Influencing Factors of Self-esteem and job stress on Teacher Efficacy for Childcare Teacher (보육교사의 자아존중감, 직무스트레스가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore degree of childcare teacher's teacher efficacy and the factors influencing of self-esteem and job stress on teacher efficacy of those surveyed. A total of 280 childcare teacher in G do were surveyed. All of this data is analyzed by using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN/18.0. Teacher Efficacy according to general characteristics of those surveyed revealed significant difference in age, work experience, position, class age, and child parenting experience. Regression analysis showed 11.7% of variance in childcare teacher's teacher efficacy can by experience of dating with self-esteem and job stress. The fallow-up survey about various factors influencing childcare teacher's teacher efficacy is needed and teacher efficacy increasing mediation way are required.

  • 본 논문은 LCD 생산라인의 물류 자동화 시스템 중 OHS(Over Head Shuttle)을 분기가 되도록 하여, 이송 효율을 높이고, 이송거리를 단축시키기 위한 선형 이송시스템에 적용이 가능한 영구자석 여자 횡자속 선형 전동기 개발에 관한 내용이다. 3차원 FEM 해석과정특성 실험을 통해 전동기의 특성을 분석하여, 직선-곡선 레일과 분기구간에서 이송 가능한 횡자속 선형전동기 추진모듈의 사양을 결정하고 시작품을 설계, 제작하여 OHS 시스템 등의 이송시스템에 적용 가능한지 그 타당성을 검토하였다.

  • E.F(Experience Factory)는 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 위하여 도입된 패러다임으로서 1970년대 미국의 USC/UMD와 NASA/GFSC 등에서 추진되었으며 지금은 여러기업으로 확산 및 적용되고 있다. 이 방법론의 특징은 재사용 가능한 프로젝트 정보 및 프로세스 속성을 데이터베이스로 구축하여, 외부개선모델의 도입없이 자체적인 반복활동으로 프로세스 개선이 가능하다는데 있다. 국내 기업들은 프로세스 개선활동을 수행하고 있으나 아직까지 E.F 구축을 위한 사례는 보고된 바가 없다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국내실정을 감안한 E.F 프레임워크의 구축방안에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

  • 최근 연구에서 발디 등은 우주론적 축퇴라는 이슈를 부각시켰다. 우주론적 축퇴는 실제 우주가 다수의 대안 우주론을 동시에 복합적으로 가질 때 거대 구조를 이용한 기존의 통계적인 방법만으로 우주론을 단정적으로 구별해 내기 충분치 않다는 것을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 초은하단 스파인(spine)의 비크기(specific size)가 우주론적 축퇴를 완화할 수 있는지 조사하였다. f(R) 중력과 무거운 중성미자가 동시에 복합적으로 적용되는 다체 수치실험의 헤일로들을 분석한 결과, f(R) 중력이 비크기에 미치는 영향을 최대한으로 억제하는 ${\sum}_im_{{\nu}_i}$의 값이 기존의 통계적인 방법들에서 얻은 값과 다름을 확인하였다. 더 나아가 z=0.3 이상의 높은 적색편이에서는 f(R) 중력과 ${\sum}_im_{{\nu}_i}$ 조합한 모든 우주에서의 초은하단 평균 비크기가 표준 우주론인 ${\Lambda}$ CDM과 통계적으로 유의미하게 달라지는 것을 확인하였다.   • A numerical study of thermo-flow characteristics is presented to determine correlations of pressure drop and heat transfer for offset-strip fins. As a blockage ratio increased, previous correlations underestimate f values in laminar and turbulent regimes, and overestimate j values in laminar regime. Therefore, new correlations, which are applicable to fins with blockage ratios more than 15%, are presented.

  • The flavonoids from plants is very widly used as natural dye for food and medicine etc. In this study, red pine which is widespread in Korea was studied to find new chemicals which may use as raw material for the special purpose. The fIavonoids of red pine bark were separated with Sephadex LH-20 and Toyo pearl HW-40F as packed materials and the structure of separated f1avonoids was determined by $^1H$-and $^{13}C$-NMR spectroscopy. The (+) catechin which is widespread in nature and dihydroquercetin-3'-0-${\beta}$-galactoside were found in red pine bark. The dihydroquercetin-3'-0-${\beta}$-galactoside is newly found in this species.

The Classification Algorithm of Users' Emotion Using Brain-Wave (뇌파를 활용한 사용자의 감정 분류 알고리즘)

  • In this study, emotion-classification gathered from users was performed, classification-experiments were then conducted using SVM(Support Vector Machine) and K-means algorithm. Total 15 numbers of channels; CP6, Cz, FC2, T7. PO4, AF3, CP1, CP2, C3, F3, FC6, C4, Oz, T8 and F8 among 32 members of the channels measured were adapted in Brain signals which indicated obvious the classification of emotions in previous researches. To extract emotion, watching DVD and IAPS(International Affective Picture System) which is a way to stimulate with photos were applied and SAM(Self-Assessment Manikin) was used in emotion-classification to users' emotional conditions. The collected users' Brain-wave signals gathered had been pre-processing using FIR filter and artifacts(eye-blink) were then deleted by ICA(independence component Analysis) using. The data pre-processing were conveyed into frequency analysis for feature extraction through FFT. At last, the experiment was conducted suing classification algorithm; Although, K-means extracted 70% of results, SVM showed better accuracy which extracted 71.85% of results. Then, the results of previous researches adapted SVM were comparatively analyzed.

Searching for the Hub Module of fMRI Data with the Hypergraph Model (하이퍼그래프 모델을 이용한 fMRI Brain Network 의 허브 모듈 분석)

  • 본 논문에서는 하이퍼그래프의 고유벡터를 척도로 하여 fMRI기반 Brain Network를 분석하여 중요한 허브노드를 찾는 방법론을 제시한다. 이 방법을 비디오게임을 수행하면서 촬영한 기능적 자기뇌영상(fMRI) 데이터인 PBAIC 2007 데이터셋에 대하여 그 유용성을 검증하였다. 이 데이터는 각 20분씩 세 세션을 촬영한 것이며 처음 두 세션에는 13가지의 감정 항목의 평가치가 각 스캔마다 주어진다. 한 피험자의 첫번째 세션 데이터로부터 13가지 감정 항목에 대하여 상관관계가 높은 각각의 복셀(voxel)들을 추출하였다. 이 13가지의 복셀들의 집합들을 각각 하이퍼에지로 보고 하이퍼그래프를 구성하였다. 하이퍼그래프로부 터 인접 행렬(adjacency matrix)를 구성한 후 고유치(eigenvalue)와 고유벡터(eigenvector)를 구하였다. 여기서 고유치가 가장 큰 고유벡터의 원소들은 각 복셀들의 중앙성(centrality), 즉 중요성을 나타내며 이로부터 감정과 관련된 중요한 허브 복셀들과 그들의 국소적 집합인 모듈을 찾았다. 모듈들은 감정 및 작업기억(working memory)과 관련된 뇌 영역들의 클러스터(cluster)로 추정된다.

Screening for Antifungal Activity of the Pine Extracts Against Fusarium circinatum (Fusarium circinatum에 대한 소나무류 추출물의 항균력 검정)

  • Fusarium circinatum is the causal agent of the pine disease commonly referred to as pitch canker. In this study, F. circinatum was isolated from the diseased Pinus rigida in the golf courses, Korea. The morphological characteristics and the molecular features of the isolates were investigated to identify the pathogen. Histone H3 gene and IGS rDNA region was analyzed and consequently the isolates identified as F. circinatum. All of them have the same sequences and the mating type was determined as MAT1-1. The inhibitory effect of the methanol extracts from the disease resistant pine species, Pinus koraiensis and Pinus densiflora and a susceptible species, P. rigida were evaluated against the isolate, F. circinatum. As a result, the extracts of P. koraiensis and P. densiflora showed higher antifungal activity than that of the susceptible, P. rigida.

Inactivation of Microorganisms and Browning Enzymes in Angelica keiskei Juice Using High Hydrostatic Pressure (초고압을 이용한 신선초 녹즙의 살균 및 갈색화 효소의 불활성화)

  • Effects of high hydrostatic pressure on microorganisms and browning enzymes in Angelica keiskei juice were investigated using response surface methodology. The optimum process condition for maximum reduction of total aerobes was $5700\;kg_f/cm^2$ (558.6 MPa) pressure and 7.16 min process time, and 3.44 log cycle reduction of total aerobes was predicted at the optimum condition. E. coli, initially $8.8{\times}10^3\;CFU/ml$, was completely inactivated by high hydrostatic pressure at all process conditions ($3800{\sim}6700\;kg_f/cm^2\;pressure;\;3{\sim}17\;min\;process\;time$). Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase were partly inactivated by the high hydrostatic pressure. It was also indicated that inactivation of microorganisms and browning enzymes by hydrostatic pressure is dependent on pressure rather than process time.
