딥러닝과 확률모델을 이용한 실시간 토마토 개체 추적 알고리즘 (Real-Time Tomato Instance Tracking Algorithm by using Deep Learning and Probability Model)

  • Recently, a smart farm technology is drawing attention as an alternative to the decline of farm labor population problems due to the aging society. Especially, there is an increasing demand for automatic harvesting system that can be commercialized in the market. Pre-harvest crop detection is the most important issue for the harvesting robot system in a real-world environment. In this paper, we proposed a real-time tomato instance tracking algorithm by using deep learning and probability models. In general, It is hard to keep track of the same tomato instance between successive frames, because the tomato growing environment is disturbed by the change of lighting condition and a background clutter without a stochastic approach. Therefore, this work suggests that individual tomato object detection for each frame is conducted by YOLOv3 model, and the continuous instance tracking between frames is performed by Kalman filter and probability model. We have verified the performance of the proposed method, an experiment was shown a good result in real-world test data.

米麥농가 부부의 노동시간과 노동분담 (Labor time and Labor Division of the rural couples cultivating rice and barley)

  • This study was to find out the status of labor division between rural husband and wife by measuring the labor time for tasks, the ratio of relative contribution toward work, and work segregation. Data used in this study were collected fro 424 persons of 212 farm households mainly cultivating rice and barley. The results of this study were as follows : 1) In the case of work directly related to farming, working hours of husband were significantly longer than those of wife during the farming and off-farming season. In contrast working hours of wife for housekeeping were significantly longer than those of husband during both seasons. 2) The ratio of relative contribution toward farming work of husband was a little higher than that of wife during farming and off-farming season. But this toward housekeeping work was less than that of wife. 3) The degree of gender segregation in farming was 0.33 during the farming season and 0.01 during the off-farming season. The kinds of work and time distribution were relatively same. The degree of gender segregation in housekeeping was 0.79 during the farming season and 0.72 during the off-farming season. These values showed inequality of work segregation in the kind of work and time distribution.

여성농업인 노동의 경제적 가치평가 방법에 관한 소고 (A review of economic valuation methods for rural women′s labor)

  • Recently the rural women's role has been changed from assisting men to leading major farm work. However, contribution of women in the rural area has not beers fairly evaluated. Hence, it has been difficult for the rural women to receive the reasonable compensation if they injured, had some disasters or were divorced. Therefore this study tried to suggest economic methods such as market cost approach, opportunity cost method and shadow wage method for evaluating rural women's labor. It might provide some information for helping to establish the status of rural women as a income earner through estimating money value of labor contributed by rural women and furthermore, be useful information to improve the efficiency of farm labor by exploring the relationship between value of labor and actual income. Hence, it might help improve the economic situation and life at home of rural women, solve difficulties in the real life and reduce disparity of economic distribution between urban and rural area.

  • The objective of this study was to develop a mathematical model for optimum design of diversified farming systems which have the regional characteristics. For this purpose, the farming surveys were conducted for mainly 1984 agriculture. They were carried out on January and July 1985 for three villages of central region of Korea. The surveyed data were analyzed by systems analysis and the diversified farming systems were modeled. They consist of four and six croping patterns for paddy and upland, two and three kinds of fruit crop and livestock, and seven kinds of farm machinery for each work system. Then a mathematical model was developed by the multiple objective decision making (MODM) method in order to design optimum systems of diversified farming. It consists of 23 decision variables, two objective functions and nine constraint functions. The goals of objective function are maximization of agricultural incomes and power inputs of farm machinery, and the modeled factors for constraint function are arable land, available capital, labor, and land utilization.

심층신경망을 이용한 스마트 양식장용 어류 크기 자동 측정 시스템 (Automatic Fish Size Measurement System for Smart Fish Farm Using a Deep Neural Network)

  • To measure the size and weight of the fish, we developed an automatic fish size measurement system using a deep neural network, where the YOLO (You Only Look Once)v3 model was used. To detect fish, an IP camera with infrared function was installed over the fish pool to acquire image data and used as input data for the deep neural network. Using the bounding box information generated as a result of detecting the fish and the structure for which the actual length is known, the size of the fish can be obtained. A GUI (Graphical User Interface) program was implemented using LabVIEW and RTSP (Real-Time Streaming protocol). The automatic fish size measurement system shows the results and stores them in a database for future work.

귀농인의 사회·경제 활동과 함의 (A Qualitative Inquiry on the Social and Economic Activities by Immigrant Farm Households)

  • 이 연구에서는 귀농인이 농촌 지역사회에 정착하는 과정에서 수행하는 다양한 사회 경제 활동을 고찰하였다. 2006년 이후 발표된 것들 가운데 귀농인을 대상으로 한 면담 조사 내용을 인용하고 있는 연구물 8편을 분석하였다. 귀농인의 경제 활동을 농업생산 활동, 농산물 가공 및 농촌관광 등 농업 연관 농외소득활동, 농업과 무관한 겸업활동 등으로 분류하였다. 사회 활동을 자원봉사 활동, 지역사회 조직 활동, 학습 활동, 문화여가 활동, 지역 공동체 안에서 주민과의 일상적 관계 속에서 일어나는 일상적 상호작용 등으로 분류하였다. 그런 활동들이 어떤 양상으로 전개되고 있는지, 귀농인들은 그것에 어떤 의미를 부여하는지를 고찰하였다. 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 귀농 가의 농업 경영 규모는 대부분 소농이므로 귀농 가구의 다각적 경제활동을 촉진할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 귀농 가구의 다각적 경제활동은 농촌 지역사회의 경제적 지속가능성에도 기여할 것이다. 셋째, 귀농인의 경제 활동은 가구의 생계전략뿐만 아니라 자조적 지역사회 발전 전략이라는 차원에서도 의미 있는 활동이다. 넷째, 귀농인의 지역사회 참여는 농촌 지역사회의 사회자본 증진에 기여하는 활동이지만 단기간에 활발하게 이루어지지는 않고 있다. 다섯째, 여성 귀농인의 지역사회 참여 및 사회연결망 편입은 중요한 정책 과제이다.

스마트 온실 방제 로봇의 요구조건을 고려한 평가 방법 연구 (The Study on Evaluation Method of Pest Control Robot Requirements for Smart Greenhouse)

  • 최근, 스마트 농업에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 농업 자동화 및 로봇에 대한 연구개발이 증가하고 있다. 스마트 온실에서 사용되는 로봇은 작업 특성과 생육 환경이 고려되어야 한다. 이를 위해 스마트 온실의 환경 분석을 통해 개발되어진 방제 로봇들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 논문은 스마트 온실에 적용 가능한 방제 로봇의 요구조건을 고려한 평가방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 로봇의 요구조건을 통하여 성능 및 품질 평가 기준을 수립하고 시험을 실시하였다. 로봇관련 표준을 참고하여 방제 로봇의 요구 기능과 목표를 도출하였다. 로봇의 성능을 위해 주행과 작업 능력 시험을 실시하였다. 주행시험은 로봇의 주행성능에 대한 시험을 실시하였고 작업능력은 방제성능에 대한 시험을 실시하였다. 로봇의 품질을 위해 내구성 시험을 실시하였다. 시험결과를 통하여 스마트 온실 로봇에게 요구되는 지표들을 도출할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 스마트 온실에 적용하기 위한 다양한 로봇들의 평가 기준이 될 것으로 판단된다.

필드 부하를 활용한 정유압기계식 변속시스템의 기어 해석 (Gear Analysis of Hydro-Mechanical Transmission System using Field Load Data)

  • A tractor is an agricultural machine that performs farm work, such as cultivation, soil preparation, loading, bailing, and transporting, through attached working implements. Farm work must be carried out on time per the growing season of crops. As a result, the reliability of a tractor's transmission is vital. Ideally, the transmission's design should reflect the actual load during agricultural work; however, configuring such a measurement system is time- and cost-intensive. The design and analysis of a transmission are, therefore, mainly performed by empirical methods. In this study, a tractor with a measurement system was used to measure the actual working load in the field. Its hydro-mechanical transmission was then analyzed using the measured load. It was found that the velocity factor, load distribution factor, lubrication factor, roughness factor, relative notch sensitivity factor, and life factor affect the gear strength of the transmission. Also, loading conditions have a significant influence on the reliability of the transmission. It is believed that transmission reliability can be enhanced by analyzing the actual load on the transmission, as performed in this study.

농가레스토랑 이용고객의 중요도-만족도 분석 - 완주군 비비정을 사례로 - (Analysis on Factors of Importance and Performance in terms of Securing Customers of Farm Restaurants - Based on the Case of Bibijeong in Wanju-Gun -)

  • This study aimed to analyze factors of importance and performance picked by customers of Bibijeong, a farm restaurant operated by the local community of Wanju-gun. Major points include: Recognition paths mostly were word of mouth and mass media, types of visit were in the company of friends, family members or work colleagues, and purposes of visit included consumption of meal and identifying features of the restaurant. Secondly, factor analysis showed that level of facility, atmosphere/cleanness, diversity of menu, employees, ingredients and network. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was +0.6. Thirdly, average of importance of factors was 3.861 while average performance was 3.429. IPA analysis showed that employee(communication, customer contact) in the first quadrant proved the need for fast improvement through training. Atmosphere/cleanness (interior atmosphere, table clean, kitchen cleanliness, clean dishes, interion design) and employee(proficiency, menu recognition), foodstuff(freshness, origin, safety) in the second quadrant showed that the marketing strategy of improvement as well as maintaining current status is needed, including regular training and hygiene inspection. The third quadrant contains facilities(disability, baby, fire protection) and food menu(food packing, various menu, creative menu, menu description), network(village economic links), which showed the need for gradual improvement. The forth quadrant contains network(sights's near contains. The results so far can be summed into the statement that overcoming the basic functionality of providing meals and linking the restaurant with local attractions and local economy would be need, as well as building up the image of unique farm restaurant with local features, so that Bibijeong can serve as the centerpiece of community and foundation of exchange with other areas.

농작업자들의 무릎통증 유소견율 및 그의 위험인자 (The Prevalence and Risk Factors of Knee Pain among Farm Workers)

  • 본 연구는 농작업자들에 대한 무릎통증의 유소견률을 알아보고 그의 위험요인을 밝혀 낼 목적으로 2012년 2월 1일부터 3월 31일까지 충남 금산군 2개면에서 농업에 종사하고 있는 주민 306명을 대상으로 무릎통증의 유무, 성, 연령, 신장, 체중, 농작업 종류 등에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 무릎통증은 남성보다 여성에서 많이 나타났고, 남녀 모두 연령증가는 무릎통증의 커다란 위험요인이었으며, 60대 이상에서는 절반 이상에서 무릎통증을 호소하였다. 특히 여성의 경우 신장이 클수록, 체중이 무거울수록 무릎통증이 많았으나, 남성에서는 이 같은 경향을 보이지 않았다. 위와 같이 고령자에서는 절반 이상이 무릎통증에 시달리고 있었으며, 무릎통증의 위험인자로서 여성, 연령증가 및 체중이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 같은 결과는 무릎통증 예방에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 본다.
