As the new industry of this 21centuries, theme park is the important position to the front leader countries as a new growth engine due to its industrial-economical and cultural-social effect. While domestic theme park industries show lower competitive position with global theme park in aspect of management and qualities and have weak brand power. The global situation of present service robot industry of the world is the beginning stage and the time for strengthening competitive position and the best opportunity becoming global leader of world markets by prior occupation through provision of factitious market creating big demand. Robot theme park is possibile to provide such big demand of various robot and this paper present of ideas for robot theme park.

Factitious hemoptysis is the bleeding type of Munchausen's syndrome, and this describes a group of patients who intentionally produce symptoms. Because factitious hemoptysis is a very rare manifestation of hemoptysis, it generally passes unnoticed. We report here on a case of factitious hemoptysis in a 15-year-old boy who presented with hemoptysis. During his three hospitalizations, we conducted many diagnostic procedures, including chest CT, laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy and bronchial arteriography, yet we failed to find the definitive cause of the patient's hemoptysis. He kept on complaining of repetitive hemoptysis and seizure-like activity. His father discovered that he had collected his blood into the specimen cup via an intravenous line. After we removed the intravenous line, he did not show blood to us again. We suggest that factitious hemoptysis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hemoptysis of an unclear bleeding focus, and especially when the patient has a bizarre hospital course or unusual behavior. We also include a review of the relevant literature.

Conversion disorder and factitious disorder should be ruled out before making diagnosis of malingering. For this work, inspection of patient's behavior along with complete neurological examinations, psychological tests, and meticulous psychiatric interview are necessary. Facial expression test, thermography, dynamometry were failed differentiating conversion disorders to the malingered pain and motor symptoms, however, controlled diagnostic block showed positive result partly in patients with regional or cervical pain syndrome. Chronic pain patients who are related to the process of litigation encounter stressful life situations which lead them into various neurobehavioral and psychosocial complications. Most of suspected malingered patients would not revealed pure form rather mixed with factitious and/or conversion features. At the time of increasing number of chronic patients associated with traffic accidents or industrial injuries who are involved in litigation, psychiatrist are needed sharp eyes and tenacity for evaluating malingering or medically unexplained symptoms.

The basis principle of conservation about deterioration and corrosion of cultural assets building is the archetype maintenance, and should not make a factitious damage mistake by repair. Accordingly, conservation processing method using synthetic resins is embossed. The purpose of this paper is about flexural capacity of rectangular section wood using synthetic resins, the 11 specimens are manufactured and made an experiment about reinforcement length, ratio, material strength, direction of synthetic resins as variable. The results of this paper has shown that flexural reinforcement of wood by synthetic resins are efficient and found the possibility of using.

The Wonhyo Tunnel on KTX railroad line is a section of latest concerns from domestic environmental NGOs, which focus on potential destruction of ecosystem or the like due to ever-depleted swamp water at about 300m upward from the tunnel under construction. As a result of study, out of all swamps in the vicinity of the tunnel, it was found that Mujechi 1st and 2nd swamps have been getting smaller in their area little by little since 50 years ago primarily under the influence of eroded streams around lower swamp and even ever-increasing annual mean temperature. As the result of monitoring about swamp before work, it was found that swamp water depends absolutely on amount of rainfall. Besides, the results of monitoring during work also didn't show any leakage generated in the tunnel during and after excavation works with regard to a wheat field swamp in the most vicinity of the tunnel (80m away). On the other hand, it was found that the range affected by ground water sink in tunnel section without grouting process amounted to about 100m around the tunnel, which indicates that such ground water sink has no significant impact upon most of swamps near the tunnel. As the result of testing by two well tracer test around swamps, it was noted that swamp water didn't run out from the bottom of swamp even with adjacent ground water level sunk in factitious ways. And the results of physical survey showed that swamp kept saturated even in dry season when ground water level becomes lower than the bottom of swamp. Therefore, even supposing that ground water level becomes sunk due to tunnel works, it is estimated that the water level of swamps would be still kept owing to impervious layer(peat beds).

Psychogenic neurological conditions account for 1% to 9% of admissions at neurological unit. They are considered manifestations of underlying psychiatry disorders such as somatoform disorders and factitious disorders or malingering. Diagnosis for psychogenic tremor is difficult because mimic tremor is occurred at the secondary of the organic disorders or coexist in a patient with tremors of organic origin. A patient in this case report was diagnosed as psychogenic tremor, and she also complained the severe anger. A patient did not improved with the chemical medication for a long time. The patient received relaxation training, herbal medication and acupuncture for 20 days and showed short-term alleviation on tremor and decreased anger problem and other somatic problems.

Many-sided approach methods are being demanded to solve environmental problems in urban areas. One of these methods will be to manage forests scattered in urban areas efficiently. This paper is to grasp the change of land use and landscape indices in Mt. Ap, Daegu, and to analyze the change of landscape structure. Mt. Ap is near Daegu Metropolitan, so under unnatural interferences of human activity persistently. The results of above analysis run as follows: First, the north of the case area is connected to forest, and keeps stable equilibrium ecologically, while the other parts of it suffer from rural exodus and side effects of urbanization which has been completed since 1980. Second, according to the area-rate change of each landscape element, a cultivated areas has been converted into urban one, especially Pinus densiflora forests and paddy fields into mixed forests and urban areas. Finally, most of plantations have been converted into deciduous forests and mixed forests in failure of adaption of plants in burned areas rather than owing to factitious interference.

The PingMaiFa chapter, which is the second chapter of SongBon ShangHanLun, is the scholarly description(專論) of the pulse and pathological mechanism but has not been studied and published yet. This study is about article 1-13 which is the first part of The PingMaiFa chapter. We compared the original texts within the editions, comparing and analyzing the annotations of successive dynastic medical group. The articles of The SongBon ShangHanLun PingMaiFa chapter 1-13 is consisted as is shown: article 1 states about the general features of normal pulse (平脈) and its physiological mechanism and the morbid pulses (病脈) caused by wind, cold, retained fluid, pain and heat vexation, article 1,10 state about the normal pulses of Five viscera (lung, heart, spleen, liver and kidney) and their manipulations in pulse taking, article 2 states about the differentiations of deficiency and excess syndrome according to pulse conditions, article 3, 4 state about the estimation of good prognoses and a factitious disorder by the combination of pulses and symptoms, article 6 states about Latent qi (伏氣) and its diagnostic features, article 5 states about inspection and listening examination as co-diagnostic methods of the pulse diagnosis, article 7, 8, 9 state that the emotions, such as fear and shame, and the dietary are important factors to consider for making diagnosis, article 11 states about the overwhelming pulse (相乘脈) which indicates the abnormal correlations between five phases and appears in four patterns as the dissolute(縱), the unrighteous(橫), the unfavorable(逆) and the favorable(順), article 12 states about 6 harmful pulses(殘賊脈), which are string-like pulse(弦脈), tight pulse(緊脈), floating pulse(浮脈), slippery pulse(滑脈), sunken pulse(沈脈), rough pulse(澁脈), article 13 states about "JaeGoe"(災怪) which is an unexpected response after treatment and it comes because of the formulas that had before. Throughout all these articles, The PingMaiFa chapter not only offers great value for Pulse-taking diagnosis, but also leads to a better understanding of clinical applications.

Purpose : In addition to epileptic seizures (ES), a variety of physiologic, organic and psychogenic disorders can manifest as paroxysmal behavioral events. Paroxysmal nonepileptic events (PNEs) are quite encountered in infants, young children, and adolescents. In a substantial proportion of cases, a careful history and examination will elucidate their nature. However, in other cases, it is necessary to differentiate PNEs from ES by video-electroencephalographic (EEG) monitoring. We report our experiences with PNEs in a group of children and adolescents who underwent video-EEG monitoring. Methods : From September, 2004 to June, 2006, one hundred thirty patients were monitored in the Pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Units of Korea University Guro and Ansan hospitals. Their hospital charts were reviewed and video records of these events were analyzed. We observed all patients after video-EEG monitoring for more than 3 months. Results : Typical spells occurred during monitoring in 33 patients, not associated with a seizure pattern on EEG recordings. Two patients were diagnosed as frontal lobe epilepsy on basis of typical semiology and clinical characteristics, so 31 patients were documented to have PNEs finally. The mean age of patients was $7.2{\pm}5.8\;years$. The male to female ratio was 15 (48.4%) to 16 (51.6%). Among 31 patients, fifteen patients had associated disorders such as epilepsy, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, gastric ulcer, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or depressive disorder. Somatoform disorder and factitious disorder was frequently seen in children more than 5 years old (P<0.05). Psychogenic disorder was more frequent in female (n=6) than in male (n=2) but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion : Our study suggests that video-EEG monitoring is an important diagnostic tool in the evaluation of paroxysmal behavioral events. With correct diagnosis of the PNEs, several unnecessary treatment could be avoided.
