Recently, according to demands for a mobility right of people with disabilities, the use of powered mobility device has been rapidly increased and recharging facilities have been set up in many places of country. But the standards for the installation and management of the facilities are not clear and many problems are brought up in operating the facilities. Therefore, regulations and realities of recharging facilities were investigated and the user survey was progressed. On the basis of the research results, a rational and efficient installation and management plan was drawn up. The plan suggests that the recharging facilities should be installed in a building managed by government and many kinds of public building like library, theater, sports facilities, department store, museum, etc. Further, the recharging facilities should secure independent place which have specified area for protecting of privacy and provide some amenities for people with disabilities to enhance the conveniences.

Based on related studies on 'disability sports,' 'sports for all,' and 'rehabilitation sports,' this study collected the results of a survey on the disabled, who are the actual users of rehabilitation sports services. It analyzed the need for rehabilitation sports services. The requirements of persons with disabilities were extracted, and the extracted contents were presented as inductive content analysis. The researcher's preconceptions and subjective judgments were to be excluded as much as possible. Based on studies related to "Disability sports," "Sports for all for disability," and "Rehabilitation sports," conducted in Korea, a study that included the results of the survey on disabled people was selected. This study's results were categorized into eight categories (perception of sports activities, programs, instructors, facilities, accessibility, cost/support/financial resources, and others) for people with disabilities.

Most of electrical installation and construction specifications consist of many letters as non-visual format. Therefore writing specification for installation and construction is so difficult to make easier to user. And it could not be an effective work to make a specification and make an accident or disabled facilities and equipments. Hence we need to develop the program that makes a specification of electrical installation and construction due to need a safety and coherence.

Purpose: People with intellectual disabilities are vulnerable to the use of receptive and expressive vocabulary. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the receptive vocabulary and the expressive vocabulary after teaching reading education to adults with intellectual disabilities living in facilities using picture fairy tales. Methods: The subjects of this study were 12 adults with intellectual disabilities under the age of 20 to 40 residing in residential facilities. They were divided into 6 test groups and 6 control groups, and gave a total of 12 sessions of 60 minutes per session, and reading instruction using picture fairy tales. Results: In the test group that conducted reading activities using picture fairy tales, the use of the receptive vocabulary was significantly improved, and the use of the expressive vocabulary was significantly improved. There were no significant results in all of the control groups. Conclusions: This study had the effect of improving the use of receptive vocabulary and expressive vocabulary after teaching reading using picture fairy tales for the disabled. It is estimated that this result will be the basis for research in this field.

Objectives: An outbreak of hepatitis A occurred at a residential facility for the disabled in July 10, 2011. This investigation was carried out to develop a response plan, and to find the infection source of the disease. Methods: A field epidemiologist investigated the symptoms, vaccination histories, living environments, and probable infection sources with 51 residents and 31 teachers and staff members. In July 25, 81 subjects were tested for the hepatitis A virus antibody, and specimens of the initial 3 cases and the last case were genetically tested. Results: Three cases occurred July 10 to 14, twelve cases August 3 to 9, and the last case on August 29. Among the teachers and staff, no one was IgM positive (on July 25). The base sequences of the initial 3 and of the last case were identical. The vehicle of the outbreak was believed to be a single person. The initial 3 patients were exposed at the same time and they might have disseminated the infection among the patients who developed symptoms in early August, and the last patient might have, in turn, been infected by the early August cases. Conclusions: The initial source of infection is not clear, but volunteers could freely come into contact with residents, and an infected volunteer might have been the common infection source of the initial patients. Volunteers' washing their hands only after their activity might be the cause of this outbreak. Although there may be other possible causes, it would be reasonable to ask volunteers to wash their hands both before and after their activities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether group play therapy is effective in reducing problem behaviors of children with developmental disabilities. The subjects of study were in special schools and 5 children with disabilities using short-term care centers for the disabled, The research period was 12 sessions of 40 minutes twice a week using winter vacation from January 2, 2018 to January 28, The measuring tool, K-CBCL, was used to observe behavioral changes qualitatively. The summary of this study is as follows. First, children with disabilities significantly reduced their aggressiveness, atrophy, depression, and anxiety, and increased their activity during each session. Second, problem behaviors decreased after the intervention of group play therapy, and there were more decreases in internalization problems than externalization problems. The results of this study suggest that group play therapy is meaningful in reducing problem behavior according to the individual characteristics of children with disabilities.

This study used latent profile analysis to identify heterogeneous subgroups with respect to the perception of work environment among workers in residential facilities for people with disabilities. The final model yielded five latent profiles of the perception of work environment: 'low workload group' who scored low in time pressure and job responsibility, 'discrimination perception group' who scored low in supervisor support and high in sex and academic/regional discriminations, 'positive perception group' who scored high in work autonomy and peer and supervisor supports, 'high workload group' who scored high in workload, time pressure, and job responsibility, and 'average group' who scored average in most areas. In the case of job satisfaction, positive perception group was the highest, followed by average group, low and high workload groups, and discrimination perception group.

As the Public Procurement Service announced the compulsory of BIM adaption in every public construction from 2016, the importance of BIM is increasing. Besides, automatic code checking takes significance in terms of the quality control for BIM based design. In this study, rule-sets were defined for Act on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disabled, the Aged, and Pregnant Women to Facilities and Information. Three analytic steps were suggested to shortlist the objective clauses from the entire code; the frequency analysis using project reviews for architectural code compliance, the clause analysis on quantifiability, and the analysis for model checking possibilities. The shortlisted clauses were transformed into the machine readable rule-set definition. A case study was conducted to verify the adaptiveness and consistency of rule-set definitions. In future study, it is required the methodologies of selecting objective clauses to be specified and its indicators to be quantified. Also case studies should be performed to determine the pre-conditions in modeling and to check interoperability issues and other possible errors in models.
