일-가정생활의 갈등이 조직구성원의 성과에 미치는 영향 (Work-Family Conflict and Employees' Performance)

  • 일-가정생활 갈등은 구성원의 직무만족과 이직 등 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 이에 따라 근로자들의 일과 가정생활의 병행으로 인한 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 인사제도의 적용이 필요하다. 한편 기업의 가족친화제도는 일-가정생활 갈등의 부정적인 영향을 감소시킨다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 가족친화제도를 일-가정생활에서 발생하는 갈등 완화의 메커니즘으로 파악하여 그 구체적인 영향관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 가족친화제도가 일-가정생활 갈등과 조직성과 간의 관계를 유의미하게 변화시킨다는 가정 아래 연구모형을 설정하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 일-가정생활 갈등 가운데 행동근거 갈등은 직무만족 및 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 사실을 확인하였다. 일-가정생활 갈등은 가족친화제도와 상호작용을 통해 이직의도에 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 시간근거 긴장근거 갈등은 탄력적 근무제도, 보육 및 육아 지원제도와 상호작용을 통해 이직의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 글로벌 마켓에서 경쟁하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 제품의 다양성을 증가시키고, 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키고, 리드타임을 줄이고, 비용을 줄이기 위하여 product family를 적용하고 있다. 성공적인 product family를 위한 핵심요인은 플랫폼을 도출하는 것이다. Product family를 설계할 때, 제품의 공통성과 차별성간의 절충을 해결하는 것이 중요하다. Product family내에서 공통성을 평가하기 위해서 공통성 지수를 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 공통성 지수는 공통 부품수, 비용, 제조 공정 등과 같은 서로 다른 변수들을 이용한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구된 공통성 지수를 벤치마킹하여 환경성을 고려한 새로운 product family 평가 지수인 그린 product family 지수(GPFI)를 개발하고자 한다. 기존에 개발된 공통성 지수들과 본 연구에서 개발된 GPFI와의 비교연구를 통하여 제안한 지수의 적합성과 효과성에 대하여 검증한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구에서 제안하는 새로운 개발한 그린 product family 지수는 환경친화적인 product family를 설계하고 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

외식기업 차별화 전략이 고객만족 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로- (The Study on Effects of Differentiation Strategy for Customer Satisfaction & Performance : Its Focus on Family Restaurants)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between differentiation strategy of customer’s satisfaction and the effects on performance in family restaurants. Above all, looking into a device to take an internal competitive domination factor of family restaurants is the core purpose of this study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted to 278 customers of family restaurants in Seoul. The result of this survey is as follows. First, the interior of family restaurants and responsibility of their employees had an effect on customer’s satisfaction. Secondly, menu/atmosphere satisfaction and employee’s appearance influenced quality performance of restaurants. In searching information on restaurants, reference group and visiting experience were highly recommended, leading to the importance of word of mouth.

Optimization for Large-Scale n-ary Family Tree Visualization

  • The family tree is one of the key elements of humanities classics research and is very important for accurately understanding people or families. In this paper, we introduce a method for automatically generating a family tree using information on interpersonal relationships (IIPR) from the Korean Classics Database (KCDB) and visualize interpersonal searches within a family tree using data-driven document JavaScript (d3.js). To date, researchers of humanities classics have wasted considerable time manually drawing family trees to understand people's influence relationships. An automatic family tree builder analyzes a database that visually expresses the desired family tree. Because a family tree contains a large amount of data, we analyze the performance and bottlenecks according to the amount of data for visualization and propose an optimal way to construct a family tree. To this end, we create an n-ary tree with fake data, visualize it, and analyze its performance using simulation results.

패밀리레스토랑의 한식메뉴 이용실태 및 이용고객의 만족도 분석 (An Analysis on the degree of Utilization of Korean Menu Items in Family Restaurants - With Special Reference to Consumer Satisfaction -)

  • The aim of this study has been two fold - to analyze the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants; and to evaluate consumer satisfaction with the quality of family restaurant food and food-related service. A self-completed questionnaire survey of 280 consumers having meals in 6 family restaurants in Korea was undertaken and detailed information was collected from each. Consumer satisfaction with the quality of food and food-related service in family restaurants was evaluated by consumer questionnaires. It was measured by assessing 24 variables. Statistical data analysis was using SAS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Importance mean score of customers was 4.07 out of 5, with performance mean score of 3.19. The gap between importance and performance scores was 0.87. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) technique was used for obtaining information of the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants. By the results of the IPA technique, menu items with fair to poor performance and high importance to the customer were cooked meals, noodles, steamed and grilled dishes, Korean salads, kimchi, beverages, single-dish course, suggesting that customer seemed to be dissatisfied with the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants.

패밀리 레스토랑의 서비스 감성체험이 관계적 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Emotional Experience on Relational Performance in the Family Restaurant)

  • It is widely agreed that customers' purchase are strongly influenced by their emotions. despite the obvious importance of eliciting positive emotional responses from customers, we find no record that family restaurants have ever measured or used customers' emotions as a management tool. This study aimed to verify the importance of the customers' emotion in the relational performance of family restaurant business. In order to achieve the object of the study, the effect of emotional factors on service satisfaction, revisit, word-of-mouth were analysed. The data were collected from 450 customers who had visited five family restaurants in Seoul more than once during the last three months from September 20 to October 5, 2002. Emotional variables in service experience process were grouped as three factors; in the middle of having food, in entering and leaving restaurant and in the waiting line. It is proved that customers had different emotions in each process of family restaurant service experience. Multiple regression analysis was employed to explore the influence of three emotional factors on relational performances such as satisfaction, revisit and word-of-mouth. It was found that customers were influenced by emotional factors in entering and leaving restaurant, secondly influenced in the waiting line and least influenced in the middle of having food. Finally, the findings indicated that customers' emotional factors in whole service experience process from entering to leaving the restaurant should be successfully cared by service staff. Future research is recommended to find out which specific emotional factors affected on relational performance of family restaurant.

뇌졸중 후 편마비 환자의 가족지지와 일상생활동작 수행과의 관계분석 (The Relationship between Family Support and Activities of Daily Living Abilities for the Hemiplegic Patients(after stroke))

  • Stroke patients have increased with the overall aging of our population, 60 years and older. Recently the number of stroke patients has been on the increase even among younger people in their thirties. The family support is frequently mentioned as a major variable which plays an important role in helping the patients adapt themselves to their hemiplegic situations. The purpose of the study was to examine between family support and activities of daily living(ADLs)abilities for the hemiplegic patients, and to provide the basic data to help the patients carry out their ADLs on their own. The sample for the study included 106 hemiplegic patients and their family members. The data were collected using a focused, structured interviews. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The hemiplegic patients perceived that their family supports were very high(Mean, 49.00). 2. The degree of family support was significantly higher in female. high economic status, and non-use of brace patients than in male, poor economic status, use of brace patients. 3. The ADL abilities of the hemiplegic patients were significantly higher in ambulatory, younger, and longer-period-of-illness patients and patients who used a cane as a assistive device. 4. The family support for the hemiplegic patients showed a statistically significant Cor relationship with their performance of ADL(r=.30809. p=0.0013). 5. The performance of ADL for the ambulatory patients were mainly affected by the degree of family support, the period of the hemiplegic illness, the use of brace, informal care giving, and the age. These variables explained 50% of variance. 6. The length of illness was a statistically significant affecting variable for ADL performance in OPD and assistive device in IPD. In conclusion, the higher the hemiplegic patients perceived the degree of family support, the better they performed ADL. We should develop nursing methods which enhance the family support for the hemiplegic patients in order to increase their performance of ADL.

맞벌이 가족 남서의 역할갈등에 관한연구 (Men's Role Conflicts in Dual-Earner Family)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine men's role conflicts of dual-earner family based on man's role type. Man's role type is composed of man's sex role attitude and family-role performance and categorized in four types such as traditionalism type neo-traditionalism type equalitarianism type and inconsistancy type. The test analysis can be summarized as follows; First test analysis can be summarized as follows; role performance and man's role conflict as working hours is long wife's role requirement is high family-role conflict as working hours is long wife's role requirement is high family-role is not commit man's role conflict directly affected. In addition indirect affect through family-role performance shows that man's role conflict level is low as level of income is high level of income difference between man and wife is low child is younger and intent to modern sex-role attitude. Second looking into the difference role conflict to man's role type it shows that equalita ianism type's role conflict is low and man's role conflict in traditionalism and neo-traditonalism types is high.

  • 가족의 경영참여 유무와 관여정도에 따라서 기업성과에는 매우 상이한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 특히 가족의 경영참여(family involvement)는 일반적으로 문제를 야기하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 일부 경우에는 가족의 경영참여가 높은 기업들이 지속적인 성장을 하고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 가족의 경영참여와 다양한 혁신성과(사내기업가 정신, 급진적 혁신, 그리고 점진적 혁신) 사이의 상관관계를 탐색적으로 확인하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 중소 중견기업의 중역들을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 창업자의 가족이 경영에 참여하고 있는 기업들이 일반적으로 높은 수준의 혁신성과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경영참여 수준도 모든 혁신성과 지표들과 높은 수준의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

가족기업 승계요인이 기업가정신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Family Firms Succession Factors on Entrepreneurship and Business Performance)

  • 가족기업의 성공적인 승계는 기업의 영속성에 큰 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 사안이다. 성공적인 승계에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 가족기업의 후계자요인이 중소기업 경영자가 가지고 있는 기업가정신과 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 현재 승계가 완료되거나 진행되어 실제 기업을 경영을 하는 경영자를 대상으로 실증적으로 분석하였다. 승계요인은 후계자 교육훈련과 후계자 승계의지로 하였고 기업가정신은 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성으로, 경영성과는 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과로 구분하였다. 분석결과 승계요인 중 후계자 교육훈련은 경영성과, 기업가정신 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 후계자 승계의지는 비재무적 성과, 혁신성, 진취성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지만 재무적 성과, 위험감수성에는 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기업가정신의 위험감수성은 경영성과에 유의한 반면, 혁신성과 진취성은 모두 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 승계 가족기업에 있어서 후계자 교육훈련과 후계자 승계의지는 경영성과와 기업가정신에 상당한 영향이 있음을 확인하였다.
