The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between life style that a consumer is pursuing and purchasing frequency among the purchasing behaviors in internet shopping mall. As a result, the factors of life style with respect to purchasing attitude of the consumer were categorized into 'price advising type', 'price-quality identifying recognition type', 'brand-oriented type', 'shopping time-effort non-investment type', and 'price-quality comparing type'. It showed that there was a close relationship between the life style and the purchasing frequency in internet shopping mall and that there was a significant influence between the life style and the purchasing frequency. The result of this study indicated that the relationship between the life style and purchasing frequency in internet shopping mall was actualized by measuring the purchasing inclination of the consumer under various situations of psychologically descriptive characteristics and desire and simulation. Therefore, this fact suggests that it is very important to measure the accurate purchasing attitude of its consumer when setting up the marketing strategy of internet shopping mall.

In this paper, we empirically analyzed whether carbon leakage really happened in EU by comparing before and after the period of EU ETS. We regarded foreign direct investment outflows as indicator of carbon leakage and analyzed panel regression between production cost including environment cost and this FDI variable. Also we consider foreign market potential to analyze market oriented FDI. According to this analysis, carbon leakage was observed in some models for manufacturing industry. However carbon leakage did not prove consistently in a variety of models and it is hard to speak carbon leakage was happened in EU ETS. Notwithstanding relatively short time series of data, in the view of the fact that carbon leakage was tested in some models, Korea also should keep in mind the possibility of carbon leakage and design emission trading scheme.

R.W.B. Lewis called Greene's three novels - Brighton Rock, The Power and the Glory and The Heart of the Matter - Greene's 'trilogy'. Greene was paid full attention by many readers and many critics after publishing these Catholic novels. The themes and plots of his Catholic novels are unique and beyond those of traditional Catholicism. Greene is always willing to stand on the edge of reality. He always conflicts with the reality and eagerly searches for a higher, more spiritual dimension. If we view Greene's protagonists from an open-minded viewpoint, Pinkie of Brighton Rock will be saved at the mercy and grace of God in spite of being evil. Whiskey Priest of The Power and the Glory is worthy of being called a saint in spite of his drunkenness and adultery. Scobie of The Heart of the Matter will be within God's grace in spite of his suicide. The reason all protagonists are saint-like is clear and simple because they all have faith and sacrifice themselves to obey God's first commandment, to love others. To summarize the theme of Greene's 'trilogy', we can say that love is the most valuable in the world. God has mercy for all human beings. The protagonists love God and they love others. In fact, Greene's faith is found in his love of human beings and God.

Up until the mid-90s, the housing market of Korea has been supplier-oriented with the constant shortage of housing supply. But today, with the surplus of supply over demand and ever-increasing competitiveness in the housing market, understanding consumers needs have become one of the keys to successful business. Consumers overall living standard have increased and they are now looking for better living environment. As a matter of course, there have been much studies focusing on the evaluation factors and consumers preferences of the living environment, somewhat overlooking the asset value of a residential property. Consumers see their house in terms of both a living space and an asset. Therefore, it is these two values altogether that influences the buying decision process of consumers. This study seeks to stress on the importance of the fact that it is both the living environment and asset value of a house that are considered in the buyers valuation of residential property. And the study suggests that influencing factors of housing attributes in the decision-making process of buyers be sub-categorized into two broad groups, value as a living space and value as an asset. This is to serve both the researcher in the academic field and marketers for better understanding of consumers needs and influencing factors of buyers valuation of housings vis-a-vis market.

Although the comparative advantage of cities is emphasized in the context of transition into an information-oriented society and globalization, it is difficult to define the concept and evaluate the status of each city. There have been many studies and appraisals on urban competitiveness with common features of subjective standards by researchers. This study aims at extracting determinants of competitive advantage of location by not normative but data-based approach, and deals with panel data concerning 21 cities in capital region. Factor Analysis, a kind of multivariate methods, is taken up for the purpose and results in various findings. Time-serial 5-factor models constructed by the analysis show temporal variability in the determinants and have non-exhaustive and overlapped categories. This study also finds that 'educational base' is emphasized as a leading determinant and 'health, welfare and public services' factor is getting more important. The other potential factor explaining variables such as college and museum is also emerging, which is considered as an element to attract people from outside. And the fact that traditionally expected factors regarding industrial or productive basis is not drawn out indicates the other way of thinking on the relationship between the essential function of cities and industrial foundation.

The purpose of this study is to examine characteristics of symbolism as an important trend of the end of centuries, by comparing the symbolic characteristics from two periods, modern(1880∼1910s) and comtemporary(1990s), based on the typical characteristics of symbolic art by Robert R. Delevoy. Af for the study method, the contents analysis is adopted to present an objective data analysis and interpretation accompanied by theoretical approach through literature survey. Delevoy classifies symbolism into three categories such as mysticism, eroticism, and decorativeness. This study is developed based on the Delevoy's three categories. symbolistic costume reflecting systems of the society and the phases of the times, became to contain all aspects of functional, symbolic, and practical. Especially, the costume I contemporary era adopted a new approach, philosophical factors controling human's sensibility, and a sincere and analytical attitude on progress of technology. This study provide the fact that costume is a part to create aesthetic of self-expression as a field of formative art. Contemporary costume allows vital power for daily life of human by pursuing new aesthetic value, and it expresses inner world of human and moves on future-oriented to regain humanity. The symbolistic characteristics will continue to influence varous aspects of our society and play a main role in shaping the purpose of fashion design in the 21st century.

Park Dujin has written the nature poems through his keen sense for light and the emotion of Sinmyeong(the excited and enthusiastic mind) from his early poetry to his later poetry. His poetic emotions, with the periods of his composition of poems, are expressed in the juxtaposition of the waiting for something or the existential agony with the devout faith. But he has pursued tile monistic nature through the emotion of light and Sinmeoung. Therefore all his poems are characterized as the nature poems which expose the artistic wholeness transcending the ideology and spirit of his times. Up to the present, Korean ecological poems have been absorbed in examining and criticizing the crisis for the environmental pollution and the destruction of ecosystem. Therefore Korean ecological poems could not get out of the dualistic ecological consciousness of the opposing environment confronting between man and nature. The ecological peculiarity in Park Dujin's nature poems is not the level of the man-oriented environment or bioecology but the monistic nature which man and nature are unified. This fact can be said to be caused by the approach to the objects on the basis of the sense for light and the emotion of Sinmyeong which perceive the transcendental nature.

As increasing the number of the elderly people, various IT-based home systems for the elderly are actively studied. However, while most systems for the elderly focus on systems detecting emergency cases, systems considering energy reduction in the elderly housing are rarely found. In fact, the systems for the elderly housing consumes rather more electric power for their functions. In this paper, a emergency monitoring system including the functions to reduce energy useage is studied and it is implemented. Though the system, we can achieve both of future-oriented functions for the aged and green society, which are emergency monitoring and energy reduction.

Mobile & Telecommunication industry have been improved in recent years, many different and different shape devices have been introduced and relative services also consistently have been developed as well. Recently Smartphone has shown up and changed Mobile & Telecommunication industry and lead activating the industry. Particularly Smartphone users enjoy many different functions and service provided by Application Market. Actually this Application Market would lead improving Mobile& Telecommunication industry. This fact is worthy of notice. Therefore This study focus on Application Market and analyse what determinants affect user's intention to use Application Market. Mainly e-Servqual and TAM model are applied and research model was established and empirically tested. As a result information, transaction and design quality significantly effect on user's intention and perceived usefulness and easy of use also significantly more effect on user's intention. There will be several implications to establish strategy for application market based on this results.

Highly c-axis oriented poly-crystalline GaN with a dimension of $1{\sim}3\;{\mu}m$ was deposited on $c-Al_2O_3$ substrate by vapor transport epitaxy (VTE) method at the temperature range of $900{\sim}1150^{\circ}C$. XRD intensities from (00'2) plane of grown GaNs were increased with reaction conditions which indicate the improvement of the crystal quality. In the PL spectra measured at 10 K, the spectrum composed with the neutral-donor bound exciton-related emission at 3.47 eV, crystal defect-related emission band at 3.42 eV and with its phonon replicas. The fact that intensity of $I_2$ were increased and FWHM were decreased with growth conditions means that the quality of GaN crystals were improved. With this simple VTE technology, we confirm that the GaNs were simply deposited on sapphire substrate and crystal quality related to optical properties of GaN grown by VTE were relatively good. PL emission without deep level emission in spite of polycrystalline structure can be applicable to the fabrication of large area and low cost optical devices using poly-GaN grown by VTE.
