본 연구는 $\varepsilon$-polylysine, 키토을리고당, 복합황금추출(BMB-FS)을 조합한 10가지 혼합조성물의 효모에 대한 항균력을 평가하여 식품산업에 적용하고자 하였다. 천연항균제 10종의 formula에 따라 각 효모의 성장 속도가 차이가 났으나, 14일까지는 균수가 증가하였고 $14{\sim}28$ 일 사이에 항균효과가 나타나 28일 이후에는 S. cerevisiae, Z. bailii, P. anolmala는 검출한계 (ND < 10 CFU/mL)이하까지 감소하여 천연항균제에 민감한 반응을 보였다. P. membranaefaciens는 가장 저항성이 강한 균으로 14일까지 $0.12{\sim}1.48\;\log_{10}\;CFU$/mL가 증가하였으나, 28일이 지난 후 $1.61{\sim}3.55\;\log_{10}\;CFU$/mL가 감소하였고, F10에서는 2 개월이 지난 후 검출한계 이하로 감소하여 가장 항균효과가 크게 나타났다. 대부분 6개월이 지난 후 $2.68{\sim}s.62\;\log_{10}\;CFU$/mL가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. C. albicans는 두 번째로 저항성이 강한 균으로 14일까지 $0.13{\sim}28\;\log_{10}\;CFU$/mL가 증가하였으나 $14{\sim}28$일 사이에 감소하기 시작하여 28일 째에는 $1.51{\sim}5.30\;\log_{10}\;CFU$/mL가 감소하였고, F2, F4, F5, F6, F10은 검출한계 이하로 감소시켰다. 6개월이 지난 후에는 F1, F3, F8, F9도 검출한계 이하로 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 기능성 음료의 효모에 의한 변질을 막을 수 있는 천연 항균제 조성물을 개발하여 실용화 하고자 하였다.

This study evaluated the effects of frankfurter fat content on Listeria monocytogenes resistance to heat stress and gastric fluid, and the Caco-2 cell invasion efficiency of the pathogen. A 10-strain mixture of L. monocytogenes was inoculated on frankfurters formulated with 10%, 20%, and 30% fat content (10%: F10, 20%: F20, 30%: F30) and stored at $10^{\circ}C$ for 30 d. The samples were analyzed for L. monocytogenes resistance to heat stress and a simulated gastric fluid challenge. The total bacteria and L. monocytogenes survival rates were measured on tryptic soy agar plus 0.6% yeast extract and Palcam agar, respectively. L. monocytogenes colonies inoculated on F10, F20, and F30 samples were used for a Caco-2 cell invasion assay. In general, no obvious differences were observed between the survival rates of total bacteria and L. monocytogenes grown on different fat contents under heat stress and gastric fluid challenge. However, L. monocytogenes obtained from the F30 samples had a significantly higher Caco-2 cell invasion efficiency than those in the F10 and F20 samples (p<0.05). These results indicate that although high fat content in food may not be related to L. monocytogenes resistance to heat stress and gastric fluid, it may increase the Caco-2 cell invasion efficiency of the pathogen.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 ICT 기반기술의 핵심인 사물인터넷 특허의 CPC 코드 기반 기술 연관성 규칙 분석에 관한 것이다. 데이터 마이닝을 위한 오픈 소스인 R을 이용하여 CPC 코드간 기술 연관성 규칙을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 2019년 7월까지 특허청에 출원된 사물인터넷(Internet of Things) 관련 특허 605건 중 복합 CPC 코드를 가지는 369건을 대상으로 서브클래스(Subclass) 수준까지 분석하였다. 기술 연관성 규칙 분석 결과 지지도가 높은 CPC 코드는 [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](18.2%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](18.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](17.3%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](17.3%), [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](9.8%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](9.8%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](7.9%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](7.9%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](6.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](6.2%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](6.2%) 순이고, CPC 코드간 상호 연결망을 분석한 결과 기술 연관성 관련 핵심 CPC 코드는 G06Q와 H04L이다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하면 앞으로의 특허 경향을 예상해 볼 수 있다.

For any fixed $\lambda\leq-\frac{1}{2}$, there exists $f(\eta){\in}C^1[0,+\infty)$ which satisfies the following nonlinear boundary value problem f'+ff'+$\lambda(l-f'^2)=0$ a.e.in $(0,+\infty)$, f(0)=0, f'(0) = 0, $f'(+\infty)=1$, which arises in boundary layer theory in fluid mechanics.

Let f : M longrightarrow M be a homotopically periodic self-map of a closed surface M. Except for M = $S^2$, the Nielsen number N(f) and the Lefschetz number L(f) of the self-map f are the same. This is a generalization of Kwasik and Lee's result to 2-dimensional case. On the 2-sphere $S^2$, N(f) = 1 and L(f) = deg(f) + 1 for any self-map f : $S^2$longrightarrow$S^2$.

Six flue-cured cultivars of Nicotiana tabacum L., 15 possible $F_1$ hybrids and 15 $F_2$ populations among them, and 15 haploid populations of $F_1$ hybrids and 6 haploid from parents, were evaluated. The variances of general combining ability were predominant for all characters studied in $F_1$ hybrid and $F_2$ population, and in haploid populations of $F_1$ hybrids except leaf width, value and reducing sugar. There were significant correlations between generations in variances and ranks of parental GCA effects estimated from general combining ability analysis of $F_1,\;F_2$ and haploid generation of $F_1$ hybrids for yield, stem height, days to flower. leaves per plant, value and total alkaloids.

The transform domain characterization of cyclic codes over finite fields using Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT) over an appropriate extension field is well known. In this paper, we extend this transform domain characterization for cyclic codes over $F_p + uF_p +... + u^{k-l}F_p$. We give a way to characterize cyclic codes over $F_p + uF_p +... + u^{k-l}F_p$ by Mattson-Solomon polynomials and multiple defining sets.

Given c, a positive integer, we set. $$M(f,c):=\frac{2}{{\phi}(f)}\sum_{{\chi}{\in}X^-_f}{\chi}(c)|L(1,{\chi})|^2$$, where $X^-_f$ is the set of the $\phi$(f)/2 odd Dirichlet characters mod f > 2, with gcd(f, c) = 1. We point out several mistakes in recently published papers and we give explicit closed formulas for the f's such that their prime divisors are all equal to ${\pm}1$ modulo c. As a Corollary, we obtain closed formulas for M(f, c) for c $\in$ {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10}. We also discuss the case of twisted quadratic moments for primitive characters.

In this study, compressive strengths of reinforced concrete compression members rehabilitated with C.F.L. were analyzed from the test. Test parameters are spacing, spliced length, and section area of rehabilitation material. Displacement, failure load were measured during test. The failure mode and ultimate load were analyzed from these measured data. Test result shows that closer spacing of C.F.L. is more effective. strengthening with 1-ply C.F.L. is more effective than that of specimen with 2-ply C.F.L. The compressive capacity of specimen spliced ($\pi$.D)/2 shows almost similar strength to that of non-spliced specimen. The ultimate load carrying capacity of specimen strengthened with C.F.L. is increased to 1.11~1.68 times of that of non-rehabilitation specimen.
