Purpose - This study examines the factors that influence the performance of contract farming by agricultural cooperatives from the agency theory and resource-based view of the firm. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 1,090 data related to a sample of contract information between agricultural cooperatives and producers from national agricultural cooperatives federation. In order to examine the performance of contract farming, we use the multiple regression analysis. Findings - Incentives may reduce agency problems by increasing producers' motivation and discouraging their opportunistic behavior. Total asset size and education expenses function like resources that lessen the risks coming from environment uncertainty, and also facilitate the contract farming between producers and agricultural cooperatives. Research implications or Originality - By analyzing the factors that influence on the performance of contract farming between producers and agricultural cooperatives, we propose that incentives, and resources may improve the performance of contract farming between agricultural cooperatives and producers. Overall, the contract farming can co-create the economic efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing risks and uncertainty.

농민에게 영농 일지는 친환경 및 GAP(농산물우수관리) 인증을 받거나 여러 보조금 신청 시 증거자료로 활용할 수 있는 중요한 문서이다. 영농 일지는 항목별로 세세하게 작성할수록 좀 더 가치 있는 자료가 될 수 있다. 허나 일부 농민들은 서류 작성 및 글쓰기에 익숙하지 않기 때문에 영농 일지 작성법에 대한 교육이 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 어떻게 작성해야 할지 막막해하는 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문은 ChatGPT를 활용하여 기존 영농 일지에 추가해야 할 사항을 손쉽게 작성하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 방법으로 영농 일지 내용을 자세하게 작성하면 훌륭한 인증 증거자료로서의 가치는 더욱 상승하고 다음 농사를 진행하는 데에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Advancing information technology have rapidly changed our service environment of life, culture, and industry. Computer information communication system is applied in medical, health, distribution, and business transaction. Smart is using new information by combining ability of computer and information. Although agriculture is labor intensive industry that requires a lot of hands, agriculture is becoming knowledge-based industry today. In agriculture field, computer communication system is applied on facilities farming and machinery Agricultural. In this paper, we designed and implemented application that provides personalized agriculture related information at the actual farming field. Also, this provides farmer a system that they can directly auction or sell their produced crops. We designed and implemented a system that parsing information of each seasonal, weather condition, market price, region based, crop, and disease and insects through individual setup on ubiquitous environment using location-based sensor network and processing data.

Farming activities are transforming from traditional skill-based agriculture into knowledge-based and technology-driven digital agriculture. The use of intelligent information and communication technology introduces the idea of smart farming that enables farmers to collect weather data, monitor crop growth remotely and detect crop diseases easily. The introduction of Plantix, a pest and disease management tool in the form of a mobile application has allowed farmers to identify pests and diseases of the crop using their mobile devices. Hence, this study collected the reviews of Plantix to explore the response of the users on the Google Play Store towards the application through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. Results indicate four latent topics in the reviews: two positive evaluations (compliments, appreciation) and two suggestions (plant options, recommendations). We found the users suggested the application to additional plant options and additional features that might help the farmers with their difficulties. In addition, the application is expected to benefit the farmer more by having an early alert of diseases to farmers and providing various substitutes and a list of components for the remedial measures.

본 연구는 귀농 준비, 귀농지 주변환경, 귀농 지원 정책, 가족 지지도, 귀농 의도가 귀농 후 만족에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고, 이를 통해 귀농 지원정책 담당자들에게 귀농 장려가 활발히 이루어질 수 있는 정책적 제안점을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 귀농 정책 담당자들은 귀농자들이 혼자 판단하기 보다는 충분히 가족들과 상의할 수 있는 정보들을 제공해 주어야 할 것이고, 귀농의 준비를 다양화함으로써 귀농에 대한 접근성을 높여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 귀농 정책 담당자들은 귀농지 주변에 대한 인프라 구축과 함께 마을 주민과 청년회 및 부녀회 등을 통해 농촌생활의 정보를 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 SNS, 유튜브 등을 개설하여 귀농생활의 즐거움과 귀농성공에 대한 정보를 제공해 줌으로써 귀농에 자신감을 심어줄 수 있는 정책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 젊은 층이 귀농 및 귀농 정착을 할 수 있도록 각종 편의 시설 제공, 귀농자 모임 결성 등을 통해 젊은 농촌 만들기에 노력을 해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 귀농 정책 담당자는 귀농자에 대한 맞춤형 지원 정책(예: 1년간 귀농해보고 정착하기, 농지 무상지원, 기관에서 판로 확보 보증제, 선진국 견학, 농지 시설현대화 지원 100% 등)을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 이러한 정책이 귀농으로 이어질 수 있도록 홍보 전략을 강화해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 귀농 정책 담당자들은 농사 외에 부수적인 경제 활동꺼리(거주지에 대한 숙박 제공-에어비앤비, 귀농 전 자신이 가지고 있는 전문성과 직장 업무와 관련된 재능 기부, 농촌 체험 등)등을 할 수 있도록 귀농자들에게 지원을 해야 할 것이다.

This study analyzes patent trends regarding farming-related technologies such as breeding or nursery technology, production systems, and new cultivation methods in order to provide objective patent information about the trends of R&D on marine products' proliferation or farming. Presently, in Korea, we try to secure marine living resources through the formation of artificial resources instead of environmental improvement policy or resource management policy. However, this is not about eliminating the causes of marine environment destruction but just the policy for improvement, so it is needed to revise the related policy with more ultimate measures. And it is necessary to develop technology that can secure the rights by integrating patent application strategies from the stage of R&D for medicine that can be utilized in chief farming countries and provide intensive support for the research centering around strategic varieties for farming in each region as well as strategic national farming varieties afterwards. Also, the analysis shows that it is urgent to make applications overseas based on domestic applications in order to develop technology that can be commercialized in not just Korean but overseas market as well.

본 연구는 각박한 현대의 삶을 살아가는 일반인 중에서 직장인들에 대한 힐링과 치유로써 치유농업의 적용과 성장가능성을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 치유농업의 활성화를 위한 공급조건과 제공프로그램의 구성과 참가자들의 이용의도간의 관계를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 일반 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 모든 하위요인과 이용의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 치유농업 공급조건 중 치유시설과 이용편리성, 의료서비스의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 이용의도가 높았다. 셋째, 치유농업 제공프로그램 중 농작물재배, 동물매개, 자연활동, 문화활동의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 이용의도가 높았다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와의 차별화된 점을 논의하였으며, 치유농업 활성화를 위한 전략방안 모색의 차원에서 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purposes for this study was to provide information for developing educational programs for U-turn farmers' based on their needs on rural settlement. Special objectives of the study were; 1) to survey the general characteristics of U-turn farmers including motives. preparation, and education, 2) to investigate problems and difficulties of the U-turn farmers in rural settlement 3) to identify the reasons for success and failure in U-turn filming, and 4) to provide information in developing programs for U-turn farmers. Data for the study were collected from 526 U-turn farmers throughout the country, and after data cleaning, 494 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Based on the results of this study, the following were recommended for further development of U-turn farming programs; 1) to facilitate and expand continuous surveys on the motives. preparation, education and information for U-turn farmers will be neceassary to update the important and current information on U-turn farming. 2) Further examination of the problems and difficulties of U-turn farmers would be necessary to develop appropriate policies and educational programs for U-turn farming. 3) continuous investigations on the reasons for success and failure of U-turn farming would be necessary to develop appropriate apicultural policies. 4) for more effective educational programs for U-turn farmers. selection of educators, institution, curricular and timing etc. Should be carefully designed to meet the practical needs of the U-turn farmers. 5) more research activities should be encouraged to improve program development and implementation of U-turn farming.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대에 발맞춰 개방하는 공공데이터가 증가함에 따라 농업 공공데이터 또한 증가하고 있다. 현재 농업인 대다수가 친환경 인증과 기본형 공익직접지불사업을 이유로 영농일지를 작성하고 있다. 그러나 바쁜 농가에 고령화된 농촌 사회에서 영농일지를 작성하는 것은 힘든 일이다. 이 때문에 영농일지를 대리 작성하는 일이 일어나고 있다. 그러나 이 경우 친환경 인증과 기본형 공익직접지불사업에서 불이익을 받을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 영농일지를 작성할 때 작물과 날짜를 통해 서버에 저장된 영농일지 데이터를 확인하고 사용자에게 적합한 영농일지 공공데이터를 찾아 자동으로 영농일지를 채움으로써 영농일지를 편리하게 작성하는 시스템을 제안한다.
