배려디자인의 원리를 적용한 패션디자인 연구 (A Study on Fashion Design Applying the Principle of Considerate Design)

  • Considerate design enhances the familiarity, consideration and design accessibility of various customers. The aim of this study lies on analyzing the aesthetic characteristics and instrumental characteristics of fashion design and applying the considerate design principles. The fashion photograph collection that applies the considerate design principle, was collected from 2006 S/S to 2011 F/W through the following internet site: www. style. com. First, the considerate design key words used in the preceding studies and literatures were classified semantically into these words: "Supportiveness", "Variability", "Ease", "Protection". The result shows that considerate fashion design has used simple, comfortable and achromatic, squared silhouettes that are not affected by the changing trend, simple color coordination and hard materials to prolong the product and the plain pattern. By analyzing the instrumental characteristics of considerate fashion design according to the principles, designs of "Supportiveness" purposely used many changes and showed reversible ways the most. Designs of "Variability" used design changes in length, volume, detail, and other changing forms. Designs of "Ease" used easy-wear apparel, ties and pleats. Designs of "Protection" partially used coverings and different combinations.

  • The purpose of this paper draws out a theoretical frame for dwelling space from Heidegger's thought, "Dwelling" and analyze Luis Baraggan's housing design as an instance of the practical expression of them. The 'creative inculturation' of dwelling space is possible through familiarity by disclosuring in time and place. Heidegger suggests that place as existential space represents the occasion revelation of incidents in Dasein. He interprets the dwelling as creative openness in which elements comprising this world face and interact with each other into one. Openness may be referred to a dynamic coordination in which the each and the world sustain each other under incessant mutual tension, but not sticking each other. Creative inculturation is determined according to how deeper conversation was made internally. To complete the process properly requires determining several relationships involved in the land area.land area.

한·중 저가 화장품 콘텐츠의 패키지 디자인요소 비교 분석 (Comparison Analysis on Package Design Elements of Low-Price Cosmetic Contents in Korea and China)

  • Thesedays, not only a quality of a product but also a design of it plays an important role. Throughout this analysis, I would like to discuss how a design of package works in the cosmetics with the fact that low cost cosmetics sales better than high cost cosmetics. In this research, there are five samples each for Korean and Chinese low-costed cosmetics to yield a result about an element of package design. Based on that result, there was an survey about two different package design followed by the research problems. Throughout research, an attention and familiarity of package which was considered of characteristics of China was more effective on Chinese consumers. In order to activate the content market of cosmetics, it is utilized to manufacture taking into account the maximum of the design elements in the package design is a conclusion that affect the time of purchase. In this paper, one in which I hope to help in the development of being utilized as a basis article content market industry for pre-market research foray into the Chinese market is South Korean cosmetics.

부드러운 조각을 활용한 의상디자인 연구 -케이트 맥과이어의 작품을 중심으로- (A Study on the Fashion Design Using Soft Sculpture -Centered on Kate MccGwire's Works-)

  • This study suggests a fashion design using aesthetic characteristics of works by Kate MccGwire, a modern sculptor paying attention to soft sculpture materials such as feathers. In this research on MccGwire works, their internal meanings may be derived as the dualism of familiarity, movement and consciousness. Works also have aesthetic characteristics of overlapping, fluidity and twist. Using such characteristics, 4 one piece dresses and 2 vest dresses were made. Research findings are as follows. First, aesthetic characteristics of MccGwire works could be expanded into expressive areas of silhouettes and details in fashion. Second, visual flow and concentration could be expressed by gradual coloration of feather colors. Third, dart manipulation could be applied naturally by details and curve silhouettes of fashion design. Fourth, touch of feather material could be expressed fully by leaving the edge of garments raw. Fifth, spatiality of fashion could be implemented partially by applying decorative saddle stitching to costume design details. This study explored a potential of soft sculpture occurred during a transitional process of objet pursued by 20th century's avant-garde artists applicable to fashion design ideas that suggested methods for contemporary creative design.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 새로운 기술로 구현된 환경으로 그에 적합한 새로운 사용성 평가가 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 사용성 평가를 그대로 도입할 수 없으므로 이에 대한 연구가 수반되어야 하고 심리적인 변인도 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 기기적 측면의 사용성 평가만이 아니라 서비스 시나리오도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 시나리오적 측면에서 사용성 요인을 분류하고 기기적 측면에서 심리적인 요인인 통제감을 중심으로 진행되었다. 연구 1에서 현존하는 사용성 요인을 유사성과 어플리케이션 시나리오에 따라 중 요성을 재분류 한 결과 10개의 그룹이 생성되었다. 연구 2에서는 구체적으로 유비쿼터스 환경에서 기기의 친밀감과 복잡성이 통제감의 환상을 유발시킬 수 있는지 실험해보았다. 그 결과, 기기의 친밀감과 복잡성이 통제감의 환상을 유발시키는 변인으로 밝혀졌다.

해시태그 유형이 인플루언서 및 패션 정보 평가, 수용자 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hashtag Type on Evaluations of Influencer and Fashion Information and Consumer Responses)

  • This study explores the effect of hashtag type on consumer response via evaluations of SNS fashion influencer and information in the context of fashion product communication. The moderating effect of perceived fit between hashtag content and fashion product image on information evaluation was also investigated. An online survey was conducted, and responses from 152 Instagram users were collected. The results indicated that hashtag type (informative vs storytelling) affects the evaluations of influencer and information. First, the informative hashtag has a positive effect on influencer's expertise and usefulness of information. Meanwhile, storytelling type has a positive effect on the familiarity of the influencer. This study also verified the mediated paths from hashtag type to consumer response through the evaluations of SNS fashion influencer and information. The influencer's expertise and familiarity mediated the effect of hashtag type on consumer response. In the information evaluation, only the mediating effect of usefulness was significant. Finally, the high condition of the perceived fit between hashtag content and fashion product image was found to highly evaluate the trust of information. This study extends the scope of fashion communication research from various angles by examining the role of the hashtag as a new type of information source.

A Study on Sportslook Design Applying Pop Art -Centering around Graffiti Works of Keith Haring-

  • Pop art, an artistic trend which was actively popular centering around popularization of America in the 1960's, appears as punk style in the 1970's and as one of diversified style in the 1980's, and have co-existed in the third culture and pluralistic combination since the 1990's. The image of pop art includes complexity, familiarity and popularity as well as extension of media, and so directly influences the fashion in the end of the 20th century. Especially, sportslook show up by the virtue of rising lower cultural area such as street fashion becoming influential and change in life style, which was recreated as clothes by developing characteristics of design including style, details and colors showed in active sports wear. This study is aimed to ana analyze the image of pop art showed again in the modern fashion in the end of the 20th century and graffiti-art which was well known to the general public after the 1980's. Through this analysis, I will study characteristics of pop art showed in sportslook which is the mainstream in modern fashion and graffiti of Keith Haring. Consequently, I suggested a functional, esthetic and future-oriented sports look design which comprises the image of the graffiti-art of Keith Haring by using Design CAD(photoshop & primavision) enabling to attempt variously and to derive quickly the output of design and textile.

A Study to Reveal the Effects of Using Symbolic Meaning of Minhwa with People Having a Variety of Cultural Backgrounds

  • As the use of cultural elements to enhance design has become increasingly emphasized, fashion studies are focusing more on the cultural aspects of design. However, the diverse approaches of Minhwa (Korean folk painting) still need to be incorporated into fashion designs. Moreover, there is limited research on the awareness and thought of using a cultural design source of Minhwa based on people from different cultural backgrounds. This study aims to reveal an in-depth understanding of the use of Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning by people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. A review of the literature on cultural design and Minhwa studies was conducted to establish a theoretical foundation. Focus group interviews were conducted with 26 participants, who were divided into five distinct cultural groups to ascertain their thoughts towards Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning. The study's major findings were threefold. First, the outer appearance of Minhwa elements based on aesthetic preferences and familiarity affect their preference choices more than the influences of their cultural backgrounds. Second, knowing the knowledge of symbolic meaning makes a big difference in image preference. Third, avoiding the use of anachronisms is a significant consideration, as they can lead to negative judgments irrespective of cultural background.

  • 소비의 주체성이 생산과 구조적 측면보다 쾌적함, 온유함, 유머 등의 디자인 제2차 적 가치의 현상으로 전의 되고 있으며 이와 같은 잉여성과 관련된 개념들은 디자인에서뿐만 아니라 최근 과학에서도 공간과 물질, 동일성과 중력 둥과 같은 개념이 사라지고 불확정성, 개연성, 모순, 애매모호함, 엔트로피 등과 같은 개념들로 대체되고 있다. 따라서 디자인과 관련된 인접학문의 지적동향과 주된 관심사의 탐구과정을 통하여 아이디어 전개에 필요한 그림과 이미지들의 변형과 조작 등 디자인의 제2차 적 가치와 잉여적 가치에 관련이 깊고 실제 아이디어 전개의 확장성과 다의성에 관련된 개념과 변형과 조작의 제4열 사고생성체계를 제시하고 자 한다.

자동차부품기업의 신제품 개발을 위한 교류기억체계(TMS)의 활용과 팀 성과에 관한 연구 (Utilization of Transactive Memory Systems for New Product Development and its Influence on Team Performance: Focus on Automobile Parts Firm)

  • Purpose The development of new products in automobile parts industry plays an important role. Nowadays, automobile industry is one of the most important industries in the world, because automobile industry includes the industries of steel, machinery, electronic, etc. As a result, automobile industry embodies a country's level of development and competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between team characteristics such as communication, familiarity, and contiguity, and team performance through TMS in the process of new products development in automobile parts industry. Design/Methodology/Approach Based on real phenomenon of Korean automobile parts industry, this study tried to figure out the influence of TMS between team members for new product development on team performance. Thus, this study adopts communication, familiarity and contiguity as antecedents, and TMS with specialty, credibility and coordination as a mediating variable, and adopts team performance as a dependent variable. The data of questionnaire were collected from team managers who belong to new product development team in automobile parts firms. 171 questionnaires as data unit of group level from 80 Korean automobile parts firms were collected using face-to-face interview methods. Findings This study proved empirically that the relationship between antecedents and TMS has a positive influence, and TMS also has a positive influence on team performance. This study provides the managers an insight that automobile parts companies should pay more attention to set up TMS in order to improve higher performance between their team members for new product development of automobile parts.
