가변성 결정기반 BPM 생성을 위한 가변성 의존관계 분석 (Variability Dependency Analysis for Generating Business Process Models based on Variability Decisions)

  • 최근 서비스 지향 아키텍처 (Service Oriented Architecture SOA) 기반의 애플리케이션 개발에 맞게 비즈니스 프로세스의 유연성을 확보하고 재사용을 증진시키기 위하여 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델 (Business Process Family Model: BPFM)이 제시되었다. BPFM은 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 방법의 가변성 분석 기법을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 군 (family)에서 나타날 수 있는 가변성을 분석하여 이를 명시적으로 표현하고 있는 모델이다. BPFM으로부터 여러 개의 비즈니스 프로세스 모델 (Business Process Model: BPM)을 개발하기 위해서는 가변성 결정 및 가지치기(Decision and Pruning) 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 이 때 가변성 사이에는 서로 협력적 또는 배타적인 관계를 가질 수 있고 이는 가변성 결정과 가지치기에 영향을 미치게 되는데, 현재 제시된 BPFM에는 이러한 바인딩 정보에 대해서 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 군에서 식별될 수 있는 가변성들 사이의 의존관계 유형을 분석하고 이러한 가변성 정보를 독립된 의존관계 분석모델로 표현하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 추출된 모델을 기반으로 하나의 가변성 결정으로부터 영향을 받는 다른 가변성들을 추적하여 선결정 처리 할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 본 방법을 이용함으로써 가변성 결정회수를 줄일 수 있고, 또한 잘못된 가변성 결정으로 인한 BPM의 기능 불일치를 해소할 수 있음을 사례연구를 통해 보인다.

소상공인 가업승계 요인에 대한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Factors of Family Business Succession of Small Enterprise)

  • 가족기업의 승계 개념에 대한 연구가 다방면에서 이루어져 온 반면, 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 논의와 정책적 접근은 거의 이루어진 바 없다. '19년부터 정부차원에서의 소상공인 가업승계 개념에 대한 정책을 수립하여 시행되는 가운데 소상공인 분야에 있어 가업승계에 대한 개념 수립을 위한 연구체계가 필요한 시점으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가업승계의 기존 논의를 바탕으로 소상공인에 적용하고자 하였으며 결과적으로 소상공인 또한 다른 조직과 마찬가지로 동일한 내적 요인인 기업가 정신과 장인 정신에서 파생되는 요인들이 승계를 지속하는데 중요함을 파악할 수 있었다. 다만, 소규모 조직 특성상 체계화나 조직화 이전의 단계로 인해 발생하는 권한의 모호성과 여러 역할을 수행하는데서 발생하는 역할 모호성이 기존 연구와는 다른 요소임을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구는 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 실증 연구에 앞서 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 정의와 개념화를 사례를 통해 제시함으로서 해당 분야의 연구 필요성에 대한 기초를 제시하고자 하였다.

직장-가정 갈등 발생의 원인 및 해결방안에 대한 연구: 구성원들의 회복탄력성, 조직지원인식을 중심으로 (The Study on the Causes and Solutions of Work-family Conflict: With a focus on Employees' Resilience and Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구는 직장-가정 갈등의 직장 차원의 원인 중 하나를 비인격적 감독으로, 해결방안이 될 개인 특성을 회복탄력성, 조직적 조치를 조직지원인식으로 보고 자원보존이론의 자원 손실, 자원 투자, 자원 대체 차원에서 실증연구를 실시하였다. 수도권 소재의 기업에 근무하는 직장인 136명을 대상으로 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 비인격적 감독은 직장-가정 갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 조절효과 분석의 경우, 회복탄력성이 비인격적 감독과 직장-가정 갈등의 관계를 완화하는 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 조직지원인식은 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비인격적 감독처럼 가정에도 영향을 미치는 직장 스트레스요인에 쉽게 노출되는 국내 직장인들에게 유용할 것이다. 기업은 직원이 겪는 직장문제가 가정문제에 지장이 되지 않도록 상사와 관련된 스트레스요인을 해결하고 직원의 회복탄력성을 함양하되, 향후에 일방적인 조직지원보다 다른 사회적 지원 및 조직적 조치를 찾아야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the variables affecting the dual role strain and the satisfaction with the life of working mothers, Based on this result, the family policies for the balance between family life and work were proposed. 1) For the family, husband's psychological and behavioral supports were needed to wives as workers. 2) For business, the child care support and services have to be provided for children of both male and female employees. 3) For the government, the policies can be proposed : child care center or support and service in the business, child care program after school hours, insurance policies for child safety, deduction in income taxes corresponding expenditures for child care service.

강박구매행동에 영향을 미치는 가족변인에 관한 연구: 패션제품을 중심으로 (Family Variables affecting Compulsive Buying Behavior on Fashion Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine family factors affecting compulsive buying behavior. Three hundred fifty-five female college students who had purchased fashion products through Internet shopping or TV home shopping participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression, and reliability test. As the results, approximately 18% of respondents were revealed as compulsive buyers. Compulsive consumption scores were correlated to higher previous childhood consumption experience, family matters, parents' compulsive consumption tendency, and reference group. Also, results of multiple regression revealed that previous childhood consumption experience, parents' compulsive consumption tendency, and reference group were significantly related to compulsive buying, Finally, there were significantly differences between compulsive buyers and non-compulsive buyers on previous childhood consumption experiences, parents' compulsive consumption tendency, and reference group. Based on these results, this study would provide significant implications to academic scholars, consumer policy decision makers, and marketers.

Strategy of Food Retailer and Delivery Rider's Accident in South Korea

  • Purpose: The primary objective of this research is to propose answers of rider's accident of food retailer in South Korea, in view of business sustainability of food retailer and his precious fate of rider who is a father that has a responsibility to the family. Research design, data, and methodology: We investigated previous studies such as food retailer, delivery, delivery application of mobile, rider's accident and statistics of delivery business agency, motorcycle accident ratio, annual fatalist, and further we analyzed cases of rider's accidents. Results: Rider's accident on the road toward food retailer is serious risky factor to their business reputation, corporate image, because claim amount related to death and physical/mental disability can be heavily damaged to food retailer. The point when rider dies is that rider is a person responsible for supporting his/her family, that is, a life itself issue together with downfall of family. Conclusions: In view of growth of South Korean' delivery rider industry, the authors recommended that focus of stability and sustainablity of both food retailer and delivery rider should establish to executable and practical ideas such as rider's readiness, abandon of speed guarantee, duty of delivery app business and legal aids.

The Effect of Board Composition and Ownership Structure on Firm Value: Evidence from Jordan

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of the composition of the board and ownership structure on a firm's value in Jordanian firms. Specifically, it aims to determine the effect of board size, (CEO) duality, and family, foreign, institutional, and government ownership on a firm's value. An ordinary least square regression (OLS) was employed to examine the study hypotheses in a sample of 35 Jordanian industrial firms (175 firm-year observation) for a period of five years from 2016-2020. As measured by Tobin's Q (Q ratio) and market-to-book (MB ratio) for Jordanian industrial firms listed on Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The result found that foreign ownership, institutional ownership, and family ownership have a significant and positive effect on firm value. By contrast, government ownership does not have a significant effect on firm value. With respect to board composition (CEO duality and board size), the study results found no evidence to support the effect of board composition on firm value. The study recommended the concerned authorities with several recommendations, most notably: taking the necessary measures to ensure the continuity and growth of family businesses because of their positive impact on the value of the company and economic growth, spreading awareness about how governance protects the interests of investors.

The Impact of Demographic Characteristics of Board of Directors and Audit Committee on Financial Reporting Quality: An Empirical Study from Pakistan

  • This study examines the impact of female representation on board of directors and audit committees on financial reporting quality, which also discusses the moderating role of family ownership in female representation on boards of directors and audit committees and financial reporting quality. The unbalanced panel is made up of 271 non-financial companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) from 2008 to 2019.The findings reveal that female representation on the board of directors has a large and negative impact on financial reporting, but female representation on the audit committee has a significant positive impact on financial reporting quality. Furthermore, the results reveal that family ownership has a negative impact on the relationship between female presence on boards of directors and financial reporting quality. Furthermore, the findings show that family ownership reduces the impact of female involvement in audit committees on the quality of financial reporting. However, family ownership has no direct impact on financial reporting quality.Our findings suggest that selecting females to serve on boards of directors and audit committees should be based on specific criteria (e.g., monitoring abilities, business competence, knowledge, and experience) rather than on family relationships.

북한이탈주민의 벤처창업 성향이 남한사회 적응성과 가족건강성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Venture Business Tendency of North Korea Refugee Families on Adaptation to South Korean Society and Family Health)

  • 북한이탈주민은 1990년대 중반이후 북한경제가 붕괴되자 북한을 이탈하여 중국 등 제3국을 거쳐 한국에 입국하였다. 3개월의 정착교육을 이수하고 거주하는 지역에서 생활하면서 의사소통 곤란, 가치관과 정체성의 혼란 및 문화의 차이 등으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈주민의 벤처창업 성향에 따른 사회적응성 및 가족건강성 회복을 위한 정책대안을 제시하고자 한다. 북한이탈주민의 벤처창업 성향을 분석하기 위해 수도권에 거주하고 있는 북한이탈주민 중 부부중심, 한 부모 및 1인 가족 45명을 대상으로 1:1 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질 향상 및 성공적인 남한 정착을 위한 4가지 정책적 대안을 도출하였다.
