서울시 노인의료복지시설의 공급과 배치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Supply Estimation and Allocation of Healthcare Facilities for the Elderly People in Seoul)

  • Recently, as the population of the elderly rapidly increases, the number of the special care facility for the elderly is a big social issue. Especially, special care facilities(nursing home, skilled nursing home, etc) for the elderly in Seoul are insufficient now. So this study quantitatively estimates nursing home beds needed in seoul in 2007, 2012 and 2017, and proposes an allocation of these facilities in Seoul. This study is to clarify problems in supply of long-term care facilities and present a solution for them. The main outcome of this study can be summarized into three parts; first, as architectural planning and supply estimation of long term care facility, an aged population of cities and countries in Seoul should be considered. Second, when the allocation of long term care facility in Seoul, the type of facilities, regional equilibrium etc. should be considered. Third, nursing home and residential care home are linked with the other area.

차기유도무기의 최적배치에 관한 모형 (An Optimal Allocation Model for SAM-X)

  • An optimal allocation model for SAM-X by using a set covering model is suggested. This allocation model considers to guarantee the maximum security of vital areas from the attack of enemy aircraft(s) and missiles. In order to formulate this model, we applied the concept of parallel structure reliability to set covering model. This model gives both direction of the primary target line and location of the facility. When applied this model to the real situation, the solution of this model can be used to the references of decision making for the optimal military facility allocation.

  • This paper is concerned with the facility location-allocation problem (FLAP) with multiple objectives. A branch-and-bound procedure is presented to solve the mixed zero-one integer goal programming problem which is to determine facility locations from given candidate locations and to allocate facility capacity to given customer markets simultaneously. A numercial example is given to illustrate this procedure.

  • This paper considers a firm that operates make-to-stock and make-to-order facilities in successive stages. The make-to-stock facility produces components which are consumed by the external market demand as well as the internal make-to-order operation. The make-to-order facility processes customer orders with the option of acceptance or rejection. In this paper, we address the problem of coordinating how to allocate the capacity of the make-to-stock facility to internal and external demands and how to control incoming customer orders at the make-to-order facility so as to maximize the firm's profit subject to the system costs. To deal with this issue, we formulate the problem as a Markov decision process and characterize the structure of the optimal inventory allocation and customer order control. In a numerical experiment, we compare the performance of the optimal policy to the heuristic with static inventory allocation and admission control under different operating conditions of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 용량제약이 있는 설비의 위치선정 및 수요자 할당 문제(Capacitated Facility Location-Allocation Problem)에 대한 정수계획 모형과 해법을 제시하였다. 이 문제는 설비를 설치할 수 있는 후보지의 집합과 각 후보지별로 설치 가능한 설비의 용량 및 설치비용, 수요를 만족시켜야 할 수요자의 집합 및 각 수요자와 설치 후보지 사이의 운반비용이 주어져 있을 때, 설비들의 설치비용과 수요의 운반비용의 합을 최소화하는 설비의 설치 위치 및 대수 그리고 수요자와 설비간의 연결상태를 구성하는 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제에 대한 두 가지 정수계획모형을 제시하고, 이 모형에 대한 최적해를 구하기 위한 다면체적 절단평면을 이용한 분지-절단해법(Branch-and-cut algorithm)과 열생성기법을 이용한 분지-평가해법(Branch-and-Price algorithm)을 제시하였다. 제시된 모형과 해법은 물류시스템의 설계 및 정보통신시스템의 통신설비 위치선정 등에 활용될 수 있다.

양식장 이용에 대한 수학적 모형 (Mathematical Model of Aquaculture Facility Utilization)

  • The range of optimization problem in aquaculture is very wide, resulting from the range of species, mode of operation. Quite a few studies focus marine net-cages, but studies on land based culture farm are few or no. This paper considers a allocation problem to meet production planning in land based aquaculture system. A water pool allocation model in land based aquaculture system was developed. The solution finds the value of decision variable to minimize yearly production costs that sums up the water pool usage cost and sorting cost. The model inputs were (1) the fish growth rate (2) critical standing corp (3) number of water pool (4) number of fish. The model outputs were (5) number of water pool in growing phase (6) cost of cultivation (6) optimal facility allocation(number of water pool for each growing phase). To solve the problem, an efficient heuristic algorithm based on a greedy manner is developed. Branch and bound and heuristic is evaluated through numerical examples.

  • The objective of identifying the cause of inconsistency in determining priority of educational facility maintenance, any related factors were thoroughly identified and tested, to see if it has any effect on decision-making process in resource allocation for educational facilities. On the assumption that 'the more there are to be repaired/maintained and deferred, the higher the relevant cost will be, this will lead to a significant social loss. Accordingly, this study established a framework of determining resource allocation priority based on deferred maintenance and its related expenses. For doing so, it was required to determine relative ranking in terms of resource allocation within a pre-assigned school district, in consideration of the criticality of each deferred maintenance attribute/variable.

수도권 철도역 광역환승센터 및 연계시설의 재원분담 방안 (Financial Resource Allocation for Seoul Metropolitan Railway Transfer Center and Connection Transportation Facility)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도역 광역환승센터 및 연계시설의 재원분담 현황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 아울러 해외의 미국과 일본의 재원분담 기준을 검토하였다. 이를 기반으로 철도역 광역환승센터와 연계시설에 대한 중앙정부의 적정 재정분담을 제시하였다. 광역환승센터의 경우 대중교통 중심의 교통체계를 구축하기 위해서는 국고지원 비중을 현재 30%에서 50%이상으로 확대하고 지원대상도 환승센터의 구성시설을 넘어 환승센터로 지정된 부지 및 환승시설 모두를 포함 시켜야 한다. 연계시설은 연계도로는 50%, 연계철도는 70%를 지원하는 분담방안을 제안하였다. 또한 지자체간 재원분담 방안은 관련법에 분담기준이 없어 연계시설의 노선연장 비율에 따라 분담금액을 산정하는 방안을 제안하였다.

Analysis of Revenue-Sharing Contracts for Service Facilities

  • There are customer services jointly provided by two facilities so that each customer will complete the course made up of both facilities' sub-services. The two facilities are assumed invested respectively by an infrastructure owner and one subordinate facility owner, whose partnership is built on their capital investments. This paper presents a mathematical model of Stackelberg competition between the two facility owners to derive their optimal Nash equilibrium. In this study, each facility owner's profit is consisted of fixed revenue fractions of sold services, operating costs (including depreciation cost) and maintenance costs of her facility. The maintenance costs of one facility are incurred both by failures and deterioration due to usage. Moreover, for both facilities, failures are rectified immediately by minimal repairs and preventive maintenance is carried out at a fixed time epoch. Additional assumptions are also employed to develop the model such as customer arrivals are manipulated to follow a Poisson process, and each facility's lifetime is independently Weibull-distributed. The Stackelberg game proceeds as follows. At the first stage of decision making process, the infrastructure owner (acting as a leader) decides the allocation of revenue shares based on her self-interest. After observing the allocation of revenue shares, the subordinate facility owner determines her own optimal price of services. This paper investigates actions and reactions of the two partners in the system. Then analytical conditions are proposed to achieve a unique optimal Nash equilibrium. Finally, some suggestions for further research are discussed.

전문가 집단 의사결정 지원체계 (Experts' GDSS)의 주구시설 배치 적용 (An Application of the Experts' GDSS to Housing Facility Allocation Processes)

  • 본 연구의 주요 관심은 전문가 집단의 객관적 의사결정 지원체계를 특정 계획 문제의 해결 ('주구시설배치')에 적용해 봄으로써 집단 의사 결정 지원 체계의 한계와 가능성을 다루어 보고자 하는 것이다. 분석화 계층기법 (AHP)과 시설배치 모형인 맥시멀 커버링 모형, 그리고 데이터 관리 및 도상 표현 기능의 GIS (ARC/INFO)를 활용하여, 본 연구에서 전문가 집단 전체의 의사 결정이 시설 배치 과정에 어떻게 합리적으로 적용될 수 있는 가 하는 점이 검토되었다. 또한, 전문가 집단내부 세부 그룹 별로 중요도 인식의 차이가 또 어떻게 시설 배치에 반영되는 지도 사례연구를 통해 논의되었다 구체적인 예로 볼 때, AHP를 통한 전문가 집단의 속성 변수간 가중치 판판은, 속성 변수간의 중요도를 전문가의 경험과 지식을 통해 판단하기 때문에, 전문가의 지식을 효율적으로 계획과정에 반영하는 수단이 되고 있다고 판단된다
