Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore influencing factors of dysfunctional beliefs and emotion regulation strategy for nurses' problem solving ability. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional design with a sample of 745 nurses from 1 university hospital located in Gyeonggido. The scales were Dysfunctional Beliefs Test (70 items), Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire (25 items) and Social Problem Solving Inventory (52 items). The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 employing ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for problem solving ability was 11.26 points. Influencing factors for nurses' problem solving ability were identified as 'active regulation style' in emotion regulation strategy and 'negative concept of social self' in dysfunctional beliefs. Conclusion: It is plausible to assume that dysfunctional beliefs which are vulnerability factors in cognitive variables and emotion regulation strategy affect nurses' problem solving ability.

Nowadays, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been a competitive edge of many companies. It is critical for companies to get and maintain profitable customers. For the purpose of sustaining this competitive edge, companies should manage the Customer Information (CI) more effectively The major goais of this research are 1) to identify the activities of the Customer Information Management (CIM) and the factors influencing on the CIM, 2) to show the relationship between the proficiency of the CIM and the CI Quality, and 3) to verify the mediating effects of the proficiency of the CIM Process between the influencing factors and the CI Quality. An empirical study was undertaken to test the hypotheses with data from 65 companies. Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA were employed to test the hypotheses. We found that 1) there are 6 activities in the CIM process and 5 factors affecting the CIM, 2) the proficiency of the CIM process is closely related to the CI Quality, and 3) the proficiency of the CIM process plays the mediator between the influencing factors and the CI Quality.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the factors influencing hotel workers' health practice. Methods: This study was based on the partial PRECEDE model. The subjects of this study were 261 servers sampled at random from a hotel located in Seoul. For the statistical analysis of collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and logistic regression were performed with the SAS (Version. 8.01) program. Results: There were statistically significant primary factors influencing different parts of health practice. That is, regular exercise was influenced by gender, age and marital status, diet habit was by marital status, and type of working, prohibition of smoking was by gender, age and type of employment, and drinking by gender and job stress. Conclusion: This study has a limitation in generalized application to hotels in this country because it is a cross-sectional examination about the factors affecting health practice in the employees of a hotel. Further study is needed with various and broad variables that promote health practice and contributed to the development of health promotion programs.

Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, limited theoretical development or empirical research have examined the effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS). This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested hypotheses related to the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 274 respondents who have worked with the HIS. The major results of this study are as follows: First, system characteristics and organizational characteristics have a statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis 3, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the results, though. According to these results, system quality, information quality, service quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. The study's findings also indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

Effectively integrating information systems in mergers and acquisitions of large organizations can be critical to merger success. But the general literature on M&A focuses on the financial aspects of the acquisition process, rather than on the subsequent process of integration. This paper analyses the case of information systems integration in a merger of two Korean manufacturing organizations, and explores the factors influencing IS integration in M&A in Korea. To analysis this case and find factors affecting IS integration success, we use MIT'90s schema (framework) by Scott Morton that consists of 5 dimensions (strategy, processes, structure, individuals/roles, and technology). From the results of this case study, we found 13 factors and 14 propositions influencing IS integrations performance in M&A in Korean companies. This research helps the company to avoid mistakes and to manage IS integration in M&A. Also this study provides guide line for further researches.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing health promoting lifestyle in the elderly. Method: The subject of this study was 305 elderly person over the age of 60, living in rural and urban, Korea. For the analysis of collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance and stepwise multiple regression were used for statistical analysis with SPSS statistical program. Results: The average item score for the health promoting lifestyle was 2.46, The higher score on the subscale was nutrition(2.65). The lowest score on the subscale were physical activity(2,36) and stress management(2,36). General characteristics showing statistically significant difference in health promoting lifestyle were age, residential district, live together spouse, education, religion and pocket money in the elderly. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of health promoting lifestyle in the elderly was prior related behavior(R2=.554). A combination of prior related behavior, perceived benefits of action, perceived self-efficacy, commitment to a plan of action, and interpersonal influences accounted for $64.3\%$ of the variance in health promoting lifestyle in the elderly, Conclusion: The factors influencing on health promoting lifestyle for elderly were prior related behavior, perceived benefits of action, perceived self-efficacy, commitment to a plan of action, and interpersonal influences.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine triage nurses' the Korean triage and acuity scale(KTAS) performance ability, perception of importance, education needs and identify the factors influencing triage nurses' the KTAS performance ability. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted among 146 emergency nurses working in 13 hospitals from March to May, 2017. Data were collected utilizing a questionnaire developed to measure performance ability, perception of importance, and educational needs of 192 items of the KTAS. Statistical analysis included t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: The triage nurses' the KTAS performance ability was rated as 3.3/4.0 points, perception of importance as 3.2/4.0 points, and education needs as 3.1/4.0 points. Factors influencing the KTAS performance of the participants were perception of importance, education needs, and work experience at the emergency department, explaining 26.7% of total variance. Conclusion: The KTAS performance ability of triage nurses could be improved through training programs designed to enhance their perception of importance and provide knowledge about the KTAS. Nurses' emergency department work experience needs to be considered as an important factor for the KTAS performance ability.

본 논문에서는 터널시공시 지하수 저하를 동반하는 시공조건에서 발생하는 지표침하 특성에 관한 연구내용을 다루었다. 이를 위해 먼저 지하수 저하로 인한 지반침하 문제에 대한 국내외 기존 연구내용을 살펴보았으며, 지하수 유동시 응력-간극수압 상호작용이 고려된 유한요소해석 모델을 구축하고 이론적 검증을 통해 유한요소해석 모델의 타당성을 검토하였다. 구축된 유한요소해석 모델을 토대로 다양한 시공조건에 대한 매개변수 연구를 수행하고 그 결과를 토대로 지하수 유동시 지반침하에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자를 검토하였으며, 아울러 터널시공이 지하수 저하를 동반하는 시공조건에서의 지표침하 특성을 기존의 이론과 연계하여 고찰하였다.

맹꽁이의 번식활동에 영향을 주는 기상요인을 분석하기 위해 2008년부터 2011년까지 4년 동안 제주도 대정읍에 위치한 산란지에서 조사하였다. 분석요인은 강우량, 습도, 온도, 기압, 풍속으로 강우가 있는 날에 산란유무를 가지고 비교분석을 하였다. 분석결과 맹꽁이의 번식활동에 영향을 주는 요인은 강우량, 습도, 기압으로 나타났다. 이 중에서 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 강우량으로 나타났다. 맹꽁이는 많은 비가 내릴 때 산란활동에 참가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 습도와 기압도 번식활동에 어느 정도 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 온도인 경우는 번식기간이 여름철이므로 이미 번식활동에 필요한 조건을 충족시킨 것으로 판단하였다. 따라서 맹꽁이도 온대지방에서 이루어진 다른 무미류 연구에서와 같이 강우량과 온도의 영향을 많이 받고 있다는 것이 확인되었다.

Purpose - In this paper, we, taking South Korea's foreign direct investment in RCEP partners as an example, will examine its investment efficiency in these countries and analyze the main influencing factors, making suggestions for further liberalizing and facilitating its investment in and even for promoting its trade and economic cooperation with them. Design/methodology - In this study, we look at the panel data of South Korea and the other 13 RCEP countries (Brunei excluded) from 2000 to 2019 and apply the stochastic frontier analysis to measure its foreign direct investment efficiency and explore the influencing factors in RCEP countries. We examine the investment potential of South Korea in these places. Findings - We find that South Korea's average investment efficiency in RCEP countries reached 0.62, indicating large investment potential. We also find that its investment efficiency in RCEP partners was heterogeneous. Our study reveals that South Korea's foreign direct investment is significantly positively correlated with the market size and population of the two countries, as well as with whether the host country has a coastline and rich natural resources, while negatively with geographic distance. It shows that free trade agreements, economic freedom, and regulatory quality play significant roles in improving investment efficiency. Originality/value - Through theoretical and empirical analysis, we deal with the efficiency and influencing factors of South Korea's direct investment in RCEP partners, proposing new drivers for facilitating its trade and investment in these countries and comprehensively evaluating the efficiency and revealing the trend of its FDI in these countries. In this paper, we put forward a solid theoretical basis for empirical analysis of the future economic and trade development between South Korea and its RCEP partners and give objective insights for further improving its foreign direct investment efficiency and tapping its investment potential.
