교구$\cdot$ 설비기준은 학교 교육과정을 위한 기본 요소를 의미한다. 지식기반사회에서 학교도서관은 교육과정을 지원하고 정보활용과 독서지도를 위한 기본적인 교육환경이다. 따라서 학교도서관 교구 설비기준은 학교도서관의 사명을 담아야 하며, 교육적 역할에 적합한 구성요소를 포함하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 기준은 양적 질적 측면에서 불충분하다. 따라서 학교교구·설비기준 개정 시, 학교도서관 교구 ·설비기준은 특히 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하여야 한다. 1. 시설 지침; 2. 기본 설비 방안; 3. 교육적 역할에 적합한 교구 기준; 4. 기본 공간별 설비 종목; 5. 보다 상세한 정보기기 종목; 6. 특수학교도서관 기준 개선

본 연구의 목적은 과학기술경쟁력 향상을 위한 대형연구시설 및 장비구축 평가모형을 도출하고 이 평가모형의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 검토하고자 한다. 분석결과, 대형연구시설 및 장비구축 평가모형에 대한 신뢰성 및 타당성이 높게 나타났다. 과학기술과 국가정책차원의 신뢰성 분석결과에서 2개의 구성요인의 신뢰성은 높게 나타나고 있어, 과학기술차원의 5개 측정지표들, 국가정책차원의 6개 측정지표들의 내적일관성이 매우 높음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 타당성 분석결과에서 과학기술, 국가정책차원은 내용타당성, 구성타당성 그리고 기준타당성이 높게 나타나고 있다. 또한 고차요인 분석결과에서 대형연구시설 및 장비구축 평가모형 적합도가 대체로 적합하게 나타나고 있어 평가모형과 자료가 잘 부합되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 정책적 함의를 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged in Japan in order to establish the basic data for such facilities in Korea. In conclusion of analysis, the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged can be summarized as follows; the dignity of the individual, the privacy, the small group units, the sociopsychological support, the succession of regional and cultural factors, the nature, the safety, the interior materials for the old men, the improvement of staves' environment, the energy reduction and earth environment. The aged welfare equipments in Japan are her products which reflect the society and culture of Japan, therefore our efforts to convert them to equipments which are suitable to our culture and emotion are desired urgently.

Seoul Metro railway facilities' inspection and maintenance tasks cause failure analysis, but if there is trouble the diverse cause investigation and the systematic analysis and management among broken facilities, related facilities and components fell short and the conditions are different. And, excess and insufficiency, under inspection and maintenance, is being raised regardless of the introduction year and the operating environment including the number of use by applying the same facilities in the uniform inspection cycle. In this study, we will analysis systematically facility system information, failures, operational status, performance, fault and maintenance information resulting from the maintenance management of railway facilities and derive the relationship between associated equipment and its components. In addition, optimizing the inspection and the maintenance cycles of railway facilities, we will improve the reliability of operation. Considering the probability of risk, it is possible to predict the occurrence of accidents or faults and to minimize the frequency of breakdown by pre-inspection maintenance. Finally, This paper is to introduce the content of constructing the Seoul Metro RCM-based failure analysis system for railway facilities to support the optimal continuance of operation status of equipments and the securement of the safe operation of vehicles.

170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

이 연구는 대학도서관 전자정보실의 운영현황과 이용행태, 이용자의 서비스품질에 대한 인식 및 만족도를 분석하기 위해 대구 경북 지역의 주요 5개 대학도서관을 이용하는 480명의 이용자를 대상으로 수행되었다. 이들 대학도서관은 아직 Information Commons로 전환되지 않은 상태에서 어느 정도의 다른 수준에서 디지털서비스를 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전자정보실 서비스 품질은 시설 기자재, 컨텐츠(자료), 직원의 3개요인으로 구성되며, 이 3개요인은 전자정보실의 이용만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 시설 기자재 요인이 가장 높은 만족도를 보였다. 전자정보실에 대한 전반적 이용자만족도와 시설 기자재 및 컨텐츠(자료)에 대한 만족도는 대학도서관별로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있지만, 직원요인은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current foodservice management practices of children care social welfare facilities. Questionnaire were sent to the directors of all 275 children welfare facilities in Korea and 107 returned facilities in korea and 107 returned the complete answers. These questionnaire were answered by manager. Equipments were evaluated by investigators using the evaluation form. staffing structure revealed that most of the facilities had a director, a secretary, nurse, but only 15% of the system hired a dietitian. It showed the shortage of nurse, physical therapists, and dietitian. Therefore, food purchasing, menu planning, food delivery, and the other food service management processes are handled by non-professionals, such as director, secretary, or cooks. Food purchasing money of total budget is $10{\sim}20%$. Food purchasing place in most facilities was market place. Foodstuffs were almost purchased $2{\sim}3$ per weeks. 90% of the welfare facilities were used the menu. Modified food frequency questionnaire were used to get the frequencies of each food items used in menu. The results showed relatively satisfactory in food frequencies, however, this was about what was used in menu, not vat was eaten by the residents. conditions of most equipments in the kitchen were defective specially in dishwashing and sterilization step.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitary management procedures of foodservice in elementary schools in Pusan area. The questionnaire which were administered to 189 dietitians was used in this study as a survey method. The results were as follows. Mean total length of employment for dietitians at school foodservice was 3.7 year. The mean serving scale was 1,052 meals. Meals were served at classroom 63.5%, lunchroom 23.8%, and classroom＋lunchroom 12.7% of the schools. The mean time span required of meal delivery was 31.5min at the classroom serving place. Regarding total mean score of sanitary management procedures, time temperature was 3.48/5.00, personal sanitation 4.20/5.00, equipments and facilities sanitation 3.92/5.00. The mean score of the pre preparation was 3.91/5.00 for time temperature management procedure, those of food purchasing and receiving, food storage, food production, meal. assembly.trasnportation service, and hot.cold holding were 3.83/5.00, 3.82/5.00, 3.71/5.00, 3.25/5.00, 2.30/5.00 respectively. A new seismic design criteria of electric transmission and substation facilities has been proposed. For this propose, the historic data of the earthquake damage and the state-of-the-art of the facilities were carefully reviewed and evaluated. Based on the results, a most reasonable and efficient design criteria has been extracted and proposed for the practical design of the facilities. The criteria is expected to be effectively used for obtaining the seismic safety of newly constructed or extensioning facilities. However, an independent criteria is required to evaluate and improve the seismic capacity of existing facilities
