그 피드백을 사용하는 chaotic 신호 발생기는 공정 변화에 대한 취약점이 있어 이를 개선하기 위하여 디지털 피드백 구조의 Quasi-chaotic 신호 발생기를 사용하였다 또한, OOK 변조를 위해 T형 구조의 변조기와 단일 출력 신호를 얻기 위한 차동 입력 단일 출력 구동 증폭기를 설계하였다. 측정 결과, 요구되는 spectrum mask를 만족시키는 출력을 얻었으며, 데이터 20 Kbps, 200 Kbps, 2 Mbps, 10 Mbps에 따른 OOK 변조 테스트를 통해 출력 신호를 확인하여 UWB chaotic-OOk 송신기로 사용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Characterization of Putative Capsaicin Synthase Promoter Activity

  • Capsaicin is a very important secondary metabolite that is unique to Capsicum. Capsaicin biosynthesis is regulated developmentally and environmentally in the placenta of hot pepper. To investigate regulation of capsaicin biosynthesis, the promoter (1,537 bp) of pepper capsaicin synthase (CS) was fused to GUS and introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) via Agrobacterium tumefaciens to produce CSPRO::GUS transgenic plants. The CS was specifically expressed in the placenta tissue of immature green fruit. However, the transgenic Arabidopsis showed ectopic GUS expressions in the leaves, flowers and roots, but not in the stems. The CSPRO activity was relatively high under light conditions and was induced by both heat shock and wounding, as CS transcripts were increased by wounding. Exogenous capsaicin caused strong suppression of the CSPRO activity in transgenic Arabidopsis, as demonstrated by suppression of CS expression in the placenta after capsaicin treatment. Furthermore, the differential expression levels of Kas, Pal and pAmt, which are associated with the capsaicinoid biosynthetic pathway, were also suppressed in the placenta by capsaicin treatment. These results support that capsaicin, a feedback inhibitor, plays a pivotal role in regulating gene expression which is involved in the biosynthesis of capsaicinoids.

온도 보상 및 듀얼 루프를 이용한 부스트 컨버터 LED 드라이버 IC (A dual-loop boost-converter LED driver IC with temperature compensation)

  • 본 논문에서는 3개의 선형 전류 레귤레이터 그리고 자동 기준 전압 조절과 출력 전압 조절 루프를 포함하는 LED 배면광 드라이버 IC를 제안한다. 제안한 LED 드라이버에서 출력전압은 이중 피드백 루프를 통해 제어된다. 첫 번째 루프는 출력전압을 감지하고 조절하며, 두 번째 루프는 선형 전류 레귤레이터의 전압 강하를 감지하고 기준전압을 조정한다. 이러한 피드백 루프와, 선형 전류 레귤레이터의 전압강하는 드라이버 효율이 최대가 될 수 있는 최소값으로 유지된다. 드라이버의 출력은 각 채널당 4개의 LED를 가지는 3개의 채널 LED 구조이다. 휘도는 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) dimming 신호에 의해 조절된다. 제안한 드라이버는 0.35um의 60-V 고전압 공정에서 설계되었고, 측정 결과 최대 85% 정도의 효율을 가진다.

Ginsenoside Rh2 reduces m6A RNA methylation in cancer via the KIF26B-SRF positive feedback loop

  • Background: The underlying mechanisms of the potential tumor-suppressive effects of ginsenoside Rh2 are complex. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA methylation is usually dysregulated in cancer. This study explored the regulatory effect of ginsenoside Rh2 on m6A RNA methylation in cancer. Methods: m6A RNA quantification and gene-specific m6A RIP-qPCR assays were applied to assess total and gene-specific m6A RNA levels. Co-immunoprecipitation, fractionation western blotting, and immunofluorescence staining were performed to detect protein interactions and distribution. QRT-PCR, dual-luciferase, and ChIP-qPCR assays were conducted to check the transcriptional regulation. Results: Ginsenoside Rh2 reduces m6A RNA methylation and KIF26B expression in a dose-dependent manner in some cancers. KIF26B interacts with ZC3H13 and CBLL1 in the cytoplasm of cancer cells and enhances their nuclear distribution. KIF26B inhibition reduces m6A RNA methylation level in cancer cells. SRF bound to the KIF26B promoter and activated its transcription. SRF mRNA m6A abundance significantly decreased upon KIF26B silencing. SRF knockdown suppressed cancer cell proliferation and growth both in vitro and in vivo, the effect of which was partly rescued by KIF26B overexpression. Conclusion: ginsenoside Rh2 reduces m6A RNA methylation via downregulating KIF26B expression in some cancer cells. KIF26B elevates m6A RNA methylation via enhancing ZC3H13/CBLL1 nuclear localization. KIF26B-SRF forms a positive feedback loop facilitating tumor growth.

프로그래밍 학습 경험에 따른 학습 태도 변화 사례 연구 (A case study of learning attitude change according to programming learning experience)

  • 프로그래밍 언어 학습 경험이 학습 동기에 미치는 변화를 분석하였다. 프로그래밍 언어 학습은 전공생에게도 어려운 과정으로 평가되는 것이 일반적이다. 비전공자에게로 확대되고 있는 현 시점에서 프로그래밍 학습과 관련된 심리적 태도 변화를 측정하는 것은 학습자 분석에 필요하다. 동기 관련 구인요인인 성취목표, 학업적 흥미, 학업적 자기효능감, 인지적 관여, 학업적 자기조절을 측정하여 전반적인 학습자 태도 변화를 알아보았다. 측정 결과 학습 태도 관련 모든 요인에서 사후 검사 값이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 학습과정의 난이도가 프로그래밍 학습 의욕을 감소시킨 것으로 해석된다. 학습자가 인지하는 난이도가 클 수록 학습의욕이 더 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 학습자가 느끼는 학습 난이도의 정도를 낮출 수 있는 상황과 피드백을 줄 수 있는 체계적인 학습환경과 학습과정의 중요성을 시사점으로 제시하고자 한다.

Flipped Learning: Strategies and Technologies in Higher Education

  • Flipped learning is necessary for modern education but quite difficult to implement. In pedagogical science, the question remains to what extent the practical work of the teacher in combination with the technologies of flipped learning will improve the quality of higher education. The aim of this article is to study the effectiveness and feasibility of using flipped learning technologies, assessing their perception by students (advantages and problems), identified an algorithm for introducing flipped learning technology in higher education institutions. Research methods. The main method is an experiment. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the study was conducted using a questionnaire and observation method. Statistical methods were used to evaluate the results of the experiment. The research hypothesis is that flipped learning allows the teacher to spend more time on an individual approach, to understand the real needs of students, and provide effective feedback, thereby improving the quality of learning and motivation of students, especially while studying complex material. The results of the study are to prove the effectiveness of the technology of flipped education in the study of complex disciplines, courses, topics. The use of flipped learning strategies improves the self-regulation of the educational process, group work skills, improves students' ability to learn, overcome difficulties. The technology of flipped learning in the presence of modern technical means and constant work on improving the level of digital literacy is an effective means for students to master complex topics and problematic issues that require additional consideration and discussion. The perspective of further research is the consideration of integrated approaches to the application of flipped learning technologies to the principles of STEAM-education, multilingual and multicultural programs, etc. It is also worth continuing to develop a set of methods aimed at enhancing the student's learning activities, the formation of group work skills, direct participation in creating the foundations of higher education.

제2형 당뇨병 환자를 위한 자동 맞춤형 셀프케어 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Automated Personalized Self-Care (APSC) Program for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus)

  • Purpose: The study aimed to design and develop an automated personalized self-care (APSC) program for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The secondary aim was to present a clinical protocol as a mixed-method research to test the program effects. Methods: The APSC program was developed in the order of analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation according to the software development life cycle, and was guided by the self-regulatory theory. The content validity, heuristics, and usability of the program were verified by experts and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The APSC program was developed based on goal setting, education, monitoring, and feedback components corresponding to the phases of forethought, performance/volitional control, and self-reflection of self-regulatory theory. Using the mobile application, the participants are able to learn from educational materials, monitor their health behaviors, receive weekly-automated personalized goals and feedback messages, and use an automated conversation system to solve the problems related to self-care. The ongoing two-year study utilizes a mixed method design, with 180 patients having type 2 diabetes mellitus randomized to receive either the intervention or usual care. The participants will be reviewed for self-care self-efficacy, health behaviors, and health outcomes at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. Participants in the intervention group will be interviewed about their experiences. Conclusion: The APSC program can serve as an effective tool for facilitating diabetes health behaviors by improving patients' self-care self-efficacy and self-regulation for self-care. However, the clinical effectiveness of this program requires further investigation.
