최근 우리나라 사회에서는 노약자 및 장애인에 대한 복지문제가 대두되고 있다. 관공서 및 여러 사회기관에서는 노약자 및 장애인들을 위한 편의시설의 설치가 법적으로 의무화 되고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 편의시설이 설치되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 편의시설의 설치만 이루어질 뿐 시설에 대한 정보 부재로 인해 실제 활용도는 매우 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 노약자 및 장애인들의 이동성을 위해 웹 또는 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 편의시설 정보제공 시스템을 구현한다. 본 시스템은 노약자 및 장애인들이 이용하는 편의시설에 대한 정보를 시각적으로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 시스템 내에서 사용되는 데이터들의 효율적인 관리와 시스템 종속성을 낮추기 위해 웹 서비스를 활용한다.

본 연구는 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사들의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 이직요인을 알아보았다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사 122명을 대상으로 직무 만족도(23문항)와 조직 몰입도(11문항)를 알아보았고 이직 요인 9문항, 일반적인 특성 7문항으로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사였다. 연구결과, 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사의 직무 만족은 3.16, 조직 몰입도는 3.29로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 직무만족도 중 자부심, 상사 및 복지제도, 의사소통, 동료 요소가 정서적 몰입도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 장애인 거주시설에서 근무하는 물리치료사들은 상사와 동료와의 불협화음, 근무환경 열악, 급여문제, 과다한 업무를 이직 요인으로 지적하였다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사들의 조직 몰입을 높이기 위하여서는 그들의 업무에 대한 존중과 상사와 동료와의 관계 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

The most frustrating of all problems to physically disabled individuals are building and facilities, supposedly created for the public. that are designed and constructed in such a manner that probit the full participation of the physically. The first problem is to determine what might be done to make accessible and fuctional existing buildings that are now nonaccessible. The second task, the simpler of the two, is the development of the standards for proper design and construction of new building and facilities. thus the purpose of this study was co obtain precise information about the inconvenience of architectural barriers in the pubic building and facilities that having the physically disabled. Those listed in this survey 22 pubic building and facilities and 3 general hospital in An-dong city from December 20 to 28. 1995. Measurement obtained were compare with available international criteria and standards. These findings are offered to the appropriate autority as a guide for developing barriers-free design suit able to the Korean situation.

Objective: The current study aimed to investigate the accessibility and usability of the disabled person while using the everyday facility. Background: The national laws regulated accommodation of persons with disabilities, but our knowledge on the practical usefulness of the laws and acceptance by the users is still far from complete. Method: Compliance with laws was checked throughout the actual measurement of 87 engineering designs in the facilities of a national university, and the practical usability of the facilities was investigated by in-depth interviews with eight disabled persons. New design solutions were developed by the anthropometric methodology for better accommodation. The target-specific anthropometry database such as sitting knee height with wheelchair was employed. Results: First, the statistic showed that 28.7% of facility designs comply with the law, 29.9% of facility designs doesn't comply with the law, and 41.4% of facility designs doesn't have related law or regulation. Second, the law of table height(71cm in current) can accommodate only 49.3% of wheelchaired population. The following test for 95% accommodation revealed that the table with 80cm high is required. Third, the current law in the door width(90cm) can only accommodate 82.6% of disabled persons, so the new design solution was calculated and suggested that 100cm in the door width is necessary for 99% accommodation of disabled persons. Conclusion: Even with the laws and regulations for the disabilities it was clear that the accessibility and usability of the disabled persons in everyday facilities was still limited. An investigation for the new solutions about a wide range of facilities is necessary for better practical accessibility and usability of the handicapped persons. Application: The results of current study can be a basement of developing a new guideline or regulation of the facility design for the disabled persons.

본 연구는 경기도 장애인 거주시설에서 생활하는 발달장애인의 도전적 행동에 대한 현황 파악과 거주시설 사회복지사가 도전적 행동에 대해서 얼마나 인식하는지 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 경기도 장애인 거주시설 사회복지사 145명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 등으로 산출하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 발달장애인의 도전적 행동과 관련된 현황은 신체적 상해 경험이 가장 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 도전적 행동에 대한 사회복지사의 인식으로는 심리적 트라우마로 인하여 업무에 지장을 받고, 이직을 고려한 적이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 발달장애인의 도전적 행동에 대한 정보공유, 교육, 대처능력, 상해를 예방하며 발달장애인과 사회복지사가 심리적 안정을 취할 수 있도록 공간 마련을 위한 실천적 제언점을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서는 보호자가 인식하는 도전적 행동에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

Rehabilitation sports center is one of the sports center for the disabled that offers and operates programs to live with ordinary people through activities including various sports. This center must offer an environment that users be able to lead an sports activity by a removing physical and psychological obstacle. But most centers get in trouble using facilities that are so excessive or partly negative. Because, this center is offering a physical environment that absents correct comprehension of a standard plan and circulations of disabled. To takes part in physical exercise programs actively and encourages living sports activities, this study, will analyze circulations of disabled in accommodation and propose considerations at planning of rehabilitation sports center.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors affecting rehabilitation of physically disabled persons . Data were collected from 118 physically disabled persons who were registered at facilities for disabled persons by an interview surevey Conducted from October 17 to October 26, 1988. The three facilities for the survey were selected by stratified random sampling. The results were as follows : 1. Using factor analysis, 10 variables were-grouped into 4 factors : physical need, need for social problem-solving, need for social interaction and educational need. The proportion of variance explained by these factors was $58.3\%$. 2. Age, religion and job were significantly related to the functional life scale score, but other variables were not. 3. Family APGAR score and severity of disability were significantly rotated to the functional life scale score. 4. From the multiple regression analysis on rehabilitation of the physically disabled person, the following: three variables were statistically significant : age, severity of disability and family functioning. These results suggest that age, severity of disability and family functioning variables are important factors for rehabilitation of physically disabled persons. Since the family functioning variable can be controlled by care, rehabilitation team should monitor the variable closely to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation. Because of their implication for further study, some variables, other than those considered here, are needed for studying rehabilitation of physically disabled persons.

본 연구는 치과의료기관을 대상으로 장애인 편의시설의 설치 실태를 파악하여 향후 장애인의 치과의료기관 이용 편의성 개선을 위한 기초자료로 삼고자 2011년 3월부터 4월까지 충청북도 청주시에 개설신고 된 치과의료기관을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 장애인 편의시설 기준항목을 선정하여 항목별 시설물의 설치 실태를 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 조사대상 의료기관은 치과의원이 대부분을 차지하였고 의료기관 개설 시기는 1990년 이전부터 2011년까지 전체적으로 폭넓게 분포하고 있었으며 건물 내 치과진료실의 위치는 대부분 2-3층에 위치하는 것으로 조사되었다. 치과의원의 장애인 편의시설은 주출입구 접근로 및 승강기의 설치율이 가장 높았고 장애인 주차구역과 장애인용 화장실의 경우 편의시설 중 설치율은 매우 낮게 나타났으나 병원 및 보건소는 조사대상 편의시설이 모두 설치되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 2006년 이후에 개설된 의료기관이 1990년 이전에 개설한 의료기관과 비교하여 편의시설 항목 전체에서 높은 설치율을 보였고, 1-2층에 위치한 경우보다 3층 이상에 위치한 치과의원의 설치율이 모두 높게 나타났다. 장애인 편의시설 설치율은 병원 및 보건소가 높았고 치과의원의 경우 대체로 낮게 조사되어 향후 편의시설의 의무사항을 일차 의료기관까지 확대하는 법적 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장애인들의 치과의료기관 접근 편의성 확보를 위한 기초자료로 활용하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Korean railroad company is continuously improving the service for the disabled. They also install and reform many facilities for them. However, They didn't consider the egress of the disabled when fire occurred until today. At present, fire hazard analysis and risk assessment are introduced into Korea regulation for improving fire safety performance of train car and railroad facilities. Fire safety evaluation for the railroad conducted in Korea didn't generally consider the disabled. In the present situation, the study for the egress of the disabled in train car was needed. The egress experiment was conducted to measure the movement speed of the disabled who didn't walk or walk very slow.
